Karolina is super sweet, organized, and very professional. We hired her as our wedding day coordinator but she was always available in the months before the wedding whenever I had any questions or needed any help.

Karolina performed many services for us including:
* helping find remaining vendors who fit our budget
* creating a wedding day timeline
* contacting all vendors the week of the wedding
* providing all vendors with the day's schedule
* providing a bridal emergency kit
* putting up and taking down the church decorations
* bringing floral arrangements from the church to the reception hall
* setting up miscellaneous decor in the reception hall

Even with all Karolina did for us, there were a couple of things that really impressed me the day of the wedding.

Right before the wedding, my mom wanted to change something in the ceremony. I started to get upset and would probably have gotten into an argument with her if Karolina hadn't been there. She spoke to my mom, calmly explained that changing things would just confuse everyone, and that was that. I would have hated going into my ceremony having just fought with my mother. Just having Karolina there to prevent that argument was worth what we paid her.

During the reception, I had a couple of mishaps with my dress and Karolina's bridal emergency kit came in so handy! My husband stepped on my dress and tore the ribbon that held my bustle together. Karolina had safety pins which she and my sister used to create a makeshift bustle that I think looked even better than my original one! A little while later, I noticed I had some sort of light stain on my skirt. Karolina used a Tide pen and got rid of it within minutes. Thanks to her, I made it through dinner to our first dance without looking like a mess!

I am so glad we hired Karolina for our wedding and would highly recommend her to anyone!

Karolina was extremely flexible and helpful. We used her for our DOC but I was in contact with her on a daily basis for the entire month before the wedding. She answered all of our questions and took care of all the details that made our day perfect.

Working with Karolina was one of the best decisions I made while planning my wedding. She was super responsive, kept track of all the little details and allowed me to not stress and just enjoy my big day. I would recommend her to any bride-to-be in a heartbeat!

Karolina was wonderful to work with! We were so glad we went with her. We hired her for partial wedding planning so we worked with her for several months leading up to the wedding. She was hard working and responsive throughout, provided good suggestions, offered us flexibility and options. Of course, she was also very helpful and hard working on our big day. Karolina and the folks over at "Weddings by Karolina" were amazing! They were always on top of every question and every request, and come our wedding day we were so worried that those "little details" would be missed but nothing was forgotten. I can't say enough good things, I really see an excellent future for this little company! Highly recommended!

I adored karolina and would highly recommend her but not for a heavy orientated do it yourself wedding as mine was.

I was happy with her responsiveness to whatever questions i had via email...she was very quick....I never felt I could not get a hold of her.

The only problem I had with her was I was a VERY do it yourself 2nd time around bride who had a vision for my wedding and ...after all was said and done...was very dissapointed in Karolina's ability to carry out my vision and do the set up as we had discussed in DETAIL prior to the wedding.

I was very dissapointed that a large part of my decorations were never even un wrapped from the boxes and displayed as I had wanted and also the centerpieces were not set up as I had intended.

I had given her in detail pictures of my centerpieces and also all the boxes of "centerpiece" props were labeled and maked specifically for all the tables......

hundreds of dollars worth of centerpiece parts went unused and unwrapped....many projects that were hand made went unwrapped and un used....

a wedding is a once in a life time......sometimes as I was you get lucky and finally marry the man of your dreams and it is a 2nd marriage.....but non-the less...i look back and feel dissapointment every time I look at a photo of a table setting that wasn't as I wanted....

I feel as if my dream wedding is still a dream...it never came to life

Dear Future Bride,

I am happy to give you nothing but my utmost recommendation that you book Karolina and book her now! I would like to give you a balanced review in which I tell you all the good things but also mention things to be wary of, but unfortunately I cannot-- I don't have a single negative thing to say!

If there is one thing in our wedding planning that was absolutely worth every penny (and more!), it was hiring Karolina on as our day-of coordinator. She is by far the most reasonably and affordably priced day-of that we've seen, and her dedication to your wedding cannot be matched (and will be apparent immediately). As far as "value for the cost"-- look no further! She is priced WAY below the "big name" (and not so "big name") coordinators, and her attention to every one of YOUR details will make you feel like you've gotten away with a steal! She never asks you anything twice-- she will know every detail of your dream and vision as well as you do!

