Perfection

I cannot say enough good things about Weddings in Monterey. From the very beginning, this company gave me nothing but professionalism, kindness, and immediate responsiveness. Soon after I booked with them, which was affordable, Covid-19 took off, and completely changed the wedding scene. Brian and Heidi Borgia were always there through each postponement, regulations change, and venue change, showing me empathy and support through that tough process. When my big day finally came, Brian and Heidi both showcased their talent and professionalism, which blew me away. Brian is a fabulous officiant, and wrote a beautiful ceremony for my husband and I, to which he delivered flawlessly. Heidi's photography skills are unmatched, and her joyful personality calmed my nerves before my ceremony. She and her assistant navigated my big ballroom gown and cathedral veil perfectly (even on the windy beach). This company was the best decision I made during the wedding planning process, and I recommend them to anyone wanting a perfect wedding day. THANK YOU again to Brian and Heidi.

Brian & Heidi Made Our Day Unforgettable

We’ve been together for thirteen years, and 2025 felt like the year to make it official. At first, we planned to simply go to the courthouse. But the idea of a romantic getaway kept coming up, and the charm of Carmel was impossible to ignore. After reaching out to several vendors, we consistently found ourselves drawn back to WeddingsInMonterey.com / ElopeInMonterey.com and to Brian and Heidi’s elopement package.

Even though it was “just an elopement,” planning a wedding still felt overwhelming. Brian changed that immediately. He helped us choose the perfect location, guided us on flowers, made dinner and hotel suggestions, and even recommended activities to make our stay special. He sent a ceremony template and encouraged us to personalize it, including adding a cherished bible reading. His warmth and calm made us feel cared for every step of the way.

Heidi was just as exceptional. We are two grooms who avoid being the center of attention and are definitely not comfortable posing for photos. Heidi made us feel natural and at ease. She listened to our ideas, offered her creative direction, and captured both classic portraits and stylish editorial shots that feel like artwork. The photos are stunning and authentically us.

This was more than a wedding—it was a deeply meaningful experience.

Brian and Heidi, thank you. What started as a simple elopement became something beautiful, personal, and unforgettable. We will always be grateful.

Everything was perfect

We are a couple from France and we called on Brian's services to organize a small wedding on Carmel Beach. In just under 3 months he helped us from A to Z. From choosing the venue, to the permit and many other details that we didn't even think about. He and his wife did a perfect job. It was exactly what we had dreamed of, even better! Absolutely the best!

Brian made our wedding day ceremony perfect. He made the planning for the ceremony absolutely stressless. His words captured everything and conveyed everything about our love story and future.
The ideas that he brought to the table to help us along were creative and thoughtful.
He was calm and professional at all times, which in turn helped us be calm and realize
that everything he was involved in was going to run smoothly.
Bottom line, I feel Brian is the best at what he does and am proud to have
had him officiate our wedding. If I could rate him 10 stars it would be 20 out of 10. He is that good.

Great Service + Great Price = BEST VALUE

We could not have had a better experience for our Wedding Day!! Brian & Heidi were absolutely a pleasure to work with!! Brian handled most of the behind the scenes work like the communication, beach permit, wedding license and basically held our hand throughout the entire process leading up to the big day! And then Heidi and her amazing eye for pictures made our special day just magical with some of the photos she captured. Their professional demeanor, their knowledge of the area, the multitude of options they presented us with and their willingness to cater to our needs is why they are such a great value!! We were both thoroughly impressed with how well everything was executed! With conviction we give them a rating of 10 out of 10 and highly recommend Weddings in Monterey and Brian & Heidi's services!!

The best officiant

We hired Brian to be our officiant and he was the absolute best to work with! He walked us through every stage of the planning from creating our vows to getting our license turned in. We did not want personal vows but wanted the experience to be special and he created just that. Our friends and family came up to us after the ceremony to tell us how much they enjoyed it and that they loved his energy. He made the whole process effortless and easy. Definitely a must for your wedding!

Dream Team with Weddings in Monterey

We couldn't have asked for a better team than Brian and Heidi for our ceremony at Stewart's Cove in Carmel. My husband and I highly recommend Weddings in Monterey for all your wedding planning and photography needs! Wonderful Team!

