We had BEANTOWN from Wilson Stevens Productions at our wedding at the State Room in Boston, and I have to say, this is a vendor you MUST HIRE. It is now two weeks after our wedding, and every person we talk to talks about how incredible our event was and most of all our band. The band sets the tone for the entire wedding and I have never seen a night run so smoothly and most importantly, everyone, young and old danced the night away. Beantown had everyone on the dance floor the entire night. In fact, they had to ask people to please leave the dance floor to eat their dinners! The music was of perfect volume, loud enough, but not too loud for our grandparents, and 100% of the song choice was perfect. They know how to work the crowd flawlessly. They also incorporated my husband and I in some of the songs, which we were not expecting, and absolutely loved. Also, before the event they are always responsive to any emails and questions we had. Their professionalism cannot be matched and they are just so friendly, they make everything easy and fun. We cannot thank Beantown enough, you will regret it if you do not hire them for your event!

Tim Wilson was wonderful to work with and was responsive to any and all requests we had. Our band had an engagement before ours, and he made sure that a DJ was there to make sure our timetable worked. The band, Eye to Eye, was awesome. It was the first decision we made about my daughter's wedding as I had taken their card years ago in anticipation of hiring them for this event. They made the celebration rock!

Boss Band was amazing. Everyone is still talking about how great the band was. Everyone had something to dance to....from classics to Katie Perry. Great band!

We went to one of their showcases to hear the band Radiance perform live (which I definitely recommend doing) and booked them after hearing just a couple songs...we were so impressed at how great they sounded! I definitely recommend using Wilson Stevens and especially Radiance...they are AMAZING!

Beantown is hands down THE best wedding band ever! My husband and I are trying to think of the next event we could book them for. All of our guests are still raving about how amazing they were - no one sat down all night! If you are looking for a band, please do yourself a favor and book Beantown!

Wilson Stevens consistently provides the best bands around and from the initial inquiry up until the day of performance, their service is second to none. I recently had Beantown at one of our Client's weddings and I couldn't get the guests to sit down for dinner or the formalities because the Band members and the overall energy of this group was so inviting! They truly give it their all on every performance and this starts right from the top when you contact Wilson Stevens to inquire about their services. They are a top notch organization and run extremely well.

We hired the Boss Band, and even though they were on the high end of our budget for music, they made the entire night. I would definitely recommend Tim @ Wilson Stevens to anyone, his openness & honesty while we were selecting a band was much appreciated. To anyone out there considering a band i would urge you to spend the extra money and go for it. The Boss Band that we had played to the crowd and had everyone dancing and singing in ways a DJ never could.

We used Wilson Stevens to hire our band Eye2Eye, and let me tell you-
Eye2Eye is INCREDIBLE! I first heard them play while I was working on a film with them, and from that day I knew I wanted them for my wedding. I then just had to get my parents on board, and after they heard 10 of the other top wedding bands in Boston, they agreed that we had to go with Eye2Eye. They are professional, talented, energetic, and just THE BEST. Not only are they amazing singers with really polished songs, but they also put on a show when you have them! They are great dancers and performers, and really interact with the crowd. They got everyone on the floor earlier than any other reception I’ve been to. People were dancing all through dinner!
We received soooo many compliments about them from our guests, which did not come as a surprise to me because I knew how good they were. They really can do everything well- motown, oldies, pop, rock, disco, r&b- you name it. Their MC’ing is also very entertaining. Having both male and female voices is awesome, and most of the band members sing in addition to playing an instrument, which is even better. The whole band gets into the performance, too, which is so hard to find. And they dress really sharp and look great.
Wilson Stevens was also easy to work with. They always answered emails promptly and gave me their honest opinion. They didn’t push expenses on us that they could have- we were considering renting a stage for the band and adding a string musician to the ceremony, but they said neither was necessary and they were right.
Once we got closer to the date, my communication was primarily with Penni Layne, the lead female singer. She was so kind and was also right on top of email replies. She was so generous with her time, and never got sick of my questions. I went a little overboard with the song list I gave her that I wanted to have played at the wedding, but she really tried to get every single one of them in- and it seemed like they played all of them or close to it.
We also had 2 members from Eye2Eye play for our ceremony and cocktail hour. Email communication with the band member that was in charge of this portion of the evening was a little slower in response and less thorough than Penni, but not a big issue.
Once again, let me emphasize that Eye2Eye is one to hire for your wedding. There is no better! I am a singer and performer myself, and am very picky about music, so these compliments are well earned. They are pricey, but they are an 8-member band and are so worth it. They really MADE the wedding. Find a way to work them into your budget- get a less expensive venue, get married on a Friday or Sunday, get a cheaper photographer- trust me, it will be worth it! Eye2Eye will make your wedding one to remember.

We went through Wilson Stevens to book our band, Eye2Eye. We worked with Tim - and he was super responsive and very nice to work with. We ended up booked Eye2Eye without ever hearing them live from all the glowing reviews they got, so when we had our wedding date picked out we emailed Tim. He responded 10 minutes later saying another couple was asking for them on our wedding date, but since we had contacted him a while ago - Eye2Eye was ours! We were very happy with all the transactions that occurred with Wilson Stevens.

The production company answered all of my questions about the band. The band, The Beantown Band was amazing. Everyone was talking about them with in minutes of the reception. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and work with Wilson Stevens Productions as well!

We had Beantown for our daughter's wedding in July and it was the best
thing we could have done !!! They are great. When you think about a wedding you remember if people were up dancing and having a good time.
Beantown provides that and much more. They are so professional and easy to work with . Their sound is amazing and our guests all loved them. Young and old alike thought they were great ! If you want a wedding to remember have Beantown be a part of your special day. They are worth every penny !!

Wilson Stevens (Beantown) is amazing! When we met with our other vendors prior to our wedding, they asked which band would be performing and all emphatically stated Beantown is the best and they were right! We received and continue to hear endless compliments from our guests about how spectacular our band was. Anita was a great point of contact for finalizing details and Tim did a wonderful job coordinating the ceremony music just how we wanted it. We appreciate the entire band’s enthusiasm to perform at our wedding party, Wilson Stevens' professionalism, and fulfilling all our requests. Our high expectations were exceeded! Radiance was absolutely fantastic. The band was dynamic, energetic, and talented. I really didn't want the night to end, but the way they performed our "last dance" was incredible. I don't like being the center of attention, but standing on the stage and seeing all of our friends and family cheering was incredible. I loved how the band had our guests circle the dance floor for our last dance. I cannot say enough about how great the band was. We are definitely looking for our next excuse to book Radiance.

We booked the band Radiance for our wedding last October - they were so great! All our guests were raving about the band for months after the wedding. Some of our friends even said they would pay money to go to a concert of this band. They really helped set the tone for our wedding, and ensured everyone had a great evening.

They actually weren't even our first choice - we had requested a different band but it turned out they were already booked for our date. Wilson Stevens suggested the band Radiance and told us they had a very similar sound to the band we originally wanted. They couldn't have been more right!

As the father of The Bride, you made for an absolutley fabulous evening for my daughter, son-in-law and entire family. Without question you are THE BEST!!

"What is the name of this band?", "How did you find this band?", "This band is awesome!", "This is the best wedding band I've ever heard!" Those were just some of the comments I heard from my guests all through the night of our wedding and the next morning. Beantown was absolutely amazing! My guests told me my wedding was the best they had ever been to and I owe that to Beantown. Beantown knows how to P-A-R-T-Y and how to get everyone to join in with them!
