  Pam, the proprietress of The Wild Plum, catered our farewell Sunday wedding brunch at my moms house. I have never seen a more beautiful spread in my life! Quiche, frittata, muffins, cookies, CINNAMON rolls, salad, mimosas, coffee, lemonade. OMG this brunch was to die for!!!!! She catered it for 50 ppl and I think 65 showed up! She puts her heart (and quality ingredients) into everything she does. Really phenomenal.

  I have to say that the communication in the beginning was not the greatest, BUT Pamela did deliver a wonderful, tasty and exceptional service on my wedding. If you are into fresh and wholesome food, they you will be in for a treat. She creates a menu designed for you and if you know how you want to design a menu, she can do that too. Just be prepare to have some marvelous tastings and know that, she does this because she has a passion for presenting fresh food with a fun flare.

  Very disappointed in our Wedding cake. We spoke in depth with her about the look we wanted, even gave her pictures, and the cake looked nothing like what we spoke about. Our request was simple, no design or anything, just a simple fondant covering on a 3-tiered cake with the tiers varying in heights. It looked like she forgot our wedding or ran out of time and had to throw together our cake last minute. The fondant had visible thumbprints and she stuck a large,hideous round circle on on the side of each tier like she was trying to cover up a mistake. It tasted fine but nothing to write home about and she charges more than your average Wedding Cake baker. We would never recommend this baker.
