I looked at several jewelers for the specific style of ring I was looking for, and none of them had it except for Alletti. On top of that, they were so helpful and educated me and my fiance about the process of selecting the right ring. I would definitely recommend! Not to mention, I have stopped in the store occasionally, looking for the perfect wedding band, and they cleaned my ring for free.

I LOVE my custom made ring, it is my dream ring! Before purchasing, my fiance and I went into the store two times together and then he went a few times on his own. They were wonderful prior to our purchase. They shipped in 5 diamonds that fit what I wanted and I was allowed to select the one that I wanted and a custom band was then created for the diamond.

However, we were promised a delivery date and the ring arrived over a month later. They would call and leave a message that it would arrive the next day if there was no weather emergencies (it was the beginning of March) and then we would go to pick it up and it wouldn't be there. That happened at least 3 times. They also seemed to avoid our phone calls more often than not and never returned our messages.
