Hi and thank you for reviewing. We suggest seven bags because many times, when people are pouring, they may spill and the sand will settle over time. We have had people order only six bags and not have enough. In about a year you may want to add some of the extra sand. :-) -
User2212540 Sent on 07/06/2015The framette was wonderful and perfect size for my destination wedding. Unfortunately someone took the frame after my reception and turned it upside down so I didn't get to test the sand staying with the design but we just mixed the sand which is fine. It's a beautiful keepsake which we have set up on our wall unit.

User2415771 Sent on 11/08/2015Did everything they advertised - sand did not budge throughout the 2 hour bus ride. Easy to assemble and our custom etching and engraving was exactly as expected. They were even able to use our custom logo. Very responsive on the phone and via email. Photo was easy to apply. -
User2394192 Sent on 10/27/2015My husband to be and I saw the Forever Frame at a wedding shop. We had been planning to incorporate a sand ceremony in to the wedding, and the Forever Frame added an unique and personalized aspect we hadn't seen anywhere else. We only saw it a couple weeks prior to the wedding and immediately ordered it.
When it arrived (one week prior to the wedding), we discovered due to a computer glitch, the font style and the color were different from what we had ordered. It was still beautiful, but not what we really wanted, and I didn't think we could get it corrected in time. Exhausted from all the wedding plans, I was completely deflated and disappointed, but I called the customer service number and left a message explaining what had happened and hoping it might be rectified before our ceremony. This was after hours on a Friday, and I didn't really expect a response until the following Monday.
Instead, within half an hour I got a call back from Elaine, who went to the shop the next morning and did a new frame as per our order. She then met me later that day - on my choice of time and location - to personally give me the frame. She told me to keep the original frame as well, and suggested I give it as a gift - we gave it to my parents, who loved it!
Our corrected frame was exactly what we wanted. It was beautifully made, and well-constructed. In addition to the area for the sand, there was a separate backdrop for a photo, and space above the sand for mementos - dried flower, wedding favor, etc. We couldn't be happier with it, and look forward to having it as another memory of our wedding for years to come.
I also recommended it to friends, who have ordered it for a graduation and a baby shower gift.
The quality of merchandise was excellent, but the consideration and professionalism of the company itself was even better. I would wholeheartedly recommend both to anyone. -

User1914590 Sent on 11/10/2014This frame is perfect - we had a little mix up with our coordinator not taking the U plate out and we thought it was ruined - but with a little creativity all is fixed :-) It was easy to get through the airport and made us feel at ease after creating such a memorable piece at our wedding. Elaine was very responsive and professional. HIGHLY recommended for any destination wedding sand ceremony. Above and Beyond the traditional glass sand ceremony vases!!
