    Best decision ever made!!!

    As we began thinking about all that needed to be done for the big day I became overwhelmed which is when my fiancé suggested hiring Karolina.
    It was a relive to know that someone as responsive and caring as her was going to be there that day to take care of all the details and decor that morning.
    She helped so much making sure everything was done on time throughout the planning process as well as on the day of.
    We can’t thank her enough everyone had a great time!!!!

    Day of Wedding went smoothly

    Karolina was pretty on top of everything. My husband and I went over things with her which was reassuring. Day of Wedding we didn't have to worry about anything regarding vendors. She took care of everything including all the little details. I would recommend her as a day of coordinator.

    Best decision I made!

    I am so glad I hired Karolina for the partial planning. She provided monthly check list and answered all my questions throughout the planning process. She also referred me to some of the vendors I ended up booking with, and they were a great team together. Karolina contacted all the vendors with final day-of timeline before the wedding and I did not have to worry about anything on the actual day. She is very responsive, easy to work with, and great at what she does. Thank you again!

    Wonderful to work with

    Karolina was so on top of everything! She was diligent and new exactly what to do in order for our big day to run smoothly. She communicated with all of the vendors and came up with a fabulous day of timeline for us to follow. She constantly checked in to make sure we were on time with everything. I don’t think the day would have gone the way it did with our her preparation! I would definitely recommend her.

    Karolina did a great job handling the rehearsal/day of coordination for my wedding. She made sure everyone was on the same page and that the ceremony went smoothly. I definitely recommend her for your needs!

    Karolina was a a coworker friend of my sister’s. When my dad found out about her day of services he said “I don’t care what it costs, see if she’ll do day of coordinating”. Her costs for day of coordinating are very reasonable. We were very pleased with her work! She made things go so smoothly! Very friendly and so nice to work with!

    Karolina was such a huge help on the day of our wedding. I don't know how we could have gotten through the day without her. She came in early and set up my (many) DIY projects, decorations, and favors exactly how I wanted them. She communicated with me and my vendors throughout the entire event to make sure everything ran smoothly. And then she cleaned up at the end of the night and made sure I left with everything I started with. Not to mention all of the help she provided leading up the wedding, in terms of planning, communicating with vendors, putting together a timeline, etc. Karolina provided advice/suggestions for things that I would have never thought of. She attended our final venue walk-through and coordinated a ceremony rehearsal for us. Karolina's prices were reasonable and she was always available to answer my questions and quick to respond to texts, calls, and emails. Karolina was recommended to me by a family member and I would absolutely recommend her to others.
    If your venue does not offer a coordinator and you are thinking you can have a wedding without one, RECONSIDER. You cannot take care of these little details on the day of, and you shouldn't expect your family/friends to do so either. You NEED a planner or a coordinator on the day of your wedding and Karolina is an excellent choice.

    Karolina helped to make everything run smoothly as a day of coordinator. Even hiring her less than two weeks before, she was able to take charge and alleviate all our stresses. She even helped to think of things I’d forgotten about for the day and made it all a great success! I would highly recommend using her services. My only regret is not hiring her to help plan the whole thing!

    Karolina was really great! She met with me twice before the wedding and she went over everything with me. She made herself available to me via email or text and was super great at responding right away. She had some great ideas and was super supportive throughout the process. However she wasn't able to make it to my wedding due to responsibilities of having to be at a rehearsal dinner of another couple that she had booked before me. This was something she could not have seen coming. But it was definitely stressful for me. She had another coordinator Ani who was there at the wedding along with a coordinator who was able to set up everything and Karolina was able to tell her all the details and everything went without a hitch!!! Karolina was really amazing!!! I could not have asked for a better coordinator for my wedding preparations :)

    Karolina was wonderful and affordable. Planning a wedding is stressful but Karolina's helpfulness, professionalism and caring will make the process go incredibly smoothly. She was a great choice!

    TLDR: If you're looking for a top-notch wedding professional but don't require a major company backing you and dictating your every move, Karolina is an amazing planner and will make sure you have a beautiful wedding.

    For the lengthy review: My (then) fiance and I had began looking for planners 16 months out to put together a piece-meal plan to help find vendors. Karolina was responsive and managed to see us before we got calls back from anyone else. After about an hour consultation, we decided to go with her most comprehensive package. It was worth every penny!

    There is nothing more invaluable than a planner who comes in from the very start and gains an intimate knowledge of your wedding. Karolina makes sure to learn every detail and with her expertise, brings your vision to fruition. All the florists, venues, caterers, etc. knew her and were incredibly glad we had her on our team. She made sure to simplify the vendor directives to make sure they perform well and brings with her years of experience to know what can be done.

    At about about 3 weeks prior to the wedding, we realized just how great of a decision it was to work with Karolina. She had timelines, breakdowns, you name it. And on the big day, she was the filter between vendors and us. As much planning as you do as a couple, there will ALWAYS be questions at the wedding since your vendors are not as prepared as you think. The last thing you want to do is be worry. Karolina runs point, she takes care of all of that so you don't have to. And if you have her from day one, she'll know every last detail of your wedding.

    On the big day, it rained at an outdoor wedding. Miraculously, almost everything fell into place just as we had hoped (can't avoid mud in the rain in the woods!). I remembered looking at my watch about 2 hours in and thinking we somehow hit the timeline without a hitch. I knew then Karolina was the right decision.

