i didn't want to give the perfect dress too low of a score b/c the person i dealt with (sarah, i think) was super nice. i made an appointment for myself as well as my entire bridal party. when i went to my scheduled appointment i received no help with trying on my dress and was very surprised that the customer service wasn't better. again, sarah was very nice, but just not attentive enough.

We used Sarah for my gown, my bridesmaids gowns and for all the guys tuxes. She is great to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right for your special day!

The shop and personal contact you get from Sarah was above any other shop we went to. The selection is great and the value was awesome!

I really enjoyed this store and purchased my dress here. The owner is very relaxed and allows you have free reign of the dresses versus many other 'uptight' shops I visited. I also didn't feel pressured to buy. My dress came in with no problems, and was fedex-ed to me as I live in DC. Prices were very reasonable compared to DC as well. Overall I was happy with my purchase and experience here.

The perfect dress was a joy to work with. When I initially called, I spoke to the owner's father and he was so helpful and upon the owner's return, she promptly called me back. We had a few conversations about the dress and she was so helpful. She even helped me decide where we stayed for our honeymoon, she had been on vacation in Cancun and highly recommended the resort we stayed at. I saw the dress in a bridal magazine and it was the perfect dress for my fall wedding. The dress arrived in a timely fashion. The dress was actually my dress for the reception because I had previously purchase a wedding dress, but it was too heavy for me to wear all night. This dress ended up being perfect and matched my bridesmaids' dresses perfectly. The store was very accommodating. During the final transaction, we had a fire evaluation at my job (the Senate) and it was crazy, but the owner made sure I got my dresses ordered, so that I would receive it in a timely fashion.

I would high recommend this store for any bride looking for a dress.

I feel like I shopped all of Maryland to find my wedding gown. After countless Saturday's of shopping I found The Perfect Dress. This small bridal boutique in Salisbury was just what I was looking for. The individual customer service was outstanding. The owner helped me find my perfect dress and then a matching bridesmaids dress. My bridesmaids all live out of the area but The Perfect Dress worked with me so we could order all of the bridesmaids dresses together. We also rented this great tan suit from The Perfect Dress for my groom and groomsmen. There prices are really reasonable and far cheaper than the other side of the bridge. Thanks Perfect Dress.

The store is perfect for dress shopping. The dresses are not in bags so they're easy to see and feel. I felt very special in my shopping experience, and they even kept the store open late so we could make a final decision!
