Exceptional Wedding Planner

My experience with Tina was exceptional. I interviewed several candidates and she was the one we selected. She was very professional, very empathetic, organized, her interpersonal skills were exceptional and she was on top of everything that she was hired to do for our wedding. Mrs. Tina Stewart (or Ms. Tina, as I like to call her) is absolutely amazing! If you're looking for someone with experience and professionalism, who is passionate about her work and has a great personality, then look no further: Ms. Tina is the planner for you!

I hired Ms. Tina as a full wedding coordinator. From our first interview up to the big day, she was very responsive, honest, respectful and provided valuable guidance and industry insight. I felt as if Ms. Tina really cared about the success of my wedding and she never pushed her personal ideas on me. She went out of her way to make my wedding day a success and I received many compliments on how nicely everything flowed and how beautiful everything turned out. I had a great time and my guests had a great time. What makes Ms. Tina exceptional is that her services did not end on my wedding day; she went out of her way to ensure we were rightfully reimbursed for things our venue failed to deliver. This goes to show Ms. Tina truly cares about her clients.

Tina was the best wedding planner I could have possibly had. Not only did she help in the overall planning of my wedding but she also made sure everything went smoothly that day. She was available whenever I needed to speak with her. She was just a joy, her and her husband Tarlon Stewart.

Tina is nothing less than a true professional and visual planner. We sat with Tina and told her our vision and ideas. Making a long story short she produced the most magnificent wedding for us on May 1st, 2016. I know nothing about wedding etiquette and planning but I did have some ideas. She made sure our vision was exactly what we wanted. My wedding was flawless! I had a wedding planner as a guest and she told me that EVERYTHING was done exactly the way it should be done. Tina executed all the final details with no problems and took care of ALL problems that did come up as if it were her own wedding. She was professional and responsive from the beginning. I wouldn't have been able to plan my wedding without her. Her services are worth every penny.

We used Tina's services for our spring 2015 wedding. Tina was pleasant, flexible and always responsive to our ideas and needs. She's extremely passionate about what she does. She went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was a success. She attended every vendor meeting we needed her for. On the day of our wedding, she made sure that everything flowed despite the fact that the ceremony started late due to circumstances out of our control. She ensured that the delayed start time didn't take away from the program and was able to keep things moving. Since working with Tina, we've come to consider her as a friend not just our wedding planner. She was there for us during the most difficult time when we lost my soon to be mother in law during our wedding planning process. She provided emotional support and respected the time we needed to take off from planning our wedding. Simply put, Tina is the wedding planner that's more than just a planner, she's a friend and a supporter. She will ensure that your big day reflects what you envisioned. We hired Tina as our day-of coordinator and were blown away with the job that she did. We had been warned by everyone to get a day-of coordinator but we did not realize 1) how relatively low-cost it was, 2) how much just a little prep work with Tina helped, and 3) how much of a difference it made in allowing us to enjoy ourselves at the wedding. She made all of our concerns go away on the big day and my wife and I were both surprised with how smoothly everything went. The important thing for us was to not have to worry about the timeline or events and to just focus on the people, and that's exactly what happened. We also found all of the prep work that she did with us really helpful and beyond what we expected a day-of planner to do. Tina was incredibly helpful running the rehearsal and that made us much less nervous in addition to taking a big burden off of us the day before the wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding day and we really felt that Tina did an incredible job. She made the day stress-free and unforgettable without breaking the bank!

Tina is absolutely amazing! Tina was hired late in our planning and offered us a tremendous amount of help as well as resources. If there was something that I thought about she would put it into perspective for me to make sure that it worked for us. She and her team were very attentive to our needs and made sure that our wedding day will be memorable. Tina is as genuine as she can be. My guest loved her professionalism and my Pastor loved the detailed timeline of events that she emailed to all of our vendors. She checked on us the day after to assure that we were happy with everything and even called after our honeymoon to thank us for allowing her to be apart of our special day.