    Karolina made my wedding effortless. When I met her, I had only selected a venue and was desperate for guidance. She narrowed down the vendor search to 2-3 recommendations for everything, which was a HUGE time-saver. The vendors she recommended were so unbelievably talented and professional. I was happy with every recommendation I received. She assisted in setting up meetings and jumped to my rescue when problems occurred. (For example--I had a bad first hair trial, and I couldn't get a response from the vendor to set up another trial. Karolina contacted the vendor immediately, and I got a response an hour later.) She checked in with me every month and responded to emails and texts within hours. I didn't even need my own timeline--she kept my wedding planning on track with every step. You can tell she is very experienced, and she thinks of all the details that a bride might forget.

    My reception was at the Adler Planetarium. I believe Karolina had never coordinated a wedding there, but she is so competent that she made me feel like I floated through the day--I had no stress, and I didn't have to think, coordinate, or plan anything the whole time. She is tasteful and made the venue look glamorous. She kept the timeline for the night on track. She only contacted me once or twice the whole night about easy things--the rest of the time she worked in the background to make the night flawless. She even thought to save snippets of my decorations and the photobooth album for me (I definitely would not have thought of that by the end of the night!)

    The other great thing about Karolina is that her personality is perfect for this job. During meetings she is sweet and easygoing, but she has an air of competency that lets you know she has everything in control. I was so happy to have worked with her--my wedding was perfect, and I owe so much of that to Karolina!

    Karolina was wonderful to work with as my wedding day of coordinator. She responds quickly to emails, is very organized, positive, and professional. I met with her twice before the big day and then again at the rehearsal, which was really helpful knowing that we're on the same page. I'm so glad I chose Karolina to help me on my big day and would recommend her to any of my friends.

    When I told my husband that I had hired a wedding coordinator to help us with our daughter's wedding, he was skeptical. THEN... when he saw Karolina work her magic at the rehearsal and the wedding, he thought having Karolina was the best idea ever! That was three years ago in 2014 when my older daughter got married. When my youngest daughter got engaged, my husband agreed that we needed to make sure we hired Karolina again. And we did! She just oversaw everything at our daughter's wedding on July 21st, 2017 and she amazed us all. Every time my husband or I had a question, she had already taken care of everything. Our event ran smoothly due to Karolina and we want to recommend her to everyone!

    Karolina is the best! She took care of everything the day of my wedding! She met with me a couple of times in person to talk through all of the tiny details (the majority that I didn't even think of!) and to make sure that everything was covered! The day of my wedding I didn't have to worry about a thing while I got my hair and makeup done and had my first look! Everything went smoothly with no issues :)

    Karolina was fabulous! I could not have pulled off this wedding without her. I had such a piece of mind knowing that she was there making sure everything was going smoothly and handling any issues that may have come up. She was professional, always kind/courteous and super responsive to all of my emails and questions that I had during my wedding planning process. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and takes an interest in ALL of her couples that she works with. She was on top of her game at all points in the process. Thanks Karolina!

    So glad we booked Karolina to be our 'day-of-coordinator'! She was in contact with us weeks before the wedding, reviewing contracts and giving us tips and ideas to have a successful wedding day. I was even able to ask her advice on details before the wedding, though she wasn't hired as a 'wedding planner'. On our wedding day I thought everything was going smoothly. I only found out after the fact that our venue wasn't ready at the appointed time to let our vendors in for setting up, and our photobooth never arrived! Karolina had handled the issues so well no even noticed these hiccups, including me! She used her personal contacts to get us a replacement photobooth IMMEDIATELY and they were better than the one we had originally hired! We are so grateful to have had her there to take care of everything on our day; I can honestly say I felt calm and relaxed the entire day knowing everything was in her capable hands!

    Hiring Karolina was one of the best decisions We made for our wedding. She was so incredibly helpful throughout the planning process.     Karolina was such a blessing on our wedding day! Not only was she extremely helpful in the planning process, but she was an amazing Day of Coordinator as well. She helped us create our Day of Timeline so that we had our day as organized as possible. She also contacted all of our vendors prior to our wedding day to ensure everyone was on the same page and would follow the timeline. After meeting with Karolina in person, I knew she was the perfect fit and I was so relaxed on our wedding day because I knew that Karolina was behind the scenes making sure everything was running smoothly. Even with a few last minute changes to our timeline the day of, everything went perfectly at our reception and it was so nice to have Karolina by our side!

    Fabulous service. Went way above and beyond expectations. Venue looked so beautiful after Ann set up. Ann offered suggestions without being pushy. She was so flexible in working with a venue manager who was not so flexible. Totally professional. Made everything go smoothly and that allowed me to really enjoy my day.