Heidi and Brian @ Weddings in Monterey were the perfect choice for helping us planned execute our special day. We came in from out of state and they helped us navigate everything we needed to do so that everything went smoothly. Simple, Professional, and Perfect

My fiance (now husband ;)) decided at the last minute to elope on our first date anniversary. We tried to plan a wedding two different times, but just couldn't please everyone and then pull the trigger on how much money a wedding costs to put on for only a few hours. With less than 2 weeks notice, Brian was able help me set up an elopement. We had some stressful travel situations the day of our elopement and Brian just rolled with the punches and made our wedding happen seamlessly anyway. A huge thank you to Brian and our photographer, Jacob Perl, for making this day everything we wanted it to be and including our two girls and the memory of our passed on son in our day. May Elopement in Carmel, CA

Brian and Heidi were very easy to work with for our May, 2021 beach elopement in Carmel-by-the-Sea. Brian answered all of our questions, helped us find the perfect spot for our elopement and wrote and performed a beautiful ceremony. Heidi was incredibly fun to work with and helped us relax in front of the camera. Our pictures are more beautiful than I could have hoped for and I couldn't be happier with them. Very cordial and professional, amazing pictures

Heidi did the photoshoot for us and within 24 hours we got amazing pictures. The photo edits were great. She suggested some nice, cute poses and the lighting effects made them look like a movie scene from a romantic movie!
Brian did the ceremony for us and we loved it as well.
They are both nice and flexible enough to adjust with us getting late to the ceremony. There were a few helpful tips that Brian shared with us (like tying my hair up because of the wind) that really saved the day :)

Wedding in Carmel

We had an amazing small wedding in Carmel. Brian was very helpful and flexible. We had to postpone the wedding once due to the fires. The ceremony was quick but very romantic and the views from the beach were spectacular. The pictures were gorgeous. All of my family and friends loved it.

Perfect Day

Brian and his wife, Heidi, delivered the perfect wedding day for us in every way! We were traveling from Southern California for our elopement and during the entire process Brian was quick to respond to my questions, and even went above and beyond in checking on our location because of the fire in Big Sur. Great experience

We got married 9/13/2020 and Brian and his wife Heidi did a fantastic job keeping it simple and sweet. We opted for the smaller package due to Covid - Brian stayed in constant communication with me as things kept changing. Heidi did an amazing job with our photos, I seriously couldn’t be happier. Perfect, Magical Evening

Perfect Elopement Ceremony

We would highly recommend Brian and his team to help you make your special day one to remember for a lifetime! Communicating was very easy and convenient to discuss details. I talked on the phone with Brian once and then the rest we e-mailed. Brian sent great reminders leading up to our ceremony. We had a hard time decide how to do our vows, working with Brian made those seem so simple. We told him our preferences and he came up with most perfect vows and ceremony that fit us so well. It was like he had known us our whole lives. We couldn’t imagine our elopement any other way. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect!

For several years I booked weddings and worked as a professional wedding planner on the Monterey Bay in some of the finest, luxury hotels. During this time, I had the distinct pleasure of working with Brian Borgia. Brian was always number ONE on my preferred vendor list when brides and grooms asked me to refer an Officiant. When Covid-19 interrupted my own large scale, out-of-state, wedding plans for 2020, my fiance and I decided to secretly elope. Elopement in Carmel

Brian and Heidi are the most amazing team! We were lucky enough to have them help plan, officiate, and photograph our elopement ceremony on the beach in Carmel on November 13th, 2019. Brian went above and beyond helping us find the perfect location, personalize our vows, and also helped me find the perfect person to do my hair and makeup! Perfect in every way!

My husband and I were so blessed to have Brian and Heidi for our special day! The ceremony was perfect. Brian wrote a beautiful ceremony and it was decorated exactly like I imagined. Heidi was incredible. She managed to get my massive list of desired family photos done and from the sneak peak she sent us already the pictures are amazing! Wonderful Intimate Destination Wedding

Brian and Heidi were absolutely Fantastic! They are a husband and wife team in Monterey, CA. Brian officiated our ceremony and his wife Heidi was our photographer. Brian helped us every step of the way, from officiating to helping us choose the location, to the park permits. He was infinitely patient and kind with my million questions of how we were going to pull this off. And he was wonderful all the way through the ceremony calming my nerves and writing a beautiful ceremony for us taking our preferences into account. Heidi was so fun and got everyone involved in the photos and I can’t wait to see how they turn out! They are both Lovely people and it’s obvious they really enjoy what they do!