We had the fortune to find Tina to be our wedding coordinator. We had already done several of the things for our wedding but were in great need of a wedding coordinator to help us with the rest. Tina provided us with lots of good advice and ideas, on basically every aspect of our wedding, to fit what was our vision of our wedding (wedding website, flowers, wedding schedule and activities, invitations, music, etc, etc,). She is very responsive and we were always able to reach her when needed. Everything we asked her to do she did on time and we were pleased with it. A good extra is that she was a lot of fun to work with and it was never stressful to work with her it was always very comforting to know we had someone very experienced to to take care of business. She found and was able to negotiate a good price with 2 good hotels in Bethesda MD for our guest to stay. She found us a a good DJ, and florist at a very good price. She was able to coordinate with all vendors (caterer, cake, florist, DJ, local staff) what we wanted to be done and the day of our wedding it was all done even better than what we envisioned it. We were able to fully enjoy every second of our wedding without worrying about anything. Tina kept the activities on track and made sure we and our guest had a great time during the wedding. All our guest told us that our wedding was fantastic, well organized, beautiful and very special for them and it was and Tina made all that possible. Tina was engaged in our planning from the beginning. She made vendor suggestions when we requested her help, attended meetings with vendors, and gave us lists of tasks as well as vendor tip suggested amounts. Tina is amazing. She was my "day-of" coordinator but served as so much more. She is experienced and always had an answer or solution to any unexpected situation. We needed that special planner who could help guide my fiancée and I through the planning process. The planner had to be able to gel with our fun and exciting personalities. Tina was that person and beyond. When we met with her for the first time, we had a general idea of what colors and venues and catering company we wanted. So we needed quite a bit of her help and she proved to exceed any and all of our expectations. Tina set up all the meetings with the vendors and negotiated the pricing based on our budget.
She is exceptionally great at knowing when to give advice/her opinion and when to listen, which I really valued. Her amount of communication was never overwhelming or lacking, she responded promptly to any questions I had whether it was by phone or email. Having Tina allowed us to enjoy every single minute of being engaged, she made the planning process enjoyable. Whenever I started to become overwhelmed she always remained positive - she truly loves her job. If it seemed like an issue or snag might pop up, she had five different solutions before it could even happen.
Throughout my engagement, everyone asked me if I was feeling the stress of the planning and I could honestly tell them "not really, Tina's helping a lot and has things under control." At the same time, she gave me the creative freedom that I wanted to add my own personal touches as well. The day of the wedding, her and her assistants worked their magic behind the scenes so we could enjoy time with our guests.
Tina was not only our wedding planner; she also became one of our friends. I would recommend Tina's Creative Touch to any bride who wants stress-free planning, great pricing and total commitment from a very detailed planner. Tina definitely put her creative touch on our wedding. From the first day that we meet, we were like two peas in a pod and I knew she was the perfect wedding planner for my husband and I. We hired Tina to be our day of wedding coordinator and could not be more happy for what she did for us. After talking via email, Skype, and in-person a few times before our wedding, Tina knew exactly what we wanted and made sure our wedding was perfect. She came to our rehearsal and helped keep everyone in order. The day of our wedding she was just amazing helping at the ceremony and at the reception. She made sure to get a timeline out to all vendors a week before the wedding so that everyone knew where to be and when. She made sure my groom and I were happy the entire night. I contracted Ms. Tina for the"day of coordination" of my wedding last month and it was well worth the investment! We feel that it was money well spent, because we wanted our daughter to have a stress free wedding day. Tina and her staff's professionalism really came into play for me on the day of my wedding. It was such a relief to know that you have persons working on your behalf to make sure the details of your day and the quality of service meets and exceed your expectations. OMG Tina is ONE FIERCE DIVA, I love her, I love her and I love her…No amount of words can express how much Tina has meant to me in planning this big day, Before deciding on a planner, I went through 5 different event planners before deciding on Tina’s creative touch. My husband and I was so happy with our decision to hire one. She was available anytime I needed her assistance wedding related and personal situations which I appreciate her for just listening while my husband was on deployment ”I LOVE YOU FOR THAT”. Our wedding was the most beautiful day that I could have ever imagined. What surprised me the most about Tina was that she was able to handle the toughest situations on the day of w/o me knowing and you usually can’t get nothing pass me lol. She was able to take my vision and execute it with no problem at a very reasonable cost which we adored her for. Tina has an eye for detail and a hand to perfection. It was a pleasure for myself and for my husband to work with Tina on our wedding day. We wanted a planner who could take our vision of sophistication and elegance and transform our venue to meet our needs identical to our vision. Tina Randall did that for us. A sharp, bright and sensitive individual, Tina is one who knows the BEST vendors in the area and is able to skillfully, tactfully and meticously negotiate for the best rates and prices with those vendors for you and your spouse. Our ceremony and reception was absolutely beautiful. My husband and I (who are complete control fanatics and workaholics) were able to relax and enjoy our guests knowing that Tina would make sure everything ran smoothly. Tina is personable and warm, as she spent EXTRA, quality time on the telephone with me helping me through all the things that brides tend to experience during the planning process. I hired Tina for day-of coordination services for my daughter's wedding. We met in person twice to discuss and plan events, plus Tina was available by phone and email for the numerous questions I had in the months leading up to the wedding. She provided me with peace of mind during the rehearsal and ceremony/reception because I didn't have to worry about a thing. She coordinated well with our pastor as well as all the vendors. Tina was exactly what I was looking for on our daughters wedding day. Someone who could relieve me from any concerns and coordinating of the wedding rehearsal and ceremony which was held in our backyard. She swept in like a cloud. She answered any questions or referrals the bride and groom had from the day we contracted her up to the very day of the wedding. She met with us and allowed us to know that everything was as it should be to make wedding day a success.All I had to do on the day of the wedding was focus on my daughter, my husband and myself. That is exactly what I wanted from the wedding coordinator. She managed all the vendors, guests and musicians for the ceremony and DJ & vendors for the reception and coordinated all events that took place during the reception. She stayed from before the start of the ceremony until the end of the reception. That was the biggest help because She was there the entire time. WOW, what can I say-Tina is Awesome!!! She's like a little firecracker, don't let the height fool you (smile). But no really, she is a great wedding planner to work with, she is professional, takes care of business, yet is personable as well. Tina has her "stuff" together, you can trust her and she can make your wedding dreams a reality. Having Tina as our wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions that we could have made. We had about 4 months to plan our wedding and interviewed a slew of coordinators. Within the first few minutes of meeting Tina we knew we had to have her as our coordinator.

