The Hacienda and their staff made our special day truly unforgettable

The Hacienda was the first venue we toured when we started shopping around for our wedding venue and we immediately knew it was the one for us. We loved that the Hacienda took care of all the major details of our wedding including the day of logistics. We simply chose our DJ, photographer, and officiant and the Hacienda took care of the rest. The venue is beautiful and there's no such thing as a bad picture in the Hacienda. We chose the Southwest Buffet and we got nothing but great compliments from our guests about the food. We strongly recommend you go in person and check out the Hacienda to find out for yourself what a great venue it is. The Hacienda and their staff made our special day truly unforgettable.

11/10 Wedding Experience at the Hacienda

I had my wedding reception at The Hacienda two weekends ago, and it was truly the best experience. I booked the venue a year in advance and had tons of questions throughout the process. I probably spoke with nearly every staff member, and each one was professional, kind, and incredibly helpful—they answered every single question with patience and clarity.

On the big day, Kristin and Art were our day-of coordinators, and they went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, they made sure we always had snacks, food, and drinks in hand. At one point, I was chatting with guests holding an almost empty glass of champagne, and Kristin appeared out of nowhere to swap it for a full one. Their attention to detail and calm presence made the day run perfectly.

Guests are still telling us how beautiful and flawless everything was. They especially loved the indoor-outdoor vibe of the venue—and the food! We didn’t get a chance to do a tasting beforehand, so we were a little nervous, but everything was absolutely delicious.

The Hacienda is a truly special place, and it’s the incredible staff that makes it unforgettable. Highly, highly recommend!

Charming and affordable

We definitely chose the right wedding venue. The Hacienda staff made it easy to plan all the event details and were very responsive when we had questions. They were even quite flexible with last minute changes, which we had a couple of the day before the wedding. Our family kept commenting how cozy and intimate the venue was and that the staff was very professional and kind. We would absolutely recommend this venue to others for their special day.

Dream Wedding!

Thank you so much to the Hacienda staff (Art, Jazmin, Christin). for hosting an unforgettable night. Our wedding was truly magical. This venue includes everything so it was easy and made the process fun! The only thing we had to cover was the DJ (We HIGHLY recommend Larry Wohrman at Diamond entertainment) and photography (Jean Marshall). I will now recommend this hidden gem to any and all people who are looking for a beautiful environment for their special day! :)

Brunch Wedding at the Hacienda

My husband and I got married in November of this year and the Hacienda was a wonderful venue. We had visited the venue a year before and we could not get over how beautiful it was. You do not need to decorate it much since it is beautiful as is!

We decided on a brunch wedding, we wanted to keep our ceremony and reception intimate and this option allowed us to have the amount of people we wanted (~50) at the price we wanted. The whole event was from 10am-2pm. Some of our guests joined us elsewhere in the OC afterwards for dinner and bar/club, so the party doesn't have to end necessarily at 2pm.

While we were planning our wedding, my husband and I lived out of state and we did not hire a wedding planner, so we wanted a venue that could handle many of those finer details since we couldn’t be as hands on. The Hacienda provided many of the things that we needed, day of coordinators, and I did not have to stress about the venue! The Hacienda also offers preferred vendors list and we hired the DJ (had to be a DJ on their list) and the photographer from their list and both turned out great recommendations.

The Hacienda included drinks, food, cake from a local vendor, and flowers. The food and the cake was delicious, we chose the American breakfast and everything on the menu was great. The flavor for the cake we chose was red velvet, and I'm not a cake person but that cake was really good.

As we were considering a late November wedding, we chose the Taos side to allow for the covered ceremony and indoor reception in case of weather. The day itself was great weather, but this allowed us extra protection in case it didn’t cooperate. And the venue is open enough, especially during the day time, where we didn’t feel we were missing out on the good weather (compared to the inner courtyard side where it’s mostly outside). We were the only event at that time, so we were able to take portraits around the whole venue after the ceremony.

The wedding coordinators at the Hacienda were very helpful and would answer all of our questions when we had them. I would recommend hiring the Hacienda for your weddings/other events.

When my bride and I chose Hacienda as our wedding venue, we knew we were in good hands, but we had no idea just how amazing our day would turn out. From the moment we arrived, the team was there to assist us every step of the way. From our first look to our final dance, they ensured that all our needs were met and that we had a stress-free day.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the free-flowing wine and beer kept our guests in high spirits. The best part? The price was extremely reasonable for everything that was included. We cannot recommend Hacienda enough! Trust us; you won't be disappointed!

Perfect night

The setting was gorgeous. Everything from arrival to departure went so smoothly and not rushed. Our dinner was delicious, we always had a fresh drink in hand. The perfect wedding. The compliments from friends and family keep rolling in. The staff at the hacienda will not disappoint. Thank you!

Will rehire this venue for my future events!

I am so inlove with this place I wish I can live there! It is truly a dream wedding garden. Its beautiful in the morning but especially at night! coordinators and employees are so kind and professional. I was getting tons of compliments about their enchiladas. They even costumized the decor by my cake stand to matchy theme. I appreciate that. I did not have to worry about anything the day of my wedding. Will rehire for any future events like my daughter's quinceñera or renewal of vows. I love you Hacienda team!

Everything we hoped for

We couldn't have asked for a better venue! The staff at The Hacienda always replied to our calls and emails within 24 hours, they were extremely communicative throughout the planning process, and on the day of the wedding everything ran so smooth and according to plan! They made the planning process and day of the wedding feel so much easier than I ever expected. Not to mention their prices are extremely reasonable and the venue is absolutely stunning. We got so many compliments about how beautiful it was.