Absolutely amazing!

There is not enough that I could say to describe how efficiently and wonderfully Brian and Heidi work together to create the wedding of your dream!
We contacted Weddings in Monterey a couple of months before our date while still trying to decide how we were going to arrange for a wedding in such a very short period. Brian was very to respond to my email –while they were on vacation- and answered many of my numerous questions. He was clear and precise and gave us many options to work with. Initially we were considering to have a small wedding with only family members and a few friends, later though we decided to elope alone and have a big party for everyone afterwards. Back and forth, we touched on every little detail with Brian and then we met with him about a month before the wedding date. He took lots of notes and we discussed locations and details. Once we decided on a location with Brian’s help, he sent us a questionnaire to fill out for our ceremony. We met once more and ironed everything out. I was still very nervous that things will go as planned. A couple of weeks before the wedding, Heidi contacted me and we decided on the final schedule. The day of the wedding, Heidi came to the hotel as planned but about 15 minutes early and took plenty of pictures for both of us. Then we met Brian at the chosen location. Throughout the whole experience both Heidi and Brian were very professional, warm and super nice. Our ceremony was perfect! Even the weather cooperated and we had the sunset pictures we wanted and the video we recorded of the ceremony with our cell phone came out clear and better than expected.
The cherry on the top came the day after the wedding when Heidi sent us a small album that contained some of the most amazing pictures of our little ceremony. I had asked her to send us a few to show our family but never expected her to do it so quickly and with that many pictures. They were absolutely perfect! She captured all the special moments and we received many compliments on how beautiful the pictures came out. Now I can’t wait to get the full album.
Would I recommend Brian and Heidi? ABSOLUTELY! They were amazing! And the small little ceremony they participated in will be forever this incredible precious everlasting memory in our minds. Thank you so much Brian and Heidi for a magnificent wedding!

Amazing wedding planner!

Brian was so incredible! He helped me with every single detail of my dream wedding and was so kind throughout the entire process. He truly cared about the details and made the whole thing so easy for me. Elopement in Monterey

My husband and I came from Nevada and decided to elope in Carmel. Brian and Heidi made everything so easy! We communicated through email and Brian was always very responsive. Beautiful and affordable beach wedding

Brian and Heidi are absolutely the best. We had a beautiful wedding on the beach and it could not have been more perfect. Brian did an amazing job on the processionals and took the time to learn our love story and incorporate it. Heidi was so much fun to work with doing our photos. Everything was perfect. Intimate wedding day

Our dream was an intimate wedding on the beach, and Brian and Heidi made our dream come true! They know the area, they helped us plan, and they are the nicest people, they made our wedding day special, not only what they did for us, also their personalities. My husband and I are from the SF Bay Area, and wanted to do a small intimate wedding in the Monterey area and we didn't want a lot of fuss. Brian's help through the planning process was great. And as an officiant, he was extremely warm and felt like part of the family. Heidi was our photographer and we took a lot of pictures in our time together. She was also very good working with us and our family. I haven't received the photos yet but look forward to getting them in a few weeks!

Brian is incredible. We planned our Carmel River State Beach wedding from Sacramento CA. All correspondence was done by email and Brian was ALWAYS responsive, gives good advice/tips for the area, and handled ALL the details (flowers, license, arch setup, chairs, etc) check out all the packages he offers!! Our wedding ceremony 8/4/18 was a dream come true. The florist Brian works with is incredible & the ceremony he wrote for us - brought a tear to our eye. I cant say enough good things. He is so professional, kind & beyond helpful! Not to mention good pricing!

