    Nervous at first but walked out feeling confident and beautiful

    I came in from out of state to visit a friend for my September 2023 wedding. They worked with me to make an appointment for the last day of my trip. My friend and I went and worked with Leah, she was absolutely amazing and so patient. I found the perfect dress and I was able to take it home. I was extremely nervous and scared to go to the appointment due to bad experiences I had elsewhere. I will be coming back for alterations prior to the ceremony as I now do not trust anyone else. Thank you for your wonderful staff and their kindness. I am and always will be grateful

    Amazing Experience!!

    I think the easiest thing for me to say about The White Room is just how phenomenal their staff is! I went dress shopping in December 2020 for my big day, and Leah was not only knowledgeable and had a great understanding of what I was looking for, but she was incredibly kind and patient when I narrowed it down to two dresses and couldn't decide! We had a wonderful experience dress shopping because of her and I am so grateful to have worked with her! Next, Tu was INCREDIBLE when it came to my alterations. I had to come in a total of three times, and each time she meticulously checked my dress to make sure no other changes were needed. She was FAST, and a joy to work with! I had no worries that my dress and veil were going to be perfect because of the awesome team at the White Room. I didn't know this initially, but they also have suits for men! My now husband wanted to purchase his suit to keep, but wanted an option for his groomsmen to rent the same suit. We had a difficult experience trying to find this at first, as none of the other suit or tux shops in the area offered that kind of service, but after we realized the White Room offered this, it was a breeze! We were to come in, select the suits, ties, and accessories, and get my husband measured, in maybe 30 minutes total. Our out of state groomsmen were also able to easily submit their measurements, making it super easy for them too! We did have an issue of the wrong size coming in a couple times, but the staff was quick to get this resolved and come the day of the wedding, all of the suits fit perfectly! I have been looking for a place to take my dress and his suit to get dry cleaned and preserved, and while they do not offer that service, they had a recommendation over to me in minutes! Overall we had a fantastic experience with the White Room, and will happily recommend them to everyone we know!!

    Hidden Gem in Lebanon

    The dresses are a bit overpriced, but the customer service is amazing. They are very attentive and cater to your wedding vision. Even though they do not have an alterations department, they have a third party seamstress that is amazing and great with meeting your alteration needs.

    Such a dream. ❤️

    It was my first time at the White Room in Lebanon. I must say- I was very, very impressed! The staff was amazing and well attentive from the moment we walked in the door. Abby was such a delight and such a big help! We found the perfect dress within our budget and I can’t thank the White Room enough for making my bridal experience a dream come true! I can’t wait for my wedding day! ♥️♥️♥️

    UPDATE: STILL AMAZING! All of my bridesmaids got their dresses in on time and everyone looked amazing! So thankful for their help!

    Tennessee Dress, Florida Bride, Worked Out Great!

    I went dress shopping when I was home for a friend's bridal shower and found my dream dress at The White Room (when there was one in Murfreesboro). I live in Orlando, and we were getting married in Orlando, but that wasn't a problem for The White Room. When the dress came in, I decided to make the trip up for my fitting. It was scheduled around my needs which I was so thankful for since I had to travel. Claudia was so accommodating and helpful after the fitting, keeping the dress for me until she could return it to the store once covid started. She sent me a video tutorial for how to bustle, and made sure I knew how to contact the store for delivery. The store was amazing as well, making sure I got my dress safely and effortlessly. This wedding was so stressful with moving and downsizing because of covid, but The White Room made sure my dress was not something I had to worry about.

    Perfect Experience!

    Abby was wonderful to work with. I found a dress i loved but didn't love the neckline so we got creative and she came up with an amazing idea. Their seamstress onsite executed it perfectly and I ended up with a beautiful custom gown that was PERFECT for my day! Thank you so much Abby for your help and your AMAZING seamstress that came through with the perfect change!

    Loved working with them!

