We had an absolutely perfect wedding and Regatta Place nailed it! The staff at Regatta are beyond amazing. From start to finish, their attention to detail and flawless organization blew us away. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing on our big day because their team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
A special shoutout to Maggie, Jess, and Kayley - these three were so kind and truly a pleasure to work with!
To top it all off, the venue itself is just incredible. Being completely surrounded by the water and boats no matter where you look made the entire night feel magical. -

Book this venue if you want to have the best day of your life.
We cannot say enough good things about Regatta Place and the staff there. Maggie is one of the most incredible people I've ever met and Caitlin and Jess are PHENOMENAL. I met the latter the day before our wedding and left feeling like I had known them my whole life. The staff are knowledgeable, extremely detail-oriented, organized, and KIND! They treated our wedding day as if it were their own. During the day itself, the bustle on my dress kept coming undone. Jess pulled me a number of times until we securely fashioned it back in place—she was always watching to make sure I was okay and didn't need anything. I cannot thank her enough. A few of our guests actually told me they were taking notes for their own weddings after watching the coordinators take care of each and every detail during cocktail hour and reception. And if you're a foodie, look no further. Loved ones told us it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding, even the picky ones!
To summarize, this venue has everything to offer for an unforgettable day. We have NO NOTES and absolutely nothing negative to say about the entire experience. We would do it all again in a heartbeat. Thank you Regatta Place, we love you!!! -

This is by far the most stunning venue for the price you’ll find in all of Newport.
Maggie and Kay helped make our weekend absolutely perfect. From start to finish, they made everything effortless. The day before our wedding, they helped us plan a private boat tour around Newport—one of the biggest highlights of the entire weekend.
The food was unforgettable. Think: a full lobster buffet, endless oysters, and a cocktail shrimp bar that wowed every guest.
One of the most memorable moments was how they coordinated a water taxi for us and our bridal party to leave the venue in style, waving goodbye as we cruised straight to downtown Newport. It was such a unique and fun send-off.
I highly recommend hiring a great band and photographer—those two things, paired with Regatta Place’s incredible team, made our day (and entire weekend) seamless. Maggie and Kay acted as our wedding coordinators, which meant we didn’t have to worry about a single thing.
The venue itself is breathtaking, with so much natural beauty, and the layout allows guests to move around freely rather than being stuck at their tables. Our ceremony on the dock was magical—everything we hoped for and more.
We truly can’t say enough good things. If you’re considering Regatta Place, don’t wait. Book it!

As a wedding planner I know that sometimes venues see weddings more as a business than someones special day. I have had this happen many times in my 10 years of working weddings. When looking for a venue for my own wedding I had 1000 questions and so many ideas as to what my perfect day looked like. Regatta Place made all of my wedding dreams come true. Not only did Galen and Maggie take the time to answer all of my ridiculous questions and accommodate all of my requests but they did it with a smile on their face! They took all of my directions and made sure that Kay, the event coordinator, knew of all our requests from moving the bar and DJ locations to how I wanted the place settings set up. She was absolutely amazing to work with and I could not have asked for anything more!
Overall not just myself but EVERYONE who attended my wedding commented about how professional, meticulous and accommodating the Regatta Place staff was and how the food was delicious and how beautiful the venue is. My husband, my parents, my family, and of course myself could not be more happy with Regatta Place. Coming from a bride with high standards and expectations Regatta Place was the PERFECT Venue. I would give it 10/5 stars if I could but unfortunately I can only give 5/5 so that will have to do!Regatta Place's reply:

