⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Happy…life…romance…luxury…unique. These are the words we heard and are still hearing from guests! Our wedding was WHAT DREAMS ARE MADE OF!!!!
I’ll start my review by saying that my wedding was primarily decorated with flowers. They were TO DIE FOR BEAUTIFUL! 😍 I have done weddings for 15 years and was a florist myself. To say I was extremely picky about my flowers was a complete understatement! I designed weddings that entire time as well. You absolutely get what you pay for with this. And if done right, your florals will save you money on other decor and make your wedding MUCH nicer than if you primarily use rentals. Keep reading. 🥰

When you’ve been doing weddings for that long, and you are in love with flowers, it can be nearly impossible to hand it over to someone else. BUT…that’s where Carrie M. Cassidy Struble, owner of The Flower Diva, comes in!!!!!
I’ve watched Carrie and her team do weddings for all of these years. My theme and color palette were not your typical wedding. It was beautiful, lush, and romantic…yes. But not cookie cutter in any way.

Carrie and her team worked their tails off designing with me for our special day. It was such an exciting process that even my groom was excited to see the finished product! I remember telling him “Look babe! A sneak peak!” And he said “No! This has been such an interesting experience for me I want to see the whole thing when it’s done so I can keep enjoying it!”.

My groom is all “guy” and is a GC so for him to be even remotely excited about a flower, much less a whole wedding of them…well that was saying something! Lol.

Carrie and her team went above and beyond to color match and blend my dreams to perfection. I was waiting to post a review until I had more professional pics back but maybe I’ll circle back and post more when I have them.

I am a person who LOVES sunshine and wants to see the “happy” in life. I asked Carry to bring my high end taste into connection with “happy” and romance. From the moment you entered our wedding, every speck of the florals was on point. Perfection! All of our guests gasped at the beauty and raved about how magical it looked!

All of these years watching Carrie I knew that she takes the every day and makes it extraordinary!

Also, because I’ve done weddings for so long I had several Charlotte wedding vendors as friends and even some in the wedding. They see hundreds of weddings a year and were still “blown away” by how beautiful our wedding was!

I cannot recommend The Flower Diva enough! If you need anything…one perfect stem…or the best “wow factor” you can find…FLOWER DIVA is your company!

I was able to completely trust them with my day.

We are currently having some preserved and some pressed.

Happy…life…romance…luxury…unique. These are the words we heard and are still hearing from guests!

Thank you Flower Diva for making the happiest day of our lives LOOK like the happiest day of our lives. I will never forget this.

So Happy We Used Them TWICE

Carrie and Cate were so amazing and the flowers so perfect for my daughter's 4/19 wedding, we hired them again for my other daughter's 10/20 wedding! She is the best I've ever seen!

Stunning Florals!!!

We highly recommend The Flower Diva to anyone! Carrie was absolutely amazing to work with. She was so personable, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She really listened to us and what we wanted but still offered her great guidance and creative ideas. She created the most beautiful bouquets and floral arrangements that more than exceeded our expectations. Everything was stunning and we could not have been happier with our entire experience with Carrie and her team!

The prettiest flowers in the south east !

I have seen The Flower Diva's work for YEARS and was looking forward to our wedding so I could book her. Carrie, the owner, sat down with me for a long time and we discussed design at great lengths. I left feeling so happy that I had found my one. She is so fun and personable and professional. Carrie has got a vision truly like no other. When we sat down a few weeks before the wedding we decided to only change 4 of the 8 center pieces. The Flower Diva went through great lengths to get them and match them to the colors of our wedding. Our theme was fall- gold and eggplant with hints of oranges, purples, greens, etc, and I had a huge request- I wanted everything dripping in rhinestones. And when I saw mine and my girls bouquets I cried! And when walked into our reception hall, I could not stop gushing over how beautiful the flowers turned out. The Flower Diva and her team knocked it out of the park. The flowers were so magical and breathtaking and the talk of the evening. Everything had just the right amount of sparkle with the right amount of elegance. I could not have imagined or asked for better bouquets or better centerpieces. Everything was prefect. Carrie and her team are the best! The Flower Diva is truly amazing!

Carrie’s work is spectacular! She is incredibly creative and we love everything she created for our wedding. From the bridal bouquets, to our chuppah, to the cake, to the table arrangements, everything was perfect and truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Carrie (The Flower Diva)!!

