Ryan is amazing! Really, I could end the review with this, as I can't think of a better way to describe him, but let me go on.
Ryan shot both our engagement and wedding photos. He was early for both sessions; casual but professional. During the wedding, he directed us for the posed shots and was very unobtrusive during candid moments.
He had the images available online within a week. I ordered a gallery wrap 11x14 of one of our engagement images. Very quick arrival. I have yet to order wedding prints but I expect that they will come just as quickly.
His work is truly worth the cost; almost a steal for the beautiful images he produces.
I have already raved to everyone I know about his work and will contact him again with future photography needs. I could not possibly choose anyone else, as Ryan has completely wowwed me.
(My approximate pricing quote includes a number of prints but no album, we were quite budgeted. We will order these things post contract price.)

Ryan was such a wonderful person to work with. He caught all of our special moments and it seemed as if he was always there at the right moments. All of our guest loved him and noticed how into the wedding he was. For the price we paid he gave us more and beyond. He is def. the best choice. Use him!

Ryan was fantastic to work with. We met him at a Starbucks in Charlotte to go over some of his work and booked him that day. His prices are better than any other photographer but that's not the only reason we decided to work with him. He is so friendly and personable. Our guests commented on how great he was and not arrogant like some wedding photographers can be. I gave him a list of pictures I wanted taken at the chapel after our ceremony and he was able to get everything I wanted in a 30 minute time period. He was great with my neice and nephew and all our family members.

Ryan is a fantastic photographer! He took the most amazing photos and we didn't even know he was anywhere around. Very nice guy that isn't at all pushy (which is hard to find). He took care to make sure we had all that photos we wanted and gave us a great price for the outstanding quality he provided!

If I could give Ryan six stars for value for budget I would. His fees do not reflect the quality of work he does. He's a rare find in the wedding industry - a professional who provides wonderful, quality service without gouging his clients on wedding-related services. I've recommended him to anyone I know who's getting married and will continue to do so. His photographs are beautiful and he's very responsive to the type of photography you want, whether you want more candids, more posed, etc. At our wedding, I barely noticed he was there yet his photographs make it appear that he was right in the middle of the action the whole time. He's extremely respectful and courteous and just wonderful to work with. I found him occassionally slow on email reponses, but I recognize that as a bride you forget everyone is thinking about YOUR wedding 24/7 like you are and that he's probably just simply busy when he's not answering. He was willing to travel from Asheville to Winston-Salem, not only for my wedding, but also just to meet me and show me his work. I was impressed from the moment I met him straight through the moment I received my photography after the wedding.
