The first time we went out to Vintage Villas, it was a cold and foggy January afternoon. But after looking at the venue and then spending time going through photo albums of past weddings, I fell in love. I knew this was the place I would get married. So after lots of deliberations we came to the conclusion and signed our contract. We picked a menu and had a tentative guest count and went on to plan our wedding. Our coordinator was such a great help, always just an email away with answers to numerous questions along the way. When the rehearsal day came, we were able to get everyone on the same page and use our time effectively. On my wedding day, things went smoothly for the most part. Being a person who is always late, true to my nature, I was running late to my own wedding. Our coordinator helped me get the last of my details in order so I could settle and focus on getting ready to walk down the aisle. She got the flowers out to the ushers and family members and even poured sand into containers for our sand ceremony. Now the dinner was absolutely spectacular. I still have people commenting on how it was the best food for being served buffet-style at a wedding. That is not something you hear everyday. I would recommend this venue to any bride and groom-to-be that are willing to spend a little more to have a beautiful venue at a beautiful location surrounded by those that they care most about.

If we were to get married all over again, I would without a doubt choose this venue again. Vintage Villas and our wedding coordinator were amazing from beginning to end. I was impressed from the very first email. The response was almost immediate and very informative. When we went out to look at the space, we fell in love! Our out-of-town guests were able to stay onsite following the wedding at the hotel and the event staff the day of were meticulous, attentive, and on-time. The wedding buffet was beyond superb. Compliments about the food didn't stop for days after the wedding. A+++ Vendor. Highly Recommend!

Vintage Villas was amazing. The wedding planner really helped me out and took charge of things for me. The hotel was amazing and the staff was awesome. I would highly recommend Vintage Villas to all brides.

My husband and I were married at Vintage Villas in mid-June 2009. Our wedding consultant was Becky Navarro, and she was fabulous. She always took the time to answer all of my questions and emails promptly. She always explained everything well. I would recommend working with her! We only rated it an exceptional value because we were married on a Sunday and paid a fraction of the price of a Saturday wedding. The way we looked at it, our wedding looked exactly the same as a Saturday night wedding, but for several thousand less. We booked the Gazebo and Events Center, the larger of the two options, and both were very clean and well kept. Everything was set up correctly and on time; their staff even puts out your rented linens. The landscaping looked very nice and the speakers and mic at the ceremony worked well. The waitstaff, bartender and facility manager were all friendly and provided excellent service. My only complaint is that you can't begin set up with your vendors and your decorations until 5:30, which was a really big time crunch to get all of the details put together. The honeymoon suite included was better than expected, too. We would definitely get married here again, were we to do it all over, and would recommend it to our friends!

Vintage Villas is absolutely beautiful! They helped my wedding day be everything I wanted and more. Everyone there is so nice and helpful, plus the view is amazing! I couldn't be more pleased with this venue.

Vintage Villas was the perfect place for us. Becky was assigned to our wedding and she is AMAZING! This place is a wedding machine and their attention to detail was superb. They helped our wedding flow very nicely. But the book up fast, so make sure you plan ahead. We actually booked here on Friday to save money, which was well worth it!

All I can say is WOW....This venue went out of their way to make everything perfect and set the tables up exactly as I requested. They placed all of our rented linens for free, provided wedding coordination service for such a LOW price. They were better than the day of coordinator that I hired and much cheaper. The event manager really went above and beyond as well. They even packed portions of the dinner and wedding cake in beautifully decorated boxes with flowers and placed champagne and food in our room so that it was there when we arrived. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue. Every guest commented on how perfect the venue was and gorgeous the lake was. The provide free use of their vases, tea lights, mirrors, tables and plain white linens if you choose not to rent your own. chairs, silverware, dishes, glassware, decorated cake stands all included. We had around 150 guests, with a cocktail hour after the ceremony that was at this venue and reception following with open bar, and seated dinner. Separate high-top cocktail tables provided as well for the dance floor at no additional cost.

We had a wonderful experience with Vintage Villas. As soon as we saw the arbor overlooking the lake and the nice event center (which would even be nice if we had needed the rain plan), we were sold. Our coordinator was Lisa, and she always answered questions promptly by e-mail and was always willing to meet in person. She also dealt with all the vendor deliveries (huge load off my mind) and made sure all the tables (reception, sand ceremony, gifts, guestbook, etc.), linens, centerpieces, etc. -- which the venue also provides -- were set up exactly like we had talked about. And the food was wonderful -- we made sure to give ourselves time to enjoy the meal before visiting with guests and they also made sure to box up cake and leftovers for both of us and put them in our room. The catering staff was attentive -- we had a waiter just for our table at the reception -- and the bar setup was good. The complimentary room on-site was very nice and so big that we easily could have had some friends come in if we had wanted them to stick around. Definitely a wonderful venue that met and exceeded our expectations!

Ahhh, everything you could ever imagine in a wedding! We absolutely loved working with the staff here and most importantly everything was BEAUTIFUL! I still look at pictures and can't believe that was our wedding. Thank you Vintage Villas!!

They were excellent, even when it rained and couldn't go ahead with the ceremony outside, the indoor alternative was beautiful. The service and attention we received was excellent, when my lilies wouldn't open someone went and bought more, they made our day perfect. Ask for Lisa Pritchett, she is the best.

This place was beautiful. They were really helpful and made most of our wishes come true. The setting is really what you pay for and you can't get the backdrop that we got in Dallas (which is where we were considering at one point). The perfect venue for us!

We were really happy with Vintage Villas. Our Wedding Coordinator (every couple is assigned a personal coordinator) was awesome. She was always there to answer any and every question through all the planning. The day went really smoothly as well. Our Coordinator actually personally helped decorate, even though it wasn't in her job deion. The staff really goes out of their way to make your day special. And the views of Lake Travis are absolutely beautiful! The food was really good too, and they personalized the menu for people with specific food preferences (like allergies).
These are the only nit picky concerns I had:
-They seem to be cheaper compared to other venues in the area, but check the amount of hours you are getting! It's a lot extra for another hour - and pay attention to set up time. They require that you pay for at least a half hour of set up time (which I wasn't aware of until after I paid). Guests are not supposed to arrive during this time and it's kind of useless. You can get there with the bridal party and get dressed, so I suppose that's something. Your venders are also supposed to show up during this time to set up.
-They tell you that all of your stuff must be picked up before your time is done or it will be thrown out. What they don't tell you is that they will start throwing things out half way into the day. After dinner (during the dancing), they closed off the dining room and started throwing away wedding favors we had spent all summer to make (we left them on the tables while we danced and had cake). Thankfully, most of these favors were saved by a savy guest. Make sure you have a friend or family member to watch your things so they do not get thrown out! They will throw out stuff before they are supposed to.
-We ended up being able to book very quickly (even though they were pretty full) because we decided to get married on a Sunday. If you are getting married quickly (you only have about 4 months or less to plan), getting married on Sunday will make your life a lot easier when booking venders.
