We truly can’t say enough good things about Tony Schwartz as our wedding DJ. He was simply the best we could have hoped for—organized, efficient, and an absolute master of his craft. From the start, Tony took the time to understand our vision and our guests, helping us plan the perfect night.

On the day of the wedding, Tony was professional, reliable, and absolutely nailed every detail. Everyone raved that it was the most fun dancing they’d ever experienced at a wedding. He kept everyone—from the young cousins to the older guests—on the dance floor all night, seamlessly blending timeless classics with modern hits and amazing remixes of both that kept everyone engaged, all while keeping our musical taste in mind. The energy never dipped once. He’s by far the best wedding DJ we’ve ever experienced, and we wouldn’t recommend anyone else to make your wedding an absolute blast.

But Tony isn’t just a DJ—he’s an MC, and honestly, even part wedding planner. He came up with fantastic ideas to keep the evening flowing smoothly while still letting us stay in control of our creative vision. If you’re deciding between a day-of coordinator or Tony, go with Tony. He handled every transition flawlessly—from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception—and his charismatic MC’ing elevated the entire vibe of the event.

the best in the business!

Tony was great to work with. We had the best time at our wedding and have had so many people tell us what a fun time they had! We wanted a dance party and that is exactly what we got! It was everything we were hoping it would be. He customizes the experience to you, so we got to hear our favorite songs and didn't have the hear any songs we requested not to be played. From start to finish it was a smooth process. We would 100% have Tony MC/DJ our wedding again and absolutely would recommend him to friends.

Success!

Tony was an integral part of what my wife and I have over and over described as "the perfect day". This was no surprise to us, as it was very apparent since our first meeting that Tony is a very detail-oriented person. He is directly responsible for helping us accomplish one of our biggest goals of the wedding, which was to have both sides of guests get to know us better as a couple. This was accomplished through a cocktail hour trivia game, a bride/groom game show type activity during dinner, and many other moments throughout the night where Tony saw fit. Tony's music selection was also top-notch and he seemed to play the perfect tracks all night to keep the dance party going. We can't say enough about Tony's performance for our wedding night and we are happy to give our highest recommendation to anyone considering hiring him for an event.

The Best DJ Experience!

We hired Tony for our wedding and WOW what an amazing experience! The professionalism, kindness, and talent he showcases is unmatched. Tony takes a lot of time to create the perfect combination of music that best matches you and your partner. The process in which he works felt like a collaboration the entire way through. He is very thoughtful in making sure the music is personal to you.

The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. We also used Tony's photobooth company (The Puget Sounds Photobooth Co.) which was equally as amazing of an experience. Tony helped pass out cake, helped with the timeline, and even with my husbands (unprepared) thank-you speech. He was truly there to help in any way he could and still did an exceptional job with every hat he wore. All of our guests RAVED about the music. Everyone was on the dance floor all night, and every time someone wanted to go grab a drink or ice cream when a song ended, they said the next song was BETTER and they couldn't leave. My dancing photos with guests are some of my favorite of the day, and I am so thankful we hired Tony to help create those memories! If you are looking for a DJ for your wedding- look no further!

Supportive and Excellent Dj!

Planning a wedding is very overwhelming and having Tony as my DJ helped the process go so smoothly and was extremely supportive. He is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. DJ Tony Rocks

DJ Tony was one of those vendors we had that were just on top of it. We didn’t have a worry in the world with having pretty much the whole vibe of our wedding in his hands. He had us fill out a form that was so long that my fiancé and I took shifts doing it, but it was worth it in the end because of how thorough he was on the details. He even perfectly timed his grand entrance/first dance intro for us so we could appear at the part of the song where we wanted and start dancing. All the songs he played helped enhance the whole day too and he made a great MC. We’d definitely recommend him!

Run, don’t walk, and hire Tony!

Where to even begin! It was a no brainer to choose Tony as our DJ/MC when we met him virtually back in 2019. Not only is he a fantastic artist, but he’s a great person and became our friend very quickly in the process. He always responds lightning fast to emails, and he has very professional, clear, thorough touch points during planning. On the big day, he CRUSHED IT! We got so many compliments about how smoothly the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and sparkler exit flowed. Tony has a talent for reading a room to ensure a flawless event. The music was incredible and Tony made sure all the songs were cut together perfectly. You will be hard pressed to find another DJ who is as talented, and cares as much, as Tony Schwartz.

A Wedding Swiss Army Man!

Tony was amazing!! His expertise was invaluable to a couple of wedding newbies, and he was more than willing to roll with our less-than-traditional choices. From his extensive planning forms to the multiple meetings leading up to the event, he really was involved in every step of the planning process, and we were so lucky for that! He helped us plan out a whole cornhole tournament at the wedding and unconventional aisle walk, and honestly seemed thrilled to just craft a really amazing, personalized day with us. 10/10.

Best vendor for your wedding

If you are wedding planning; you want Tony on your team. My husband and I planned a Washington wedding from Alaska during the COVID nightmare. Most of the communications with Tony was done via webcam since we weren't able to go back and forth to Washington. Tony was very responsive to everything and not only had plenty of ideas but he has the best ideas. If you pick him you unlock a world of possibilities for your ceremony and reception. Prior to having him I just thought I would pick a few songs, play the wedding quiz game and call it good. I was so wrong. Once I got to see his presentation ideas I knew we were in the best hands. There were multiple parts of our wedding that the guest had never seen before and moved them to tears, laughter and the best party opener after a year of masks and social distancing. He knows the right way to do everything in his lane and he pretty much becomes your day of coordinator, or their huge helper. He helped us with our floor plan and he always kept us informed on what was going to happen next. It felt like the wedding was a production. A Grammy winning production at that.