We are from Orange County, CA and decided to do a destination somewhere up the coast. From doing google searches, we stumbled upon the Weddings In Monterey website, and ended up scheduling to meet Brian in person. From the first meeting we knew we were in good hands. Brian is such a genuine and kind person, who truly cares about his clients from day one. We had no idea what beach we wanted to have the wedding at, so Brian gave his honest opinion about all the locations, and we ended up deciding on Carmel River State Beach. Brian also gave us recommendations for restaurants for receptions, and we ended up choosing the restaurant II Fornaio because of his list. He really took the stress out of planning our ceremony, and he is so attentive to every detail. He even took care of working with California State Parks to get the event permit for our wedding day. On the day of our ceremony, the weather was absolutely amazing, but because it was June 23rd, 2018 the beach was very crowded. But Brian did not hesitate at all. He got everything set up perfectly (chairs and archway) and even asked some people to move over on the beach so we would have a nice area around us. We couldn't be happier with how our wedding ceremony turned out, and we are so thankful we came across Brian who made our dream destination wedding happen. It was meant to be! His wife Heidi was also the photographer which came with our package, and she was also amazing. The Borgia's are down to earth, kind, and honest. You will be in the best of hands using them for your wedding planning and execution. They are locals to the area and have the best connections you could ask for. Anyone they recommend for additional services will be just as honest and caring as themselves. Thank you so much for being apart of our amazing day and making it moment we will never forget.

There was something quite lovely getting married with the help of another married couple. Brian and Heidi make a great team. They clearly work well together and love doing so. I loved their sense of humour which really calmed our nerves. When we got married at The Frog Pond, which was truly the most perfect setting for us. They had just returned from a couples retreat. We quite like how they as a couple made time for one another away from work place. We had chosen the Simplicity package over the Elopement one as we liked the song options and the photographic package was better and definitely worth it. Although it was just the four of us, (myself, husband to be and our two children) they made our ceremony feel incredibly special and intimate. The words that Brian had wrote, incorporating our children in so they could feel part of it was perfect. Heidi and her assistant Sam captured minute by minute which allowed us to share our memories with our family and friends back home in the UK on our return. They were stunning. We loved the balance of posed photos with the more relaxed in-between moments that truly reflected our day. We do not, for one second regret cancelling our large Manor House wedding in the UK for our wedding in Monterey with Brian and Heidi. Thank you x

We had our small wedding in Carmel and Brian was our officiant and his wife Heidi did our photography. They were absolutely perfect for our special day. I wrote to each of them and planned our wedding, including location, actual ceremony language, logistics and photography schedule all by email. We never met either of them until the big day and I felt very comfortable doing so. It is rare that you can plan something with any business over email, and be surprised with the results on the positive side. They both felt like friends we had known for some time as they are easy going and wonderful to work with. Brian puts everyone at ease and brings a light nature to the ceremony despite his formal and professional appearance. His wife Heidi did a great job with our photos, both on the day itself with the shooting and the finished product as well. And ours was an outdoor wedding which can always be trickier to execute well.

I wholeheartedly would recommend both of them for your wedding plans. Truly wonderful to work with

From the initial interaction to the time we drove off as a married couple, everything about Weddings in Monterey was perfect. We are lucky to have found Brian and Heidi for our special day. Our needs were fairly simple and they were able to accommodate us in every way. Their connection for the wedding location was exactly what we wanted. There are so many words I can use to describe Brian Borgia's services. To begin with, my husband and I are currently in the military and we live in 2 different states not even close to California but we really wanted a beautiful beach wedding and that is exactly what we got! We are so thankful to have chosen Brian as our ceremony coordinator. Because of our different work schedules and different time zones, we mostly communicated via email and Brian always responded to any questions we had very quickly. I wasn't the type of bride that was very picky with the set-up. I gave Brian pictures of what I pictured our ceremony to look like and him and his wife made it happen! We received many compliments from both sides of our family of how beautiful our ceremony was. I couldn't picture a better Ceremony for my husband and I... (except me redoing my vows because I forgot them when the time came, but that's a different story) :p

If you are considering a wedding in the Monterey/Carmel Area, I HIGHlY recommend Brian and Heidi Borgia. It’s too bad that the limit for the ratings is only 5 stars! We chose to have a beach ceremony and Brian was extremely knowledgeable on the area, knowing which beaches were best, and which would offer the best views and best photography. My fiancée and I were planning coast to coast motorcycle trip across USA and an intimate elopement along the way. Because we are from Europe, I was looking for company who can arrange everything for us and Weddings in Monterey was it. From first email, Brian was very helpful and responsive. He replied and answered all of my questions and helped with choosing the venue. We met 2 days before the ceremony and we went trough everything step by step, so we felt confident everything will be perfect. And so it was! Even more then perfect. The location was amazing and ceremony he wrote was so beautiful!
Because we eloped, photographs were very important to us. Heidi did a great job. She made us feel relaxed and easy to work with. She listened to our wishes and helped us with her suggestions. You could see how much experience she has and how easy everything was. Even though it was our first photo shooting together the photos really look amazing. Brian and Heidi, thank you again for the most beautiful day! I would definitely recommend Weddings in Monterey!