    I purchased my wedding dress from The White Room in Murfreesboro. I happened to get a job outside of Tennessee in between when I ordered the gown and my wedding. The White Room was accommodating, kind and encouraging throughout the whole process! I always felt respected and really built up by the other women working! Claudia performed all of my alterations and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her work! Truly made the most stressful part of the wedding planning process as easy as it could be. I felt so confident in my dress, in large part to them!

    Amazing Experience

    The White Room was recommended to me by multiple people, so I knew I was going to go there when dress shopping. What I didn't know was how personable and amazing they really were. At my first appointment, we walked in and I was very overwhelmed with just how many gorgeous dresses there were to choose from. Abby was my consultant, and I showed her a few pictures of what I liked and told her what my wedding vision was and our budget. She picked 5 dresses that fit the "vibe" and never picked dresses over the budget. I ended up falling in love with the very first dress! I tried on the other 4, but kept going back to that first dress. I put it back on with the veil and both my mom, myself, AND Abby teared up. We knew it was the one! Finding my wedding dress was so easy with her help! The fittings were just as easy as finding my dress. The seamstress is so sweet and quick! She really makes the dress fit perfectly to your body. I felt SO beautiful the day of my wedding and received a lot of compliments on my dress. Thank you so much to the White Room for helping make my wedding day perfect!

    Lovely Sales Associates

    Thank you Cari at the Murfreesboro store for helping me find the perfect dress! She was extremely kind, patient, and helpful when I was looking for my dress. Every time I visit the shop she excitedly asks about my wedding, it is so sweet. I got my dress, 4 bridesmaid dresses, and all my alterations here and I would absolutely recommend them.

    Loved my experience!

    I made the mistake of thinking I was going to come in a try on a few dresses for fun, but all it took was their friendly, helpful staff and the right dress to change my mind. I felt like a princess on my wedding day and cannot thank them enough for helping me to find the perfect dress!

    I said yes to the dress

    I went to the Murfreesboro location a year before my wedding just to window shop...and left with the most BEAUTIFUL dress ever. I was so happy that they had plus size gowns available to try on while shopping. I bought a strapless dress but knew I wanted sleeves added so they made sure to find a way to make this happen, with the same fabric that my gown was made of. Everyone at the store was so friendly and ensured every detail was handled properly. Thank you to the White Room Murfreesboro team for helping me be Cinderella for a day!

    I purchased my dress and had alterations done at The White Room in Murfreesboro and couldn’t be happier! All of the staff were so helpful and friendly! It was also great to find a store that had plus size samples on hand to try on! I found my dream dress and received tons of compliments on my wedding day about how beautiful my dress was!

    I walked in a Saturday with no appointment and they were able to fit me in. The woman helping me was so understanding of my short timeline (went shopping in Jan for a May wedding). She made sure to check on what dresses would be available for my timeline before I tried them on so I didn't fall in love with something I wouldn't be able to order. They were also keeping the dresses they showed me within the budget I gave them, unlike some other stores.

    I went into the white room just to see if it was my go to place and asked them if they could show me a certain style I was looking for. I wanted to know if they had the style before I booked an actual appointment. They showed me this one dress and I fell in love. So I booked an appointment with family and a friend. Tried on 5 other dresses and kept going back to that one dress. It was a smaller size but they showed me how it would look on me and we purchased it that day. So basically I told them what I wanted and they pointed me in the right direction without trying on or an actual appointment. Super nice ladies and the seamstress was amazing. Fit so perfectly to my body it was ridiculous. Highly recommend them to anyone anywhere!!!!

    I found my dress at The White Room in Murfreesboro. They are one of only a couple in the Nashville area that have Essence of Australia, and I knew that is what I wanted. They have some amazing dresses and all of the employees were super nice and helpful. I even got a sweet card in the mail after I found my dream dress. Go here if you want to find your dream dress!