The moment I realized we had made the best decision for our wedding by hiring Tony was as I was getting ready the day of. It was about three hours before the wedding and I was getting my hair done and just mentioned to my wedding party "Oh crap I hope Tony is able to set up and doesn't get lost or anything." My maid of honor said "umm... he's been here for a while and I am pretty sure he is all set up." He adds absolutely 0 stress the day of the wedding!

Tony is very professional and his ultimate goal is to be there for you and your partner as well as keeping everyone involved and to have everyone leave at night saying "That DJ is my new best friend." I had so many comments after the weeding saying it was the best wedding they had been to. My Grandma and my friends are still commenting on how great Tony was. I can't say it enough: Pick Tony as your DJ and you will not regret it!

Great experience

Tony was by far our favorite vendor to work with while planning our wedding. Given his significant experience running events of all types, he was able to play a coordination role well beyond just setting the mood for our wedding. He knows how to set up a wedding to ensure success and require the least amount of effort for us on our big day. Given the size of our wedding, Tony helped ensure we would not fall into common and maybe less common pitfalls of other couples so that we as a couple could actually enjoy our wedding day, not stress out about what needed to happen next. He did this both in-person and online, remaining not overbearing but available throughout our planning process. He is fun to work with but also professional, with automated texts, emails, and saving of our progress in the planning guide provided with his services.

I strongly recommend Tony for any event. I really hope we can attend a future event he DJs and work with him in the future.

Tony is the greatest!

Tony was an amazing DJ and MC! I could tell right away that he has been doing this for a long time and really likes what he does. He thought of things that I wouldn’t have thought of, had great ideas, and listened to what we actually wanted. We wanted our guests to have fun and be out on the dance floor and they were out there all night! Even people in my family who NEVER dance were out there!

Perhaps even more importantly, Tony kept things moving along smoothly as the MC. We had a lot of things jam packed into a short night and never had to think about it or worry what the next thing was. I can’t imagine the stress people have of trying to do that themselves. Tony was a lot of fun and really great to work with, and there is not a single thing that I would change. The DJ was one of the most important things to me and I was nervous because I had never actually seen Tony in action before. After looking at his website and meeting him, I could tell he was more professional than other DJs. We had several people at our wedding ask how we found him. Everything turned out perfectly. Best DJ ever!

We had Tony as the DJ/MC at our wedding and he was AMAZING! Not only did Tony take the time to get to know us and our story, but he learned so much about our families and bridal party in preparation for the big day. We gave Tony a few song requests, but gave him the freedom of DJ's choice for the majority of the music... this was the BEST decision ever! Tony was able to take song requests, read the crowd, and keep the energy of the party high! The dance floor was packed right up until the last song. One of the things we liked best about Tony is that he made everything personal. Even the introduction of our bridal party included special facts, inside jokes, and memories that allowed each member to feel special and important. We cannot thank Tony enough for helping us achieve the wedding of our dreams!

Tony will be the best decision you make for your wedding!

Tony was hands-down the BEST decision we made when planning our wedding! We had so many guests coming up to us telling us this was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and they all raved about how amazing our DJ was! From the moment we met Tony, we knew we needed him for our wedding. He is so organized, thorough, and knows how to make your wedding run smooth. It will truly be the best wedding ever for you and your guests because you get so much more than a DJ with Tony. He gives you all the tools to make your wedding run smoothly and ensure everyone has an amazing time! He gives you homework which is extensive but helps you plan the perfect day! He has lots of great ideas that he will share with you and we incorporated many of those ideas into our wedding; our guests loved it! We had an outdoor venue and Tony came with us to tour the venue and decide where the best place would be for him and the dance floor as well as a lot of other details we wouldn’t have even thought of! He had the sound perfect so our guests were able to hear our entire ceremony and he had all our songs timed perfectly. He made us look great! His introductions for our bridal party were so funny and he set the tone for the whole wedding! It really was such a fun, beautiful, and perfect day and we owe it all to Tony! Detailed and Fun DJ!

Tony did an amazing job DJing our wedding. Everyone had such a blast! The music was a good mix of all the genres we love. His planning process was extensive, but he really makes sure every detail is planned and thought out to make your wedding perfect. He also gives you an immense amount of ideas that are so fun! Book him now! Also, he has so many different services to choose from. We used him for our DJ, we used his video guy, and we used his photobooth company (Puget Sound Photobooth). The video guy did an awesome job and was way more economical than a videography and did just as good of a job!

Look no further, hire Tony!

When my husband and I started planning our wedding, the first thing we talked about was music. To say our taste in music is eclectic is probably an understatement. We knew we couldn’t trust just anyone to create the soundtrack to our big day and execute it the way we knew it had to be done. We had attended my cousins’s wedding the previous year and Tony was their DJ. We both talked about how great the music was, and how well everything was produced for days afterward. We never even considered another DJ when it came time to plan our own wedding! We knew Tony was our guy.

I was nervous before our first meeting because I felt like all of our song choices were weird or too hard, we had a lot of rock and roll on our list and I wasn’t sure how we were going to be able to play our favorites, and still appeal to our friends and family. Tony listened to my concerns, we played some songs, he got to know us, and made it all seem easy. We left with peace of mind, and a giant binder full of musical homework. What I can say about the binder is this: It takes time, but if you prioritize it in your planning and have some fun with it, you will cherish it. It essentially becomes the only wedding planning tool you need.