    If you're looking for a wedding planner/coordinator...look no further! Karolina from Weddings and Events by Karolina is amazing! We hired Karolina from a recommendation from our florist who had worked with her in the past and said she was THE BEST! I contacted Karolina that same day and she responded back very promptly. We met with her that week and hired her the same day for wedding day of coordination. Karolina began working with us two months before our big day contacting and taking over communication with vendors. She was always in communication with me to make sure she was aware of all details, changes, additions, etc. She helped answer a lot of questions I had about the day of and helped put my mind at ease. On the day of, Karolina was beyond amazing and went above and beyond. I was a DIY bride and had A LOT of decor to set-up. Karolina set up and cleaned up everything, managed all the vendors (including some difficult ones), helped everyone stay on the timeline, and helped make our day perfect. We could not have done it without her. Many of our guests came up to us the next day and told us how impressed they were with Karolina. I would strongly recommend Karolina to anyone who is planning a wedding and looking for a wedding planner/day of coordinator. She is prompt in her responses, professional, extremely organized, detail oriented, great time management skills and easy to get along with. Karolina truly helped make our day a success.     Karolina was great! We used her as a day of coordinator and she made everyone a month before the wedding a breeze. She attended meetings with our venue manager and organized the rehearsal. The week prior she reached out to all of our vendors and was able to keep everything organized. My husband and I had hectic work schedules the weeks leading up to the day and she was able to take the lead on any loose ends. The day of the wedding I had nothing to worry about and was able to relax while everything was taken care.

    Karolina was amazing!!! We used her as our day of coordinator, but she did so much more than that. She made sure everything ran smoothly the day of, helped set up decorations and was always around when we needed her. She responds to emails very quickly and really knows the business. I am extremely happy that we decided to work with Karolina. I would highly recommend her to anyone else. She accommodated anything I asked from her, even when I was making changes at the last minute. She was truly the best!!

    You will be in great hands with Karolina. She is responsive, flexible, and super sweet. We used her as our day of coordinator to bring all of our wedding plans to life in the final days. I can not recommend her enough to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly. I made several last minute changes that Karolina accommodated perfectly. She ensured that come wedding time, the last of our worries were the little details. I can only image planning a full service wedding with her would also be a huge success!

    Forever. She is very responsive and the vendors she recommended were amazing. She is very organized and had great knowledge of everything that may have slipped my mind.     Karolina ALWAYS answered her emails on time and in a timely manner...very responsive! She is very professional and on the day of the wedding, she handled EVERYTHING! She decorated the rooms beautifully and her assistant, Ann is just as professional! She will make sure that you are stress free and keeps you posted on any or all updates that come up. Her timelines are always helpful because she emails them on a monthly basis to keep you up to date on payments and things you made need to do. If you book Weddings and Events by Karolina (Karolina Warren), I promise that you will NOT be disappointed! I would give her 10 Stars if I could!     Karolina was absolutely amazing...and I'm not surprised. We had Karolina as a day-of-coordinator and I remember reading these reviews over a year ago in preparation for my wedding and had a healthy amount of anxiety about everything. Karolina came to us through a recommendation and then when I read all these reviews and one said "She's worth her weight in gold", I knew that she had to be there for us on day of to create peace of mind and ensure that everything ran smoothly. She did that and went above and beyond.

    One thing that was particularly helpful for us was having her direct traffic and run our rehearsal. We got married at the hotel where our reception was so there wasn't anyone to do that for us. Karolina is a pro and she worked really really well with us and our whole family, without her we would be lost.

    Karolina was an excellent coordinator! She definitely does her best to make sure the bride and groom are not stressed out the day of and has so many helpful suggestions and ideas, was very responsive to emails and definitely knew her stuff.
    On our wedding wedding day there were a couple of small mishaps but we didn't know about any of it because Karolina took care of them all.
    We are so glad that she was there on our wedding day and made our day as stress free as possible! We highly recommend Karolina to anyone looking for a coordinator.

    Karolina was an absolute pleasure to work with. I was wanting to do something completely different than any other baby shower I've seen. She stuck with my theme and turned into one of the best baby showers I've ever been to. All my guests were pleased with how much attention to detail she put for not only the food, decor, games, but also the party favors. She had the best and creative ideas to make the shower fun and exciting. I had my boyfriends grandmother diving over the table to take another guests bag of candy for the game we were playing. She really studied and did her research on how to create such a fun and different themed baby shower. I have referred Karolina not only for her services for baby showers, but for weddings as well. I've seen pictures and other reviews as well for all her other services. I plan on using Karolina for any other big events. She was absolutely professional and always listened to what I visioned for my event. She even went above and beyond and helped me make a flower headpiece that I had seen on Pinterest. If you're looking for the best person to listen, understand, and execute exactly what you want. Karolina is by far the best woman to have for the job.

    Karolina was truly a joy to work with and I recommend her without hesitation! We contacted Karolina and were very impressed with her professionalism and hired her to help us with partial planning for our wedding (6.20.15). Every step along the way Karolina guided us from recommending other vendors (we used hair/makeup, DJ, and flowers recommended by Karolina) to suggestions for logistical details of the wedding day and monthly checklists to keep everything on track. Karolina is extremely responsive to emails and phone calls which is something that is super important! Finally, the day of the wedding Karolina kept everything running smoothly. I know there were some issues at the reception with guests showing up who didn't have escort cards (and probably a million other things that went amiss that I don't know about) and Karolina handled everything with class and ease.     Karolina is the ABSOLUTE BEST wedding planner you could find. She is extremely organized, attentive and creative.     Karolina was exactly what we expected and needed for our wedding. Even though half our wedding party did not show for our rehearsal our wedding still went off without a hitch. She was extremely patient with our scattered friends and family and decorated my venue exactly how I envisioned. While several of my vendors missed the mark Karolina was on point with everything. I felt the value was exceptional for what we received in peace of mind.