We had our vow renewal ceremony at Carmel River State Beach recently. Everything was perfect (except the light drizzle!). Brian was awesome through the whole planning process. He always responded to my emails and had an answer for every question I had. I even had to change the date and it was possible. Every detail was just as promised, or better. We hired Brian and Heidi for our destination wedding in Carmel, and are so glad we did! Even before they were hired, Brian was super responsive by email. He helped us throughout our planning, answering all our questions and providing detailed advice on everything from restaurant venues and best beach locations. His service was superb, personal and thoughtful and he was very engaged. We in so many ways could not have done it without him. We couldn't have asked for a better team. Brian handled most of our correspondence and did so with knowledge and professionalism. He did a great job with the ceremony, sprinkling in a few personal details but not going overboard and pretending like he was an old friend. He was very accommodating with our many questions about Monterey locations and made helpful suggestions about things like a videographer and backup location in case of rain. Heidi was an excellent photographer. She and her assistant were active and made good use of their time. The photos look wonderful.

I truly enjoyed working with Brian and Heidi! Professionalism is great and communication is complete. Definitely recommend theireading services. We had an elopement ceremony in Monterey on the 17 mile drive. The pictures with the ocean back drop is perfect. Luckily this team is very understanding. Brian and Heidi were a Godsend! My fiancé and I knew we wanted our dream elopement to be a stress-free, reasonably priced, but top notch experience on a beautiful beach somewhere in the Carmel/Big Sur area. As soon as I called and spoke with Brian I was immediately comfortable and confident he could help fulfill our wishes. He was incredibly patient and thorough as we went over every potential beach in the area. He continued to be responsive, professional and kind as we worked out other details like flowers, music and vows.

Yet as we approached the big day, there was a 90% chance of rain and Brian recommended we might consider indoor venues. We asked him if there was any possibility we could change our ceremony date at the last minute so we could still have it outdoors on a beach? We did not wish to fly all the way from Washington, DC to exchange vows indoors. We were so relieved and grateful that Brian and his talented photographer wife Heidi flipped some things around in their schedule to accommodate us! So my fiancé and I had the wedding we dreamed. The day could not have been more gloriously beautiful! Brian and Heidi both went out of their way to fulfill our dream to wed barefoot on the sand with the waves crashing behind us on a perfectly secluded beach.

Heidi went on to capture the splendor of it all! She sent us a sneak peek photo that absolutely blew us away. We knew she was talented judging by her portfolio, but she exceeded our expectations. We cannot wait to see the rest of her photos of our perfect day.

So in closing, Brian and Heidi are the perfect team. Brian helps create your dream elopement while Heidi captures it so you can cherish the memories for many, many happy years to come.

I cannot recommend Wedding in Monterey enough!
They are truly the most professional, wonderful people to have plan you wedding.
We live in the UK, so I put all my faith into Brian and Heidi, to find the perfect beach, the perfect location, the perfect time, the perfect bouquet and the most wonderful photo's I have ever seen of a wedding!

My wife and I was accomplished our wedding because of Brian. He's the type of person who's organized and cares for the bride and groom who wants nothing more than perfection on their day. The decorations and chairs for the wedding were placed and set-up as requested for our wedding. The event's location was remarkable. As an officiant, Brian was well prepared and made the ceremony perfect. My family even complimented Brian to me about how nicely the ceremony was done. Thank you so much for being part of our wedding. We're honored you were our officiant.

