We had scheduled ThreeJays Carriages over 6 months in advance of our wedding to take us from the reception to our bridal suite hotel. Instead of arriving at the scheduled 11:30 pm, the carriage arrived at 7:30 pm (our reception began at 7)! Instead of admitting their mistake and coming back at the scheduled time, the driver insisted that my father pay more money for them to wait a few hours. We had to leave our reception at 10 and couldn't even eat our cake. Then, the carriage was not decorated with "Just Married" as requested and the driver complained the entire time about how he hated his job and didn't get paid enough. Needless to say, we did not give him a tip!