    Karolina was awesome!! I was so nervous about entrusting the biggest day of my life in the hands of someone I barely new, yet alone was only going to be handling the day of coordination and not the full blown planning of it.
    Not only was she so affordable, BUT she made my dream wedding go off without a hitch. Everything looked perfect!! From the ceremony layout, to the reception, to the dessert table. It was absolutely beautiful, and I didn't worry about a thing. I got to enjoy my night as a Bride should. I entrusted her even with doing some of her own tweaking as far as layout and what should be placed where, and she made it all look amazing. I wouldn't have changed a thing!! I recommend anyone who wants to stay calm on their wedding day to trust her with your planning! The girl knows what she is doing!!!!

    We used Karolina for our "day of coordinator". She was actually recommended through the company we used for our entertainment- MDM entertainment. I am so happy that she did because Karolina made sure none of the stress was on me and that everything was taken care of. She organized our rehearsal and made sure everything was taken care of and following, I must have given her 8 bags of stuff that she made sure got to the reception and all set up while we got married. The reception was awesome. She put together a great timeline and worked with all of our vendors the weeks leading up to ensure everything was organized and ready to go. I would hire her again in a minute and would recommend her to anyone!! Thank you so much Karolina!

    I loved Karolina, she was great to work with. She gave us recommendations on a lot of vendors and we ended up booking our DJ, florist, photobooth, and photographer from her recommendations and loved all of them. We corresponded mainly through email, which is what I prefer since I work third shift, and she always got back to me in a timely manner!

    We used Karolina for our “day of coordinator” and she was great! And, the price for services couldn’t be beat! She was about ½ the cost of some of the planners we looked into who are based out of the city and I feel like we got everything we wanted from her services! We met once for our initial consultation and decided to hire her on the spot! All of our correspondence was via e-mail which is what I preferred. She was always organized both in-person and online. She responded to e-mails so quickly, it was great! About two months prior to the wedding we touched base again and she began working on our timeline for the day. We went through about 5-6 drafts as things were changing and plans were finalizing. Karolina was great at answering any questions we had and found her to be so valuable. She attended the rehearsal at the church to make sure everything went smoothly and then I barely saw her the day of the wedding which I feel is exactly how it should be! She had an assistant the day-of who also was helpful with all of the minor details. Everything was set up beautifully at the reception venue and the day could not have been more perfect! I thank her for all of her hard work and attention to detail to make our day so special! Karolina was great!!

    Karolina was great! She was there and committed 110 % all the time. Communication is the key with be a wedding planner and she listened and took notes during every meeting. She always answered emails immediately, and stayed on top of everything. She knew what I wanted before I knew :-) (bling). She had great referrals for all vendors. Everyone she brought to the table went above and beyond. Her prices are extremely great compared to others. Very professional and funny too. We received the "Full Wedding Planning Package" and she provided all the services we needed.

    Our wedding was flawless, & this was due in large part, of not entirely to Karolina and her amazing organization! This was the first wedding for both my husband and I so we had NO idea what we needed/wanted to do. Karolina asked key questions & made appropriate suggestions along the way, before long it felt as though she "knew" us well enough to steer us in the direction of our perfect wedding. Although she was planning other weddings, there was never lack of communication nor did we ever feel as though we were backseat to any other wedding, she always made us feel like her focus. She is extremely organized, responsible & reliable. ..on top of that she is a great person! Very easy to get along with and feel comfortable with right away :) I am recommending her to all of our friends planning a wedding , whether they think they need one or not. It was a priceless feeling being stress free on my wedding as well as comforting to know that no additional stress or responsibilities were being put on any of my bridesmaids or mom(s).     I moved out of state in the middle of planning my wedding, and knew I needed someone on the ground to help me with planning from afar. Karolina rose to the occasional spectacularly. She was super quick with responses via email, and made great suggestions about things I hadn't even thought of. She obviously has a lot of knowledge and experience with wedding planning, and I trusted her judgment and advice on just about everything. I technically hired her as a day-of coordinator, but that includes help in the months leading up to the wedding, finalizing with vendors, attending any meetings, etc. For what she charges, it was an amazing deal, and I would hire her again in a heartbeat! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

    We hired Karolina for the "Day of Coordinator" package which was one of the best decisions I ever made. Karolina never forgot about us during the wedding process - she always emailed me to see how we were doing and how the planning was coming along. Any time I had to email her a question, I always received a quick response. She was so helpful during the wedding process. Even during the wedding day, I didn't have to worry about anything being set up - all I had to do was give her all the stuff and she took care of it which allowed me to enjoy my day.     Karolina was a stellar addition to my wedding. The whole point of a DOC is to be able to completely put everything in their hands on the day of the wedding and have fun, and I was able to do that. Karolina was very flexible with my tight schedule in the weeks before the wedding and even agreed to have our final "meeting" by email rather than in person when i couldnt make it. She was super responsive throughout the process and available for both important and inane questions. She knew when to step back and let other vendors lead the way, and when to push for what I was looking for. I thought she did a great job on the day of, but afterward, I learned about multiple mini-errors that I or the caterers had made that she corrected and I never even knew about it. Highly recommend her.