She responded to all of our emails and phone calls with lighting speed, was very organized, was very flexible with all of the last minute questions and requests that I had, and was so helpful when we encountered minor obstacles along the way.

We purchased the partial wedding coordination package from Tina but it really seemed like she was fully involved everyday, 24/7. The way she cared and painstakingly helped us plan our wedding was as if she were planning her own, and that's how we knew we could fully trust her with anything.

Hiring Tina was the best decision we made for our wedding. We only contacted her about 2 months before the wedding, and things were a mess. She jumped right in, making me feel much better after talking to her only once. She was extremely flexible, honest, and trustworthy...the things I needed most. Our wedding was beautiful, and we could not have done it without her. Thanks to Tina, I had such a great time before and during my wedding...I only wish I had hired her sooner.

Invaluable service. The entire process leading up to the wedding day is what made me so confident in her abilities. We went to many of the vendor appointments together and she made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I also felt that she really cared about the actual wedding and my fiance's and my relationship.

I got to eat breakfast with my bridesmaids and relax! My friends said I was the most relaxed bride they've ever seen and I said, "It's because I've got Tina." The whole ceremony and reception ran so smoothly and when I needed something little, Tina was right there for me. It really freed me and my wedding party to enjoy the wedding day.

Tina was the best Wedding Planner ever! My husband and I began to plan the wedding on our own and then realized that we had no idea what we were doing. We found Tina four months prior to the date we had set for our wedding and she was a blessing from the beggining. She helped us find our vision for our wedding and made our wedding day perfect. She provided us with a to do list and an order to get everything done. She always kept our interests close to heart and was the rock we needed to lean on when we didn't think that we were going to be ready in time.

My husband and I could not have asked for more in Tina and Tina's creative Touch. We definitely recommend her to anyone looking to plan the perfect wedding.

First of all, I am the Mother of the Bride. I wanted my daughters wedding to be as stress free as possible and searched many vendor sites before contacting tina. The effort was wel worth it! At first I approached it as a business transaction, but was quickly drawn itno tinas warm and compassionate demeanor. After a while I think we forgot that she was the planner/coordinator because she just fit right in there. She handled all aspects of the wedding from begining to end. And just when I think it couldnt get any better, she went into complete overdrive on wedding day!! With the help of her assistant christiana, she had every detail (and my daughter had a LOT of them!) taken care of. From the several different centerpieces, to the signature bar/food/ceremony/timeline/flowers/favors, etc. I mean if it was in a wedding we had it! I very highly recommend Tina and her wonderful staff! We have three more daughters and at least one vendor I dont have to find. And to you Tina, smooches! WE HEART U !!!!

