WOW! Our Rings are gorgeous.... that's All i can say.. and we get free cleanings and we got the diamond warenty so they get checked every 6 months forever.... and the people are just so wonderful and informative!
I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND ZALES TO ANYONE. I found what i thought was the perfect ring. WRONG. sent it in to get sized and said it would take 3 days. It wasnt done for another week. The ring i got back had 4 black diamonds on it and the manager of all people said he didnt notice it. IT was a huge ordeal and customer service was IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. ended up going to Nebraska diamond where they know how to treat a customer.
My husband and I picked our wedding bands out at Zales in the Westroads Mall. We originally had picked out white gold rings. A week in a half before my wedding we dropped my rings off to be sauttered together, 3 days before the wedding we picked it up, they had a white gold wedding band set with a YELLOW gold engagement ring! I was mortified!! They had to re-send in the ring, I picked it up a DAY before the wedding all they did was dip the ring in white gold, so i still had to take the ring back after the wedding to have 2 whole new rings sauttered together. They were not polite about it, it was a horrible experience.
The service was excellent expedient! I love my wedding bands, I ordered 2 14K white gold bands and both are absolutely beautiful and I know will last me 'till death do us part!'
Zales is a pretty basic jewelry store. They asked us what we were looking for and found exactly what we needed and sold it as the same price they would sell to anyone else. The jewelry is beautiful but they are nothing out of the ordinary.
My husband proposed with an amazing 1/2 carat solitare. It is simle and elegant. I love it. My wedding band is a 1/4 carat single line if diamonds. Both are set in white gold. My husband's band is a 1/4 carat double line of diamonds and is set in white gold. I know that yellow gold id more traditional, but the diamonds seem to be even more brilliant in the white.
While visiting family, we found our wedding rings at zales. The service was wonderful! We've had no issues with our rings, and we've been married 6 years.