    I was on the fence about hiring a day of coordinator throughout our 12-month engagement, but now believe that hiring Karolina was the best money I spent on the entire wedding. Even though I had planned, spread-sheeted, and timelined my heart out, there were still so many things I did not think of that Karolina helped bring to my attention. Outside of the extremely helpful assistance leading up to the big day, Karolina was worth her weight in gold the day of. Despite my careful planning, things inevitably ran behind schedule, but Karolina was there to make sure everything went smoothly and was accounted for. Trust me, you don't want to be worried about tracking down your wedding presents and cards at the end of the reception or making sure grandma has the perfect seat to view speeches ahead of time. In my typical A personality fashion, I interviewed over a dozen wedding coorindators in the Chicago area, including many in person meetings. Based on my initial research, Karolina had the perfect mix of friendliness and organization at a price that you simply could not find anywhere else for that quality of service.

    My husband and I used Weddings by Karolina for our wedding and could not be happier. Karolina was amazing! In the weeks prior to the wedding she was there to assist with great advice and brought items to our attention that we never would have thought about on our own. She was so helpful! A couple days before the wedding we ran into a couple glitches with the delivery of our flowers and timing of our photographers. When we mentioned these matters to Karolina she didn’t hesitate to get on the phone and start getting in touch with our vendors. She was great and because of her everything ran smoothly the day of our wedding. She kept everything on track and we were beyond thrilled with her work. We will definitely recommend her to any of our friends/family getting married in the Chicago area in the future!!

    Honestly, I can't recommend Karolina enough. She was such a joy to work with, she was on top of everything, and she was incredibly responsive to any request I sent her way. I pride myself on being on top of my game, and I am so glad I hired Karolina to handle the day-of burdens for the wedding since I could not be in two places at once, much to my chagrin. As an example of Karolina's prowess: she organized ALL the decor for the reception (I had a lot of DIY projects and she skillfully set up everything), she had the entire wedding party (14 attendants, parents, and bride and groom) ready to go at all times, she also handled some last-minute issues with the vendor (they didn't plate a few of the desserts and my mom asked Karolina to locate them - she did, and they were out instantly!), she also helped us locate the wayward limo and handled a very difficult dress bustle. She's pretty awesome and her rates are really reasonable considering the wedding price madness.

    If it weren't for Karolina, my wedding day would have been a complete mess! We hired her as our day-of-coordinator. I liked how even though we hired her 10 months before our wedding, she was still available whenever we had questions. She responded to emails right away, which is a plus in my book since I was planning my wedding across the country. She is very detail-oriented and knew exactly how things were supposed to go. She was great at asking a lot of questions just so we were all on the same page. She accompanied us for venue visits, and she took all our church and reception decor out of our hands days before the wedding so she and her assistant can set up for us. Days before the wedding, I wrote out on a piece of paper how I wanted the guests' tables to look at the reception, as well as where I wanted everything to be (no pictures, which could be confusing, I would imagine)... walking into my reception I was so amazed, everything was so beautiful!! I would absolutely recommend Weddings by Karolina to anyone getting married. It was one of the best decisions we made and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

    I have heard that weddings can be stressful. Mine was fun, calm, smooth flowing, organized and stress free thanks to Karolina! From the time she arrived she was running around and making sure that it was my perfect day. She is very reasonably priced for the amazing quality of service she provides.     Karolina was the most perfect day-of coordinator ever! She is extremely quick to respond to questions, very resourceful (we ended up using a few of her recommendations for a florist, and hair/makeup), and extremely organized. She asks the right questions, thinks about things a busy bride would never think about/remember to ask about and is very timely.

    Karolina met with us initially and once before the wedding, but was very communicative throughout the entire process. She was a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend her!

    Karolina was very responsive and organized throughout planning my wedding. Although I hired her as a "day-of" coordinator she provided a lot of pre-event planning assistance. On my wedding day I felt as though I had nothing to worry about because of her competence!

    Karolina was super helpful and made my wedding day amazing. She suggested great vendors for me, making my search fast and easy. Karolina was very quick at returning my emails and always had great suggestions for me. Her assistant, Ann, was also great for the day of my wedding. She made sure everything was on the up and up during the hectic wedding day, she was great! I would highly recommend Karolina for her experience and methods that will make your wedding day perfect!

    Just want to say thank you to Karolina and her helpers for all their assistance with my day of coordination for my wedding. I think I was most at ease during my wedding planning because I knew I was able to delegate certain responsibilties to her rather than friends and family that should be enjoying the wedding. I would recommend getting a day of coordinator to any bride considering it. It is worth it! Thanks for all your help!

    Karolina was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so professional and helpful during the entire planning portion of the wedding. She guided me throughout the process by sending me emails to let me know what I should be doing or planning with an informative timeline. She met with my mother and me whenever we needed which was so helpful to talk to someone face to face. I do not know what we would have done without her! At the wedding she was so organized and made sure everything ran smoothly. She basically directed our ceremony and made sure the room was set up appropriately. It was truly the best day of my life and Karolina helped contribute to that. We did first look pictures and during that time some of my buttons came off of my dress. No problem thanks to Karolina, she glued and sewed the buttons back on to me dress before I walked down the isle. I ordered these light up finger things for the reception and she brought them out to our guests at the perfect time. She also organized all of our decorations and things we wanted to take home so at the end of the night there was no need to run around and collect things. Everything was together in my bridal room ready to put in the car. She took all the stress out of the day and allowed me and my mom to truly enjoy the day! Karolina thank you so much for helping to make my wedding the best day of my life!!!!!