Regatta, Maggie, Kayley, and the whole staff deserve the highest praise! I cannot recommend Regatta Place more. The venue speaks for itself - gorgeous and uniquely located in Newport. We live here, and many of our guests also live on Aquidneck Island. Several of them commented on how cool it is to see the city from this point of view - an angle we don't really get anywhere else - and to watch the boats pass by in the harbor. It also was more than comfortable for our 150 guests. Plenty of space in the tent and on the dance floor.
The Regatta staff, Maggie, and Kayley were incredible to work with - both had such calming presences.
Maggie was kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable from day one. As we worked with her to plan the day, she was helpful in areas we hadn't even thought of, and made sure we could add several unique and special touches to our day (even something that may seem simple - like easily just switching out a beer option to add Whaler's Rise, a beer we both love and know many of our guests love, meant so much). She was always available for questions leading up to the day, and several bridesmaids commented on how great she was at rehearsal and ceremony time - even when it was "go time" she was super calm and nothing felt too rushed or too "serious" - the exact vibe we wanted to curate! Keep the day moving, but keep things light and fun.
Kayley is truly an unsung heroine - everything from helping us unload and store items, to making sure we all have what we need, to making pivots as the weather changed through the day, to helping hold a bouquet or bustle my dress - she was there. Both of our families spoke so highly of her. On wedding day (and since), several guests asked if I was nervous walking down the aisle and I was not at all! Kayley waited around the corner with my parents and I and kept conversation casual -- I think if we stood there with our thoughts we all could've gotten nervous, but Kayley kept our minds occupied! It really is the little things that add up.
The whole staff is SO attentive, we were always taken care of and we really appreciated having food and drinks ready for us in the suite and getting checked on! They also took our decor and crushed it! It was so nice to not have to even think about the space - they set it up so lovely, also to know that the staff is a well-oiled machine! They know how to handle weather and were able to move some of the tables and signage around as the night went on and things stayed dry.
I could go on and on!! We are so grateful and I wish we could relive our wedding at Regatta every weekend - I would 1000% recommend.Regatta Place's reply:

My husband and I cannot thank Regatta Place enough for carrying out our most perfect wedding day this past July. Shoutout to Amanda, Maggie, and Kay. We knew from the views alone, being on the water in Newport with massive yachts surrounding us, that Regatta was high on our list. However, Amanda did a great job with selling this venue to us. Maggie, who helped us then plan the day, was super chill, which every bride needs. She was also beyond genuine and accommodating. She was thorough in her email responses, really going above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we envisioned and more. Kay, our day of coordinator, was just the sweetest thing. She really took care of us wedding day, communicated everything very well, and did her best to fix any hiccups that came up throughout the night. The vibes of this venue were everything on a beautiful summer night in July! Our guests are still talking about how great our wedding was!!!Regatta Place's reply:

Regatta is a class act!! The staff is so kind & on it's game. A++! My daughter had wedding there Oct 4th & it was absolutely perfect. The twinkling lights, champagne/wine as we walked out of ceremony, location, sunset, twinkling lights, candles....ambience plus. The staff was in charge, helpful & kind the entire time. They'd come let us know there was 10 minutes until time to be introduced, or would bring us drinks in bridal suite. Maggie, Kay, and Kayley are actual angels from above that come down to make you have the best, most magical wedding ever.
Regatta Place checked all of our boxes - gorgeous venue, reasonable cost that included everything we could dream of and more (passed mini lobster rolls & espresso martinis??? say less). The location is unreal, and we got to use the Schooner Aurora that the venue also owns for a welcome sail the night before in place of a rehearsal dinner, which was amazing. The whole planning process was seamless and stress free, thanks to the experts at Regatta Place. The minute we walked in to our wedding on the day of, I immediately teared up seeing my vision from the last year of planning executed flawlessly - like even better than I could dream up. They really take care of you and care about your day being amazing!
Our guests complimented the food as "the best wedding food they've ever had" (and we have to agree). Guests also raved about the fact that there was never a long bar line because they are so efficient and we had passed drinks & wine service with dinner as part of our drink package, and my husband and I loved how Kay & Kayley really took care of us in every way day of - taking cards up to the bridal suite, bringing us food, taking my heels when I didn't want to wear them anymore haha.
We also mainly hired vendors from Maggie & Susanna's recommended vendors lists, and they were all flawless, so that's a bonus too!!Regatta Place's reply:

