Our wedding at Willows Lodge was nothing short of magical, and months later, our guests are still raving about it being the best wedding they've ever attended. From the moment we first visited the venue to the final farewell of our special day, the Willows Lodge team delivered an experience that exceeded our wildest dreams.
The venue itself is breathtaking. The Pacific Northwest charm of the property, with its stunning gardens, rustic-elegant architecture, and intimate outdoor spaces, created the perfect backdrop for our celebration. The way the natural beauty of the grounds flows seamlessly into the sophisticated indoor spaces gave us incredible flexibility for our ceremony and reception.
What truly sets Willows Lodge apart is their exceptional staff. The attention to detail and level of service was remarkable. Their Associate Director of Catering, Jenn Wenman, anticipated needs before we even realized we had them, and the entire team worked seamlessly to ensure everything ran smoothly. The day-of coordination was flawless – from the ceremony timing to the reception transitions, everything felt effortless and natural.
The culinary experience was extraordinary. Our guests are still talking about the food, which was far from typical "wedding fare." Each dish was expertly prepared and presented with the same care and quality you'd expect from a fine dining restaurant. The chef accommodated many dietary restrictions with creative alternatives that were just as impressive as the standard menu.
Perhaps the greatest testament to Willows Lodge's excellence is the feedback from our guests. Months later, friends and family continue to tell us it was the most beautiful, well-organized, and enjoyable wedding they've ever attended. The venue created an atmosphere that was both elegant and welcoming, allowing our guests to feel both impressed and completely at ease.
For anyone seeking a venue that combines natural beauty, impeccable service, and first-class amenities, we cannot recommend Willows Lodge highly enough. Wedding at Willows Lodge- Jenn is the BEST
We planned our wedding about 6 months in advance, and the Willows was just incredible. The food, wine, ambiance were perfect and Jenn truly made the experience the absolute best. We truly felt like we were planning our wedding with our best friend, and that best friend just happens to be the best in the business! She took time to understand us, problem solved instantly, and took any trouble out of the planning process. We, and our guests absolutely loved the experience overall! -

We were married at Willows on 3/30/24, and we had a wonderful experience, as did our guests. It was a second marriage for both of us, so we didn't want some of the more traditional wedding elements. The Willows team partnered with us on a truly joyful celebration, and we still get compliments on the food, wine, and Willows-recommended DJ! We would do it all over again at Willows in a heartbeat. -

They accommodated our international families, organized the whole venue space and smoothly communicated with our wedding planner, other vendors and ourselves without any issue. Our wedding at Willows Lodge, catered by the incredible team at Barking Frog, was an absolute dream come true, from the picturesque setting to the exquisite food and exceptional service.
The beauty of Willows Lodge extends far beyond its charming garden; the entire grounds provided a stunning backdrop for our ceremony, celebration and photos. It all felt like something out of a fairytale.
Jenn Wenman from Willows Lodge deserves particular recognition. As far as we’re concerned, she’s the GOAT. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the whole thing a breeze — she went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our event was perfect, from coordinating vendors and working with our planner to accommodating our specific requests.
The catering from Barking Frog was excellent. The appetizers were a highlight. But just as impressive was the outstanding Barking Frog staff, who delivered impeccable and professional service throughout the evening.
Overall, we cannot recommend Willows Lodge highly enough. Thank you to Jenn and the entire team for helping to make our wedding day truly unforgettable.

My husband and I had a small intimate wedding with just 24 friends and family. Willows Lodge did an amazing job. They made the process seamless, simple and beautiful in the end. The only things I had to do was organize the cake, flowers, officiant, and pick our menu. They did the rest. They made it a near-effortless process, which is what I wanted. It took a lot of pressure off of me as a new bride. I highly recommend them. The food was amazing too! Most of my family stayed at the hotel for the night of the wedding and everyone had a wonderful time and there were no complaints. Maybe we will have an anniversary party there one day. We loved it. -

Professional, Thoughtful, All Around Amazing!
I cannot speak highly enough about my wedding experience at Willow's Lodge. Leading up to the event, they were very helpful and responsive to any questions and requests we had. The day of they were absolutely incredible. Everyone we worked with was so professional and helpful in every way possible. They truly cared about making my wedding run as smoothly as possible. Special thanks goes to the catering team who helped my brother finish our wedding cake. I would recommend them a thousand times over to anyone looking to host an event or stay in their hotel. -

I don't think I can adequately describe how amazing this venue is. Everything they did was perfect. From the beginning, they went above and beyond.
Even though my wedding was considered peak season, they gave me the off peak season pricing since I guess they weren't busy on my date.
Jenn Wenman, the day of coordinator, had an answer and solution to all my questions (and there were a lot of them).
The venue itself is beautiful, the food was to die for, and the staff were all super friendly. The waiters kept coming to me during cocktail hour and made sure I had a constant stream of appetizers! This was super appreciated as I was starving.
I was super happy they did all the set up and tear down. After a big event, the last thing I wanted to do was tear down all the decor, I was amazed when they said they would do it! They even brought all my gifts up to my room on a luggage cart so I didn't have to. -

Willows Lodge was hands down the best place to have our wedding reception! Erin took incredible care of us throughout the entire planning process, went above and beyond for us, and was always available to talk even on her days off. The hotel staff were so attentive, friendly, and helpful and all of our guests have been raving about how beautiful the venue and hotel rooms were, how well the staff took care of them, how delicious the food and drinks were, and how smoothly the entire day went! The staff at Willows Lodge took care of everything and took a lot of the stress out of the planning. They handled all the set up and clean up and did a great job coordinating our other vendors. Needless to say, we had the most perfect wedding day and we couldn't have done it without the team at Willows Lodge and their amazing service! -