We hired Tina to be our day-of coordinator and she did a great job. She listened to our ideas and what we wanted, then guided us through decisions and made excellent suggestions. Tina was very positive and can-do through the entire process. On the day of our wedding she made sure that everything went smoothly and took care of some unexpected last-minute details that came up. She was great at letting the vendors, wedding party and guests know that she was the contact person, so they all checked in with her with with questions or problems, leaving us free to enjoy our wedding. Tina helped me get through many fearful/tearful moments. She had many ideas on how to handle challenges that I never would have thought of. On my wedding day I didn't want to have to worry about ANYTHING and I told her that. She said no problem and that was it. The wedding was beautiful, it all went smoothly and I felt confident that Tina was taking care of everything for us. Her fee was incredibly reasonable. Tina did a wonderful job on my day of coordination. I found her about a month before my wedding after some awful experiences with another wedding coordination company. Tina put me right at ease and got right to work. She was available when ever I needed her and made it to both of my rehearsals. She was extemely responsive to all my emails and answered any questions I had and took care of all my concerns. She had a handfull with my bridal party and kept everyone in check. She remained kind and respectful but definitely took charge and kept things moving. I would highly recommend Tina. She did a wonderful job and helped me to remain stress free. She made sure that I took in everything and remained in the moment. She made sure that my husband and I as well as our guests had a great time. All of my vendors loved her too. I received a bunch of emails from them afterwards complementing her on a job well done.

Tina and her company were trully sensational throughout the planning of our wedding. We booked her as a day of coordinator, however, Tina took the role of wedding coordinator. A sample of the activities Tina was involved with includes, visiting florists, talking with our DJ, helping us pick out food from our Vendor, providing suggestions for photographers/videographers, accompanying the bride as she tried on her wedding dress and coordinating our entire wedding day. Her service was utterly outstanding and professional with a great sense of humor. We recommend her services to anyone thinking about marriage, a big event and/or a vacation.

When I hired Tina's Creative Touch, Tina took the time to listen to what I wanted offered sugguestions, took me to bridal shows and totally far exceeded my expections of what a wedding planner is!

The first meetng I had with Tina she was funny, knew what she was talking about, very helpful, and without evening knowing me she knew me and had prefect ideas for my wedding. Tina Randall was by all accounts, fantastic. I hired her as a part-time planner, but she did above and beyond what was expected. While my event was not a wedding, it was a fifteenth wedding anniversary and PhD. party and the planning was underway in the midst of a family illness and crises. Tina stayed steady, provided an ear to listen and actually made the stress of planning the perfect celebration exciting and relatively stress free by keeping me organized and on deadlines! Have Tina be your wedding coordinator. Tina was organized from the start, helping me create a vision and referring me to various vendors, and then she led me each step of the way in order to make that vision a reality. I didn't use her full-package service, but she was always available to answer questions when I needed her. My wedding ended up being logistically difficult due to site location changes, competing events, numerous vendors, etc, but somehow it all came off beautifully! Sure there were little glitches, but that is to be expected, and most of them she handled during the event without my even knowing. Now that is the sign of a good planner!! I worked with Tina for my Baltimore wedding while I was situated in The Bahamas. I was always at work and being able to email Tina at any time I get a response back in a timely manner was a big thing for me.

Whatever vendor I needed or help I requested Tina was able to provide the names/numbers and ideas in multiples. Although I still ended up doing alot of things DIY this was no reflection on Tina herself, but my own desire to cut cost.

The day of the wedding her and her crew were stars. I know there had to be glitches all around but I was not aware of any of it. As the days go on and family tells the story of the wedding (which they all loved), I am hearing of things and I smile and said at least I was clueless to the end!

I really enjoyed working with Tina, I wish I found her from day one of planning! The previous stress may have been non existent. I would recommend her to anyone who wants the job done!