Our wedding was amazing. Not only is the location, views, and atmosphere stunning but the food was amazing! The seafood was so fresh and things were served warm to taste. If you are considering having you wedding at Regatta Place -- do it. It's hard to overstate how fantastic the venue and team were in making our wedding as memorable as it was. From the outset, Maggie, Kay, Amanda, and others made clear that they were invested in delivering the wedding experience that we wanted, without selling us on anything that didn't fit with our budget or plan. We had complete freedom to dress up the space we want and incorporate the elements we wanted, all in the beautiful backdrop that is Newport Harbor.
It is probably worth mentioning that, in our case, we decided to host the wedding without a planner. This was a little daunting on our end, but the Regatta team quickly demonstrated that they would be there to support every aspect of planning -- from vendor selection and coordination to catering to decorations and more, Maggie was instrumental in keeping us on schedule and helping us execute (all while continually putting us at ease). However much or little you need the Regatta team, they will be there.
In terms of the day of the wedding, Maggie, Kay, and team could not have been better. We never expected to say that our wedding day went off without a hitch -- but that's exactly what happened. The rehearsal, ceremony, and following reception all flowed seamlessly, on schedule, and without issue, and our guests repeatedly went out of their way to let us know personally how exceptional the dinner and drink service was -- including rave reviews for both the hors d'oeuvres and entrees.
In sum, go with Regatta Place. The venue is beautiful, the team is superb, and your wedding day will be everything you're hoping for. We cannot recommend it enough!Regatta Place's reply:

If you want the perfect wedding venue with an incredible and hardworking staff, Regatta Place is it. We initially worked with Gayle and signed our contract. Even viewing the venue in the winter we could tell just how special Regatta Place was. Gayle gave it to us straight and never made us feel pressured. She got us in contact with our florist (Secret Garden) and our DJ Joe (Sounds Buono) About 6 months out from our day we started to work with Maggie, and there are no words to say just how amazing she is! She calmed my nerves and answered every question I had (which was a lot). Every email was quickly answered with a ton of detail, I wish I had her in my daily life! Finally, we met Kay, our event manager the day of the wedding. She was incredible!!! She made my day perfect and I am forever grateful. I can’t say enough how special this venue and its people are. I’ve received so many compliments on my wedding (especially the views and food) and it’s honestly thanks to everyone at Regatta Place. They know how to put a bride at ease and make the day so seamless. My day even started out pouring rain, and then cleared up in time for our ceremony and reception. Getting married here was an absolute dream.
Susanne Day, our Sales Manager, was easy to communicate with, always available to chat, and full of on-budget creative ideas. I was shocked when she told us we could get married at this location within our budget. Maggie Kane, the GM and Director of Catering, is amazing. Firstly, she is so unbelievably kind, and I want to be her friend in real life. Secondly, she is organized and knowledgeable. Maggie's relaxed energy and expertise made everything simple and stress-free. Our day and the days leading up to it were relaxed, easy, and fun. Kayley, our Event Manager, was our go-to on the day of the wedding and supported us during the days before. She was outstanding. Our wedding party was never left without a drink or a snack, and she effortlessly kept the events flowing as we transitioned from the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception and to our water taxi departure. I can't say enough wonderful things about this venue. Our guests raved about the epic backdrop and delicious food. My only complaint is that the day went by too fast!Regatta Place's reply:

Regatta Place was the perfect venue for our summer wedding! It was the first place we toured and we booked it the next day! The staff at Regatta Place were amazing throughout the entire process! They were upfront about pricing which helped us plan accordingly. They shared a list of recommended vendors with us as we planned which was also really helpful! We booked their recommended DJ (Sounds Buono) and Joe was also amazing!! They answered all of our many questions and provided a ton of information. It was so helpful having our ceremony and reception at the same place and having food, drinks, tables, chairs, silverware ect included and coordinated by them! Maggie was so incredibly helpful, we couldn't have worked with anyone better leading up to the big day. She of had so many great ideas and insights regarding our vision, down to what platters to use for the raw bar. She did an amazing job checking in all of our items and walking through all of the last minute details, as well as coordinating our rehearsal!
The day of, everything truly went perfectly. The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Walking into Regatta Place on our wedding, we were blown away. Everything looked so perfect. We had a lot of outside items and rentals that we brought it and very specific ways we wanted things set up and they nailed it! It was really so perfect! The bridal suite was also the picture place for the girls to hang out before the ceremony. The ceremony went super smoothly, they did an amazing job keeping us on time. Maggie even helped get our dog (the ring bearer) down the aisle and took a video of him along the way! Having a dedicated person giving us food and drinks was soo helpful!! The entire day went according to plan and on time who was so amazing! The food and drinks were great and the venue was so perfect for a hot and summer day! It was really an amazing vibe and exactly what we wanted! Our guests also loved the venue as much as we did!!

