  Heather is AMAZING!

  Heather was such a joy to work with. I am definitely a big picture person, and was getting a little nervous about the details of our day. I met with Heather a few weeks before our wedding and she took all of my worries away! She was so organized, and made so many great recommendations that I never even thought of . Most importantly, she allowed us to be present and fully enjoy every moment of our wedding, while she was quietly in the background making sure everything ran smoothly. I would 100% recommend Heather and The Whimsical Rose, she will make such a difference in your big day!

  So attentive and kind.

  Heather helped so much when it came to organizing all the details that made our day run smoothly. She was such a big help and I am beyond thankful she was part of our day. She knows all the things that you don’t going into planning/coordinating a wedding.

  Amazing Wedding Coordinator!

  I had such a great experience with Heather. She was technically my day-of-coordinator, but she was so much more than that. She answered all of my questions, gave me great advice, and put my mind at ease during the weeks leading up to the wedding. She is professional, knowledgeable, and someone you just want to be around and work with. I fully trusted her with my wedding and she did not disappoint!

  Truly amazing!

  There aren't enough words or "stars" to sufficiently review the quality of Heather's services. I was a pretty organized bride and my husband and I very much took on the DIY approach to our wedding. We honestly didn't know much about the role of a coordinator and truly had no idea what to expect when we met Heather. We "clicked" with Heather instantly during our first meeting and walkthrough. She is organized, laid back, supportive, kind, and fun! I can't even put into words how much of an impact she made on the final weeks before my wedding. She allowed me to relax by taking care of the little details, while also being there any time I needed to vent, talk out a decision, or even when I needed to freak out at the last minute about the weather. Our Reverend who married us is a close friend and has officiated MANY weddings. He let us know that ours was the most organized, enjoyable wedding that he had ever been apart of - and he absolutely credited this to Heather. Our families and friends ALL commented on how much they loved working with Heather and what a fabulous job she did on our wedding. At the end of the day, what meant the most to me was the comfort level I had with her throughout this process - it allowed me to relax and have the most fun during my wedding. We are her biggest fans and cheerleaders and will be supporting her until the end of time! My husband and I truly consider her a friend now that our wedding is over and we sincerely miss seeing her name come across our inbox!

  I want to get married again just so I can hang out with Heather more. She is literally a wedding fairy- godmother. Her attention to detail is impeccable - Working up to the wedding and the day-of went absolutely flawlessly. Heather takes care of EVERYTHING and does so with a smile on her face and a calming energy. Our day was perfect because of her. On top of all of her coordinating and day-of duties, she made us the most beautiful menus ..and when she was unhappy with how they printed (slightly off centered but barely detectable flaw) she went and had them re printed and picked them up herself. She goes above and and beyond and I just cannot say enough good things about her.

  Heather Pottier of The Whimsical Rose was my fairy godmother leading up to and on the day of my wedding. Her services were a part of the all-inclusive package with our venue, Circle M Farm. Though we didn't rent any china, furniture, or other items from her, the day-of coordination we received was second to none! At our initial meeting, Heather was nothing but smiles, support, and excitement for my now-husband and I. This trend never ceased throughout the planning and day-of process and I fully consider Heather a friend at this point.
  I can't imagine our day going any more smoothly than it did. From top to bottom, start to finish, everything was perfect. If anything went wrong, I never knew about it because it was fully handled by Heatner to make sure my day was as stress free as possible. People were in line, vendors were informed and in the know, and I was left to enjoy the occasion. A+ in my book. The decor I had collected to outfit our ceremony and reception spaces was perfectly executed and Heather even offered to take some liberties with certain aspects of the design, which was absolutely flawless. Her eye for design and organization is unparalleled and I am so grateful she was such a huge part of our big day. I would 11/10 recommend to anyone anytime. She is a God-send, no doubt about it.

  I highly recommend The Whimsical Rose. We used their gorgeous Vintage English China in our wedding. It was so beautiful and really added a lot to our reception. We received a lot of compliments from our guests about the pretty china. Heather is wonderful. She’s very responsive, helpful and a pleasure to work with. The Whimsical Rose exceeded our expectations.

In addition to her China plates and dishware, Heather is an INCREDIBLE wedding coordinator. I know for a fact that my wedding day would not have turned out as lovely as it did without Heather’s help. She is magical! She was always quick to respond to emails, she met with me and my husband several times to go over all the wedding details, and always was supportive of my vision for my wedding day.   These beautiful cups and saucers turned out to be one of the highlights of our party. We had them set out in a highly visible location as people arrived, and they immediately set the tone of elegance and fun. So many people admired them, and were amazed that they were available locally and easily.

  Whimsical Rose created a magical tea party birthday for my 7 year old! Every detail was perfect, down to last bow and favor. She found the most adorable paper accessories and place settings for the table, which allowed kids to be kids and the moms not to worry about broken china! I can't wait to do this again with my younger daughter!

  My daughter wanted to have a proper English Tea Party to celebrate her 9th birthday. Heather and The Whimsical Rose added all the bespoke touches to create a special celebration. I absolutely love the quality of the items. Everything is in pristine condition! You simply can not find authentic decor like this in the area. Heather went above and beyond in terms of customer service. She suggested items to use to enhance the event and was quick to respond to any of my questions. I can't wait to use The Whimsical Rose again.

  The Whimsical Rose was wonderful to work with! Very professional, helpful in answering all of my questions and the china is beautiful. I rented the vintage china for our wedding reception and I received so many compliments from our guests! I recommend Whimsical Rose to anyone!