Amazing Venue

The Hacienda is an amazing place to get married at! From the helpful and friendly staff to the beautiful venue, it was a perfect wedding. The venue feels like a hidden gem. All of our guests were impressed at how beautiful the venue was. The venue is so well-decorated that it saves on cost as you don't need to buy any decor. Hidden gem

The Hacienda is an absolute hidden gem. My husband and I looked for venues for a while and we’re not finding anything we loved. We decided to check it out after a friend who got married here told us about it. The outside does the inside no justice. When we walked in, we felt like we had been transported to a beautiful and quaint Spanish town. There are twinkling lights and plants everywhere, and it is the perfect mix of being inside and outside. One of my favorite things about the venue was that we didn’t have to spend a lot on flowers or decorations because The Hacienda is naturally beautiful and already has everything you need. They take care of everything and made the wedding process easy and stress free. They were so helpful leading up to the wedding with answering questions and meeting with us to decide on everything that made our day so amazing. On the day of our wedding, we didn’t have to worry about anything, which was very important to us. They did a fantastic job of keeping us on schedule and guiding us through everything. It was very obvious that everyone at The Hacienda is very well rehearsed and knows exactly what they’re doing. My wedding planner was always there when I needed her and we were treated like royalty. Immediately after the reception, our guests were handed appetizers and champagne, and we got so many compliments on how classy it was. My husband and I constantly suggest this venue to people we know and we would love to be a guest at this venue someday haha. The Hacienda helped make the most important day of our lives, the best day of our lives and we are so happy we chose this venue. You will be too!

A Hidden Gem

Wow. I am still reeling from our wedding this past weekend. It seems like so long ago that we found The Hacienda and booked our wedding. We were still in the middle of a somewhat lockdown so I never actually saw the venue until months after we were already booked (my parents went and did a venue tour and I trusted their judgment). The venue is quite unsuspecting from the outside and where it's located. Once inside, it's a beautiful historic-looking hacienda ranch. It was affordable, local, and fit the kind of intimate and homey vibe we wanted for our wedding.

I understand how hard it is to be working from home and not full-time in the office during the pandemic, so while emails may not have been answered right away, I always received a response and it was always courteous. Another thing is, you might not always be communicating with the same coordinator; however, nothing was ever lost in translation and all notes were accounted for when it came down to the final event.

After months and months of correspondence by email, I had my details appointment in September (for our December wedding) and it was nice to walk through the venue and talk through the details for table settings and where to have the ceremony, reception, et cetera. I was pleased to know I had a whole selection of cake designs. Right now, the popular trend is the plain frosted cake with flowers but I am not a huge flower fan so I got a pretty cake with scrolling detail. They were also accommodating to allow me three meal choices as we have some vegetarians in the family as well as ensured us of no peanuts in the food due to a severe allergy. Of course, I thought of more things after the fact and continued to email them over the next few months until our wedding. I'm pretty sure I even emailed them the night before with more last-minute changes.

During the rehearsal a few nights before the wedding, we worked with Amelia and she was so sweet with helping walk us through the ceremony and collecting all our items for the big day (e.g., cake topper, toasting glasses, decorations, seating chart, signs, guest book, etc.). I didn't see most of the venue until dinner started (the rush of the ceremony and dances, I didn't have time to look around haha). They truly brought my vision to life! If you're not settled on getting married during "wedding season" in the summer months, I would highly recommend December around Christmas time because the decorations truly elevate it to another level! I was nervous about how the food would taste because we never had a tasting but everything was delicious during dinner (I didn't try the appetizers, but everyone seemed happy!).

One thing to note is the wedding party can only access the venue 30 minutes prior to the ceremony so I didn't get to take any "getting ready" photos prior as we had arranged with our photographer to arrive to the venue an hour early and take photos on the outside (there are a couple of nice walls and decorative doors that are cute for photos). We had booked the entire venue so we had access to two dressing rooms which was nice to have a moment to collect ourselves before walking down the aisle.

All night, people were telling us how surprising it was to see the inside of the venue because it's so unexpected when driving up and parking in the small lot outside (btw, they have an attached parking lot and security patrolling the area, nice added touch). Everyone seemed to enjoy the food, the decor, and the whole night. The coordinators and staff kept us on schedule and checked in with us throughout the night. It was a magical night and I am so, so pleased with this venue. I hope to have a reason to come back in the future!

As the coordinator for my daughter's wedding I couldn't ask for a more responsive venue to work with. Everyone who works there is calm and kind and the venue itself is romantic and beautiful. We were extremely happy to have chosen the Hacienda for such a special day.

Exceeded our expectations!

The Hacienda is simply amazing, from the venue to the customer service. My fiancé and I decided to book the Hacienda 2 months before our wedding day. We honestly expected some mistakes would happen as we changed our mind almost every week on the wedding plan and seating chart. However, everything turned out so perfect on our wedding day. Our wedding coordinator was so patient and accommodating with us throughout the planning process. The thing that amazed me the most was how friendly the staffs were during our event. The whole team welcomed and assisted our guests with smiles from the beginning until the end. They were also very thoughtful for helping us carefully pack everything near the end of our wedding so we could take off whenever we want to. After our wedding day, my fiancé and I got a lot of compliments from our guests for choosing such a beautiful venue with plenty parking spots (a big plus!) I will definitely recommend the Hacienda to any couples.

Amazing professional venue and staff

We had the best experience with this venue! The staff was amazing , I cant stress this enough. They are attentive to every detail!!! Perfect Wedding Venue

The Hacienda is a very romantic venue and you step into a whole new world. It is full of greenery and lights so you don’t need to hire a florist for extra decoration. The Hacienda is so buttoned up that they can run 3 weddings at the same time! I am so impressed! My wedding was perfect. They make wedding planning a breeze and know everything about how to make a wedding run smoothly. I will be throwing future family events at The Hacienda!

Best venue in los angeles

Stop looking! This place is it. We received so many compliments on the venue, the food, the staff and the whole evening itself.
We got married on 9.20.20 and despite the pandemic, we had an amazing wedding! The staff is so sweet and everything is an amazing price. I wanted something all inclusive since I don't have the time to plan everything out/ The hacienda took care of us and it was a lovely experience. Great service and most beautiful place to get married!!

I recommend the Hacienda in Santa Ana as the ultimate and most dreamiest place to get married! Due to covid-19, I had to postpone my wedding three times this year, and every step of the way the Hacienda and their wonderful coordinators helped me figure things out and made it a breeze to reschedule until our wedding day finally was able to happen on September 11th, 2020. The coordinators are very kind and respond quickly if there are any questions or concerns. This venue is the most beautiful place and it's exactly the right vibe of romantic and dreaminess that any couples getting married would wish for, for their special day! I am so glad that we were blessed to find this venue, and would 100% recommend it!