    What can I say about Karolina other than she and her assistant Ann (who I had the pleasure of working with on my wedding day) are out of this world. When I first started planning my wedding, I didn't even think about using a coordinator. I'm so glad I chose to, because Karolina and Ann bent over backwards for me to ensure that my husband and my special day was absolutely perfect. Karolina worked with me for the two months prior to my wedding to help me build a day of timeline, which was wonderful because it forced me to stay on track and to make decisions ahead of time. Ann was present at our rehearsal and helped to make sure she and the rest of the bridal party knew what was happening and when to ensure everything ran smoothly. Ann set everything up at the church, helped out with decorations/planning at the Cotillion for my reception, and even helped pack everything up at the end of the night...working PAST the time she was scheduled to leave, just to help out! I don't think I could have made a better decision of who to work with on my wedding day and would absolutely recommend Karolina/Ann to EVERY bride out there who is even remotely considering a coordinator. Thank you so much Karolina...you helped make our day PERFECT!

    I hired Karolina for the coordination of my daughters rehearsal and Wedding Day. She did an incredible job. Prior to the wedding she answered all our questions and gave us monthly reminders of what needed to be completed. During the rehearsal, which was an outside ceremony, she instructed us on exactly what to do. The day of the Wedding the ceremony went flawlously, do to Karolina. For the reception she oversaw and helped arrange all the details with the decor, oversaw the vendors and kept every thing on track, besides bustling my daughter. Because of Karolna I completely enjoyed myself at my daughters Wedding. I had full confidence that she was overseeing all the details that make for a beautiful Wedding. Karolina is absolutely professional and due to her help I had the best time at my daughters Wedding. The best money I spent!!!

    Without Karolina, our dream wedding wouldn't have been possible. Karolina was the only vendor we signed contract on the spot. She was very professional with her work, while she was also fun to work with. She got back to our email right away whenever it was; whether she was away or had a wedding going on. She also was willing to do what we wanted to do, while giving us honest feedback about her opinion based on many wedding experience. It would be a lie if we didn't have any hiccups on our wedding day but we were glad that Karolina was able to handle them for us so we could truly enjoy our big day...We highly recommend Karolina as she is really good at what she does!

    We cannot say enough great things about Karolina. We hired Karolina as our day-of coordinator, but she was helping us prepare months in advanced. We had a lot of vendors to work with, but thanks to Karolina, everyone was on the same page and ready to go on the day of the wedding. Throughout the planning process, she was always ready for any questions we had. For example, we had asked for a recommendation on a vendor for decor, and she replied almost immediately. Karolina always reminded us about important things that we easily overlooked or forgot about. The timeline she had put together was very detailed and meticulous, which is the key for creating a perfect day.
    Our rehearsal was run by our reverend, but Karolina was still there to help us out and to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was willing to take all of our supplies for the wedding after we had finished the rehearsal. It was an extreme weight off of our shoulders knowing that Karolina helped set it all up. That gave both of us the chance to enjoy every second of the day.
    On the actual day of the wedding, everything was in place, thanks to Karolina. Right before the ceremony started, one of our decor pieces fell over with a gust of wind. Karolina came to our rescue and helped put it back up, all without the majority of the bridal party knowing anything went wrong. At the end of the night, as we were loosing track of time, Karolina still found us to say goodbye and let us know that our keepsakes were packed away and ready to bring home. It was so nice to know that we could say goodbye to our guests instead of having to end our evening packing up.
    Without a doubt, we would recommend Karolina to any other couples getting married. She made the day so easy going and stress free. Words cannot express how grateful we are to have had such an amazing day. We thank Karolina so much for her help in making our big day so memorable.

    When we first started planning our wedding, I felt like having a day-of coordinator was more of a "nice-to-have" than a "necessity" - after going through the whole process, I have no clue how brides ever go without them!! Karolina was there and available throughout the whole time, but she was the most involved in the 4-6 weeks leading up to the wedding. She attended a final meeting and venue walkthrough a month prior and was a huge help both for myself and my venue coordinator. My venue's coordinator was very "by the book" - if I asked for anything out of the norm, it was kind of a fight to get it done. Karolina was a great advocate for what I wanted and making sure I was comfortable and happy with how things were turning out. She also proposed lots of ideas and questions for our coordinator, which I think was a big help to her.

    My uncle officiated the wedding, so I was especially nervous about the rehearsal. I really didn't want to be in the position of telling people when to go where! Karolina ran it seamlessly and again provided lots of ideas and covered things I never would have thought of (like the order of the recessional and making sure that all of the groomsmen had the same hand on top the other to make for cohesive pictures.) The day of the wedding, I didn't have to talk to one vendor. Both my husband and I really felt that we were able to enjoy the day and celebrate with friends and family - not worry about the dozens of tiny decisions and setups that make up a wedding.

    Can't say how grateful we are for Karolina's help making our day special and stress-free!

Not only was Karolina extremely responsive, she went out of her way to assist us with the planning and execution of our actual wedding day. From helping us find vendors, putting together a day-of timeline, set-up, and keeping us on schedule for the entire day, we really could not have asked for more. Anything we needed, she provided. She's extremely organized and had an answer to any question we had.     Karolina was truly amazing. We had a lot of "DIY" decoration work that needed to be put together and set up the day of. We also had an event venue "coordinator" who was supposed to assist. The venue coordinator was absolutely no help. Karolina did everything, made it look so beautiful, made it look easy. She was also extremely helpful throughout the planning process. Even though she was only a day-of coordinator for us, she always was willing to take time out, talk things through and give recommendations. I cannot say enough about how much she did for us on the big day.