The flower arrangements that we got from the Flower Diva for our rehearsal dinner and wedding were AMAZING!!! I had absolutely no idea what I was talking about when we did our initial visit, but she totally over exceeded my expectations. She did flowers for our rehearsal dinner, picked them up that night and rearranged them to be used the next day. It was awesome. The bouquets that she made were gorgeous. We received endless compliments on all of the arrangements. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Carrie and her assistants fulfilled our vision for what we dreamed the venue and the reception would look like. The gazebo at the ceremony was lovely. The table centerpieces were just beautiful. The bouquets were all gorgeous and romantic and exactly what the bride wanted. Carrie had such great ideas. Each time we met with her she had wonderful suggestions and creative ideas but she was careful to listen to the bride and make everything just the way she wanted it. Not only is Carrie artistic, she handles the business side of things professionally too making it a pleasure to work with her. I highly recommend the Flower Diva!

To say Carrie provided the perfect flowers for my daughter's wedding would be an understatement. They were beyond gorgeous! We shared the vision of what we wanted the church, bridal flowers and venue,to look like. What she created was beyond anything we could have imagined!
Carrie was a dream to work with, and her creativity is amazing. When my daughter walked into the reception for a "first look", her words said it all. "This is everything I ever dreamed of!"

My experience with The Flower Diva was nothing but the best. Our initial consultation was very detailed with much attention paid to my personal preference in flowers. If she felt certain flowers were not available during the particular season she would give great alternative recommendations. She has a beautiful creative eye and created beautiful bouquets for myself and my bridesmaids paying close attention to detail and personal touches. I will cherish my bouquet for years to come. Would highly recommend !!!!!

Carrie is a Flower genius! She saw my vision and took it to the next level for my wedding day. No Pinterest post could compare to what she delivered! My bouquet was a true work of art with every little detail carefully pulled together. The beauty she created with simple greenery and candles was something I could only have dreamed of. Not to mention her flowers smelled amazing and lasted days after my wedding for me to continue to enjoy. She even took my feedback from my Instagram comments! I’m happy she “gets” me and when I said I loved the “pointy things” she knew exactly how to include that in my flowers.

Carrie was accommodating to the craziness of wedding planning calendars and constant changes and a creative visionary - helping me fine tune details and ensuring I didn’t forget anything. Not to mention - she’s just a great, fun, charismatic person! I love her out of the box way of thinking that led to a true ly unique and personalized florals on our wedding day. She’s one of the best decisions I made during wedding planning! I’d recommend her to everyone unless I need her that day ;)

Words can not begin to describe how breathtakingly beautiful the flowers were on my special day. The flower diva is a true artist. She took my simple ideas and created the center piece of my entire wedding, all while staying on budget. She was professional and warm hearted throughout the entire planning process. She is a true creative talent. In my opinions other florists don’t hold a petal in comparrison to the fairytale flower creations of Carrie! She is the true FLOWER DIVA!

I absolutely loved working with Carrie!! Her work is amazing, and she provided exactly what I was looking for for my wedding reception centerpieces. Flower Diva was amazing to work with for our wedding and reception flowers! Carrie was a lot of fun to work with and spent hours helping to select the best flowers for the color scheme and motif we were planning. She did a fabulous job listening to what we wanted and designing arrangements that were exactly what we needed and more - she made specific suggestions we hadn't thought of that were absolutely stunning for our ceremony backdrop, used again in our reception dining room. I can't say enough about all she did for us. We recommend Flower Diva highly!!

Carrie was referred to us by Gail from Cheesecake Etc. where we got our wedding cake. From the beginning Carrie was amazing and super helpful!! I had my wedding this past October. I love sunflowers, I didn't think that it was sunflower season, so assumed that I was going to have to pick a different set of flowers. Little did I know that the Fall is actually their season. I know nothing about flowers, Carrie's ideas were great!!! She is amazingly creative and I knew that I couldn't wait to see her work on my wedding!! We had a few meetings over the course of the year to finalize everything. She is great about letting you know that a certain flower isn't in good quality to include in the bouquet, so she finds a equal substitute. Day of the wedding I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out!! You will be so happy having Carrie as your florist!!

Don't think twice - book The Flower Diva!!! I met Carrie aka The Flower Diva at a bridal show and immediately connected with her. The moment we walked in the shop, my mom and i were hooked. My wedding was 7 years ago and when I look at pictures I smile because the flowers were everything I envisioned. When we renew our vows, she will be the first one called!! :)

I looked no further than Carrie. She immediately took a sincere interest in what I wanted and helped me to bring the whimsical flair to my outdoor wedding. The flowers were breathtaking and every table had a different arrangement--people are still talking about the work she did and how spectacular the flowers were. The pictures are stunning. My home was beautifully decorated and I look forward to working with Carrie again on future flower needs. She is so much fun!