    I had a wonderful experience at the white room!! After going to a handful of other bridal shops, this one stood out above the rest. My Consultant Kelsey was friendly, patient and professional. I had found about 5 dresses that I loved, all of them would have worked out wonderfully. I came back a few days with my bridesmaids and they helped me decide on the 1!!! I went with Style 2276 Ambrosia by Cassablanca. This dress was beautiful and I felt amazing in it. Be fair warned that it does take about 3-4 months to come in and maybe longer for other dresses. My wedding was a few weeks ago and I had ordered it in February with plenty of time to make some minor alterations!! Oh and I was even able to find a veil that went perfectly with the dress at the White Room!! I loved my dress and am so happy with with quality and care I received at the White Room. I highly recommend all brides check it out!!

    Great experience at The White Room. I went to 5 other places and they definitely have the largest selection, price range, and excellent service. I also used their alterations contact who was wonderful and made my dress fit absolutely perfectly! Love these ladies!

    I had gone to a few other wedding dress boutiques across Tennessee, but decided to make an appointment with The White Room in Murfreesboro on a whim in April. The other dresses I’d tried on elsewhere were beautiful, but I hadn’t found one that was ME. I only had 78 days until my wedding, so the pressure was on. Luckily, this boutique had more style options than the other places. Charlotte had me go through and pull dresses on my own while she went and pulled some others. She eventually pulled a dress that I didn’t exactly like on the hanger, but it ultimately ended up being the one! Charlotte was very patient as I went back and forth between two dresses probably three times each. Even without my family/friends there to help me decide, the ladies were all very supportive. Once my dress arrived in June, I had one fitting with Claudia, and she had all the alterations complete before my second fitting in 17 days. I took all of her advice (because I know nothing about bustles or appropriate dress length for barefoot outdoor weddings), and it was flawless. It fit perfectly and was steamed just in time for the wedding on July 8th! The White Room not only had the perfect dress for me, but the ladies were all fantastic and had no issue with the short timeline. I can’t thank you enough!

    I bought my wedding dress and veil at this bridal salon and also had all my alterations done here. All the bridesmaids dresses were also purchased here. I was very pleased with the service I received and my wedding dress was absolutely beautiful. They helped me to make my dress unique for me and had so many ideas on how to customize it! The order and delivery process was timely and they kept me up-to-date all along the way. The lady who handles all the alterations at the Lebanon location is wonderful and does a fantastic job making the dress fit you perfectly and look exactly how you want. Highly recommend the The White Room Lebanon location for all your wedding dress needs and also for bridesmaid dresses!

    This is a great bridal shop! We went to Lebanon shop and Abby was fantastic! She was so helpful and sweet! You could tell she really cared about and loved what she was doing! My daughter tried on numerous dresses and then she found the one and we wanted to make some changes and they ordered extra lace, ribbon, etc. Abby had so many great suggestions. We bought the wedding dress, bridesmaids and also mother of bride dress at White Room. They all came in on time( actually early). The seamstress they use is also amazing. Beautiful dresses and impeccable service. They steamed dress and veil a few days before wedding as well. Thanks for your great service and Abby is amazing!

    I bought my wedding dress from The White Room yesterday and I could not be more pleased with my experience. Delaney, my consultant, asked what styles I was interested in and had dresses pulled within minutes, making sure I was taken care of the entire time. The dress I ended up purchasing was nothing like I thought I wanted- she pulled it for me so I tried it on just for the heck of it and I fell in love! Everything was so smooth and fun. Even though I bought my dress there, I never once felt pressured to do so by the staff which was very nice. My family and I had a wonderful time and I would recommend this place to anyone.

    I loved working with White Room Lebanon. DeLanie was great. She really listen to me and what I wanted. She was very attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend both the store and DeLanie. We had an appointment on a Friday and narrowed it down. Then next day I went to several other stores, but kept coming back to one of the dresses at White Room Lebanon. I called after our last appointment and asked if they could squeeze me in to try it on again while the other dresses were fresh in my mind. They were very accommodating. Once the dress on again it sealed the deal. Thank you to DeLanie. You couldnt have made our dress shopping experience any better.