This place was magical

When we started planning our wedding, we were 100% sure we wanted a more modern venue. That went out the window the minute we walked into The Hacienda. The building, plants, lighting, and service left us stunned. The entire team was amazing. The took care of everything and seeing everything decorated and light up was beyond magical. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding. The cake was delicious, the food was great, the setting was out of a book, and the way they took care of us was above and beyond. We don't plan on having another wedding, but we loved everything about our special day that, if we had to do it all over again, we'd do it at The Hacienda.

Everything was Perfect

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our wedding. From day one, The Hacienda made the whole process very easy and was always available to answer my questions. We bought out the entire venue as we didn’t want to chance another wedding going on at the same time. This allowed for the entire grounds for pictures and multiple set up arrangements in the event of rain. The food was excellent and everything ran very smoothly. I highly recommend The Hacienda

Most magical Venue ever!

The Hacienda is the most beautiful venue for an excellent price. They list their prices on their website, which is helpful bc most venues don't do that. Their food is impeccable, just so good. Their team is very responsive via email or phone. They have a coordinator day of and they have it down to a science. They truly help you move through the day. The venue itself is so so so magical. When you walk in you're blown away by how beautiful it is. We didn't even use that much of our own decor. They provide flowers for the sweetheart table and the cake. Their cake is beyond good. I just can't say enough good things about our wedding experience. If you can afford the extra hour of time, take it. It's a must bc 5 hours isn't enough time for everything and you won't want to leave either bc the experience will be so fun. Our wedding was so full of love and light heartedness. Just perfection.

Brunch to a Wedding

This venue has not disappointed me yet! Fell in love with the venue while having mimosa brunch, loved the atmosphere and vibe and met with the wedding coordinator to bring out their date book. Right then and there we picked our date to have our wedding at The Hacienda.

Best venue ever!

This is by the best venue in OC. It is a hidden gem in Santa Ana and is so perfect for a wedding. Our wedding day was amazing because we got to get married, but this venue is so magical and enchanting and made for the most absolutely perfect wedding day. The one compliment we got most on our wedding day and for days after was how beautiful our venue was and how amazing everything turned out. Let me just say, I hardly had any decorations for our wedding because this place is already perfect on its own. I only added a few things to accent their amazing decor and to add a touch of personalization. Not only is this place magical, but they practically do everything for you which relieves so much of the wedding stress. I am so thankful we found this place and got to meet the wonderful coordinators and the rest of the staff there. Thank you to everyone at the hacienda!

Dream Wedding + Premium Service + Gorgeous Venue

We had our wedding at The Hacienda just over a year ago and we couldn't imagine a better experience!! It was really important to us to have a wedding that was stress-free, so that we could enjoy every moment. The Hacienda delivered on that and so much more. It was such a joy to work with their team from start to finish. They made us feel so comfortable and conveyed at every turn that they had everything covered. Because of that, we were able to be present with our family and friends and enjoy every minute of our special day. We also couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue. The atmosphere was so romantic - and their staff is incredibly attentive. A huge bonus for us was the all-inclusive pricing, including food, alcohol, linens, chairs, tableware, centerpieces and even the cake! We chose to have breakfast for dinner (because that's the first meal we made together!) and had a delicious Mimosa bar with fresh fruit. We had our dream wedding at The Hacienda - and we are truly thankful for all that their team did to bring our special day to life.

I don’t know where to start with The Hacienda. They made our wedding dreams come true! ✨ Everything was absolutely perfect! All team members we spoke/worked with were kind, professional and helpful. Every space in this place is picture perfect. The carrot cake was one of the best carrot cakes I’ve ever had and it was so beautiful! I can’t say enough good about them and this hidden gem in Santa Ana. The Hacienda will forever hold a special place in my heart and I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a venue ♥️✨

The Hacienda Is AMAZING!!!!

The Hacienda literally gave me my dream wedding. I wanted something vintage, unique, rustic, warm, and romantic - The Hacienda was all of those things :) All of my guests raved about how gorgeous the venue was, attentive the staff was, and delicious the food was - over and over we were told how this was the most beautiful wedding guests had ever attended, and how many found it to be a wedding out of a movie - some guests even told us they were waiting for something to go wrong, but nothing ever did!! What an amazing memory, beautiful time for my husband and I. No complaints - worth every penny. They are all inclusive, so they really do quite a lot - you will save money in the long run by going with The Hacienda!!

Amazing Experience!

WOW! My wedding was perfect. The Hacienda coordinators are very responsive from the very beginning. They always replied to my emails in a timely manner and gave me suggestions as needed. The day of my wedding, I did not have to worry about a thing! They had everything under control and were absolutely amazing! My guests could not stop talking about my wedding. Beautiful Venue!

I’d like to start off with saying The Hacienda is one of the best choices I made throughout my wedding planning. The effortless decors spent on our end to the food provided were beyond exceptional. Exceptional Wedding Venue

The Hacienda is a great wedding venue. This past February, my husband and I held a brunch ceremony and reception in the Taos Room and Courtyard and words cannot express how wonderful The Hacienda is. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. Everywhere you turn is picture worthy and has a romantic historical feel. The food is great, it is Mexican style buffet which features everything you can think of from omelette station, tamales, carnitas, and enchiladas. Most importantly, the venue is one of the most affordable venues I found in the area for the quality of service and all inclusive package. The all inclusive package is a price per person which includes use of a designated area of the venue, buffet, unlimited champagne/alcohol, cake, linen, tables, etc. There is no additional venue fee. You cannot beat that anywhere! The best part of my wedding experience at The Hacienda were the event coordinators that are included in your wedding package. From the beginning stages to the day of, The Hacienda event coordinators consistently work so hard to ensure that your day is perfect and that your wedding vision is happening. I am a bit of a control freak and explained exactly to the coordinators how I envisioned my wedding day and all the details (favors, name placements, seating chart) and they took care of all the set up. The day of the wedding, they guided me throughout the process and all the details went perfectly. My husband and I were so happy with how the day turned out and highly recommend (I mean highly) The Hacienda to anyone for their special day.