Our wedding was incredible, it was everything we wanted and more. Everything went off without a hitch and we got so many compliments about how fun and unique it was, and a lot of that praise is due to the fact that we hired Tony Schwartz.

If the groom walks into the ceremony to Iron Man, your guests dance to Queen, then Bruno Mars, Led Zeppelin, obscure Alt Rock, more Black Sabbath, ending the night with some Dixie Chicks, AND at the end your Father-in-Law tells you your wedding was classy, you must have hired a damn professional, you must have hired Tony Schwartz. He did what I assumed impossible.

Tony goes above and beyond in every aspect of his work. Trust in Tony’s process and you won’t worry about anything on your wedding day that Tony has control over. Thank you Tony, for helping us plan and fulfill our own wildest dreams for our wedding day!

Best mc & dj in the pnw!

Every bride needs to have Tony Schwartz DJ her wedding! Not only does Tony know how to throw an AWESOME reception, but Tony has created a binder that is well worth it. It looks overwhelming at times, but in the end, once you have that final meeting with Tony it is such a sigh of relief because Tony basically helped you plan out your entire wedding day from the ceremony to the exit. My husband and I were so thankful having Tony as our MC & DJ. People are still making comments about the music selection that were played during the reception, and everyone comments that they really had an awesome time at the reception. We were so thankful having Tony help make our day memorable!

Before meeting with Tony - my mom, my husband and I were drowning in details and plans. After meeting with Tony, we all took a huge sigh of relief. Booking him was a no-brainer. He takes his career so seriously and put 110% of his time and efforts into making our wedding personal, fun, organized and flawless. Not only is Tony incredible, he has the best group of employees. We opted for his videography service - Matt was awesome and captured every moment so we can relive our whole wedding again and again. The mirror photobooth was a huge hit with our guests and Josh made the experience even better for them.

Anyways, back to Tony. By the end of our planning sessions and time for the wedding, Tony became a friend of ours. It's so easy to talk to him and tell him what you want or don't want and he never made us feel like we were asking too much or being indecisive. Every meeting, he and my husband ended up chatting sports and shoes it really felt like we were having a close friend work for us. Not only did we love him but our guests are still raving about him. Usually commenting on how funny he was, how organized he was and of course, his music.

We didn't have to worry about a thing through the day of the wedding, we had 100% faith and trust in him that he would take care of everything and he exceeded our expectations in every way.

Bottom line - if you want your wedding to be a blast, to go off without a hitch and have your guests talk about it for years to come, BOOK TONY.

I have to start off by saying I was one of those weird brides who would've rather gone off to Vegas and eloped instead of planning a huge wedding. My now husband insisted we had a huge wedding.... so we comprised and had a huge wedding ;) When we started planning I told my fiance the top 3 things I cared about was good food, good drinks and an awesome DJ. My biggest fear was someone with a mic who didnt know what they were doing and didn't understand a good flow for music.

During my search for a DJ Tony popped up on my Facebook so I checked him out. I was impressed with his website and how promptly he got back to me! We met I believe a week or 2 after I spoke to him. From the beginning of our meeting I knew Tony was a perfect match for our big day. He talked to us like we were friends, not like we were a payday... if that makes sense. When our meeting was over my fiance and I got in our car and immediately agreed this was our guy!

He gives you this binder... now this binder is AWESOME. It has your typical question for song selections but literally theres so much more to it. It's full of ideas I would've never came up with on my own! My decor and such were typical things you'd see in Pinterest but alot of the stuff we got the most compliments on were allll Tony!

Ok, wedding day! Obviously I was a little nervous and stressed but Tony came and checked on me and my husband (separately) and it made me feel like things were under control. He also complimented me on my dope nails :) the ceremony was flawlessly. The right songs at the right time and the perfect volume. After the ceremony Tony made sure my husband and I had time alone for about 5 or 10 minutes as we would be bombarded the rest of the evening. He went over some reception stuff with us and let us be.

We loved working with Tony! From the very beginning, his communication was straight-forward, QUICK, and clear. It was obvious to us from our first meeting that Tony was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely organized. The planning binder is any organized bride’s dream; and, although it can be daunting at first, it really helped to shape our vision for the entertainment at our wedding.
On the wedding day, Tony continued to be professional and ran the show seamlessly. Our guests could hear our vows during the ceremony, and the dance floor was literally packed the whole night! He fit in all of our must-play songs, and had a really great feel for what our guests wanted to hear. His live mixing allowed us to make the most out of the evening, maximizing the number of songs we were able to dance to. Our DJ hurt his back two days before our wedding and had to send a replacement. We had never heard of Tony Schwartz, but were assured he would be great in our other DJ’s place.
We were not disappointed!!! We love country, and wanted a heavy hand of it mixed into our wedding day. He did a phenomenal job of incorporating plenty of instrumental versions, dance songs, slow songs, and dinner music within that genre while still keeping the party going strong. We could not have been more pleased.
For walking into someones wedding last minute, he absolutely blew us away. He was polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
We can not recommend him enough, especially if you are a country fan!