    The white room was recommended by a bridesmaid of mine and I could not have been more happy with my dress and their service. My dress my absolutely gorgeous and I got so many compliments on my wedding day. Also, the staff is amazing, every single person who worked there was so sweet! The seamstress was exceptional. I could go on about how much I loved this place and my dress. I would highly recommend this bridal shop!

    We used The White Room Murfreesboro for my wedding dress as well as bridesmaid dresses. Anne was my main consultant and she was amazing. She really listened and she was a huge help! They were super accommodating and they were so easy to work with!

    I had a great experience with The White Room! At my appointment, my consultant really did a great job of hearing what I wanted and selecting dresses that fit my vision and my price range. She was incredibly helpful and didn't put any sort of pressure on me to purchase that day, which I've heard that some places do. I found a dress I loved, but was nervous about making the final decision. I ended up sleeping on it and going to another bridal salon to shop the next day, but I came back to The White Room to purchase my beautiful wedding dress. I also bought a veil and sash. When the sash arrived, we found that the manufacturer had sewn the snaps on incorrectly, and the White Room immediately found me an appointment at the Murfreesboro location (closer to my home) and had the issue fixed by the end of the day. Very helpful consultants and management, and of course, beautiful gowns!

    My experience with Jordan was the easiest and most stress free experience. I purchased my wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses there. She made the experience fun and easy! The dress I ended up choosing was one that she had picked for me. It was completely stunning on and I thank her for her help.

    I had a wonderful time! This was the bridal experience I was looking for. This was my first time trying on dresses and Jordan was absolutely perfect. She let me pick some, she picked some, and even asked some advice from others to make sure I tried on every dress I loved.     I went in to the Lebanon location at lunch one day and worked with Megan. Let me just tell you, this girl was a DREAM COME TRUE! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she delivered far more than I could have dreamed. I had been to several other locations and they kept putting me in things that did not suit my taste. Megan listened to exactly what I was looking for, my style, etc. She made dress buying so much fun even without my mom or anyone of my bridal party with me. I never thought I would find THE DRESS alone but I totally did. I even told Megan she earned a spot at my wedding because we had so much fun that day!

    I had a wonderful experience purchasing my dress at The White Room in Lebanon. Sadly I can't remember the name of the wonderful consultant who helped me, but all of the staff there were very pleasant and seemed genuinely excited to help me pick a dress and try it on. I had my alterations done using The White Room's seamstress and she was quick and very efficient. I'll shop at The White Room again the next time I need a gown for a formal event.

    Jordan and the rest of the staff at the White Room are a delight to work with and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable with the whole process. They made shopping for my wedding dress both fun and stress-free. I waited until the last minute to start shopping and the whole team did everything they could to make sure I got the dress I wanted, on time, for my wedding. I needed alterations done and while I had to have a couple of fittings, the seamstress was very flexible with scheduling and did a great job making sure the dress fit perfectly. I could not be happier with my experience and would highly recommend The White Room in Murfreesboro, TN to anyone looking for the perfect wedding dress.

    Amazing service. I had an appointment with my mom and the lady assisting us was such a joy. She helped us stay in budget, all while never making me feel pressured to limit myself. We were the only ones in the store and we felt we had personal attention. It was a dream experience for me and my mom. Found the gown. It was the first one I tried on!

    I was looking for a specific gown that no other place around had and had been to countless other shops in the state. The White Room had it and worked with my schedule because I had limited times to come to see it and was coming from across the country. They made it work for me and were so sweet. The dress I searched for ended up being the perfect one. It was the "Divina" dress by Maggie Sotterro and was the talk of the day! I couldn't have felt better in it without the team at The White Room but specifically Ashlee who was amazing and always made time to talk with me when I visited. Thanks ya'll! Highly recommend!

