Best dj i have ever experienced!

I have been to more than a dozen weddings and this dj we used for our wedding was above and beyond any other dj I have experienced! They genuinely care about honoring us and making it the most special day of our lives. It is family owned, they are professional, authentic, and what stood out so much is they put so much thought in the order of how the whole evening goes and they make it fun and entertaining in EVERY element with great personalities! The timing of our first dance and cake eating was so special and put so much focus on us, they play a fun name that tune song to pick tables to eat, they have photo booth, props and FUN allll night long! Even the first slow dance was the beginning of the night to get everyone out of their seats and dancing! They pumped us up reaching out on our wedding week and even with a message 1 week after our anniversary. The timing of every song, speech and event was perfect the whole night! This DJ made our wedding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazing - Book them now!

We scouted multiple DJ companies when looking for a DJ for our wedding. Neil was by far the easiest to work with and was very knowledgeable and helped us build our vision at a very reasonable price. Kevin & Nick were our DJ’s the day of our wedding and we could have not asked for anymore from them. They were extremely personable and both our guests and us had a fantastic time.

Best part of the day (other than my husband!)

Neil and Beth were crucial in making our wedding even more wonderful than we ever could have envisioned. Neil was not only our DJ, but he also officiated our wedding for us. He took the time to meet us beforehand and learn about us and our story and incorporated that into our ceremony in a beautiful way. There wasn't a dry eye in the place!! It was thoughtful and special without being over the top which is exactly what we wanted. It allowed us and our vows to shine and complimented them and us just beautifully. Then he hit it out of the park with the music too! He had all of the equipment and mics for our loved ones speeches which was perfect. And then he really got the party going! We had guests from age 7 to age 93 and everything in between, and everyone was raving about the songs and dancing the night away! He also brought some really fun glow-sticks that were a really fun and special touch! I couldn't recommend them enough! Neil was so responsive throughout the whole process leading up to the day and had tons of helpful thoughts and advice whenever we needed. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!! Thanks again Neil and Beth!!!

Our Wedding 08.27.2021

We truly cannot say enough how much we love this company and looking back now, we can't imagine the wedding day without them. Music is important to us and right from the beginning, we could tell how important it is to Neil too. He provided a music worksheet that was so helpful in choosing what specific songs we wanted for each important moment and we were able to speak on the phone with him a couple times which just felt so nice and made the stress that wedding planning can bring feel very minimum. Fast forward to the day of the wedding and it was just perfect. Neil didn't miss a thing. It was truly just too much fun. Neil spoke so beautifully and really brought everyone together to celebrate the night. We rented their photobooth as well (HIGHLY recommend) and his wife Beth ran that and it was just awesome. Our family and friends had so much fun with them and have told us many times! They really brought our photobooth guest book to life. And now it's something we can cherish forever.
We feel forever grateful to have been able to work with Neil and Beth and to know them!

Amazing, incredible and fabulous

Neil and Beth were more than amazing! They handled our ceremony and reception. All our guests had a wonderful time and kept telling us it was incredible and the DJ was GREAT! One of our guests said that the DJ made him want to go get married just to have a party with Too Much Fun! We are so happy that Neil and Beth could be a part of our big day and they made each part so special for us. Love them ♥️

Neil and Beth created the perfect evening!

Due to COVID-19 we were forced to postpone our wedding and the previous dj was not able to make the new date, but we're so glad we found Neil and Beth instead! They were willing to jump in and save the day while being very attentive to our desires and concerns. Neil's commentary while releasing tables to the buffet had everyone laughing and all of the guests loved the variety of music played at the reception, keeping people on the dance floor all evening. They also threw in a couple dance floor accessories that we loved! It was easy to see that Neil and Beth were there to make it the best day of our lives and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

Amazing DJ service!

Neil and his team are a-mazing! Professional, friendly and fun people. We went in to have an initial appointment about what we could expect for the experience at our wedding. Neil was super prepared with an info pamphlet that we took home and did some homework with - songs and games for the wedding. My husband and I were super satisfied with their service - we both thought that’s one of the best parts of the wedding, as it really gave a fun vibe and smooth flow to the whole celebration. I highly recommend their service! No need to hesitate!!