Thanks to Tony, our PNW wedding of 100 people was the BEST, most FLAWLESS day of our lives!!! We met Tony at a friend’s wedding just four months before our own, where we danced non-stop for three hours. We saw how well he worked with the couple, and so we wrote to him the following week to book him; we didn’t need to research another DJ. Right away, he sent us a planning binder to fill out. It took a while, and even a little soul-searching, but his attention to every detail of your personalities and relationship is so apparent in his execution of the wedding ceremony and reception. It’s like he’s known you for years! He also has brilliant ideas to make your ceremony & reception unique, fun and memorable. The day of the wedding was so seamless, which is exactly what a nervous bride and groom are looking for. He had no questions for us, set up everything perfectly on his own, and let us do nothing but have the time of our lives. My husband’s grandparents were skyping into the ceremony, and they could hear our vows perfectly because of the sound quality Tony provided. The best moment of our reception was immediately after cutting the cake. All of our guests were gathered around us and the cake on the dance floor. The moment we were finished sharing our first bite of cake, he played the BEST dancing song. The dance floor was PACKED for the rest of the night!!! I feel bad that hardly anyone ate cake, because they never stopped dancing, but that’s a great problem to have! Every single person has told me it was the best wedding they ever attended. I hope that Tony is still a DJ when our children get married. I’d fly him to the other side of the world to be at their weddings!!!

From beginning to end Tony was professional, organized and accommodating! From our very first meeting where he provided us with a binder to fill out that would be specific to our needs, to all the suggestions he gives you to make your Wedding perfect, he does it all. One of his suggestions was a voiceover on my walk down the aisle with my parents, the voiceover was me thanking them for everything they've done for me! There was not a single dry eye in the house and no one at our wedding will forget that! It was truly touching! Brides/Grooms if there is one thing I can say to you it's hire Tony! He is above and beyond any DJ I have ever worked with. As an example we had a change in our day of timing plan (in the middle of our reception!) and within 2 minutes Tony changed the schedule around, got our group seated and made it happen!! We were in a venue with very tall ceilings and crazy acoustics, Tony was able to work his speakers so all could hear our ceremony, toasts, and music clearly which is not easy. He was our master of ceremony as well. He stayed on top of everything. I never had to worry the entire reception. We had more of our guests comments that he was the best DJ they had heard too! It was the best choice for us!! From everything including follow-up meetings, email reminders and accepting of our day of text messages, Tony was perfect. From the moment we decided to book Tony as our DJ, we never had any doubt that he was going to do an absolutely amazing job with our wedding.

Being a fairly organized bride, I loved that Tony is so purposeful with his meetings and process. After our initial meeting, he put us to work on our "binder," which played a huge role in making our night a success. We were able to share our likes and dislikes, and his organized approach helped us walk through the evening while we planned.

His communication is also fantastic. His responses are timely and he is totally flexible. We changed a few minor details a few days before our wedding and he graciously rolled with it.

When it came to the actual wedding, WOW. Tony ROCKED it. From working with our ceremony guitarist to ensuring that we were all in the right place at the right time and ready for the next step in the night, he was organized, prepared, quick, and positive.

I've also never heard so many people talk about how much they loved the DJ. His playlist was exactly what we had in mind - you could tell he put so much thought and effort into our big day. Our friends and family didn't want the night to end!

Tony was amazing! He was extremely professional, quick with responses, flexible, and everything and more we could have asked for in a DJ. We had never hired a DJ before and stressed we didn't want a cheesy and obnoxious DJ, and that is exactly why we chose Tony. I highly recommend working with Tony!! He was so easy to work with; he was organized, detailed, and was quick to respond to my emails. During our pre-booking experience, Tony was kind enough to meet with my fiance and I via skype since we were not able to meet in person due to our busy schedules. After talking with Tony, we knew right away that he was a professional and would provide great DJ/Emcee services. After booking with Tony, he was very thorough with our pre-event planning. He mailed us a planning binder with several sections that included things like order of events, ideas and suggestions, ceremony and reception music planning, timeline etc. He walked us through every step of the way making sure that every moment of the wedding and reception was pleasing and engaging for our guests. From what I have heard, our other vendors also enjoyed working with him and had a "team effort" attitude. We loved the personalization he offered as the Emcee while our family/friends were giving their speeches. He shared small fun facts about them and played a fitting song for each person as they approached the mic for their speech. Our reception had a great flow and I believe it was because of Tony as the Emcee. Tony was great and reading the crowd and playing music accordingly. The dance floor experience was AWESOME! Everyone loved the music choices and style. It was fun, lively and entertaining! My new husband and I loved spending time on the dance floor with our family and friends. We ended the night with a special song as we were whisked away. Our only wish was that our reception could have lasted longer!! Our wedding day was so special, one we will never forget. Tony is amazing. From first meeting to our wedding day he was nothing but helpful and very insightful. We always felt that he cared about our day so much it felt like we were the only clients he had. Tony was fantastic. Not only did he help our entire reception flow flawlessly, he made the sound in our acoustically challenged venue (Union Station) work like a charm! Hiring Tony as the MC/DJ for our wedding was one of the easiest wedding planning decisions, and we couldn't have been happier with how everything went. We had minimal set-up time due to the time restrictions of our venue, so Tony came up the night before to make sure everything was set up for a more smooth wedding day. The sound was fantastic - we had multiple guests tell us how happy they were that they could actually hear everything - especially during our outside ceremony, complete with a bit of rain.

Tony was so easy to work with - receptive of our ideas, as well as ready to supplement with his own ideas to make our reception even more amazing. We had an awesome monogram that really added to our decor, as well as an amazing first dance - complete with the lyrics displaying during our song. The dance floor was never empty and all of our guests were thrilled with the dance party. We ended the night with a black-light glow stick dance party that couldn't have been more fun.