I told the manager (I cannot think of her name!) what I was looking for and the first dress I tried on was my dream dress! The prices were reasonable (more expensive than David's Bridal, but less expensive than major designers). I would highly recommend The White Room to any brides!

    I went into he Lebanon store expecting to look for dresses to get ideas, but did not expect to buy my dress that day. When I started pulling dresses, the consultant, Ashley, was watching closely at what I liked most out of each gown and ended up picking out THE dress for me to try on. It was perfect. She was so good at her job and such a friendly and helpful person. I ended up buying the dress that day because I was so confident it was the one and I never even would have looked at it if it weren't for Ashely.

    After getting dresses at The White Room in high school for various proms-- I knew exactly where I was going to find the perfect wedding dress. My initial appointment was at 10 AM on a Saturday morning and Celia was the salesperson assigned to me. I told her the style of dress that I wanted and she went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect dress. Melanie, the owner of the shop, has also been SUPER helpful. I cannot recommend the White Room enough. The staff is wonderful and the dress selection is unprecedented.

    The White Room is an incredible place to find prom, wedding and bridesmaids dresses. While in high school, I was floored by their selection of dresses and always found the perfect one. After getting engaged, I knew what type of dress I wanted and The White Room was my first (and only) stop. Cecilia was incredible to work with and was able to capture my vision. She was with me from my first appointment to my final fitting. Cecilia also helped Tu (the seamstress) understand exactly what I wanted to take an ordinary dress to extraordinary. I have nothing but kind words to speak of when The White Room is mentioned and always suggest them to future brides and high school students.

    I have chosen all of my formal dresses since high school from The White Room. Their staff is always helpful and professional, and when it came time to look for my wedding dress there was nowhere else I would have gone. I also ordered my wedding veil and a stunning headband to complete the look and could not have been happier with my choice! Their staff has always been easy to work with and although it's a bit of a drive from Nashville, I recommend it to all of my friends for any formal needs!

    Wow. I found my dream dress here! I loved all of my time at The White Room. The manager is very professional and kind-hearted. I ordered the wrong size and my dress didn't fit very well, and I kid you not, you would of thought the manager was the bride - she was just as sad as I was and did everything she could to help me find a solution!

    And that leads me to my next point - The White Room seamstress is unbelievable! She was so nice and got that dress on me with ease. My stress level immediately dropped after talking to her - she's a gem! Loved my experience.

    The White Room in Lebanon TN was wonderful when dealing with our daughter's wedding dress and shoes for both herself and the bridesmaids. They handled the dying of their shoes with just the right color she wanted! Her dress was a Maggie Sottero gown that required no alterations except for the bussell and they recommended a wonderful seamstress who was great and quite reasonable. Every time we entered the store, the gals was so nice and happy to see us. We highly recommend The White Room for all your needs. She also purchased a gorgeous headband and veil that were so pretty!

    I purchased my dress and vale at the White Room in Murfreesboro. I could not be more ecstatic about the service i received and how amazing my wedding dress looked the day of the wedding. Tara helped me find a beautiful wedding dress and I never felt that i was being rushed or pushed to buy something I didn't love. After purchasing my wedding dress and the White Room I also had all my bridesmaid dresses ordered from there and again what fantastic service! My girls live all over and the white room was great about fitting them in to try on dresses and working with them for payment options. If you want to feel like a million dollars on your wedding day and not pay a million I would HIGHLY recommend you going to the White Room! Tara is AMAZING!

    Going to the White Room was like a scene right out of the movies! Two of my friends got their wedding dresses there so, I had to go. We had the best time and found the most amazing wedding dress. My mom and I came in on a Saturday and while it was busy, the energy was so fun. We were lucky enough to work with Celia who instantly made us feel comfortable and excited. She did a great job of suggesting dresses, giving great feedback and being upfront about prices. There's a huge selection of beautiful gowns that can fit in many budgets. There was no pressure to buy. Just a lot of fun and support. I highly recommend White Room to anyone looking for a wedding dress!

