We were so very fortunate to have Stuart preside over our wedding ceremony. His wife Janelle of Island Bliss Weddings assisted in planning our ceremony. Stuart was extra early to pick up my bridesmaids and I before the ceremony and allowed us to take our time to finish all last minute touch ups. Stuart had talked to my husband before the wedding to learn about our relationship. When he talked about us during the ceremony, he didn't miss a beat, it was like he has known us for years. We stuck to the traditional island vows and they were beautiful. Many of our guests raved about the way he performed the ceremony and some said it was the best ceremony they have ever been to. Will certainly request for Stuart to perform our vow renewal when the time comes.

Stuart was awesome! Even though we only met him moments before the ceremony he made me feel relaxed, comfortable and performed the service as if he had known us for years. We received lots of compliments from our guests about Stuart's service! I highly recommend him!

Stu was arranged as our officiant by our wedding planner so we didn't 'hand-pick' him... but we would have anyways in hindsight! He was great! I'm sure he is capable of any type of ceremony, but we wanted something that would match our personalities, and we wanted it short and sweet. He gathered some info from my husband before the wedding and used it to create a fun and sweet ceremony that we absolutely loved. It was very 'us' and had our families smiling and maybe tearing-up a little too. Hopefully someday we'll make it back to St. Thomas and we can renew our vows with Stu as the officiant!

Five stars for Stuart, who was absolutely fantastic. He put both my husband and I at ease prior to the ceremony. The ceremony itself was absolutely lovely and had all of our guests in tears. Stuart was extremely kind and helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about making our big day special. Definitely recommend.

We put a lot of time in looking for (and communicating with) many of the officiates and wedding planners on St. Thomas. Once we found Stu, we knew he was right for us. Nobody else was as friendly and responsive, and after meeting him I definitely understand why he has more positive reviews than any other officiant on St. Thomas.

We're so happy with our choice, and Stu made our wedding personal and fun. He's charasmatic and funny, everyone loved him, and he arrived early and spent time with me discussing our relationship and history before the wedding. We requested a non-religious ceremony, which worked out very well. The vows were unique and wonderful, and the service itself couldn't have gone better. We are so fortunate to have found him.

One warning - it seems like he's (understandably) very popular! We booked him about 4 months before our wedding and took the last spot he had available for the day.

Stu did an absolutely wonderful job on a VERY short notice. My husband and I decided to get married in St. Thomas only days before our trip. Not only did he help us choose the absolutely perfect location, Saphire Point, but he hooked us up with others on the island to plan our entire weekend to make it special and certainly unforgettable. Since our families were unable to be there, he put our parents on the phone so they could be a part of the ceremony and hear the exchange of vows. He was able to find a great photographer, videographer, and a native to the islands to play the steel drums during the ceremony. He had a friend of his take us on an "island hopping" boating venture on Sunday; we went from St. Thomas to St. John, to Tortolla, to Jost Van Dyke and the "Soggy Dollar Bar" etc.. Scott Macomson was the captain and he did a great job. I can't say enough great things about our experience. -highly recommended. Stuart was absolutely fabulous! My husband Mike and I got married last Friday at Pretty Klip Point, located at Sapphire Beach on St. Thomas. Mike and I decided to get married on St. Thomas just about a month ago, so we didn't have much time to get everything done, but when I contacted Stu everything just fell right in place. Not only was Stuart great but he also gave me a name of a videographer that was simply awesome to work with.

Stu went above and beyond what I even expected from him. Since it was just my husband and I at the wedding Stuart made it a point to tailor the wedding to fit us. I loved how he included many of our personal details about our relationship throughout the service. We were both so impressed with how Stu remembered every little detail Mike shared with him and included the things that mattered to us most like our dog Bailey, friends and family! It made our wedding day truly unforgettable.

To top things off Stu took us back to our hotel after the wedding, let us change and then offered to give us a ride to Megen's Bay! Along the way he was the best of host, telling us all about St. Thomas and stopping for us to take photos.

I honestly can't say enough about Stu... I feel like he is a really genuine guy who lives life to it's fullest. Don't spend another moment looking for anyone else on St. Thomas, Stuart Scott is the best on the island.

Stewart picked us up at our cruise ship and brought us to the courthouse to pick up our wedding papers. From the moment we met him, we knew this was going to work out great. He then whisked us off to the ceremony site on Megans Bay Beach.

He made our ceremony fun, enjoyable and memorable. He personalized the ceremony and had guests giggling in their seats. Just what we asked for!!!

Down the road when we plan to re-do our vows....Stewart and his wife (owner of Island Bliss Weddings) will be the first ones we call!

Stu married us on 1-1-11. One word to describe it- PERFECT! Stu included everything that we wanted and more. My husband and I ran away to the Virgin Islands to get married, leaving our 7 year old son at home (due to his disability it would have made it almost impossible to have him on the island). Stu made sure to mention our son several times throughout the ceremony, which was absolutely perfect. The day couldn't have gone any better. Stu was lighthearted, funny and yet serious at the right times. We can't imagine our wedding any different than what it was. Stu even went the extra mile to stop on our way back to the hotel to show us a cool view. He went above and beyond our expectations! Thanks so much, Stu!!

We wanted our wedding day to be stress free and fun and that's exactly what we got thanks to Stu! He exceeded our expectations and most importantly made our wedding day exactly what we wanted it to be! He has a wonderful personality and made us feel comfortable as if we had known him forever. I can't say enough about Stuart Scott! He was kind, calming, and charming. My guests, my husband, and myself all immediately felt at ease with him - as if we'd known him for quite some time. Stuart even added a few lines about how my husband and I met to make the ceremony more personal. He is completely comfortable with incorporating your unique traditions into ceremonies and very professional.

Stu did an awesome job. My husband and I are not religious and asked him to leave that part of the ceremony out, he did that and personalized it to us and our lives together. He had a great back story for us, compliments of my husband, and make the ceremony so nice and memorable. His pep talk before the ceremony was very much appreciated and it was great to get a sense of his personality before the ceremony. He was fantastic and perfect for the type of ceremony we wanted.

Stu was a fabulous officiant! He went was willing to work with me on any aspect of the ceremony and really went above and beyond any of our expectations! He even ended up helping pick up my family from the airport and later helped line up a sailing trip for my parents! He really knew what he was doing as far as having us stand in certain ways so the pictures looked good. I have to admit, I thought his preferences were a bit unusual at first, but it became quickly apparent that he really knew what he was doing. Stuart Scott was the most amazing minister. It was just me, my husband, and Stuart on our special day in St. Thomas. He delivered the most beautiful ceremony and he made us feel like he had known us for years when really he met us the day of our wedding. We took our wedding video back home to show at our reception and we received numerous comments that our minister was amazing. I would highly recommend him to marry you if you venture to St. Thomas.