My (now) husband and I were about 7 months into the wedding planning process when we discovered Tony at a close friend's wedding. Tony was personable and helped the night's events flow together seamlessly. Needless to say, we left that wedding with a much better idea of what we wanted in a DJ/MC and we made sure to get Tony's card.

Fast forward to the last few months before our wedding... Tony was absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. He was detailed, organized, tactful with feedback, ready to give suggestions, etc. When we met with him to go over the script, the conversation felt more like we were three friend's planning an event together rather than a strictly-business meeting. There were a lot of laughs, but we were able to talk through the majority of script points within the scheduled time.

Tony was absolutely, without a doubt spectacular! Out of all of our vendors we had to choose from, my very favorite decision that we made by far was DJ Tony! From beginning to end and even afterwards, he was so awesome! I'm glad he was so personable and it communication was top notch! This is going to be long, so if you can't handle it, here's the quick and dirty: Tony is absolutely 125% worth every penny and more. You won't be disappointed unless you end up hiring someone else.

Tony completely made our wedding reception!! From the initial "interview" (if you will) to the personal note we received after the event, Tony exceeded every expectation. The "preparation binder" he sent us seemed a little daunting at first, but a bottle (or two) of wine and a long night of giggles and YouTube later, Tony had a blueprint of what we wanted out of our night. That was literally the only "work" we had to do.

If anything could go wrong at a reception, it did at ours. Family matters cut our attendance in more than half, unfinished wedding cake, 2 no-show wedding party members, uncooked chicken, huge accident on i5 that delayed EVERY person who was supposed to help set up......It was everything you expect from a wedding reception. Tony handled everything in stride: made changes that I'm sure were not simple while making me believe they were simple which relieved so much stress, kept our tiny party on the dance floor all night long, and best of all took the time to interact with one of our guests: a young boy with autism and a deep love for music.

I know our reception wasn't an easy event to host and had HUGE potential to be an absolute bust. Tony kept it alive and kept everyone celebrating. 2 months later and we're still getting compliments on the music, the vibe, and how much fun everyone had. I've given out all of the business cards I had and continue to give his info to anyone and everyone who needs a DJ.

Last note, I'm SO happy we added on the photo booth service. The attendant was FANTASTIC, our guests had so much fun, and we have so many amazing pictures from it!!

When picking a wedding DJ, most people think they want "good music to dance to". While Tony absolutely crushes in that department, in my opinion his real talent lies in flawless event execution. As the master of ceremonies, he was the MC, the DJ, and essentially the reception day-of coordinator. I left the details of the event flow in Tony's hands and he produced an incredible event that our family and friends raved about. He runs the show like a boss, and if you trust his expertise, he can work magic. Literally. Even our parents/aunts/uncles had rave reviews about the music and Tony's style. He made our wedding unique, just for us, with custom music edits and perfectly adjusted to the vibe of the crowd. Our dance floor was packed all night, and literally the ONLY wish we had at the end of the evening was MORE TIME FOR DANCING!!! My new in-laws already have plans to re-book Tony for an annual event.

It's been over two years since we were married, and my husband and I still love reminiscing about our wedding. We put so many hours of planning into each detail, and worried about many decisions, but one area that we didn't have to worry about was the MC and DJ. Tony was beyond amazing. His attention to detail matched mine and he filled not only the role of the MC and DJ, but kept the wedding on time and moving towards my favorite part: the dance party. Tony was the perfect fit as our wedding MC/DJ! Of course he did as one would expect a wedding DJ to do: he brought the beats. However, it was the personal touches and sincere investment in making our event the huge success it turned out to be that made the difference.

From the get go Tony set us up with the ultimate planning guide that got us thinking about the look, feel, and sound of our special day. This guide helped us to focus in on some the details we might have otherwise overlooked. Then Tony took all this information, worked his magic, and produced the BEST playlist. Seriously, the dance floor was packed the entire night. We are so thankful we never had to write a song by song list.

Tony was an absolute hit at our wedding reception! The dance floor was never empty, and he was able to incorporate music from different cultures and age groups so that everybody enjoyed the night. When talking about our wedding, we are very quick to bring up our DJ. Tony Schwartz was not the first DJ we met with. Others tried to sell us on large packages, insisting that a DJ and an MC were needed. Because our reception venue was a block from our wedding, other DJs tried to up charge us. Tony laughed a bit when we described this.

Tony was all professional, but was about more than business. Tony understands that to a couple, a wedding needs to be more than just money. We went in search for a DJ looking for affordability. While most DJs would mostly talk about what "packages" they offer for different prices; Tony took the time to get to know us so that he could fit his services to what we really wanted. It was quickly evident that Tony has a real passion for what he does. We proceeded to sign him on as our wedding DJ.

After signing, Tony really went so far beyond anything we expected from a DJ. He started by providing us a large binder of ideas. We filled out biographies for participants, selected reception ideas, and provided other information. The binder was just full of a ton of fun ideas, stuff we would have never thought of, such as throwing an autographed football rather than a garter.

Tony's ideas kept the crowd involved and interacting throughout the evening without being overbearing. Tony was entirely flexible when we wanted to make game-time decisions at our reception. I cannot stress how fluid he made the entire event and how much stress was relieved knowing he was in our corner.