While she is a "day-of" coordinator, her work starts the moment you hire her and she communicates with you and your vendors constantly up until the moment you say "I do." Her response time via email is almost immediate, and you never have to wait more than a few hours. In fact, she often emailed me reminders and such before I even had to contact her! I don't communicate very well over the phone, so I can't comment on her availability via phone, but if she is at all as attentive by phone as she is by email, you have will have no problem!

The timeline that she creates is very thorough and very helpful. She helped keep everything organized and moving throughout the wedding process. She actively communicates with all of your vendors throughout your planning and the day of your wedding, and I didn't worry about anything on my wedding day-- I knew she had it covered!

She is very friendly, and her demeanor is pleasant. This is a plus when she's dealing with wedding issues, as people feel comfortable around her and do not feel like they're being yelled at. She was punctual and professional, and was always there to help with "emergencies," even if it wasn't outlined in her job deion (i.e. I forgot vase marbles and she was there with a full bag!!).

Overall, I highly highly recommend her as your day-of coordinator!!

Karolina was super helpful - she thought of so many things that had never crossed my mind and made sure that we had all of the details covered. She coordinated with all of my vendors, ran the rehearsal when the officiant couldn't make it, and did a hundred other things that made my day smooth and wonderful. Highly recommend.

Great planning and day or coordinator! Karolina was our rock that day and was who we went to for everything. She really did a fabulous job and we reccommend her to everyone!

Karolina did an amazing job the day of the wedding. We had planned an outdoor ceremony and, of course, it rained the day of the wedding. We had a small window of opportunity to get the ceremony and pictures taken outside and Karolina worked with the other vendors to make it happen. It was wonderful and everything worked out as planned. Karolina kept us calm and handled all the details of the day with professionalism. We didn't worry about the details and the bride/groom and parents of the bride were free to just enjoy the day...which we did!

All I can say is if I could give Karolina a 10 I would.
Karolina executed a very extensive list of vendors including Ceremony and Reception Venue/Catering,BAR/Linen/Officient/Floral/DJ/officient/ceremony musician/photogs/videography and the bride and groom AND OUR FAMILIES.
Karolina did an exceptional job with every element. At the rehersal when the officient did not have his notes, she pulled them out in a second for him. We were so Impressed. I was impressed with Karolina's organizational skills, her communication, her responsiveness, she just executed no less than one thousand details of the wedding PERFECTLY!!!!!! That is WITH PERFECTION. When she showed me the room, I squeeled with delight then cried. Karolina worked very very hard all night long and made no mistakes. If there were any problems I never heard about it, she handled it.
When I had moments of crisis during the plannning she was right there to help.
Although she was my DOC, she e mailed me on regular intervals throughout the planning process to see if I needed help with anything. Was always writing me with words of encouragement and excitement about our upcoming wedding.
Karolina is a very very organized, hard working, soft spoken consumate professional that is an expert in her field.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND KAROLINA TO ANY COUPLE FOR THEIR WEDDING.

Karolina was an amazing asset to our wedding. Even if you think you are the most consummate planner in the world (I am) she will know what details to unearth and resolve before the big day. She was extremely helpful and made our wedding day almost stress fee. Lastly, when things did not go as planned, she was able to professionally address and solve the problem to keep everything moving along. I can’t speak enough praise about Karolina’s services.

Karolina was great! She made the day relaxing and fun for both the bride and groom. It wouldn't have been the same without her!

I hired Karolina as my Day-Of Coordinator and it was, by far, one of the best decisions I made. She was tons of help in the weeks leading up the event, helping me put together a schedule that would work well and getting all of our vendors on the same page. She even helped me find some replacement hair stylists when we had to part ways with ours three days before the wedding--definitely above and beyond her duties.

On the actual day, she got all of our decorations set up perfectly before we even arrived and made sure everything ran smoothly, even when our ceremony ended way early and things had to switched around. None of the guests ever knew anything was amiss and Karolina kept me very calm and sane through it all. I don't know what I would have done without her.

Karolina charges very reasonable rates for her services--we were on a very small budget and we were able to afford her and I'm so glad we got her. Karolina makes it possible for any bride, no matter how small the budget, to have a relaxed and worry-free day. Highly recommended.
