My husband and I chose Burnell's after going to several retail jewelry chains. The experience was so much different. There was no pressure to buy. We felt free to ask questions and we got valid answers when we did. The entire staff was knowledgeable and kind. Burnell's did an excellent job on my wedding set, and were very quick with any services that we needed.

Burnell's is terific. We got my engagement/wedding ring there (it is a Mark Schneider ring) and it is beautiful. They were very helpful to my husband in the shopping process and were very professional when he initially found a defect in the original sapphire. They got a replacement sapphire right away and they have been a pleasure to work with since then. They were also so very kind to help me repair a necklace that I wore for the wedding (although not an expensive necklace and not one I bought there). I will recommend them to everyone I know and I will continue to shop there for future jewelry needs. Very professional and very kind.

We ordered my husband's wedding band from Burnell's and were very happy with the result. They helped us design a custom ring that was exactly what he wanted, and they finished it in our time frame without any issues. My engagement ring is also from Burnell's and they have cleaned it and adjusted it several times with no charge. We will continue to use them for any jewelry needs!

We had my wedding ring custom made and most stores don't do this. It is really neat to have a ring that no one else has!

I think Burnell's has a great selection of wedding rings and bands for women, lacking somewhat in the men's section. However, I LOVE my Sylvia collection ring. It is very unique and I don't even need a band to make it look beautiful. It is pretty large and was fairly pricey, but for the quality and artwork on this ring, I would say it was well worth it. The service is fairly helpful, most of the time. Some people seem to be new and know less than the original woman who helped us (I think her name was Robin). I found them pretty informative on diamonds and they helped cater to us and made my ring exactly how I asked! They also took stunted payments, which I'm sure most do, but they seemed very lax on it, which was nice.