When my now husband and I were beginning our wedding venue search, Regatta Place immediately caught our eye. It was the first and only venue we toured. Regatta had the coastal, yet sophisticated vibe we were going for. From the beginning Susanne was so responsive, and on top of it. Maggie our day of planner was amazing as well. Absolutely Incredible Venue - Perfect Day
We had the most incredible wedding day at Regatta Place, it was an absolute dream!! We first fell in love with the venue during a tour with Suzanne, and the space was even more beautiful than I could have imagined on the day and as it transitioned to night! Suzanne was exceptional and provided us with all of the information we needed to make a decision on our venue, and continued to support us through the entire process. Maggie and her team were AMAZING, I could not speak more highly of them - Maggie was prompt to answer all of our questions, shared great recommendations that aligned with our vision for the day, and patiently reviewed all of the details thoroughly with us to make sure everything was in order (even things we did not know we needed to think about). We had the most stress-free wedding planning experience and our day went so smoothly, we could not be more grateful! Our day of coordinator Caitlin was super sweet and on top of things, and all of the staff was fantastic! We felt so happy, pampered, and celebrated on our wedding day and we keep getting compliments about the venue and our wedding!

My husband and I had our wedding at Regatta Place this past June and I don’t have a single regret or bad thing to say about this incredible wedding venue. Everything about Regatta Place is beautiful and makes for an unforgettable backdrop on your big day. But what really made this venue stand out to me was the staff. We originally worked with Susanne Day who toured us around the venue the day after a huge snowstorm. Even trudging through knee high snow drifts on the docks, I knew how beautiful this place would be on a sunny summer afternoon. Susanne was incredible to work with. As a budget conscious couple, the thing we appreciated more than anything was a complete breakdown of the cost of the wedding, including all the typically hidden fees like tax and gratuity. Good luck finding that transparency at another venue – I sure didn’t! She even walked us through all the places we could save a little money and worked with us to make sure we got everything we wanted in our budget. I’m still impressed that the final cost of our wedding was almost spot on with our initial estimate from Susanne. She also knows everything there is to know about Newport and had great suggestions to keep our guests happy for the whole weekend. We then worked with our day of planner, Maggie Kane. I truly don’t have enough amazing things to say about Maggie. Her professionalism and organization made the planning process incredibly easy, and her positive attitude was calming and reassuring to a very stressed-out bride. She is the absolute best at what she does, and I’m beyond grateful that we had the opportunity to work with her. Kay was our event manager and, with help from the incredible waitstaff, she made the whole day go smoothly. I’ve never seen someone work so hard in my life. She checked in with us no less than a hundred times to make sure we were eating and had drinks. But what really impressed me was all the behind-the-scenes stuff she took care of. I thought my favors would just get put out on a table with my seating chart. Nope – Kay used their own décor to make the whole display look beautiful. From the bottom of my heart – thank you Regatta Place for the absolute best experience. My husband and I had our dream wedding at Regatta Place in August, 2023! From the jump, the team at Regatta Place was superb. Susanne was incredibly helpful answering our many questions at the outset and provided dozens of great wedding vendor recommendations. Closer to the wedding date, we were passed off to Maggie’s extremely capable hands. Maggie endured that 100% of our vision