    I would hire Karolina again in a heartbeat! My wedding went flawlessly and I know a large chunk of that was due to Karolina expertise. I had interviewed about 4 planners right after i got engaged and she was by far the most personable, the best value (we had a budget!), asked me the most questions, etc etc. I could go on and on but long story short I knew I wanted her to be a part of my big day right away!
    Leading up to wedding: I probably emailed her a thousand times and she always responded right away. No question was too small for her--she even emailed me to check on me when I hadn't sent her anything for a 2 week span. She saved me so much money with vendors she knew---and they turned out to be awesome! I have already recommended hair and makeup / florist to many of my other engaged friends. She also sent me monthly checklists--which yea are on the knot/in planning books-- but it made it seem more real/ more important to get done when you had to respond to an actual human that you completed these tasks! She also called all the vendors the week of the wedding to make sure everything was set. one less thing on my checklist that week! The rehearsal went flawlessly because of her as well.
    THE DAY OF: I am a nervous/control freak person as it is and was a giant ball of nerves the Friday and Saturday morning of my big day. But then she arrived at 11am and I felt way more relaxed! She has a GIANT e Kit which we ended up needing quite often! Once she arrived she started to help corset my bridesmaids, retrieve our marriage license to bring to the church, set up emergency kit, showed florist where to bring flowers (my fiancé and I were getting ready in 2 separate suites) and probably 1000 offer things I didn't notice! She even brought a cooler of extra liquor to the church to put on the limo so we'd have it after the ceremony! I could go on forever but if you are looking for an awesome day of coordinator you should hire Karolina!

    Working with Karolina was an amazing experience. We used Weddings by Karolina for day of coordinator but Karolina helped with so much more then just the day of. She kept contact with me throughout the whole planning and helped with giving me tips leading up to the day and contacting vendors with all information. She made my husband and my wedding day go by very smoothly and made sure we enjoyed ourselves! We are so thankful! We will defiantly recommend Weddings by Karolina to all of our engaged friends!

Before the wedding, she was not only someone that knew all the decisions that needed to be made but was also a wealth of information and advice while making them.     Based on a recommendation from a friend we decided to hire Weddings by Karolina for our wedding planning. Our initial meeting is what really impressed us as Karolina knows what she is doing. She had all the answers to all the questions and had questions for us to consider. She provides checklists on a regular basis in a countdown method. She accompanied us to vendor meetings, venues, etc. She was an invaluable person that was there for us through the entire wedding process. On the day of our wedding she had an assistant, Linda, to help with any additional tasks. They both ensured that we had the most perfect day ever. Without Weddings by Karolina we are sure that we would have missed details that her keen eye pointed out to us. Her work compared to the cost, an absolute bargain. We can only give the highest marks for Karolina and the work she put into our wedding as it really showed in the end.

    My husband and I hired Karolina for "Day of Coordinator" planning on the recommendation of another bride and it was one of the best decisions we made. We knew a large majority of our guests would be coming in from out of town and wanted to be able to focus and enjoy the time with family and friends rather than be caught up with the details on our big day. Let me tell you, Karolina was working with me MONTHS in advance of the wedding - emails to keep track of where I was at with vendors and updates, suggestions for details I hadn't thought of or needed help thinking through, multiple revisions to my timeline based on additions / changes by me, etc.!! She was extremely responsive to all emails and I really loved the fact that I didn't have to worry about one single thing from the rehearsal through the end of the reception - she's fantastic and I would recommend her services to anyone thinking of using a wedding planner AND even if you aren't thinking about using one, you should hire Karolina - she made our day worry-free and FABULOUS!

    Karolina was our day of coordinator for our wedding back in June. She did an amazing job from creating a hour by hour timeline, coordinating with the other vendors, making sure everything was spot on, and so much more. She took care of all the details on that day so I didn't have to! Living in San Francisco, Karolina made it very easy to communicate through emails and was very helpful in suggesting location ideas since I couldn't be in Chicago. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone with an upcoming wedding!

    I really can't say enough good things about Karolina, she is an absolutely amazing wedding planner. We hired her about midway through our wedding planning, initially only for her day of services. But after considering how much work we had left, we decided on her partial planning package and I think this may have been the best decision that we made during our planning. Karolina helped us every step of the way- she gave us constant updates, helped find our vendors, came to vendors meetings, and was easy to reach whenever we needed something or had questions about the wedding. She was present at our rehearsal and on wedding day to make sure that everything was perfect. On the day of the wedding, Karolina coordinated the deliveries, the arrival of all the vendors, made sure the decor was perfect and that we stuck to our schedule. I would absolutely recommend Karolina to my friends for the quality and value of her services.