In addition to his friendliness, professionalism and passion, he was also very logistically capable. He had good sound equipment, great song selections, and a good overall setup.

Tony was easily our top vendor and made the event much less stressful than it could have been. His knowledge and assistance make him much more than your standard DJ who simply makes announcements and plays music.

Up until the day of my wedding, I didn't realize how important a good DJ would be. Tony doesn't just play music; Tony coordinates the schedule, ensures the different aspects start on time and run smoothly, and then continues engaging the couple and guests all event long. His role was similar to a wedding coordinator on the big day.
Based on our meetings and emails, I should have known he'd be a difference-maker. He had so many good ideas that could make our reception special. The Love Story introduction, followed by the entrance as man and wife, was our favorite. Not only that, but we wanted to do a choreographed dance, and Tony custom-mixed the perfect song to enable us to do that. I had toyed with the idea of an iPod and speakers instead of hiring a DJ, which would have been SUCH a mistake in hindsight. Tony was worth every penny in making the evening no-stress, special, and totally memorable.

Our relationship with Tony instantly felt like we had been friends for years! We met Tony at the Seattle wedding show when I'm sure he was bogged down with thousands of newly engaged couples and still took the time to stop and chat with us. I knew I liked him instantly. It is a MUST to hire a DJ based on personality and Tony gets an A+ in that category. Not only are you getting a DJ when you hire Tony, but you also get a world-class MC and an on-site event director. When booked, Tony sends you a planning binder that is a BEAST of wedding ideas - anything from ideas for the toasts, wedding party entrances, bouquet and garter belt toss, cake cutting, formal dances....you get the idea. He has an incredible knowledge of what works and what doesn't. We trusted his opinion and are so happy we did. Our guests had a wonderful time and hadn't seen anything like it before. He kept the guests engaged and the dance floor rocking. As I am writing this, it's hard to believe that he was our DJ - he was so much more than that!!! His services are well worth the price. Okay, I'll begin by saying, "Hire Tony! You won't regret it." Tony's model is unlike any other DJ I came across: he is with you throughout the planning process and helps create a detailed outline for your wedding day, meticulously designed to your tastes to ensure that your wedding day runs smoothly all night and properly reflects you as a couple. I genuinely appreciated all the thought and detail that went into our planning sessions with Tony, and I was absolutely overjoyed on the day of our wedding with how fantastic Tony was! He's got a great personality that will mesh well with you, your wedding party, and your family/friends. He offers MC services to keep everything on schedule, and as a DJ, is second to none! OUR DANCE FLOOR WAS PACKED ALL NIGHT with excellent song after excellent song! I have been to tons of weddings, and I've never experienced a music mix and dance floor quite like the one at my wedding - and it is all owed to Tony. Each and every request we had was met, and exceeded every expectation I could have had. When we first met with Tony, our expectation was to have a nice chat about our event and what we had in mind for our big day, while he would take notes and ask all the important questions, so when he pulled out his laptop and started walking through a PowerPoint presentation, we were a little surprised. By the end of the presentation though, we knew we had to hire him. We couldn't book him fast enough! It was very clear that he loves what he does and has put a lot of time and effort into making each event memorable, and yet still continually looks for ways to improve. He is super organized and was very responsive to the many questions we asked. We received a binder of paperwork to fill out that asked every question possible, from the walk down the aisle to the big exit and everything in between. He really has thought of everything! We even threw him a couple of curve balls and he delivered in style, including tracking down music from Ecuador to play during the cocktail hour in honor of our honeymoon in the Galapagos. He even asked for bios on all of the people in our wedding party and wrote unique intros for each of them as they were introduced at the reception. Throughout the reception, he totally read the crowd and everyone was raving about the music. I recommended him to a friend getting married later this year, and even though he wasn't available, he helped her find another DJ to work with. We really can't say enough great things about the service that Tony provides. He really made the planning process easy!

Tony knows weddings. It's that simple. And he arms you with all of the prework and thinking involved to ensure that you have every last detail ironed out that you need to for the big day. Particularly the detail you won't think about when it comes to ceremony and reception flow. By doing this, your left feeling happy and at ease without making game time calls on the big day. And well - he's a darn good DJ, too. Great variety, mixing and tempo management. He never let a song get old, never changed pace too fast. As a former wedding DJ I knew a DJ can make or break a wedding. Tony is the DJ that will make your wedding.

When we met with Tony the first time I knew right away Tony was the guy I wanted for our wedding. From the start he was organized, professional, and had more suggestions than I can count of how to make our wedding different and special. Many people can come up with wedding ideas but Tony was then able to put them on paper and run the ideas perfectly. Once we got to the party portion of the wedding Tony rocked the house and I can say not once was the dance floor empty. Our wedding day ran perfectly smooth and I credit much of that to Tony. We would recommend Tony to run anyone's event.