Never thought I would have this level of wedding experience

I’m so happy we checked out the Hacienda. I never thought of having a big wedding because of the cost but the hacienda is incredibly affordable and the most beautiful site we visited so it was a no brainer. One and only negative was there were a few things that were miscommunicated such as the centerpieces and another the ceremony music. We were told by someone we had a choice of roses or orchids but roses are only for December weddings, and ceremony music must be live and if you choose anything off the list of the pianist it’ll cost $25 whether or not he knows it. These few things are fine but because there are a few different people helping you, you will get different answers. I still give 10/10 or 5 stars because of the helpfulness of Lauralee and Christin and also Claudia the manager. Thank you for bringing my dream wedding to life.

Fairytale without the Pricetag

I was looking for an effortless, one-stop-shop location to host my wedding and am so happy I went with the decision to go with The Hacienda. The venue and decor is so full of charm. I cannot over emphasize that you do not need anything else to enhance what is already provided as part of the wedding package. I was very pleased with the level of service the staff and wedding coordinators provided leading up to - and the day of - the wedding. We had a 75 person champagne brunch wedding and 4.5 hours was adequate timeslot to complete our ceremony, formal pictures, welcome speech, host a first dance & a mother son dance, cut cake, and best man/maid of honor toasts. I highly recommend the hosted bar if you do not think all your guests will be drinking. My family from out of town are quite picky eaters and I was a little worried about what they would think of the food but many of my aunts and uncles complimented the fancy breakfast food, and went back for seconds on the carrot cake.

My recommendation is to host a daytime wedding and bring in entertainment instead of the typical DJ/dancing that comes with evening weddings. We surprised the crowd by bringing in a magician and a caricaturist - which was a huge hit all around. Instead of a DJ we opted for Cale Music (which came recommended from The Hacienda) and they were truly a remarkable duo. We had lots of children and hired an event chaperone and brought in activities for the Kid's Table (a must do for families with LOTS of children). I brought in favors, guestbook, a ton of extra "day of" items to set up and provided the coordinators with the latitude to set up how they please without much instructions - I'm so glad I did because they did it beautifully (pinterest worthy).

I would say The Hacienda is a perfect fit for anyone looking for ease, fun, and fairytale without the pricetag. Special thank you Christin and Melissa for being stellar coordinators! Thank you Hacienda for giving me the wedding of my dreams!

Fantastic!

The Hacienda is a fabulous place to get married! The wedding coordinators are easy to work with. They were prompt with responding to my emails. They answered all my questions and were able to direct me with what to do and when. They were also very helpful the day of the wedding! The grounds and ceremony site are beautiful. I got married during the holiday season, and the holiday decorations looked lovely at the ceremony site and at the reception! Many people commented how beautiful everything was. The food and cake was great. I was just too excited to eat much! They laid out my pictures and sign-in book for me and gift table. Fantastic job!

A magical place with an incredibly helpful team!

The Hacienda far exceeded our expectations and truly made our day special. They handle pretty much everything you need them to on the day of. They are super organized and attentive. The location is beautiful and unique and our guests absolutely loved it. It needs very little in terms of decorations because it is so beautiful all on its own. The food was delicious and the team there was beyond attentive and continuously kept us updated and treated us and our guests in the kindest way. I couldn't have imagined a better place to have had our wedding. Thank you Hacienda for everything you did to make our day special and put us at ease.

October Wedding 2018

My husband I choose the hacienda because when you step inside it feels like a different world. We loved the beautiful architecture and the different plants that can be found all throughout the venue. When contacting the hacienda regarding our wedding they were very flexible on the time they could meet and accommodating to our requests. When it came down to the wedding they had coordinators that were very helpful in organizing the flow of the wedding, without their help the wedding wouldn't of been as fun and cohesive. I definitely absolutely recommend the hacienda for a wedding or any special event, till this day we still have guest telling us it was one of the funnest weddings they've been to!

Best venue ever! Amazing!

I don’t even know where to begin. Going with The Hacienda was one of the best decisions we could have made. Christin and Art were with us the day of and they did such an amazing job. At all times I felt so confident in them. A few moments i would ask Christin to do something and she already had it taken care of. She was amazing and went above and beyond! The venue was beautiful. We get constant compliments from our guests telling us how great the venue was, the food, the CAKE! Oh my gosh, the cake! So amazing. My wife and I were married here in July 2018. When choosing a venue, we were attracted to the Spanish/Old California aesthetic of the Hacienda.

As we went through the planning process, we felt more an more confident in our decision. The team at The Hacienda made everything easy for us. We almost felt guilty for being so relaxed!

Our wedding went perfectly. Everything flowed smoothly, Christin and Art, our coordinators, made sure we were where we needed to be, and the venue looked amazing. We got tons of compliments about the venue.

The Hacienda exceeded my expectations. I don't say that lightly. Just awesome. Highly recommended!