    Karolina did a wonderful job. My fiance and i were very impressed with Karolina's work. I used her services for the day of the wedding. She helped me with the timeline, confirming information with vendors, setting up my centerpieces etc. Her rates are also very resonable especially compared to other event planners out there.     About a month before our wedding we decided we needed day of wedding coordination. We did not have much time left when we decided to go with Karolina. Karolina was great, she immediately took action to make sure she knew everything about our wedding and our vision. We had already booked all our vendors, so she introduced herself to all of them/ made contact with all of them. She created a timeline for the day of, which I loved, she was very organized and very professional. Since most hispanic weddings tend to be more on the disorganized side, I felt organization was key. She did a great job of making sure we got everything we wanted out of the night. We were supposed to have Mariachis for cocktail hour, they showed up an hour late as we were doing the grand entrance. Karolina asked us what we wanted. We told her to have them leave as we no longer wanted there services, it was great to have her there to handle the situation so we could move on with our night. Karolina and her assistant Linda were great to work with, and the best value of everyone we spoke to.

    Karolina is super sweet, organized, and very professional. We hired her as our wedding day coordinator but she was always available in the months before the wedding whenever I had any questions or needed any help.

    Karolina performed many services for us including:
    * helping find remaining vendors who fit our budget
    * creating a wedding day timeline
    * contacting all vendors the week of the wedding
    * providing all vendors with the day's schedule
    * providing a bridal emergency kit
    * putting up and taking down the church decorations
    * bringing floral arrangements from the church to the reception hall
    * setting up miscellaneous decor in the reception hall

    Even with all Karolina did for us, there were a couple of things that really impressed me the day of the wedding.

    Right before the wedding, my mom wanted to change something in the ceremony. I started to get upset and would probably have gotten into an argument with her if Karolina hadn't been there. She spoke to my mom, calmly explained that changing things would just confuse everyone, and that was that. I would have hated going into my ceremony having just fought with my mother. Just having Karolina there to prevent that argument was worth what we paid her.

    During the reception, I had a couple of mishaps with my dress and Karolina's bridal emergency kit came in so handy! My husband stepped on my dress and tore the ribbon that held my bustle together. Karolina had safety pins which she and my sister used to create a makeshift bustle that I think looked even better than my original one! A little while later, I noticed I had some sort of light stain on my skirt. Karolina used a Tide pen and got rid of it within minutes. Thanks to her, I made it through dinner to our first dance without looking like a mess!

    I am so glad we hired Karolina for our wedding and would highly recommend her to anyone!

    Karolina was extremely flexible and helpful. We used her for our DOC but I was in contact with her on a daily basis for the entire month before the wedding. She answered all of our questions and took care of all the details that made our day perfect.

    Karolina was just perfect! She helped us enjoy our wedding day to the fullest becasue we knew she had everything under control. She was in constant contact with us, always on top of things. Our wedding day, like most, wasn't without surprises but it was thanks to Karolina that we made it throughout with big happy smiles!!!
    Karolina is a professional, sweet and just wonderful wedding planner! We highly recommend her for any couple looking to have a perfect worry-free wedding ;)

    Karolina and the folks over at "Weddings by Karolina" were amazing! They were always on top of every question and every request, and come our wedding day we were so worried that those "little details" would be missed but nothing was forgotten. I can't say enough good things, I really see an excellent future for this little company! Highly recommended!

    Dear Future Bride,

    I am happy to give you nothing but my utmost recommendation that you book Karolina and book her now! I would like to give you a balanced review in which I tell you all the good things but also mention things to be wary of, but unfortunately I cannot-- I don't have a single negative thing to say!

    If there is one thing in our wedding planning that was absolutely worth every penny (and more!), it was hiring Karolina on as our day-of coordinator. She is by far the most reasonably and affordably priced day-of that we've seen, and her dedication to your wedding cannot be matched (and will be apparent immediately). As far as "value for the cost"-- look no further! She is priced WAY below the "big name" (and not so "big name") coordinators, and her attention to every one of YOUR details will make you feel like you've gotten away with a steal! She never asks you anything twice-- she will know every detail of your dream and vision as well as you do!

    While she is a "day-of" coordinator, her work starts the moment you hire her and she communicates with you and your vendors constantly up until the moment you say "I do." Her response time via email is almost immediate, and you never have to wait more than a few hours. In fact, she often emailed me reminders and such before I even had to contact her! I don't communicate very well over the phone, so I can't comment on her availability via phone, but if she is at all as attentive by phone as she is by email, you have will have no problem!

    The timeline that she creates is very thorough and very helpful. She helped keep everything organized and moving throughout the wedding process. She actively communicates with all of your vendors throughout your planning and the day of your wedding, and I didn't worry about anything on my wedding day-- I knew she had it covered!

    She is very friendly, and her demeanor is pleasant. This is a plus when she's dealing with wedding issues, as people feel comfortable around her and do not feel like they're being yelled at. She was punctual and professional, and was always there to help with "emergencies," even if it wasn't outlined in her job description (i.e. I forgot vase marbles and she was there with a full bag!!).

    Overall, I highly highly recommend her as your day-of coordinator!!

    Karolina was super helpful - she thought of so many things that had never crossed my mind and made sure that we had all of the details covered. She coordinated with all of my vendors, ran the rehearsal when the officiant couldn't make it, and did a hundred other things that made my day smooth and wonderful. Highly recommend.

    Karolina did an amazing job the day of the wedding. We had planned an outdoor ceremony and, of course, it rained the day of the wedding. We had a small window of opportunity to get the ceremony and pictures taken outside and Karolina worked with the other vendors to make it happen. It was wonderful and everything worked out as planned. Karolina kept us calm and handled all the details of the day with professionalism. We didn't worry about the details and the bride/groom and parents of the bride were free to just enjoy the day...which we did!