Beth and Neil went above and beyond for being our officiant and DJ. They made it so much fun! It was not stressful at all working with them. They have became more of our family they just a dj. They made our wedding so unique and so much fun. It was filled with laughing, crying, and just a good ole time! I will recommend them to everyone! They did my sisters wedding as well and you would have never known it was the same company, they kept them so differently apart it was amazing.

I highly recommend Too Much Fun DJ Service. Neil is very passionate about what he does and it's apparent every step of the planning process. We had a great ceremony and reception thanks to Nick and Kevin and the photo booth. These guys know what they're doing and you won't be disappointed!

The absolute best experience we could have imagined.

Neil, Beth, and there sons are amazing! Not just as a business, but as people too! We are truly blessed that we had them DJ our wedding. We even had the privilege of Neil officiating is. They made our ceremony and reception flawless. Everyone at the reception experienced a night they will never forget all because Neil and Beth practically coordinated everything! They truly made planning a wedding seem easy. There’s no better feeling than knowing that the people you pick to be a part of your wedding day truly care and want to be there! Neil and Beth were amazing. From the DJ service to officiating our wedding! We received a ton of compliments from guests how friendly & fun they were. Overall great Experience

Neil and Beth were the MC/DJ for our daughter's wedding this summer and we couldn't have been happier. They were great and involved our guest in some of the activities. I'm sure our family will be talking about Charlie and Sean's Wedding for some time. Can't wait to book them for another event!!!!

Use them.. seriously. Whatever services ypu might need, they are true pros. Their photo booth is awesome, and they build you your own guest book. Takes alot of stress off of you. I didn't realize how stressful a wedding day could be, but they took care of everything on their own and it wasn't even a thought in my head. It just went totally smooth.

My husband and I don’t have enough to say about Too Much Fun and all they have to offer. After the first time meeting with them, we knew we didn’t have to look any further. They had everything we had imagined and more to make our day as perfect as it turned out. To this day, we still have people commenting to us how smoothly everything went and how involved our DJ’s were throughtout the whole day. If you are contemplating between a few DJ’s, I would say you shouldn’t have to anymore. Too Much Fun shaped our wedding and we will forever be thankful that we were so blessed. Love both Beth and Neil!

I was extremely nervous about finding a DJ because I know this can make a huge difference on you wedding day but Neil and Beth were WONDERFUL! They were professional, responsive, and helpful. They were a dream helping to plan the reception and the day of the music was better than I even imagined. Neil and his family not only provide a fantastic service and wonderful experience but put on a phenomenal show at your wedding. They are wonderful, exciting, and upbeat people to work with who will be a breath of fresh air during your wedding planning experience. They aren’t the type who are in it for the money, they just thoroughly love what they do, which is what makes them so excellent! All anyone wants in a DJ is someone who can keep the party rolling, and let me tell you this, these people BRING the party! I promise you won’t regret using this wonderful family!

My wife and I are really late on posting this review as we got married September 30th of 2017. However, I was absolutely blown away from the service that Neil and Beth provided for us from the first time we talked all the way until we were marching out of the venue of our reception! Too Much Fun is indeed correct, the services are so unique and well executed by the Carlbergs, we couldn't have asked for better people to support us in the exciting reception, dinner, and everything in between! The flexibility and ability to work out issues with our very "uppity and pretentious" venue and catering staff was awesome and they were able to make changes on the spot for us. They just made everything extremely professional and smooth throughout the evening. Grand Entrance: 10/10, ability to handle the dinner buffet line(along with including games for those waiting to eat): 10/10, special dances during reception: 10/10. These guys rock and if you are on the fence between Too Much Fun DJ and someone else, I would HIGHLY recommend Too Much Fun DJ! Final note, we still get comments on our reception a few times a month from guests of our wedding commenting on the fun they had and they always note how Fun the DJ was!

The Carlberg Family made my son’s wedding reception fun for everyone! We had a wonderful time and many people told me it was the best wedding reception they had ever been to. It was the best choice we could have possibly made.

Neil and Beth hosted a wonderful dance at our elementary school. They were superb! On time with set-up and the gym had just the right amount of lights, music, decorations, etc. They kept the kids (and adults!) busy on the dance floor the entire 2 hours. What a great way for children and their families to spend time together! Parents told me it was the most fun they've had at a school event. Thanks Neil and Beth!