It really helped me make the choice - based on their referrals - and I couldn't have been more pleased with everything! My favorite thing was the attention to all the details and our guests. We knew from the get-go that we wanted a brunch wedding, a beautiful location, amazing food/drinks, flexibility in choosing some of our own vendors (such as photographers and florists), and to basically worry as little as possible-- and Willows Lodge far exceeded all of our expectations, AND had lawn games and cute pigs to keep the kids entertained!
From the beginning, Jenn was the most responsive out of all the venues we contacted and was incredibly professional, organized and made some great suggestions to help us figure out how to fit our budget. She answered every single one of my (bulleted lists of) questions for over a year as we planned our wedding, down to the details of how long the aisle was for our florist, or adding on vegan dessert options for our guests. The food/drink tasting that Willows held was a fantastic afternoon where we really got to experience Willows' service and amazing food/drinks, and it made narrowing down the choices for our wedding day easy when we met with Jenn to discuss final details.
The day of the wedding, the staff was absolutely on top of everything and so professional and wonderful. A couple examples of awesome service: everyone on the staff had a copy of our timeline so servers knew when to gently usher our guests inside when everyone was having too much fun playing lawn games, and a server made sure to reserve a plate of appetizers for me and my husband because we were taking photos during cocktail hour. There was a mishap with our dessert delivery where the components were dropped off, but it wasn't fully set up by the delivery service, but the Willows staff promptly took care of it. Our guests raved about the food, drinks, and service, esp. the mimosa bar, Italian sodas, and beef tenderloin.
Our wedding package also included a 2-night stay at Willows, which was a wonderful experience. Without a doubt, we couldn't have asked for a better venue. -

Alex Sent on 05/24/2018I can't say enough about Willows Lodge. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Erin and the rest of the staff at Willows Lodge. We had a smaller wedding but went with the regular package as opposed to the small wedding package because we wanted the room with the dance floor. We did the daytime package and loved that it included two nights at the hotel! The room was incredible and we're excited to stay again for our first anniversary. Willows was incredibly accommodating and flexible with our requests. Some things that especially stood out: the food was INCREDIBLE. One of our guests asked for extra ravioli and they gave it to him! The bartender was a hit, everyone loved her and everyone raved about the drinks (especially the peach bellinis and the bloody marys). The staff around the Willows Lodge were so sweet and kind and seemed to be prepared for absolutely anything. Everyone was so impressed with the customer service! I couldn't have asked for a better day!! -

Heather Sent on 05/23/2013Because me fionce had decided to join the Navy my wedding was bumped up from next summer to this summer, thinking I had originally had plenty of time to plan my brain was now scrambled. As we searched for places near the Seattle area a few popped up but none were quite accommodating to our extremely last minute and small budget ceremony. Until my mom found Willows Lodge! This lodge is even more exquisite in person then any of the pictures.
We decided on the "I Do for Two" package which was an upgraded elopement package! We got a very nice room that included use of anywhere on the grounds (where there wasn't a full wedding going on) to have our ceremony. When I arrived for the ceremony my girls and I were greeted with a glass of wine and warm similes from every staff member! Also with the package on our way back from our reception we called in to have them start our bath and when we opened our door my husband and I were astonished to the low light soft music playing and a bubble bath drawn with rose pedals strewn over the tub and bubbles. Also our champagne was being chilled in ice next to the bath and we received a mouthwatering breakfast in bed the next morning! I can't believe the service and accommodation we received for the unbeatable price!
I can't wait to come back for an anniversary to actually have time to walk the grounds and attend some of the local (next door) wine tastings! -

Ian Sent on 11/22/2010I fell in love with the Willows Lodge the first time we visited. It has a lodge like feeling with all the modern ammenities and luxuries you would expect from a resort. We thought it was out of our price range until we started figuring in that they include just about everything. Catering/beverages/tables/chairs/dance floor/linens/cake cutting/bartender/wait staff and more.
Also, something I noticed about many hotels and other venues, almost NONE of them had a dedicated area for weddings. Not even an arch. Many would simply be a big empty room and it was up to you to figure out how to make the ceremony not feel like a business conference. The Willows Lodge however has a dedicated and gorgeous covered area with a large arch. The covered area was beautiful without any decorations (although we had some flower balls hanging here and there) and we easily decorated the arch with tulle and a few more flowers. Our wedding was outdoors and in October so we knew the weather could be an issue. Of course, that morning there was a torrential downpour. The Willows set up very nice looking tent walls on the and heaters for the covered area outside. Our guests were outside and despite the weather were warm and dry.
The buffet was great, some of my most picky guests were complimenting the food and appetizers prepared by The Barking Frog. If you plan far enough in advance, they have a tasting event where you can try out all of the food too.
The Willows Lodge even include a luxury honeymoon suite for the night of which was amazing.
The one point I took away for responsiveness was that sometimes it took too long to get our questions answered before the wedding and when they were answered, sometimes it seemed like we just weren't on the same page. In the end however, it worked out fantastically. For any couple that is looking for a beautiful and stress free (well, as stress free as a wedding can be) wedding, we highly recommend The Willows Lodge!
