I had a wedding at Vintage Villas. The sales manager was always friendly and professional. She responded all my emails and phone calls in timely manner. She was always sincere and there to listen which make a huge difference. The staffs during reception were very nice and took great care of us. We had the time of our lives. Thank you Vintage Villas.

My husband and I were thrilled we chose VV for our ceremony and reception. Our event coordinator, as well as day-of coordinator, was Lauren Allen. Lauren was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our day went perfectly. She was incredibly flexbile when we called last-minute to add on a few guests, and even accomodated us when we found out that some of my husband's family would not be able to be at the wedding due to a death in the family.

Our event from start to finish went off without a hitch and Lauren was fantastic in keeping everything on time. The guests raved about the food and drink (we had the Banquet menu with chicken and the premium bar), as well as the venue itself, which was just stunning. My "theme" was to acheive "casual elegance" for my wedding, and VV was able to do this perfectly.

Many of our guests came in from out of town and this was a great spot for everyone to stay for the weekend. Our guests took up a full building and it was perfect because we were able to use the common area for gatherings before and after the wedding. VV staff even brought us ice buckets and large garbage can to keep in the common area since we had the whole building.

I cannot say enough great things about this venue and the people who work here. Everything was fantastic and I highly recommend them. Lauren is the BEST!!!!

Vintage Villas was a fantastic choice for us! Our wedding was three days ago and several guests have commented on how beautiful our venue was and how smoothly everything ran. The entire staff was so easy to work with and very professional. I had a blast at my wedding and I truly believe a huge part of it was because everything was taken care of by Vintage Villas.

Our wedding was ten months in the making and Vintage Villas was the best venue we could have ever asked for. Samantha, our wedding coordinator was the most amazing person to have help with our wedding. She was so quick to answer questions and so helpful with the set up and run through of our reception. The most beautiful wedding, the best food and the best view of the sunset over Lake Travis. My new husband and I are so very excited to have had our special day there.

You can't beat the lake and hill country views Vintage Villas has to offer. I had hoped and crossed my fingers all year that it would rain and the lake would fill up. Well, it didn't quite get there but it didn't matter. We also had a bit of a rainy afternoon, so we ended up having to move everything inside...still, absolutely no regrets. The inside wedding was beautiful and the sun came out just in time for some marvelous sunset and lake shots right before we went in for dinner and dancing. Vintage Villas did a beautiful job throughout the planning process and helped walk us through a ton of questions. Samantha was great! She had immense patience with us and was always super-responsive. I would book this place for any party. It has all the elements and really showcases the beauty of Austin. I cannot say enough great things about Vintage Villas. My wedding was over 4 days ago and I am still receiving e-mails and texts about how impressed my wedding guests were. Every detail from day one has been taken care of by the wonder staff. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking and it's beauty is matched by the service, professionalism and friendliness of the people that work there. They always say that on your wedding day at least one thing will go wrong, I am confident that since I chose Vintage Villas that advice didn't apply to me.

Vintage Villas is an amazing place to get married! We worked with Samantha and she was very professional and helpful along the way. They have several different options in pricing depending on what you want and how big or small you want to go. Everything turned out better than we could have hoped. The dinner was so good too. I had read several reviews about how good the food was at Vintage Villas and they were all correct. We got married on a Sunday and they just happened to be running a special, so we were able to save some money. The room that came with the wedding package was perfect too! It was great not having to drive anywhere after the wedding to spend the night for us and our guests.

Vintage Villas is amazing. The venue and it's views are beautiful and they make getting married easy. They provide tables, chairs, linens, plates, silverware, flower vases, etc. Many things that one would have to rent out are included with the venue rental. All you have to worry about is your flowers, band, cake and guests. It is stress free wedding planning, the coordinators help you with a list of recommended vendors, a timeline and they provide assistance during the ceremony and reception. It is worth every penny and it's a great deal. I love this place!

I was planning my wedding from Colorado and worked with Samantha Botello throughout the wedding planning process. She's amazing, responsive, helpful, and guided us through our wedding day jitters flawlessly. She's the reason our wedding went off without a hitch!

We just had our wedding here last weekend. Everything was perfect, including the weather. I don't think we could have picked a better venue. We were able to have the exact wedding we wanted without blowing our budget. I am actually shocked that this place does not cost more. You cannot beat the views, landscaping and services. My only complaint is that the reception flew by way too fast, but that seems to be a common problem for every couple getting married :-)

Our guests commented on how beautiful the location was and how good the food was! Everything was great. My bridal suite the night before was amazing too! Huge room, sitting room, balcony and a huge bathroom made getting ready for my morning wedding a luxury! Thanks to everyone who helped make the day special!

I loved Vintage Villas. I loved our coordinator, the food, the view, the hotels, everything. They were so on top of things that if anything did go wrong I'd never know. Everyone was stunned by how beautiful the event was. I had multiple meetings and e-mail exchanges with Becky our coordinator before and she was always so patient and explanitory. We will be spending our honeymoon at Vintage Villas from now on, just to re-live the most amazing weekend of our lives.

Our wedding was in the Arbor Courtyard and Travis Room since we had a relatively small wedding (around 70 people). Vintage Villas was the first vendor we booked (back in December 2008). They were renovating the Travis Room during our tour, so we had to use our imaginations a little bit to envision the final product. We decided it was perfect and surprisingly within our price range because they offered us the 2008 rental rate. We booked Vintage Villas immediately. They were wonderful with correspondence and replied to emails and phone calls very promptly, which made planning a wedding from New York incredibly easy. Both Samanthas were outstanding on the day of the wedding. Everything went really smoothly. The food was delicious, the view was amazing... everything was perfect. Samantha was constantly asking if we needed anything, whether it was something to drink or help find my lip gloss. Honestly, Vintage Villas knew what they were doing and the entire night went by flawlessly. I also loved the fact that they wrapped up food and cake and put it in our suite so we could eat it after the wedding. They were honestly one of the best values of the entire wedding.

Vintage Villas was wonderful! We are so happy with our decision to have our ceremony/reception here! The place is absolutely beautiful and it was so much fun to be able to have all of our friends & family stay together on-site at the hotel. This made the whole experience even more memorable. The wedding coordiantor, Lauren Allen, is amazing to work with and accommodated all of our needs & any changes that we requested. The food was absolutely delicious! We had so many guests comment on how good it was. The timeline coordinator provided by the facility ensured that the whole event went smoothly. We could not have asked for more & are so happy! Our day was perfect! I highly recommend Vintage Villas if you are looking for a beautiful spot for your wedding, amazing food, a place that all of your guests can stay on-site, and a smooth, seamless, worry-free day.

If we were to get married all over again, I would without a doubt choose this venue again. Vintage Villas and our wedding coordinator were amazing from beginning to end. I was impressed from the very first email. The response was almost immediate and very informative. When we went out to look at the space, we fell in love! Our out-of-town guests were able to stay onsite following the wedding at the hotel and the event staff the day of were meticulous, attentive, and on-time. The wedding buffet was beyond superb. Compliments about the food didn't stop for days after the wedding. A+++ Vendor. Highly Recommend!