The Hacienda was the perfect dream venue that we could have ever dreamed of! Not only was it affordable but with the venue's basically all-inclusive package it made planning so easy. We ended up picking their Sunday Brunch option. Everyone from the coordinators to the hosts to the waiters we met at the venue were so professional and friendly. The venue itself as a renovated old Spanish home is so beautiful. We fell in love with the venue as soon as we visited. With all its natural rustic elegant charm, we hardly had to use any decorations. The food was amazing to say the least. Guests were raving about how it was the best wedding food they ever had. The coordinators really worked as a team and walked us every step of the way from the day we booked them to our actual wedding day. They are so professional and organized and made the whole process go so smoothly. We did not feel stressed out at all and on the wedding day, we were able to have fun with our guests! We are so happy we picked the Hacienda and really could not have imagined our wedding to be anywhere else. Words cannot describe this place! It’s like if you got transported back in time! Absolutely gorgeous!!! We got so many compliments about our venue, the food, and the atmosphere! The coordinators are amazing! Leann was so sweet and kept us on track! Everything about this place is magical! I look forward to celebrating anniversaries here on their Sunday brunches. That is also a special thing about this place. You can come back for Sunday brunches too! My Wife and I got married at The Hacienda on March 23rd, 2018.
The planning of the wedding went so smooth and everything thanks to The Hacienda Staff. They have so many options for the food as well as the decorating of the tables and sitting arrangements. The Hacienda delivered on every level and aspect of an all-inclusive venue especially for our wedding day on Nov 5th 2017! If you have not been to The Hacienda, we highly recommend a site visit for Sunday Bruch to start. Not only do the grounds/facility look amazing, the people and management are what makes this place FIRST-CLASS. The endless compliments from our friends and family speak for themselves. As the bride and groom, we were confident that we picked the ‘right’ place to tie-the-knot, but once we returned from our honeymoon and still hear the compliments come pouring in, we are positive The Hacienda exceeded every expectation. From the attention from LeAnne during our first consultation, to the numerous requests and phone calls leading to the wedding day with staff, we felt confident the whole time that we were in good hands. The process and planning is all done in-house and everyone works as team to make sure all details are handled. Our wedding coordinators at our rehearsal took diligent notes and even handled last minute changes. The day of the wedding, we moved through the day like a new king and queen due to the tireless and absolutely professional wedding coordinator (Christian), decorators, keyboardist, staff, servers, bartender, chefs and manager. Let’s not forget to mention the delicious food and cake. Art, the manager, was an exceptional host. He was so warm and kind from the moment we entered the property. He went well above and beyond by asking if we enjoyed our evening and needed anything. After a few requests, he eagerly obliged, by hunting down one of our lost items and packing up a couple extra pieces of wedding cake since we never got a chance to eat it. The Hacienda maintains a high quality that is unmatched. With the unwavering attention to bringing a superior service and experience, this place absolutely entitled to the accolades and awards. We will be sure to make it to Sunday Brunch for our anniversaries and recommend to others.

The Hacienda is a GORGEOUS venue!! No need to decorate - it's already beautiful on its own! The Hacienda makes it easy - they cater, they have beautiful linens and centerpieces for tables, they provide a wedding planner, they have a DELICIOUS carrot wedding cake (don't knock it till you try it!). We had our own personal touches for the tables, but staff did all the decorating for us. For the ceremony, they require and provide a live pianist, who did an amazing job with our custom song requests. Hacienda requires you to choose a DJ from their list, but there are a lot of choices, and American Mobile Music did an excellent job DJing and MCing. The entire event, and planning it, went very smoothly and our guests loved it - lots of compliments!

The Hacienda offered everything my husband and I could have hoped for our wedding on 5/28/17. We were amazed at the beauty of the venue, a garden oasis in the middle of Santa Ana. Lush greenery, golden lights throughout the property, and white canopies give off a very romantic feel. The multiple wedding coordinators were so helpful and quick to respond to emails. Our specific day-of-coordinators Art and Christin were a joy to work with and they made sure we were fed and had drinks (margaritas are awesome!) throughout the night. The coordinators set up our decorations for our sweetheart and welcome tables even better than we had planned. Our wedding guests had a wonderful time and gushed about the delicious taco/enchilada buffet, wedding carrot cake, and strong drinks. This all-inclusive wedding venue is a hidden gem in Orange County that made our wedding so special. Thank you Hacienda!

My wife and I recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Hacienda and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We first visited the venue at one of their open house nights, which I would highly recommend to couples interested in using the Hacienda for their wedding venue -- it gave us a chance to meet some of the staff and also see how the venue looks at night, decorated as if for a wedding. The staff, especially our coordinators Art and Christin, were exceptionally friendly, professional, and organized. Throughout the planning process they did everything possible to make things stress-free for us, and on the day of the wedding they kept the program and other vendors on schedule. The venue itself is beautiful and the Hacienda provides much of what you need, which helps keep planning simple. We were very happy with our experience with the Hacienda and would highly recommend this venue.

I had an amazing experience at the Hacienda and am so glad that my husband and I choose this venue for our special day. There are so many great things to say but I will point out the most important for me:

The staff is amazing! They have this down to a science, I did not have to worry about anything as the wedding coordinators are so organized and really know what they are doing. I worked with Leann the most and she was with me every step of the way making sure we had everything we needed. I never had to ask for anything, My husband and called her a ninja because she was always right there making sure we ate and had a drink throughout all of the many things you have to do as a bride and groom during the reception. The servers and bartender were amazing as well.

Price, for everything that was included at the Hacienda the price was very reasonable and worth every penny spent.

Grounds, the venue is just is just beautiful! No need to overdue it with floral, there is so much already on the grounds.

Lastly, the Hacienda is not just a wedding venue, you can have lunch and dinner on thursdays and also Sunday brunch. My husband and I love that we can go back on anniversaries and special occasions to enjoy a meal because the food is very good, all of my guests are still saying how much they enjoyed the food.

Before discovering the Hacienda, we had spent hours scouring the internet for a venue that fit our style, budget, and location. After our first visit, we were completely in love with the place. We were given a meal voucher to come and taste the food before making a decision. My fiance and I had the best dinner (we tried the Salmon) and the ambiance felt very romantic and relaxing. After that second visit, we knew we made the right choice. Throughout the entire planning process, the Hacienda was very responsive to our questions and helped make planning way less stressful. Because they've done so many weddings, they already have checklists to walk you through every step and detail. I especially loved the fact that I didn't need to hire a separate vendor for food, a cake, or table/chair rentals. Everything was included! I didn't even need a florist because the venue was already lush with greenery. They even included orchid flowers on each table, flowers for our cake and sweetheart table! I really don't think we could've gotten through our wedding day without our amazing coordinators! The day of any wedding is always hectic, and they were even awesome enough to help me print my vows before the ceremony. When I arrived, everything was already set up just the way I pictured it. The coordinators even helped me set up a tea ceremony table, with red table linens, and a hot water kettle! Throughout the evening, our coordinators were excellent with communication to let us know when we needed to skip to the next activity. They helped us round everyone up and notified us when we needed extra time with certain vendors. Many of our guests complimented us on how beautiful the wedding and venue was. We were so happy with our choice to book this place and would highly recommend to anyone!

