  Made my wedding day perfect!

  Adrienne was so amazing with every aspect leading up to the day and on our wedding day. We had no idea where to even start and she knew all the right questions to ask. She organized our wedding day timeline so well! She took all of the stress out of the wedding day and was so quick to offer a helping hand anywhere she could. I would highly recommend Adrienne to anyone planning their wedding!

  We absolutely loved working with Adrienne! She was very responsive, kind, and professional. We hired her to be our Day of Coordinator, and she remembered every detail. Our wedding day was flawless, and we couldn’t have had a better experience!

  Adrienne was one of the best decisions I made in the wedding planning process. She was always calm, cool and collected and managed to capture every minute detail of our conversations - I knew she was keeping track of everything even when I couldn't handle all the details! She went out of her way to make sure my every wish was granted, and I felt like I had a true teammate and friend in her at stressful moments of planning. She also showed a genuine enthusiasm for our event and I knew she was fully invested in making sure we were happy and comfortable with how it all went. Go with Adrienne - she's excellent at her job and will no doubt be a celebrity planner in no time.

  I couldn't have imagined a better wedding planner! Adrienne had an answer for all my questions and was great at making suggestions! My day was flawless and stress free thanks to Adrienne. And as for my husband and I, we could not have been more thankful for all the wonderful help. We planned the wedding out of state, and day of coordination was exactly what we needed! We suggest every wedding use The Wedding Project, that is of course if you want an amazingly stress free event that you can focus on the moment and let them focus on the details.

  We knew we had made the right choice with Adrienne from the get go. We booked her for partial and day of coordination and knew that we were in good hands throughout.   Adrienne is wonderful and pulled off a flawless wedding for us while planning with us from (mostly) out of state, and amidst a wedding-week family emergency. We did her week of wedding package which worked out well if you want a wedding planner but still want to be involved and run your own show. She was a pleasure to work with the whole year of wedding planning, and very accommodating-also very helpful with hotel accommodations for us and the guests. Even sent us champagne, thank you notes, and congratulations/Christmas cards. Highly recommend and she is a great value!

  Adrienne is an amazing wedding planner! I was lucky to have found Adrienne after an extensive search for a friendly, talented, and affordable day of coordinator. When I met with Adrienne she came prepared, had answers to all of my questions, and was confident that she could take care of the many details on our wedding day. She kept in contact with me throughout the process and was always on the ball. She was in contact with every one of my vendors prior to the big day. I met with her two weeks prior to the wedding day to go over all of those tiny little details that you spend so much time agonizing over. She listened, took notes, and told me “no problem” even when I gave her pages after pages for a to do list the day of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, Adrienne was amazing. She set everything up exactly as I had pictured. Once the day began, she took care of every little detail and I had no worries whatsoever. We had a few people show up to our wedding that had RSVP’d “no” and I was immediately stressed when I saw them there. She quickly found a place for these people to sit and personally let them know where their seats would be. She was also amazing at making sure that we stuck to our timeline throughout the evening. She would find us and let us know that we would need to prepare for toasts, cut the cake, etc… With Adrienne by your side, you can just enjoy the night and not worry about anything. Adrienne worked every second that she was there and I honestly don’t think it would have been possible to have the wedding that we had without her. She is AMAZING! There aren’t many day of coordinators out there that are as talented and dedicated as Adrienne at The Wedding Project. I would HIGHLY recommend booking her so that you do not have to worry about anything on the day of your wedding and you can enjoy every last second! Even though she was only my "Day Of Coordinator" it felt like she was there with me through the whole process. Always bouncing ideas off of her and getting good advice.   Her involvement was moderate. She did a lot of the leg work in narrowing our choices (which can be so overwhelming). She kept us on track with a timeline and regular reminders. She found us some great vendors and kept them coordinated once they were hired.
  
  On the day of she provided us with wedding emergency kits, she coordinated the whole set-up, greeted and directed guests, and kept the schedule of the day. She was a life saver! I did not have to make one decision the day-of except whether to say "I do."

  Adrienne came through for us as a late addition to our list of vendors. We needed a day-of coordinator to help everything run smoothly and she went above & beyond to make sure everything went as planned. We couldn't have done it without her.   Prior to planning my own wedding I thought wedding planners were a luxury, not a necessity. Adrienne proved me wrong instantly! After the fact, I honestly cannot imagine my wedding day (or all the planning) without her!
  
  During the planning of our wedding I was under a lot of pressure with other pertinent responsibilities. I would become stressed out easily. On numerous occasions Adrienne saved the day by taking over the details I didn’t have time for. She called vendors for me, researched different options, kept me on task and organized.
  
  No matter what, a wedding will have glitches, not all things will go as planned. It was a relief and blessing to have Adrienne there to put out the fires so that I, my groom, and our family could enjoy the day with limited stress. Before I would even know there was an issue, Adrienne already had it resolved. I was able to simply enjoy what was to be the happiest day of my life.
  
  Adrienne ensured we stayed to the timeline, remembered the important details, and always checked in with me to ensure I had everything I needed. Adrienne is professional, organized, detailed, and most importantly personable. She worked well with everyone; us, the vendors, our wedding party, and guests.