I can't thank Brian enough for helping us in the planning of our wedding at Pebble Beach. A previous wedding planner left us in the dark after many attempts to get a reply back. We emailed Brian and within hours he emailed us back and worked with us in setting a wedding date. He kept in contact with us, advising us and by providing all the information we needed to know for our special day. His replies were done in a timely manner and always very pleasant and patient with the many questions I had. I highly recommend Weddings in Monterey and Brian. Brian was so great to work with! The entire process of planning a wedding was laid out for me with the help of Brian. Sure, the entire guest list was under 15 people, but it was certainly made painless and stress-free with Weddings in Monterey. Everything from the venue to the bouquet to the beautiful photographs were taken care of. It was amazing and everything I had dreamed. The wedding questionnaire and the pre-meeting with Brian were both great. He really took the time, after meeting with us, to craft a well-written and entertaining ceremony that was extremely unique to us. The day-of went without a hitch. Everyone was where they were supposed to be. Nothing was out of place. The beach was beautifully combed with a circle of roses and an "aisle" leading up to it. As far as the pictures went, they were amazing. I wrote more about it under Heidi Borgia Photography in EventWire.
Basically everything was easy, on my end, and worked out beautifully!
All in all, it was a wonderful experience. The pictures turned out BEAUTIFULLY, and I can only say that I highly recommend the whole Borgia wedding package. Thanks to them, I feel like I had the most beautiful and intimate wedding imaginable.

My wife and I got married on April 30th 2016 in Pebble Beach Ca. On the 17 mile drive. We used Weddings in Monterey with Brian and Heidi because they offered it all! From the ease of navigating their website to the professionalism and detail that Brian put in to the planning process, wedding and ceremony, everything was perfect. Brian is awesome! He and Heidi really made our dreams into a reality! We were concerned about the weather, and Brian was able to help us locate a back up plan with only 2 weeks until the wedding. He went out to the wedding site early that morning just to make sure the weather was good and to ensure we had enough time to change it if needed. The wealth of knowledge & guidance from Brian was so calming for something that can already be so stressful. He was always there when I called and always got back to my emails in a timely manner! Planning was so easy. He even offered to help with hotels and with planning our reception as well! The ceremony was our favorite part. Brian wrote a beautiful and unique ceremony for just us, it was beautiful. Heidi his wife and photographer is also very professional and very sweet. She was in total control when it came to the photography. I mean it's your wedding day, you want to make sure your photographer gets all the right pictures; she emailed us before the wedding to get a list of pictures & specific moments we wanted captured. We even sent a few ideas we found on pintrest! After only 4 weeks we got our pictures back! WOW!!! they are incredible. She captured it all! She was so patient with us the entire time and made posing easy and natural. The pictures really capture the love, excitement and beauty of the entire day. These two are truly special people, who I am so grateful helped make our day so special. Brian was wonderful to work with! He crafted a perfect ceremony for us - it was spot on with regard to what we wanted. He paid attention to the details and listened to exactly what we wanted. Heidi was our photographer and was amazing. Our photos turned out beyond what we ever could have expected or hoped for. We keep looking back at them in awe! We organized our wedding from outside the US and Brian & Heidi from Weddings in Monterey were the best choice! Throughout the whole process they were absolutely welcoming, helpful and always responded quickly to our numerous questions. The day before the wedding ceremony my wife and I met Brian in person and got a chance to talk about last minute changes.

The ceremony itself couldn't have been better and truly surpassed what we imagined! Brian's wife Heidi was our photographer and not only was the shoot great fun but the pictures turned out to be outstanding! My wife and I are very thankful to have found Weddings in Monterey for our special day and recommend Brian and Heidi to anyone.

Brian and Heidi are fantastic! We planned everything through email, and my renewal service was magical. The ceremony was at Lover's Point in Pacific Grove, and the view was breathtaking. Brian personalized the ceremony to fit my situation, and was so easy to work with. And you can't beat the price for everything included! I would recommend them a million times over!

They were personal with us & honestly caring of all that was important to us for our special day. They were always considerate on getting back to our calls & emails whenever we had questions. Very people focused and made the booking easy. I live in the UK and could not believe how responsive Brian was to my queries, sometimes answering instantly despite the 8 hour time difference. Brian was a wonderful officiant and wedding planner. We had booked him with a package deal that included flowers, photographs, officiant, and decorations. It was perfect for what we wanted. The photographer Jacob Pearl was lovely. His pictures are amazing, they almost look fake or movie like, they're so beautiful. I cannot wait for our vow renewals, I know exactly who to call!

Weddings in Monterey made my wedding day the best it could ever have been. Brian and Heidi ensured that everything was perfect for us and we had nothing to worry about. From start to finish the process was so simple and they made it easy to plan a wedding from 1000 miles away. Brian was the officiant and Heidi was the photographer for our wedding in Carmel. They did a fabulous job for our wedding. Brian was easy to work with. He was very responsive and held our hands through the planning process. A creative writer, Brian wrote a moving speech that was memorable but not too long, which was exactly what we asked for. All the guests said he was polite and perfect for the job. Heidi was an excellent photographer. The shots came out beautifully. She was dedicated and professional. Best part was she knew how to make everyone smile. She worked well with our videographer. A great team player!