TIP: The dates do fill up really quickly, especially on Saturday nights, so please make sure that's the first thing you check!
TIP: They also serve a delicious brunch on Sundays!

I'm not the type of girl who has grown up dreaming about planning a wedding so finding the Hacienda with their all inclusive options was such a savior. Even with being an all inclusive they offer so many options for table settings, set up, menu, etc.

All of the employees were extremely easy to work with. The day of coordinators were absolutely fantastic. We literally could not have asked for more. The best part is two day of coordinators are included in any package.

The Hacienda is a beautiful hidden gem. We loved it and received so many compliments from our guests regarding the overall beauty of the venue and their amazing food (we had the southwestern buffet, can't go wrong there). Do not hesitate in booking the Hacienda. The value is incredible for the amazing ambience, wonderful staff and delicious food.

Great hidden gem in the heart of Santa Ana. The venue was fantastic and the staff very accommodating and helpful. Our original ceremony site cancelled our reservations two days before the wedding due to the rain, fortunately The Hacienda saved the day and we're truly thankful for their willingness to host our special day. In addition, we dined at the restaurant for our rehearsal walk and wow amazing food and Ohhh those Margaritas (The best I've ever tasted). If you're seeking a venue I would encourage you to give The Hacienda a chance to host your event.

Our event was magical. Guests were amazed at the beauty, atmosphere, food, and even the efficiency of the wedding. Things ran smoothly, and there was never a lull. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The Hacienda venue provides a way to have an outdoor/garden feel even when you are on the inside. Salads were gorgeous. Southwest buffet was beautiful to look at and delicious. Striking photo ops abound. Communication throughout the planning stages was outstanding. There is not a think we would have changed.

I had my wedding here last week and I have no bad things to say about it at all! My husband and I are super low maintenance people and the thought of planning a wedding just is so stressful to me. The hacienda is all inclusive so they basically do everything for you. It honestly was the easiest process and on top of that the venue was BEAUTIFUL! Definitely worth the price, I felt like we had a million dollar wedding, but at an affordable price. The food was great, the staff was great, it really couldn't have been better. Thanks for making my wedding so perfect and easy!

I can not rave enough about this venue. A woman at work told me about this place, she got married there about 15 years ago. I looked it up and saw everything they provide in one package and thought that it might be pricey, after all they provide EVERYTHING! We were so surprised when we walked in and saw how beautiful it was. The Hacienda is over 100 years old! And the price was amazing! We got married in the off season, had the southwestern buffett and had about 100 people, and it was priced less than $10,000!!!! I was looking at venues that started at that price, and it would just be for the space! All of the coordinators were very professional and friendly, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The planning process was so easy as well. The year leading up to the wedding, people kept asking me how planning was going and all I could answer was “It’s done, there is nothing left to do!” For a DJ, they gave me a list of 10 DJs to choose from, which took the stress away from having to look for one. The DJ I ended up with, American Mobile Music, worked with the staff so many times, that they worked seamlessly together to bring a fun and exciting wedding. At the end of the day, I was not stressed out, enjoyed myself and it was the best wedding I could have hoped for. I absolutely recommend The Hacienda for anyone and please please please look there first.

The Hacienda was the perfect venue for our wedding! We live out of the area, and having a venue that took care of so many different aspects of the wedding (ceremony and reception areas, food, drinks, tables, chairs, linens, cake, coordinators, etc.) was a major plus for us. However, in addition to being so inclusive and convenient (and having a reasonable price), everything else is amazing as well! The food is great (we did the Southwest buffet and their spiced carrot cake) and we had a lot of our guests comment on how good it was. Not only that but the ambience of this venue is magical. The venue itself has so much character and if you host your event in the evening, the strings of lights throughout the courtyard make it all the more beautiful. All of the coordinators were amazing, whether they were the ones who helped us at our visits to the venue, the ones who responded to our countless emails, or the ones who helped the day of our wedding. Overall, we really couldn't have been happier with the Hacienda!

I feel so lucky to have found this venue because it was everything I was looking for and more. The setting has a romantic vintage rustic feel. Everything about the venue is beautiful from the historic building itself to the lush plants and flowers, the decor, the fountain (so many gorgeous options for photo opps). There were so many things that sold me. First, almost everything is included: linen, some fresh flowers, cake, some alcohol, day of coordinators, and ceremony music. Second, there is no booking fee so it's a phenomenal value because everything I just mentioned is included in your plate cost (and the food is yummy). Third, the service is amazing. From our first consultation all the way through to our wedding day everyone that we encountered was such a pleasure to work with. The serving staff the day of was so attentive to us and our guests. Fourth, the venue is very accommodating to requests (as long as they are reasonable of course). Last, we really LOVED that they had a Sunday brunch reception as an option. It's not for everyone but it just made sense for us. Im so happy with our decision to have our wedding with The Hacienda and am looking forward to returning to celebrate our anniversaries.

The Hacienda is not the budget option, but what you receive in terms of food, decoration, facilities, service and professionalism is beyond compare. If we had to do it all over again, we'd absolutely have our wedding at the Hacienda!

Try the food at their venue either on Thursday night dinners or for Sunday brunch. You'll enjoy the food and fall in love with the quaint, beautiful and authentic Hacienda surroundings. We were planning on using the indoor half of the property because of our fears of bad weather due to El Nino. However, it ended up getting booked just a few days after we looked at the venue. We decided to go with the outside garden and couldn't be happier. The weather was perfect and our event coordinators, Robin and Erin, were on top of everything that we needed. They paid attention to every detail and made our wedding truly memorable.

We got married at the Hacienda on July 15th! The staff at the Hacienda were absolutely professional and helpful with whatever questions we had. They went out of their way to get back to us the same day. They catered to our special requests and set up our decorations just how we wanted! Our coordinators were the besttt! Christine was so sweet and helpful with talking about where our decorations would go and when I was a little stressed she remained calm and assured us things would be ok. The coordinators made sure the night ran smoothly and we all loved them! At one point in the night Art ran to get the Boquet that was left in the bridal room right in time for the Boquet toss! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, so much natural beauty and the food is fantastic!! I would recommend the venue to anyone! It was such a memorable day and we thank the Hacienda for going above and beyond!!