While preparing for a wedding some brides become very stressed and nervous, etc. and that was me!!! Could not make my mind up about certain things and not having sisters or brothers Tina responded and turned out the be that sister in that time of need, a friend and even my make-up artist!!! During this what could have been stressful time, Tina's Creative Touch made everything relaxed and more enjoyable for My New Husband and I.

We (Mr. and Mrs. W. Hubbard) will ALWAYS love Tina's Creative Touches!!!

Tina was very helpful in helping me resolve issues with vendors. She was the go between whenever I had an issue. I truly appreciated her help and guidance during such a stressful time.

Tina was very helpful and professional with everything. One think I can recommend for future brides, is to list out everything you want your wedding planner to do that way both of you are clear on all the details. Assuming the wedding planner knows everything you are thinking is not usually the way it turns out. If we (the brides) are thorough with what we want, our wedding planner will comply and do exactly that. Tina was very wonderful to work with and respectful of my culture and traditions.

Tina did a great job planning our wedding. Our only constructive feedback would be for Tina to gauge how hands on a bride and groom need her to be at the wedding reception and adjust to their personality. Too much instruction during a reception interferes with the bride and groom's ability to simply enjoy the moment.

Tina was the best investment we made for our wedding. We could not have pulled off our wedding without her. We live in California and were getting married in Maryland. We depended on her for professional vendor references. The photographer, dress shop, florist, caterer, makeup artist were all phenomenal. There is no way we would have found these people just looking on google. We had family from east and west coast converging for the first time for our wedding. We were completely focused on them. Tina took care of all the wedding day arrangements -- even some behind the scenes snafus that we did not find out about until after the wedding. A great wedding planner always has a plan B -- for when it snows the day before a garden wedding, when the caterer spills something and the venue wants to take your deposit to pay for it, or when the party rental company brings dirty chairs. All of this happened of course...and Tina handled it brilliantly. We had to do ceremony and reception inside, but it was beautiful and seamless; the guests had no idea. She also graciously adapted to the fact that I forgot the placecards and misplaced our ketubah to be used in the ceremony. Ladies...of all the things to invest in...a wedding planner is a very worthwhile investment and I definitely recommend Tina Randall.

A little unorganized, some things she said she would do that she did not, and started my wedding late! However, she was very responsive--- responded very quickly, very knowledgeable. Would recommend her for a wedding of 120 or less that is very simple. My wedding had 170+ people, with many activities and details and things seemed a bit unorganized. She was late with sending out the timeline to my vendors and never called to confirm that they would be there, which she stated she would during our initial visit; half of my corsages and boutonnieres were not pinned on those who were supposed to receive them; and my floor plan was not set up the way that I specified (I actually drew where I wanted things to be and clearly identified them by name). Needless to say she needed more help on the day of. But honestly, if I had not hired Tina my day would have been a complete disaster. She is good with directing people and is very personable and accommodated the remote location of my rehearsal (was not at the venue) without complaints.

Tina is a wonderful person. She is kind, loving, generous, and just an amazing woman to know. As a friend, I would recommend Tina anytime. As my wedding planner, Tina blew me away at our initial meeting. She was the most prepared and organized person I had ever seen in my life (and I pride myself on my own preparations). I told her my vision at the initial phone meeting, and within 2 minutes, and then later at the first face-to-face meeting, she had given me the most valuable thing out of any of my vendors: My theme. Tina is 100 percent responsible for putting my theme into words, and for that, I am so incredibly thankful, because my theme rocked ;). Thank you!!! Because of those things, and her very affordable price, I chose Tina as my wedding planner. However, after those initial meetings, I was the main executer. Tina was absolutely a wonderful help, but my expectations were not quite met. There were several unanswered emails, mixed up facts, and few original ideas from her end after the initial theme. Her value to me (and she was INCREDIBLY valuable) was that of a personal assistant rather than a wedding planner. There were a few things that she pleasantly surprised me with by taking the lead on without me asking her to, which included the Limo and alternative hotel accommodations for guests, and for that I am very thankful. Now, on the day of, Tina was quite a blessing. She took care of everything that came up that was unexpected, and only had to call me once. Throughout the entire process, she was nothing but professional. Her demeanor, her dress, her attitude was perfectly polished and 100 percent professional. I loved that. All in all, my advice to future brides would be to hire Tina for a day-of wedding planning service if you are positive that is all you want, and I have no qualms recommending her for that. But if you are looking for someone to really take a lead role in your wedding planning as a partial or full wedding planner, I would spend more on the service and look elsewhere. Tina, thank you so much for your service and I truly enjoyed working with you. I am honored to have known you and I wish you nothing but the best.