"Too Much Fun" was one of the best wedding decisions that we made for our wedding. We decided early on in our process that one of our biggest priorities for our wedding was "the party" part, so a great DJ became a must. Neil is great to work with, easy to contact, and flexible. He really tried to understand our vision for the wedding and make all our biggest dreams come true. By the time the wedding came around, we felt like family. We had so many compliments at our wedding on the DJ. People asked if he was a friend of ours, we had to keep telling people, "We hired him, he just makes sure that you feel like best friends before the wedding." Aside from all I've already said, I would use these words to describe him: fun, caring, listened to everything we wanted, humorous, and totally worth all the money. Thanks Neil!

Neil and Beth are so fantastic. That statement alone doesn't do them enough justice. They really do pour their heart and soul into your day and your day only. They make you feel like your wedding and celebration is the only one that they are focused on and that in itself is a huge blessing. Not only did they DJ for us and give us and our guests an amazing party that will never be forgotten but Neil gave us an incredible heartfelt, funny and down to earth ceremony that my husband and I truly enjoyed. All of our guests said that the ceremony was "totally us" and that Neil it the nail on the head with it. Our reception went so smooth and was so relaxed thanks to these two. Every one and I mean every one of our guests said that Neil and Beth were so awesome and they did a fantastic job. They said they never felt bored or that there was ever a dull moment. All of them loved the props, the crazy table dismissal games and of course the shoe game. You will not be disappointed if you go with this Dynamic-Duo. They are so reasonably priced, offer so many great options and literally make you feel like the only celebration on their plate. Oh and to add, they even send you a copy of your ceremony if you choose them as your officiants. It was a great surprise to get in the mail and a great sentiment to forever cherish!! I promise, you will not be disappointed and neither will your guests!!

My new wife and I had Neil and Beth as our DJs and we could not be more satisfied. From the first time we met them when they had us over to their house to our wedding day last night they have been so helpful and fun. Our guests kept telling us how much they loved our DJ, especially all the fun games that they provided. My bride and I really felt like everything was being taken care of. Neil and Beth use a music profile to find out what kind of music you want to hear and it works really well, we loved the music that they played. I highly recommend too much fun DJs they are pros and they are very flexible

Pretty sure that words cannot express how incredibly blessed my husband and I feel to have gone with our gut and hired Too Much Fun! We had Neil both officiate and provide the party. Our day was incredibly stress free because Neil, and his lovely wife Beth, really know what they are doing. We got so many compliments on both our ceremony and the awesome dance party that followed. Neil makes sure to meet with you one or more times before your big day to make sure that he delivers the ceremony and/or celebration that you want and is responsive to your unique requests. Our main goal was to be married at the end of the day and for people to have an amazing time dancing their butts off. Mission more than accomplished!

Side note, if you are wondering if you should opt for the air guitar contest during your night. Do it. So much fun!! Possibly too much ;) .

Too much fun DJ was amazing at our wedding. Neil and Beth did an amazing job and made our day so stress free. They have the wedding day now to a science. They know when and how to start the dancing, the fun games they play, and of course they are always willing to go the extra mile to make your day great. Our wedding was a blast and according to many of our guests, our wedding was one of the most fun weddings they had ever gone to. They will not disappoint and they can do any type of wedding.

Neil and Beth were wonderful. During the planning phases they did whatever they could to work around our schedule and helped us with aspects we didn't even realize we needed to be thinking about. The week leading up to the wedding they were very responsive and open to all our last minute changes and decisions. And then of course on our wedding day they were professional and as their name says - lots of fun. All of our guests commented on how wonderful and fun the DJ was and how it really added to the atmosphere of the event. We could not have been more happy with our choice. Thanks Beth and Neil!