The Hacienda was EXACTLY what my husband and I were looking in a venue! We wanted something different, that felt warm and inviting, offered delicious food, great hospitality, and on top of everything a beautiful and romantic venue. From the moment we walked into our initial tour, we knew we had found the venue. The Hacienda was the first and only venue we toured! The coordinators were always a phone call or an email away to help with the many questions that I had. I loved the fact that everything was included in the price. This minimized the potential stress that we would have faced if we had coordinate all of the details The Hacienda took care of. We bought personal details such as family pictures, a candy bar, and party favors a day before our event, and the coordinators were so thoughtful in including our items with their decor. Our guest were highly impressed with venue, and kept complimenting how comfortable, and beautiful everything was. My husband and I will forever be grateful for all the hardwork The Hacienda provided. We were lucky enough to find The Hacienda by chance. We hadn't formally set a date for our wedding and were simply getting a feel for venues, their offerings and pricing packages. We drove into the Hacienda parking lot after checking other venues from Wineries to what looked like large storage facilities thinking this would be just another quick stop on our list.

As soon as we walked through the main entrance we were immediately taken back by the loveliness of it all. It was quaint and welcoming but also carried a history and feel to it that we hadn't found in the many other venues we visited. Amazingly after speaking with the Coordinator who was kind and accommodating to meet with unexpected clients we found that we could book our Wedding Date for Sunday 5/29, taking advantage of the long holiday weekend as well as the Sunday pricing. It was too good to be true... at least that is what we thought when walking out. After some discussion in the parking lot, confirming and reconfirming pricing (kept coming back to ask questions) with the Coordinator (still couldn't believe the great deal we were getting) we didn't leave that parking lot until we had booked our date.

We couldn't have asked for a better Staff, Team of Event Coordinators and place to have gotten married. Everything ran like clockwork and just perfect thanks to the excellent planning and execution of events from ceremony to reception being overseen by the team of such great people. My advice to folks... don't let the exterior or surroundings deter you from walking in to see the beauty that can be yours for a day. Also, for those of you not looking to break the bank and not looking to take out a loan to pay for your special day, the different packages available are phenomenal for all you get (which includes a beautiful and tasty wedding cake). There is nothing I would change about my special day and if I could would do all over again!

I had a great experience with all the staff at The Hacienda. Leading up to the big day, they were so helpful and pleasant to work with. On our day wedding, everything looked so beautiful and organized. My guest said it was the best wedding ever! It was difficult to find a bilingual DJ on their list but managed to find Gus from Battleson Entertainment!! He was awesome and kept the dance floor full all the time. It was the first place I had toured and nothing out there compared to their ambiance and prices! It was the best day of my life!

We were so happy we chose The Hacienda for our wedding venue! They made everything easy for us and were extremely accommodating/friendly throughout the process. Our wedding was BEYOND what we ever could have imagined thanks to the amazing team at The Hacienda! The venue was absolutely stunning and we received so many compliments on how beautiful everything was and how good the food was. Christin and Art were our day of coordinators and they did an amazing job! I did not have to worry about anything the day of... everything went off without a hitch and at the end of the night, they made sure all of our glasses, albums, frames, etc. were packaged up for us and ready to take home. I would highly recommend the Hacienda to anyone for their wedding! They were organized, friendly, and professional. The venue is beautiful, and the food is amazing! The Hacienda is absolutely PERFECT! Every single person I've talked to, the first words were "your wedding was so beautiful." This is the only venue we looked at, it was gorgeous and the price was insanely low for what you get. The venue itself has so much character and an outside feel. Which was perfect for us. I wanted an outside wedding but we were going to get married in the winter and it would be too cold for that. All of the staff there are incredible, everyone who we spoke to was so insanely nice and helpful. LeeAnne originally showed the property, and you could tell she was genuinely excited about working there. For the details and everything else we worked with Christin, who was so nice and knowledgeable and sweet. You may not work with the same person every time but you would never know! They include so much in their pricing, which is already amazingly low. So low, we decided to spend some more and do our own centerpieces and table decor to make it more our style. Everything except photographer, music and personal flowers are included. You did have to choose from their vendors just for music, but there were so many in several different price ranges and styles. We were engaged and married in 5 months and I think the only way this could have happened is because the Hacienda makes it so easy!The day of was PERFECT! They keep everything running so smoothly you really just have to show up and follow them when they tell you it's time to do something. They even make sure you have your own special moments before and after the ceremony. Everyone said the food was FANTASTIC. My family went to a 5 star restaurant in Laguna the next day, and said the salmon at the wedding was better. A couple members of the wedding party and I are vegan so they allowed me to bring a meal for myself from a vegan restaurant, which was awesome. Most places would not have allowed me to do that. They plated and served everything with the rest of the meals. I honestly cant rave enough!

The Hacienda is such a wonderful, beautiful place for a wedding ceremony and reception. The coordinators are very helpful and make you feel at ease on your big day. Everything from the guest sign in table to the centerpieces and wedding cake, every detail was executed beautifully. We had the taco bar for our wedding and it was definitely a hit with all of our guests. The Hacienda is truly a hidden gem in Santa Ana and it feels like an escape from the outside world once you enter their doors. I would highly recommend this venue for any brides searching for that perfect spot to say "I Do".

The Hacienda was absolutely the best venue for our Wedding. The Wedding Coordinators at The Hacienda were wonderful to work with from the beginning to end. I was a little nervous during the planning process since every time I emailed or called I spoke with someone different (they all work together on every event). But to my relief our Wedding day could not have been more seamless and perfect. Every detail that was discussed was in our files for the next coordinator to review with us. This venue is already beautiful so minimal decor is required. Plus there is so much included in their packages that it helps to keep additional costs down (menu, cake, free flowing beer, wine and champagne, lines, tables, chairs and even a pianist for the ceremony! We ordered the Southwest Buffet and our guests keep telling us how much they enjoyed the food. Also their wedding cake is included which is carrot cake. Not being a huge sweets fan the carrot cake was perfect! I would 100% recommend this venue to any body looking for a beautiful and simple Wedding. It's easy to add your personal touch while not having to worry about the small details during the Big Day!