    Picking out a wedding dress can be a very big deal, and it takes me a long time to make a decision. The staff at The White Room were so patient and not pushy whatsoever. It was FUN trying on different wedding dresses, and the staff was great at figuring out what I was really looking for and what would look good on me. They also didn't try to push me over my budget, which I appreciated. I bought my prom dress at The White Room years ago, and I must say that wedding dress shopping was even better! They also were great for my bridesmaids' dresses!

    The White Room in Lebanon provided me with my BEAUTIFUL Maggie Sottero dress for my wedding! They also provided stunning bridesmaids dresses. The service here is fantastic. I have to brag on Talen, She was wonderful! She is a sweet sweet person and I had so much fun meeting with her. She helped me pick out my dress and my bridesmaid dresses. She was prompt on returning email and calls. Any questions I had Talen was there to answer them. I cannot say enough about her!

    I purchased the dress I had envisioned from the Lebanon location of The White Room. First of all, the decor and lighting of the store is up-scale and luxurious! (Which made me even more excited to try on dresses!) My consultant, Ashley, picked out the dress I purchased- she listened very well when I told her that I was looking for "something I've never seen before.. something unique, and fitted." So glad I had her help since the 10 I picked out looked mediocre on me!
    The alterations for my dress were done by the seamstress on site. I had my initial fitting with her and the dress fit perfectly at the next appointment! Everyone at The White Room Lebanon made my dress experience so memorable and enjoyable! Thank you!

    Chelsie helped me find my perfect dress! There was a slight set back with my bridesmaid dresses. The wrong style was sent. The staff at the white room completely took care of it and quickly corrected to mistake and had the right dress rush ordered. The seamstress at the white room is fantastic! She made my dress fit perfectly and even did touchups one week before my big day. I am so happy with my experience at the white room!

    I had gone in thinking I had my dressed picked out while shopping with my mom in Houston, but figured I would order it closer to home. I went to White Room and asked to try to a couple more dresses just so I could say I tried everything. Talen asked me about my style and literally the first one i tried on i got "the feeling." It was amazing and i truly loved my dress. She totally got me and was able to find something that was within my price range. Something that looked wayyyy more expensive than it actually was! Through out the process Talen was also very informative, helpful, and responsive. I absolutely loved it there!

    The White Room was extremely accommodating as I brought 8 people with me and was running late for my appointment!!! Annie was so helpful and made me feel beautiful! They really listen to what style you like and give their honest opinion on each dress! One of the girls even took off her cowboy boots and put them under my dress so I could see what it would look like! They were also very helpful with the bridesmaid dresses and sent me a good size swatch in the mail for me to match a sash for my dress. I would totally recommend them to all of my future bride friends!

    I found my wedding dress at the White Room in Murfreesboro. They had a nice selection of beautiful dresses. I absolutely love my dress and had lots of compliments! All the staff was professional and friendly. A seamstress is available at the store and did an excellent job on the hem and bustle! I highly recommend them!

    The White Room was wonderful to work with for my wedding gown and bridesmaids dresses. They were very helpful during the selection process and ordering. With such a large wedding party, they managed to make sure all of the dresses were ordered and arrived on time. Also, the seamstress, TU did an amazing job! My dress required quite a few alterations, but it fit like a glove on the wedding day. Thanks for a wonderful wedding dress!

    I bought two prom dresses from The White Room in high school, so naturally it was the first place I went when I started trying on wedding dresses! They have beautiful gowns, friendly staff and a big, new store that is wonderful! After day one, I had a favorite dress, but decided to visit some other stores and look around. I ended up back at The White Room back to my favorite dress! I'm so glad I did. It was beautiful and I received countless compliments. We ended up buying bridesmaids dresses here too, at a discount since I purchased my gown there. That made a lot of difference for my girls! Alterations is wonderful as always, Tu (pronounced "Tho") altered both of my prom dresses and she is amazing and talented. Always friendly and easy to work with! Highly recommend!