Finding a good DJ was one of the most important things for my husband and I. I wanted someone who not only would keep people up and dancing but would keep the party rolling with no lull. I have been to quite a few weddings prior to my own and took notes at each. From each wedding I found that the key to make or break the wedding is the DJ. The bride always looks beautiful, the love is always in the air, and the alcohol is always served. But the DJ is not always a guarantee show stopper. With DJ Tony Schwartz our wedding was AMAZING!! It was non stop fun and dancing. When we need soft music for the romantic dinner vibe her provided. When we need to get the party started he delivered! When my (now) husband and I began the wedding planning process it’s safe to say that we knew very little about planning a reception that could flow and keep guests engaged. I knew from the beginning that I wanted a MC/DJ with plenty of experience that would be able to help us plan a unique reception and Tony definitely fit into that category! Right after we met Tony we knew we wanted to work with him; not only does he know how to keep a dance floor going, but he offers up ideas for all parts of the ceremony and reception. He helped us personalize everything in any way we wanted, from the lighting, to the song choices, to what trivia questions we wanted asked to bring guests up into the buffet line and was very responsive to any questions we had during the entire process. He arrived at our wedding early to set everything up, played songs right on queue during our ceremony, and kept Ben and I up to date throughout the night with what would be coming up next. I don’t think we could have had such an amazing wedding without him and our guests are still telling us what an “awesome party” our wedding was. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone looking for a MC/DJ that will not only get guests out on the dance floor, but help you create a completely personalized, amazing wedding day!

Tony was an absolutely phenomenal key component to our wedding day and the entire process leading up to it! Not only is he very efficient in communication and meeting initially, but he is the whole package. With such awesome ideas and input in how to make your wedding what you want exactly, Tony is there to help. Before deciding to have a DJ, I didn't think it was a necessary thing, but after meeting with him and finding out all that he really does throughout the planning and preparation stages, I knew I couldn't turn it down. And I am so happy that I did because he made the wedding day seamless. There were so many bumps in the road on our day with POURING down rain which caused our ceremony to have to go to plan B, but Tony didn't ever make it seem like there was an issue which was HUGE as a bride on wedding day.

My husband and I never quite realized the level of detail and work involved in planning a wedding, we had been guests of many but this was a new experience for us (as it is with all newlyweds), but what we had heard from close friends is that the DJ is really important. This leads me to Tony. We had heard about how great he was because he was actually hired as the DJ for my husbands step sisters wedding. From the first moment we met Tony he was incredibly professional and you could see the passion he has for what he does. We received a binder with everything you could imagine that we would need to know or details he needed from us to help create the perfect evening! He explained to us he is not a DJ but a master of ceremonies, well we can definitely attest to that! Tony did an absolutely incredible job and exceeded every expectation we had and more. There was not one single moment that the dance floor was empty, he had it packed the entire time! Our friends and family had an incredible time and kept coming up to us during the reception with compliments of Tony and the music! From the very start of the planning process, Tony was always available to help walk us through the process and answer any questions. He consistently put me at ease if I felt overwhelmed about the timing of the evening with dinner, introductions, toasts, first dance...so many things to think about but Tony would always remind me, "I will take care of everything" and he did just that! We used Tony Schwartz for our February 1, 2014 wedding. We hired him about four months prior to our wedding and from the day we hired him he was an absolute rock star!

He had us fill out a 36 page questionnaire which covered every detail you could ever think of. There wasn't a detail that Tony didn't think of. In addition to being our "DJ", he was also the person that set the timeline for the entire day. We were so stressed out about the timeline prior to meeting with Tony but as soon as he started walking us through it, we immediately felt at ease.

He also went above and beyond the call of duty for us. He took special care in understanding who Eric and I were as well as learning about our family, friends and wedding party. He also held us accountable by calling us and emailing us when we were late providing him with information. He understood how busy we were and made sure that got everything taken care of. By the time our wedding day arrived I felt like Tony knew and understood exactly who we were and what we were looking for!

On the actual wedding day, he was AMAZING. We did a special Seahawks-themed grand entrance and without Tony, it wouldn't have been anything special. By the time he introduced us he had every single person in the room on their feet, cheering, waving napkins, clapping and stomping their feet. It was the most incredible feeling for us, and an amazing memory for everyone that was there. Throughout the evening Tony socialized with everyone, played AWESOME music that fit the crowd and made sure that Eric and I were always where we needed to be.

I couldn't be more pleased with Tony's services. Without him, there is no doubt that our night wouldn't have turned out as special as it did. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

We had an amazing wedding DJ and MC because we went with Tony Schwartz! The music was fantastic at our wedding, nobody wanted to go home! He also did a great job making the party move along smoothly! Tony was very responsive and willing to skype with us (we live on the east coast), so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process (he's very organized, which anyone who is like me truly appreciates!). He also took the time to learn a bit about us, I think he sometimes read our minds! We also used Tony for some of our ceremony music (part was violin), and it sounded perfect and was on cue! My wife and I were married back in 2010, and to this day we still get compliments on having Tony MC and DJ the wedding. It has been two and a half years and we still have yet to go to a wedding with a better DJ, period.

He was excellent to work with. He made us feel very comfortable in the interview process and was so helpful in the making the playlist. He was flexible to meet with us around our schedules and was quick to respond whenever we had additional questions. Upon review of the email correspondence he and I had, he was very flexible to work with my changing schedule. His pricing is fantastic for the quality of his work, hands down.

At the reception itself, he was well dressed and completely professional. His equipment setup was understated and did not overwhelm any aspect of the decorations or take up too much space. He provided a wonderful narrative to some of our (my bride and I) first experiences as a wedded couple.

He stuck to our agreed upon music choices, to the point where a cousin had to come to me directly and beg for a song to be played! (I allowed it, haha!) My grandfather couldn't hear over the first couple songs and when I talked to Tony, he immediately made changes to the volume and everyone was able to enjoy both music and conversation. We had a great time with the games that he arranged, something we wish we saw at more weddings.