Too Much Fun! DJ Service was just perfect for our Son's and our Daughter-in-awe's wedding! Every detail was taken care of, they went above and beyond and their service is what made our son's wedding a talked about sensation! I still hear from friends and family that our sons wedding was the best event ever...and all of it is thanks to Too Much Fun! They know how to do a wedding right!! The photo booth with all their fun props (so many to choose from) the announcing, the games, the dances, the music, and the props to use for dancing was such a hit! They appealed to both the very young and the older generations brought together with music, dancing, games. Neil brought both sides of the families together, and all ages together, it was so wonderful to watch his magic! Neil and Beth are simply the best and we 100% recommend them for weddings, and for any kind of party that needs to be "a fun party"! It was such a great and wonderful time, and I am soo, sooo happy with how everything "magically" was done. Neil and his wife Beth are MORE than DJs.. they are truly sincere and caring professionals. Neil works hard to make sure he goes over every detail with you and provide a smooth and successful day/night. I say with 100% confidence that our day would NOT have gone so smoothly without Neil directing the entire event. He is not there to "just play music" and you cannot do what he did on an iphone. He customized songs, played them on que, was an MC for our huge bridal party of 16, made sure his equipment looked and performed flawlessly, dismissed tables with a personalized game that our guests loved, had amazing uplighting that matched our theme perfectly, brought the funnest props that brought our reception up to a whole new level and our guests LOVED every minute. He brought energy, he said all of the right things at the right time. He constantly watched the time and had someone constantly coming to get us for "cake time" "garter/bouquet toss."
   To say he did an AMAZING job would be an understatement.
   Hire him. He has enough fun, sentiment, HUGE organizational skills, awesome ideas, just the right amount of "cheese" that an MC needs to have to give that performance, he is the best. I'm convinced. I've been to many many weddings and this is the FIRST DJ I have seen that personalized it so much and was so involved you did not have to worry about 1 single thing, and that's what he said he would do. TRUST ME- it is worth every single penny to not have to worry about anything in those hours that are flying by.
   The most beautiful part was our families and friends all mixed together, crowding the dance floor, and laughing and having FUN. As the couple- you worry about your guests having fun and having a DJ that can play the right songs at the right time and get people UP and MOVING. You don't want to see an empty dance floor and bored looks at every table. We had a very large wedding and Neil did awesome!

Neil and Beth with Too Much Fun DJ were outstanding! Everything was very organized and professional, and so much FUN! They kept the guests involved and entertained, the music was perfect, and Neil was engaging and personal as he introduced each special event (grand entrance, special dances, toasts, etc.) Everyone commented on how great the DJ was! Neil and Beth and their DJ services couldn't be better! Personally, they are some of the nicest, warmest, most sincere, authentic, helpful, caring and FUN people you will ever meet. Professionally, they provide five-star service in every way. From our first planning meeting til their final clean-up, they just made the whole process fun, easy, stress-free and professional. They were extremely helpful every step of the way. The day of our event turned out to have unexpectedly blizzardy conditions at the time they needed to travel from Greeley to Loveland, and they had to quickly rent a more icey-road-worthy vehicle, transfer all their gear to it and leave hours early to arrive a couple hours early to set up. But they were cheerful, unflappable and in constant communication with us to assure us that NOTHING was going to stop them from being there! They provided a most wonderful evening of fun and entertainment for our guests and everyone agreed that it was the most fun wedding reception they had ever been to! Neil and Beth felt like more of our extended family who helped make the wedding celebration all come together in a most wonderful way! We love them and the fabulous service they provide!

Beth and Neil are outstanding! It was so nice to work with them because you could tell that they thoroughly enjoyed helping my guests have a good time! I was definitely one of those brides who contemplated just using an iPod to play music for my reception. It would have been a lot cheaper but you can't put a price on the experience you get with a DJ! They made everything go so smoothly so that I didn't have to worry about a thing! Gentlemen,
As many of you, I was put in charge of the DJ and all of the associated details. I literally couldn't have made an easier and better choice than Niel and Beth at Too Much Fun.

This is how it went:
I met with Niel and couldn't believe how perfect he understood what we wanted. I told him that we (My now wife and I) didn't even agree on some details but told him what we envisioned. Niel was awesome! He told me that we had plenty of time and not to panic. No Pressure, No Panic, No Problem!

He called a few times prior to our wedding and ironed out all of the details and had already put together a "Day of" spreadsheet. Times, songs, names, EVERYTHING!