We had our wedding (ceremony & reception) here on 1/2/15. If I could give a million stars, I would! We could not have asked for better when it comes to the coordinators and venue. We planned our wedding in 6 months and they made every step very easy and informative.

The Hacienda has an all inclusive price for weddings. This was SO convenient. The price per person included: dinner, hors d'oeuvre (appetizers during cocktail hour), free beer/wine/champagne for all guests, cash bar (hard liquor), tables, chairs, table cloths, napkins, center pieces, delicious carrot wedding cake/cake knives, and a piano/pianist for the ceremony.

We dropped off our personal wedding details during our rehearsal. They had EVERYTHING set up by the time we got there for our ceremony. They even provided stands for our pictures and seating charts. Everything was set up SO beautifully. I was in awe when I walked into the venue on our wedding day. This venue is nice because you don't need that many of your own decorations to make it pretty. It's gorgeous by itself with all its decorations, plants, and twinkle lights.

Throughout the entire night, our coordinators were so helpful and always there to make sure everything was okay and that we had everything we needed. You could tell they really cared and wanted our night to be memorable and special. They catered to us as a couple and to all 110 of our guests. I was nervous about having an indoor/outdoor wedding in January because of the cold temperature. Some guests ate in the tented area and they weren't cold at all because there were several heaters throughout the area.

I don't have the words to express how thankful I am to The Hacienda for making our wedding the most PERFECT wedding night we could ever imagine. It was so SMOOTH and memorable. They have their stuff together when it comes weddings! THANK YOU, Hacienda! We will continue to come back here to support this wonderful venue and phenomenal staff.

AMAZING service. AMAZING location. AMAZING prices. AMAZING people. AMAZING food. I cannot rave enough. I got married here on 11/9/14 and everything was a dream and went so smoothly. If you visit this venue and DON'T book, you must be crazy.

The Hacienda is an amazing venue and perfect for any size wedding. Our wedding was 150 people and we were able to take up the entire venue and flow from one room to the next. If you asked me if I would ever agree to a carrot cake for my wedding cake, I would have told you not in this lifetime (I don't especially like carrot cake). However, after trying their wedding cake, I am a changed woman. And the food is to die for. We did the Spanish buffet and it was fantastic. I haven't heard from anyone who did not enjoy the food.

We had our wedding here on October 10th, 2014, and I have to say it was magical, beautiful, romantic - just PERFECT! All my guests had an amazing time and told us how beautiful it was. From the very start until the last minute, the coordinators are all awesome! They are patient, calm, professional, helpful and lovely. Christen was our day of event coordinator and she did a fantastic job!

The only thing that initially bothered me was that we had to pick a DJ from their list. We chose Extreme DJ Services and it was the best decision we made! Everything The Hacienda does is to protect the client and ensure the success of the event. The DJ was fantastic and kept everyone engaged and on the dance floor!

All my friends said our wedding was the most beautiful wedding they've seen and they all said great things about the venue, the food, the DJ and everything else.
I can't stop day dreaming how lovely and smooth everything went... Thank you The Hacienda team! We loved our wedding and can't wait to see images and video.

We don't have enough good things to say about the hacienda. It is gorgeous and they made it so easy for us. Our guests keep raving about the venue and everyone loved the food. We had 2 wedding coordinators who did a wonderful job! Now, we just hope we get invited to a wedding at the hacienda so we can enjoy it all over again!!

The Hacienda was the perfect place for my wedding and reception! Christin and Laurelie were both so amazing, they knew what we were thinking before we even said it or asked. We have gotten non-stop compliments on how beautiful the Hacienda is and how great their food was!

We have attended a number of events at The Hacienda, and always found the accommodations unique, relaxing, and beautiful. When planning our wedding, the venue was the only one we considered. From the first meeting with the staff, we felt embraced, and that our vision would be carried out to the maximum. Our team delivered in every possible way. They never objected to changes, alternate wishes or our numerous phone calls. Thanks Hacienda wedding team, you made our special day special indeed.

The Hacienda was a DREAM COME TRUE for us! From the moment we toured the grounds up until our big day, the staff and servers made the wedding process as easy and stress-free as possible, with lots of options to chose from. What they took care of lightened our load in planning the wedding, letting us focus on the small details and other decisions. They worked hard to accommodate us and make our day truly special for us.

And the compliments keep coming...our guests continue to tell us how delicious the food was and what a beautiful venue we chose. I look forward to going back time and time again for special occasions and to relive our amazing wedding day <3

We had the most amazing and perfect time on our wedding day thanks to The Hacienda! Their all inclusive, affordable venue made it possible for us to have a beautiful wedding! The price includes the ceremony space, the ballroom, the food & cake, linens, floral centerpieces, and 2 event coordinators to help our on your special day! Everything from the decor, to the food, and the wonderful staff contributed to the success of that special day. We have received many compliments from my guests about what a treasure we found! The food and the cake was delicious. The coordinators were always one step ahead of the itinerary and everything really went smoothly. The only negative comment we got from our guests, was that a few people were not finished eating and their plates were taken away too soon. However, because we booked the Sunday brunch wedding, I think everything moved fairly quickly. Other than that, we had the best time at our wedding, and so did our guests! I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a small or inexpensive wedding, but would still like it to be elegant and beautiful, to check out The Hacienda. You won't regret it!!!

My wedding was perfect! The service given by Art and his staff was flawless!! I felt so catered to and didn't have to worry about anything because my wedding coordinators took me step by step through it all while still enjoying my wedding! Place is absolutely beautiful! They completely catered to my needs and I am very appreciative for that! Thanks to The Hacienda and their staff! There is no doubt in my mind that I chose the perfect venue for my wedding!!

The Hacienda truly made our special day even more than we expected. The look, the the feel, the good tasting food was all what we expected and more. We received nothing but great reviews and compliments from our guests how much they liked and enjoyed the venue. For everything that is included and the service that you receive, my wife and I highly recommend this venue!
