  Exceptional Service

  I worked with Emily in getting a quote and then editing it multiple times throughout the process. The tent was delivered and set up prior to arrival at the venue. All of the items we rented were great quality and perfect for what we needed. Emily was great to work with and was great in making suggestions on items we might need without “selling” them to us. I would definitely use them again!

  Vermont Tent has it all and making changes on your order is a simple matter of an email. They are flexible and communicate with you from the moment you hire them. They patiently answer any questions you may have, and if you visit the showroom, they will show you in person their many options. Highly recommend.

  Excellent Service and Products

  We used VT Tent Rentals to rent our cutlery, plates, glassware, and linens for our wedding on June 19, 2021. We had an ever-fluctuating guest list with the impact of COVID and they were always quick to respond in updating our rentals. The rentals are very affordable and great quality. I highly recommend them.

  Great experience

  VT Tent Co came recommended from our venue (Basin Harbor) and did a great job! They provided our tent, lighting, dance floor, stage for band, 4 farm tables (that we combined with the white round tables provided by our venue), Napa chairs for the farm tables and sweetheart table, and wine barrels which we used multiple times throughout the weekend. They were great at helping us figure out the right size tent, when we weren’t sure how many guests we’d get and also leaving room to accommodate rain (which we luckily didn’t have). We invited 260 and ended up with 200 and our 60x100 foot Centur tent was perfect. They came and set everything up the day before which was great. Briana was very responsive throughout the planning process and great to work with!

  We had a great experience working with Vermont Tent for our wedding rentals. Emily, who we mostly worked with, was super professional and communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. She provided great guidance in the showroom and was able to help us pick tableware and linens that were perfect for the space where we were having our reception – she even had a carpet sample from the venue to help us pick the color for our napkins! They were able to work with our caterer and provide some last minute requests with total flexibilty and ease. Definitely a great, professional team with a wide selection of rentals.

  Excellent Company

  We hired Vermont Tent Company to set up a tent on a private residence for our wedding. This was a unique situation because my husband and I got married on an Air BnB property that we had not yet had the chance to see prior to Vermont Tent Company's site inspection. There wasn't enough soil depth for the stakes so cement anchors had to be brought in, which meant a larger tent than originally ordered. Vermont Tent Company discounted the tent to offset the cost of the cement anchors. There were a lot of moving parts with our small wedding since it was also being catered and the two vendors needed to work together to make sure the caterer would have everything they needed to cook on property. On the day the tent was set up, the workers were very professional and the end result was fabulous. Our guests had a wonderful time at our wedding.

  We worked with VT Tent Co. this past year in preparation for our June 3 Wedding. We had a great experience with them through and through. They were easy to communicate with, had a point person who was familiar (regularly worked) with the venue that we used and attention to detail.

  We must have changed our order with VT Tent & Company at least a dozen times and Briana (and the rest of her team) were helpful and accommodating each and every time. They were even able to get our tent permitting in order but allow us to wait to make a final decision about getting the tent until a few days out. Also, it's amazing all that they have to rent out. We even got a large coffee dispenser for our post-wedding breakfast on Sunday. If you are looking for something, ask! They probably have it.

Our account manager, Brianna, was super detail-oriented and very accommodating leading up to our wedding, and everything went smoothly the day of with drop off and pick up. We were thrilled with how everything turned out!

Long distance wedding planning would normally be challenging, but Emily at VT Tent was wonderful about making suggestions, offering advice, and answering questions as we navigated all the decisions about tents, dance floors, lights, lanterns etc. for our 230 person wedding. Our sailcloth tent with wooden poles, bistro lights, and natural colored chairs looked gorgeous. The setup was on schedule and the crew arrived as planned to break everything down.   Emily at Vermont Tent was absolutely wonderful to work with! Our venue was a blank canvas and we had to rent almost everything. It was overwhelming, but Emily guided us through everything and made it fun! She was incredibly helpful when it came to designing a seating plan, and was flexible when we requested a revision just weeks away from the wedding. The selections offered at VT Tent are excellent with a variety of chairs, china, linens, flatware, glassware, lighting, etc.! Thank you, Emily!

  Vermont Tent Company was THE BEST choice we made in planning our wedding. We went about 99.5% DIY on all of our wedding planning, including making all of the food ourselves! And we seriously contemplated going with a cheaper tent company that would have required us to set up the tent ourselves, but I can not put into words how incredibly worth it it was to have the guys from VT Tent Company come in, set everything up in less than 2 hours and then tear down in less than 1 hour!   Emily at VT Tent was absolutely wonderful making sure both our wedding and rehearsal were stocked with everything needed. We didn't have any hiccups, everything was up on time and on site when it needed to be. She knows exactly what you need and where it needs to be.   Emily was great to work with! We rented umbrellas for ceremony musicians, stage for reception band, chandaliers, chivalry chairs, napkins and glassware for the reception. Some of these items we didn't originally plan on but were so glad she recomended them because the extra touches made a big difference. We had some struggles with our event location and she stepped up and helped even though it wasn't her responsibility. VT Tent CO was super easy to work with and very accomodating.   Beautiful linen, beautiful cutlery and glassware. They also provided benches for the ceremony, heating for the barn (it was a chilly day), seating and tables. Everything was delivered in a timely manner, the table wares were in excellent condition. Great people to work with!

  I worked with Grace and was overjoyed at how great she was to work with! Compared to other weddings, I ordered a minimum of items to rent because I provided many of my own linens and other items. However, Grace still gave me her full attention; from helping me plan the flow of the evening to letting me come a few weeks before the wedding to mock up some tables.