was documented and executed on our wedding day. The day of the wedding was a breeze and my husband and I were able to be completely present. As the bride, I never had to worry about a thing! (I did not have a wedding planner outside of the services Regatta Place includes and never felt that I needed one!) My husband and I got married at Regatta Place on July 22, 2023. Where do I even start?! After we got engaged, it was overwhelming trying to find our perfect venue. I had booked appointments with a couple of other venues on Cape Cod when I stumbled upon Regatta Place on Wedding Wire. It was love at first "site" (pun intended). I immediately cancelled our other venue appointments and made one with Susanne to see Regatta Place because I felt it was fate. And it sure was!! The location on the water, the stunning ceremony tent and reception tent was exactly what I was looking for. We signed the contract right in the office during our appointment. The entire staff made us feel so special from the moment we met Susanne to working with Maggie and Kay who were both absolutely incredible. Maggie was so helpful throughout the entire process with any questions or concerns we had regarding our ceremony and reception. My husband and I left our final meeting with Maggie two days prior to the wedding feeling confident that everything was taken care of because of Maggie's assurance and professionalism. Again, I cannot stress how amazing everyone was on the day of the wedding and how special the Regatta staff made us feel. They had weddings each day during a busy summer weekend and made us feel like we were the only wedding. Huge shoutout to Kay who helped seamlessly guide us on the wedding day once we arrived to the venue and provided outstanding service...she helped put our vision to life with our items/decor and she helped to calm a nervous bride and put me completely at ease before walking down the aisle. We could not have done it without her or Maggie. My husband and I were sad to leave the venue at the end of the night, we did not want it to end and that is thanks to the staff. I had my wedding at Regatta Place on 9/28/23. It was the most perfect day at the most perfect venue. Regatta Place is an absolutely gorgeous waterfront setting to have a wedding and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you and your husband or wife to be have the most amazing day. Even throughout the entire planning process the staff was helpful and responsive. Whenever I would have questions or ideas all I would have to do is send a quick email and within a day I would receive a response. I feel as though I had a nearly stress free wedding planning experience and that was largely in part due to all the help and advice I received from the staff at Regatta Place.
As for the actual wedding day my husband and I were assigned a personal severe to attend to our drink and food needs. I found this to be a huge perk. I have heard from so many friends who got married before I did that the bride and groom ever get to eat at their wedding because they are always too busy going around to guests and thanking them for coming. While my husband and I were very busy thanking our guests our server made sure we always had a drink or hors d’oeuvre in hand which was fabulous. Not to mention immediately after the ceremony our personal server was waiting for us at the end of isle with our drink of choice. I don’t remember our personal servers name but she was so sweet and beyond attentive.
Not only were we well cared for as the bride and groom but our guests were well cared for as well. It’s been three months since our wedding and friends and family still tell me how much fun they had and how much they loved Regatta Place.
I highly recommend this venue for brides and grooms to be. If I could go back in time I wouldn’t change a single thing about my wedding. It was perfect. I would like to give a special thanks to Maggie and Kay for making for bringing the vision of my wedding day to life and making everything run so smoothly the day of the wedding.