Overall, the two of them made the planning process painless and our wedding day perfect. We cannot thank them enough!

Brian was invaluable in helping us plan our wedding in Carmel. I was planning remotely and it was so nice to have someone in CA who I could trust to answer all my questions, consider all the best options, and help make sure that my vision for the day came to life. Even when the city of Carmel changed the permitting rules, Brian was on top of it and made sure that our plans could still move forward. My brother was the officiant for the ceremony itself, but Brian was there to make sure everything went as expected. I could always count on Brian to be prompt, professional, and helpful in our correspondence leading up to the event and the event itself was no different. Brian and his wife, Heidi, were outstanding in every aspect!

We found Weddings in Monterey via the Internet and we all know that it may be scary so far from home for a wedding destination. .... We were in contact with Brian planning our wedding and he always got right back to us. We changed our date and Brian was able to pull off the dream wedding Joe and I were looking for. If you are looking for an all around full service wedding planner I would not choose any other one! I must say that Brian and Heidi gave us a stress free wedding and they are great people with friendly professionalism!

"Weddings In Monterey" -- Brian and Heidi Borgia -- is a wonderful business! Brian and Heidi assisted with every detail of the wedding. Because the Bride, Groom and guests were coming from out of town, we were able to depend on the Borgias to take care of things and make the day much less hectic. The location was absolutely spectacular; the flowers were lovely. The ceremony was very touching, meaningful and all that the Bride and Groom could have wanted. If anyone I know wants to have a special wedding, I will definitely recommend "Weddings In Monterey" -- the business and location are absolutely fantastic!

Brian and Heidi were so accomidating to everything I asked for with our wedding. It was a beautiful sunset setting on the beach and the ceremony was short but sweet which is exactly what my husband and I had in mind. We renewed our vows recently in Monterey with Brian Borgia and his wife Heidi taking pictures. They planned the whole thing, all we had to do was show up. They were professional and kind. Brian and Heidi are a one stop shop for your Monterey Wedding. They deliver amazing results and do not disappoint. From the moment I met Brian for our initial consult, I was at ease knowing that our day would be special - not to mention exactly what we were looking for. As an officiant he is warm and funny, which was precisely what we wanted. Heidi, his wife, captured all of our beautiful moments on camera so we can relive our special day for years to come. Brian of Weddings in Monterey officiated my Renewal of Vows in celebrating our 25 Years Anniversary. He gave us an outstanding service in renewing our vows and was extremely professional, responsive to my questions and very knowledgeable in his craft. He is a non-denominational officiant but he asked me some important questions relating to my renewal and how I would like it to be -- religious with bible verses. My husband and I were grateful to find him and we are so blessed to have had this momentous ocassion officiated by Brian Borgia. His wife, Heidi, was our photographer. She took several pictures of our wedding with so much precision and style. She's absolutely an excellent photographer and was quick to take our pictures but with such fastidiousness. She's warm, gracious and gave us a quick turn-around on our pictures. We were hoping it will take three to four weeks but she sent us our amazing pictures in DVD in just a little over a week! Our pictures turned out so beautiful and truly a work of art. I cried after looking at our pictures taken by Heidi, they were overwhelmingly beautiful. Thank you so much Brian and Heidi! You guys are an excellent team and it was absolutely great to have you do our Renewal of Vows!!!

My husband & I highly recommend Brian & Heidi Borgia of Weddings in Monterey. We are from Texas & were able to plan our bonfire the night before & our Vow Renewal in Carmel. This would not have been possible without the Borgia's. Brian helped us with the location, time & rentals for both events. The bonfire was the highlight of our vacation & our family loved it. We walked out to the beach at the designated time & everything including the fire, beach chairs, s'mores supplies, extra firewood, lighting & blankets were waiting on us. Wonderful family fun! Our renewal the next day was beautiful. Brian had everything prepared for us and he was a wonderful officiant. It was as if he had known us for years & had prepared every word for my husband & I. After the renewal, Heidi Borgia Photographer took many photos for our family that we will always treasure. Heidi even surprised us with our very own video.