Tony was able to keep things moving along at a great pace! When people seemed to need a break, he played slower songs, and when the dance floor was starting to empty, he knew the right songs to get people back out there! I don't believe there was any time when there were no people on the dance floor.

Something that is very special to my wife and I is the three song medley that he mixed especially for us. Every once in a while, we put it on and dance in the living room. Thank you again, Tony. If we find occasion to need your services again, you will be our first call!

We were those annoying people that were changing things the night before, and felt so terrible about it. But his response, "No Problem! I will get it all taken care of." Such a Relief. He was so organized and everything was so well thought out.
I could't have asked for a better DJ than Tony! When you have people asking who your DJ was after the wedding... You know you picked a winner! Worth every single penny!

Tony was more than just a DJ. He helped us make our wedding our very own that truly represented who my husband and I are as individuals and as a couple. From beginning to end Tony had everything covered which allowed my husband and I to enjoy the night. And when we first met Tony 9 months before our wedding we said we wanted a dance party and he ensured that we got a dance party. Tony is amazing to work with!! He was always available and his responsiveness to my emails & questions was always immediate! I would definitely recommend his services for any large wedding! Our choice to use Tony Schwartz was probably the most crucial and best decision we made in the entire wedding planning process. The role of the entertainment at a wedding is SO CRUCIAL to how the guests perceive the party, and Tony was such a great find for us-- he exceeded every expectation that we had. He had so many good ideas and suggestions for making our wedding totally unique and exactly what we wanted.

I was the type of bride who had very specific ideas about the tone of the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. Tony executed on all of these things flawlessly, blending everything together into a totally cohesive and beautiful musical soundtrack to our day.

Tony's unique mash up style had us all on the floor the entire night. The best part was exchanging some knowing glances with Tony throughout the reception, because he totally made our wedding so incredible and unforgettable, and I think he knew how much I loved it! Our guests are still talking about how it was the most fun they've ever had at a wedding-- and the credit for that all belongs to Tony.

I would absolutely never even consider hiring another MC/DJ if I had to do it all over again. Tony was the backbone of the party and did such an amazing job. He was so responsive and so wonderful to work with!!

I am a wedding photographer so I meet many DJ's. Some are ok, some are good and only a very few really stand out to me as great. Tony exceeds all of these. He is so passionate about music, he has a natural talent for overlaying sounds and reading the crowd to know what to bring out next. We had a small wedding with only 47 people and the 2 hours of dancing we had not one person was sitting. It was the best dance party I had ever seen. I have listened to our podcast every day since then and have relived our night over and over. He is worth every penny and more. I love you Tony!

I'm a wedding photographer so I've had the opportunity to work alongside several DJ's. I first met Tony in 2010 at a wedding for mutual clients. His unique presentation and approachable personality really stood out! When I got engaged and started planning for my own wedding, I knew that I wanted Tony to MC and DJ my day.

It was important to us to end our wedding day with a memorable dance party and Tony definitely helped make that happen. Everyone had a blast on the dance floor! I even remember my dad saying, "that DJ was money well spent". I couldn't agree more.

I hands down recommend this guy! :)

We have Tony to thank for the BEST wedding reception ever!! The dance floor was packed from the second music started to the very end! From our first conversation with Tony to my last minute questions/requests, Tony was so awesome. It's clear he loves what he does and really cares that your day is all you want it to be and more. He helped us pull off some awesome surprises from a recorded audio message from me (the bride) to the groom to an amazing elevator entrance to the reception that was timed perfectly. He gave honest and helpful feedback as we planned and was very thorough in asking the right questions to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. As if playing awesome music and keeping the party rocking wasnt enough, Tony was also responsible for our uplighting and gobo which we recieved alot of compliments on. A DJ can make or break a wedding... Tony WILL make your wedding!!! One of our best decisions was going with him and we would highly recommend him to anyone!

From the day I met Tony, I knew he was the guy for our music and MC services. He was helpful, thorough and very responsive. He answered every email, and put so much detail into planning our night. He helped so much at our rehearsal, we even had people asking if he was our wedding coordinator! The music was excellent, and our lighting was perfect for our venue. He did a great job of keeping the flow throughout the day, and once everything started. He kept our reception floor packed, and even had a few music surprises for our guests. We had quite the list of "must play" songs, and Tony did his best to accommodate, all while keeping the dance floor packed. With such a wide range of ages at our wedding, he really did an amazing job of pleasing everyone. Worth the money!

Working in the wedding industry I knew who I wanted to have as an mc for my own wedding. During our initial meet Tony just had to convince my wife and she walked out of the meeting saying,we using him. Not even a single question. Working with Tony up to the event was great, he gave us ideas that neither one of us had thought of. Very easy to work with and able to accommodate our needs and changes at anytime.

Tony did and amazing job. The wedding was a fairly large size and a second wedding for the both of us.Tony was able to coordinate the flow of the wedding as well as the reception to perfection. We did not have to worry about what had to be done next. The music selection was great. He was great to work with and I would recommend him in a hearbeat!!

Guests were thoroughly impressed with everything Tony provided including lighting, MC skills, and media. He really made us look good and guided us through the process of planning a reception guests would talk about for years. Throughout the process he was professional and super organized. Tony was amazing! He was patient with my husband and I when we had questions. Tony had really good ideas about how the ceremony could go and personalized the entire day around us.
My husband fell in love with Tony when he showed us the checklist he completes before every wedding. He took care of everything!
We keep getting compliments on how awesome the music was and what a fun experience everyone had! Everyone was dancing up until the last song!