Amazing venue!
From the second we met with Susanne, we instantly knew we had to go with Regatta Place!! Susanne even sent me recommendations on gluten-free bakeries, which we ended up using her recommendation, and they were amazing! We loved that Regatta Place had no hidden fees and included a lot of things! The venues were gorgeous! We worked with Maggies during the wedding planning process, and she was absolutely AMAZING! Maggie was soo organized and responsive, and she guided us through everything!! She truly made it a stress-free planning process, and I cannot thank her enough! I am gluten-free (celiac), and Maggie helped us plan and make sure all the food was gluten-free! The food was absolutely incredible, and the staff was amazing with allergies! No one even knew the food was all gluten-free! We received so many compliments about how amazing the food was! Maggie and Kay were incredible at our rehearsal and wedding day! Regatta place was not only wonderful to work with during the wedding planning process, but also made us feel like a king and queen on our wedding day! My experience with Regatta Place was seamless from beginning to end. Their entire staff was so involved and communicative throughout my almost 2 year engagement. If you are in search of a venue with a relaxed feel delivering a high end experience, look no further than Regatta Place.
The Regatta Place team helped transform our wedding into the best day of our lives and we HIGHLY recommend this venue. While we toured and booked with Galen, my mom, husband and I primarily worked with Maggie Kane and boy were we lucky!
Maggie was extremely down to earth, cheerful, and took her time explaining the way the venue operated. She was incredibly patient with us, very responsive to all of our many emails and organized with information.
I work as a wedding planner for a venue just outside of Boston, and Maggie consistently made me feel 'heard' and helped translate my vision into a reality with the assistance of Kay, our incredible day of Event Manager.
Immediately as we stepped off the trolley, from the hotel, Maggie and Kay were there to greet us and quickly assist with an emergency (after a groomsman fell and broke his leg getting off the trolley). Maggie and Kay calmly called 911, with the calmest of demeanors. This was a situation that really could have ruined the day, but the Regatta Place team took care of everything allowing my husband and I to still enjoy photos and start our ceremony right on time.
This treatment extended to our guests and they could not believe how kind and attentive the Regatta Place staff were to them.
The food was delicious (don't miss out on the raw bar and late night bites)! Before introductions, we had a beautiful spread of hors d'Oeuvres in the spacious wedding suite.
The view of the Newport from the dock was breathtaking and many of our guests spent most of their time out there. And the sunset ... EPIC!
We extended our reception by 30 minutes and we had so much time on the dance floor. At the conclusion of the reception we moved over the The Marina Pub and enjoyed a late night party with sliders, pizza and fries. Our guests devoured everything!!
We are so grateful and appreciative of Maggie, Kay and Kaitlin (our personal 'captain' server), and the rest of the Regatta Place staff because they helped us and our guests feel so special.

What a day!
What can we say? From the first inquiry and through the big day, Regatta Place was a well-oiled machine, but in the best ways possible. We were planning our wedding from 3000 miles and three time zones away, which was a huge challenge. Working with the Regatta team made the process so much better! We had lots of questions about logistics, set up, décor, the meals, the alcohol, staffing, how they handle different types of weather (you are in a tent by the ocean after all), how they handled pandemic restrictions, ideas on how to make the event unique and “us”, and they entertained them all. They were real and honest about how to approach the budgeting – where it paid to spend or save, tailoring their services to our budget. We had looked at many venues, not just Newport, but all over New England, and Regatta included ‘more’ than most other places. There weren’t a lot of add-ons, extra rentals or hidden fees, and still lots of room for event and menu customization. They made suggestions of vendors they had worked with successfully in the past but also other folks in the Newport area that had good reputation. They did it all without a hard sell, which is rare. Through continual communication and well-timed meetings, all the details were worked out in advance. When it was event day, we were all on the same page with what to expect.
The funny thing is everyone we talked to in Newport said without hesitation ‘Oh, Regatta Place, they’re the best”. From conversations with Susanne in sales, to prep meetings with Maggie, the day of with Kay and Jenny, all the waiters, bar staff, parking attendants, etc., our family and friends raved about the staff, and how friendly and attentive everyone was. When they say to us “Your wedding was THE BEST!”, we have the Regatta crew to thank for turning a dream into reality. We booked Regatta sight unseen, which was a scary proposition for one of the biggest events in your life. Everyone was approachable, reassuring, and in the end, our wedding day went off close to perfect. We can’t thank them enough!Regatta Place's reply:

We immediately fell in love with Regatta Place the moment we stepped onto the property! We knew we wanted to get married somewhere that allowed us to give our guests more than just ONE day but a weekend to remember. We also knew the vibe we were going for was comfortable but upscale. The only thing was that we had a pretty modest budget. Regatta Place was the PERFECT solution - they offered a discounted rate for the Schooner Aurora sailboat where we hosted friends/family the day before the wedding. That experience alone had us all swooning.
Wedding day was absolutely perfect. All of the preparation to get to wedding day was also perfect. Maggie was easy to communicate with and the rest of the staff was phenomenal. Due to Covid , our wedding plans changed several times, eventually ending with a need for an outdoor venue with short notice. Even after booking regatta place, we pushed the date back again. Amanda was extremely gracious with us and flexible. We ended up having to go with a Monday, but you would have never known it! The staff was impeccable, in great spirits, and extremely attentive. It truly is a well oiled machine. They are on top of everything and work with you to bring your vision/desires to life. All of my vendors LOVE working with the RP staff. The food was delicious, the bar staff was fast and friendly. The diversity of the venue space is great, and the dock and views of the boats and Thames street are spectacular. Kay was our day of coordinator and I truly Can’t sing her praises enough. She helped ease my nerves prior to walking down the aisle and was on top of everything. Everyone is nice, friendly and very professional - you do not feel like you are “just another wedding.” We got so many compliments on the venue. It is a perfect Newport setting. Regatta Place was the first and only venue that my husband and I checked out when looking for venues after our engagement in 2019. We were immediately sold as soon as we saw the venue in person and Susanne sat down we us and went over everything they had to offer. After having to postpone due to Covid, the entire Regatta team was so responsive, thoughtful and supportive. Maggie from catering was a huge help and always quick to respond when I emailed her with questions. When our special day finally was able to happen this past July is was everything I could have dreamed. Everything about Regatta was just what we wanted and delivered above our expectations! Venue location, food & beverage, attention to detail, and all of the team supporting. Kay was amazing, sweet and on top of everything the day of. Amazing Beautiful Perfect Venue!
From the first day to our wedding day, our experience with Regatta Place was amazing! Elsa was our Sales manager and she was amazing. She was timely with her response and was super helpful throughout the process. We also can't say enough about Maggie and Andrew. We had many back and forths with the menu and Maggie was able to handle all our requests. We chose a buffet and didn't want some items and we easily subbed them out. We also didn't want to do a cake cutting but a pizza cutting instead. And guess what! They made a pizza for us to cut! The venue speaks for itself. The tents are gorgeous and the lighting is perfect. Could we have added more lights-- sure but why when the bones of this place look amazing. Honestly I was sold on this place when I found out that the couches and the outdoor lighting were included in the cost. I knew I wanted couches for cocktail hour since no one likes standing, especially in heels. If I could do it again I would choose Regatta Place everytime! -

You truly feel like you have your own private island for the night to celebrate without any outside distractions. I've been to so many venues where during the wedding/reception you can hear noise from an in-house restaurant, hotel guests are milling around, or there are other weddings happening at the same time. At Regatta Place this is nothing but you, your spouse-to-be, and all your loved ones! It is so special, and so unique!
The staff/sales team is beyond words. Elsa, Maggie, Melissa, and Lauren were incredible. The team is so professional, yet personable. By the time the wedding day arrived, they all felt like they were family. They all truly want you to be happy and to make all your wishes a reality. They have a way of meeting your needs before you even knew you needing something. I truly appreciated being treated so wonderfully and all the hard work they put into making our day so perfect.
Our guests were blown away by everything - the view, decor, service. It's hard to find a venue that is as inclusive as Regatta Place, and still affordable. There are little extras they offer that most places charge extra for. The food and drinks were incredible! So much better then typical wedding fair. The view is unbeatable, and our photos came out better then we ever could have hoped for. I can't say enough good thing about this venue or it's stellar team! I would recommend Regatta Place again and again!

They thought of literally everything including walking my guests in with umbrellas when it started to rain. The food was to die for, I am still getting compliments on how awesome the appetizers and dinner tasted. We added a slider bar with milkshake shooters which were such a hit! The views were gorgeous, even with the cloudy day!!! We had a beautiful bridal suite area stocked with water, prossecco and snacks! I wish I could just re-live the whole day again because Regatta Place made everything perfect. Maggie, Suzanne and Jenny were absolutely wonderful. They made our day seamless. This place looks deceiving from the outside, once you’re in there it’s better than you could imagine. I can’t say enough about how spot on the service is at Regatta Place.