Our guests asked us constantly, "Where did you find your DJ's!! They are awesome." They even came in classy wardrobes that were our wedding colors. Honest to goodness ...... No detail was overlooked.

In man terms:
Niel and Beth were definitely the quarterbacks of our day. They called audibles when faced with a blitz and hit the check route for a touchdown.

I appreciate all the great ideas that Neil brought to the table. They were all great and the ideas were so unique and special to our wedding. Neil was also very good at incorporating Vietnamese and Spanish music into our reception. Many of our guests were on the dance floor all night and kept telling me what a great time they were having.
What really touched my heart was that Neil took the time with my family to learn how to pronounce the father/daughter song in Vietnamese.! It was perfect and my family was very impressed with his dedication. He didn't just play the song, but took the time to do a short introduction and explained the meaning of song to the non-Vietnamese guests.
Overall, we couldn't have been more impressed and happy with their services. Everything was perfect, as promised!

Beth and Niel did our wedding a few weeks ago and they were GREAT! Neil is wonderfully personable and knew exactly what to say and play to make sure things went great and people were dancing. The props were awesome, if you are on the fence about them, just do it-kids and adults all had a great time with the light up foam sticks and Michael Jackson hats & gloves. Neil and his wife Beth are by far the best DJ's I have ever encountered. My wedding was 2 years ago, and at least once a month I still am told how AMAZING my DJ was. I was worried with some relatives about how outgoing they'd be, worried they'd sit the night away. Let me tell you, grandparents and everyone danced the night away like crazy!! Too Much Fun DJ exceeded our expectations at Kelli & Zach's wedding reception 2/21/14 at the Greeley Country Club. We enjoyed working with them from the very beginning planning stages a year ago....and they definitely followed through on everything they said they would, plus so much more! It was truly a blessing to work with Neil and Beth. We appreciate all the behind the scenes work they did to prepare for our event. We have heard back from so many of our guests about how much they enjoyed having Too Much Fun DJ be in charge of the music and the flow of the evening. It was so nice to be able to just enjoy the evening without worrying about a schedule. They had it under control...as they promised. Our guests were engaged and everyone had a fantastic evening. Neil and Beth were amazing and I couldn't have been more grateful to have them apart of our day! Our emails were always responded to promptly and suggestions were always readily available and helpful when I was stumped on song choices. They were very accommodating through the whole wedding planning process and day of the event. They threw in music of different genres along with the "must play" song list to continue the fun atmosphere and literally had everyone dancing the whole event through. The set up during our event was beautiful and very professional to fit a formal wedding. It was very helpful they knew exactly what they were doing and directed the reception perfectly (ie. bouquet toss, greeting, cake cutting etc...). Absolutely, hands down, the best DJs we met. Fully understanding of all issues and helped with everything when we had to switch venues due to flooding. Neil coordinated the entire event making it a stress free night and Beth knows how to read a crowd with the music selections. The props they brought were so fun, people really loved the air guitar rock-a-thon. We told them what we wanted and the did exactly that. They were beyond our expectations!! The quality of service provided at my daughter and son-in-law's wedding was top quality from beginning to end. The ability to entertain a large crowd with the age range of birth to 90 and have everyone smiling and having a great time is a sign of true professionalism and great experience. Some of the comments I have received from guests include: "that reception was beyond awesome." Also, "this was the most fun wedding I have ever attended." Beth and Neil and their family make a great team, they are professional, friendly, fun, accommodating and flexible. I would recommend them anytime! I am hoping I can attend an event soon where they will be providing the DJ service and the Photo Booth as well. Our guests had an awesome time with the photo booth and a great album of those photos was included.

Neil and Beth did a fantastic job with our daughter's wedding and reception. It was obvious that they put a lot of thought and preparation into our celebration. Their ideas and suggestions were perferct for our needs. Neil, you made the evening absolutely perfect. The flow was great... we didn't have to worry about anything. I was relaxed and enjoyed everything going on around me. I had nearly a dozen compliments on the job well done with the music and party. Beth and Neil did a fabulous job at our wedding. Everyone at the wedding said that he kept things moving and he was very entertaining. He had so many fun toys for the kids and some awesome prizes that made the guests feel included. I was so happy for them to be part of our day. Neil and Beth were amazing! They were friendly, helpful and easy to work with. They helped with suggestions for music and were always quick to respond to my questions and emails. On the wedding day, Neil and Beth were flexible with the timeline as our ceremony was delayed due to rain. It's clear that Neil and Beth love their job! They easily got all our guests involved and having a good time! I received numerous comments from guests that Neil and Beth were exceptional DJs. We had a sudden, unpredictable microburst of strong rain and wind at our outdoor wedding. The ceremony had to be quickly relocated indoors a mile away, and there was not one hitch in the flow of our ceremony/reception. Everyone, though soaked, had an amazing time! The communication during planning was perfect, and I can not be more pleased about the service we received from Neil and Beth.