Wedding setup

Tina was very professional and did a good job. However we felt her services were too expensive for what she ended up being able to provide. We had to ask a friend’s sibling to help Tina set up because she would charge $50 per centerpiece set up, despite our setup just being putting a vase on a block of wood. Otherwise, she is very organized and determined to do a good job.

I hired Tina as a day-of-coordinator. She was so, SO friendly when I met her that I instantly booked her.

Her and her assistant came with me to a floral appointment. Knowing I'm Jewish, her assistant made a remark about the heat, stating she was "Glad she was saved because she hated the heat." I thought this was very inappropriate talk at a business meeting. I spoke with Tina privately via email later in which she apologized. I felt like after that Tina was a little put off.

2 weeks before the wedding, it was very hard to get any responses from her. Finally she responded and said my email went into her junk mail... all of a sudden after emailing her for 3 months, but I digress.

I got to the wedding site around 1 p.m. to get ready. Around 4 p.m., I noticed the florist hadn't set up the ceremony completely. I hadn't seen Tina yet, who was supposed to be there at 3:30. I tried calling her cell phone, with no answer. I assumed she wasn't there. The ceremony started at 5:30, and I didn't see her until about 5 p.m., which wasn't very helpful if anything major had come up. In speaking with the hotel manager later, she was there (and in fact got there extremely early), but I'm still not sure why I wasn't able to get in touch with her...

The ceremony started 20 minutes late. I found out later it's because her prepping everyone to walk down the aisle was completely chaotic. She wasn't able to get everyone's attention and get everything organized, and even ended up taking the bridal party through the wrong entrance.

After all the guests were seated, she realized guests were seated on the wrong side and made the guests actually get up and switch sides! What a pain in the neck for my guests.

Throughout the evening, Tina did several things that were very sweet. For example, she went to my room and brought down my flipflops to hide under the table incase I needed a break from the heals. Very sweet and much appreciated! When we went back to the hotel room after the wedding, we were in for a nice surprise. Tina had made our hotel room so special.

One of the main reasons I have average reviews for her is this.... because we were running so late (from the disorganized set up at the ceremony), we were taking pictures after the ceremony and she came down and told the photographer he needed to stop taking pictures of me and my husband because we needed to get into the reception. I'm sorry, but photographs are the main memory from the wedding and I couldn't BELIEVE she would ask him to stop taking pictures. It wasn't even "please wrap it up", it was "stop immediately." I am very upset that we may not have enough pictures now. I understand she was trying to stick to her timeline, but it wasn't my fault that there was a huge delay of the ceremony

I would not recommend the service I never received what I paid for which was the messy in package. The only assistance I received was advice on vendor options. My husband and I were very upset and she cancelled on us 2 month before our wedding. When we requested a refund due to her canceling and taking vacation for about 1.5 months. Their services did not take the stress off of us. My husband and I did everything ourselves. She cancelled appointment with vendors without discussing it with us an when she cancelled it was via email, so unprofessional. She only gave us half of our money back. Please rea her other reviews before booking. Her services stressed me out. My husband I prayed because she would only answer her phone when she felt like it. In the end our wedding turned out beautiful with another planner who was excellent, professional and on the status if The amazing Preston Bailey. It was like a celebrity wedding thanks to God!!!!

I was very unsatisfied with the service I was given. $700 dollars is a lot of money to spend and then I still had to do everything myself. No assistance was given for the planning and the day of the event was a nightmare. She kept telling me about problems that should and could have been handled by her and she was asking my guests questions about how to handle different things. She actually stressed out the other vendors and guest because she did not know what to do. She did not manage or control my wedding planning nor my wedding day well. I am so disappointed in her service. I would definitely hire all of my other vendors again accept for Tina Stewart. My wedding venue placed told me after the fact that a lot of the brides thought that she provided lousy service. Unfortunately, I found this out too late. She did however, have great contracts to seal the deal. Please do not make the same mistake that I did.