This DJ service is the perfect choice for weddings or any other event. This couple does amazing work together and provides fun entertainment that is out of this world. They personalize it to the customer, are incredibly organized and literally put fun and laughter into every action packed minute. They are witty and clever, and we would recommend them to everyone that wants to have an amazing, perfect, incredible event. We were given many compliments on our daughters recent wedding. First, it was beautiful followed by how how it was meaningful and next you had a great D.J. He was amazing! How much did you have to pay for him? Neil and Beth at Too Much Fun D.J. services provided the entire flow of the reception with careful prior planning for our daughters favorite music, the order of events, intermittant cues to the guests about what is coming up next! The wedding dance was so much fun for all of our guests. Our daughter commented that her wedding was perfect and that she was so happy that Neil and Beth did her wedding! Neil and Beth are experts at what they do, and they go above and beyond DJ expectations. Our wedding went smoothly thanks to their knowledge, experience, and flexibility. We did the photo booth from Too Much Fun. Everyone loved the photo booth and the quality of pictures that our guests got were great. There were so many props to choose from. In the photo booth people can also leave videos and that was awesome to watch afterward. Neil is absolutely amazing to work with. He is so friendly and helpful! I think we will definitely use them again for something!! One piece of advice is to remember to get in the booth with your husband/wife. At our wedding we got so distracted and busy that we didn't get in together and are really disappointed about that!!!

Beth and Neil were AMAZING!! They did everything they promised. They allow me up to very last minute to chamge my mind. Neil and Beth were just awesome! Friendly and professional, they were a great team to work with. They have seen it all when it comes to weddings and planned accordingly. They were quick to answer all our questions, and always had good helpful ideas with wedding planning and song choices. I knew the moment I got to the reception I could really relax because the rest was in their very capable hands. They kept the party flowing. They had a great sense of humor. Neil and Beth were absolutely amazing to work with. Within 10 minutes of the party starting, I had received complements about the DJ's. They are very versatile and can make their style fit what you want. They are also very affordable compared to other DJ's and well worth every penny. Neil and Beth with DJ Too Much Fun were an absolute joy to work with! They came highly recommended from all of our vendors and we can certainly see why. Aside from being an incredibly kind person, Neil is, hands down, the best DJ we have ever encountered. He took time to meet with us before the wedding to get a feel for how we wanted our reception to be. As we have never booked a DJ, we were relieved that he came so well prepared with different options for games, music, and ideas for the evening. They have such wonderful, creative ways to keep the reception transitioning smoothly without any feelings of being rushed. Not only were they prepared before the reception, but they have a keen way of reading the crowd. We feel that they were able to tweak our party moment by moment to make sure everyone was having a good time and felt included in the festivities. The props and air guitar contest ended up being some of our favorite memories even though we were initially hesitant to use them. Again, they are amazing at what they do and everyone continues to pay them compliments weeks after our wedding. We will recommend them to anyone that is looking for a DJ for any event.

We used Too Much Fun! DJ for their photo booth at our wedding. Beth and Neil were just the best! Everyone had a great time with them and the amount of props that they brought were outstanding! You never know about a photo booth and we are SO PLEASED that we decided to have this one! Their prices are EXTREMELY competative, and their service is superior! We would reccommend Beth and Neil to absolutely anyone! The photo booth was such a great way to recieve pictures of people we wouldn't have otherwise gotten! LOVED THEM!

We loved having Too Much Fun! DJ Service at our prom! The music was great, they were open to requests, and their use of props made the dances even more fun!!! I'd definitely suggest them for any event!