The Flower Diva did an absolutely amazing job on the flowers at our wedding. It was more than I could have dreamed of. I can't name all the flowers she used but I specifically asked for pink peonies. That was something that I had to have. Everything was to die for! She incorporated all different flowers that complimented the peonies and also added some crystals for sparkle. It looked like it was out of a movie. My girlfriend called it my Blair Waldorf moment which couldn't be more true! Carrie doesn't lie by calling herself THE Flowet Diva...Flower Goddess works too! If you hire her you won't be disappointed!! Trust me!!

Totally obsessed with our wedding flowers by the Flower Diva! Carrie is a true artist. I didn't have requests for any specific flowers, just a color scheme and a Pinterest board with several different bouquets. Carrie knocked it out of the park and our flowers exceeded my expectations.

I chose to use fake flowers for my centerpieces and floral decorations, but decided last minute that artificial just would not do for my bridal bouquet. I reached out to Carrie at The Flower Diva about 2 weeks before my wedding and she was very accommodating and professional. I sent her a few photos and we narrowed down my choice together and she made a few substitutions on flowers due to seasonal constraints. It turned out absolutely BEAUTIFUL and reasonably priced. Thank you Carrie!

The flowers for my wedding were absolutely amazing!! Carrie and the other ladies went above and beyond on the decor and the customer service was top notch. Carrie used her creativity to design our entire wedding from our bouquets/boutineers, table settings and cake table to our arbor and cigar bar (which my husband loved)! I was blown away by everything!!! If you're looking for amazing flowers that won't break your budget, look no further! Thank you for making my wedding day extra special!

Words to describe Carrie- AMAZING, AWESOME PERFECT WOW JUST AMAZING! I walked in to plan my wedding and just told her I wanted pink and bling and Carrie made my reception room look amazing. It was everything I wanted. Carrie is fun and creative and knows how to make a girls day just perfect. My bouquet was the prettiest thing I have ever seen. It was amazing. Carrie and her team are AMAZING!!!!!! She not only delivered in person, herself, our flowers to Chapel Hill, they were the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen. She took my vision and brought it to life, and made it affordable! she made sure to tell me which flowers lasted in heat (August wedding) and which ones traveled well, and which ones were affordable but still looked amazing and expensive. She is so fun, and super easy to work with. She made the flowers for our wedding and my shower, and both were so great. Go with Carrie- The Flower Diva! :)

The Flower Diva rocks!!!! I had a very clear idea in my head of the flowers I wanted for my wedding day. I had a consultation with Carrie and she knew all the right questions to ask. She was very informed and was a great floral consultant as well as designer. She had some fabulous ideas and even helped me name my floral wedding theme "Fabulous Garden". Throughout my engagement I changed my mind a few times and she was always patient and wanted to do whatever it took to make me happy on the wedding day. Carrie also did a good job of helping me stick to my budget while trying to maximize what I was able to get. The day of the wedding I was brought to tears at the beauty of the flowers. They were truly breathtaking. Everyone in the room was commenting on how beautiful they were. I would HIGHLY recommend The Flower Diva to all future brides - she is the BEST!!!!!

Carrie did an amazing job with our rustic mountain wedding! She took exactly what I wanted and used her creative genius to bring it to life. She worked with us from the time we picked her and made a million and one changes. We are so grateful to have had her. She let us use many of her vases, lanterns, ect. and the set up crew was incredible. They took complete control and insured that everything was perfect. The quality of the flowers was amazing, nothing was wilted, everything was fresh and beautifully arranged. Thank you so much Carrie!! We can not rave about you enough

Carrie is amazing. We met with her to design our wedding as flowers were the main decor. She was so creative, friendly, bubbly, and flexible. She worked so hard to help us get fabulous creations within our budget. My guests were in awe of her creations and couldn't stop raving about them. I'll always return to The Flower Diva for my flower arrangements. The final products were beautiful and I can't thank her enough.

Carrie did a fabulous presentation for my daughter's wedding. When we met for the consultation, the bride had an idea of what she wanted and explained it to Carrie. I was so pleased when I saw the flowers the day of the wedding, it exceeded our expectations. Carrie not only set up everything, she waited until after the ceremony and moved the heavy outdoor displays to the reception venue. She suggested a mix of three kinds of centerpieces ranging from tall with hanging motives to a mix of different lanterns for a rustic but elegant look. This look continued on the mantle of the fireplace, with magnolia leaves and hydrangeas and candles. I loved all the candle she used it gave the room a soft romantic feel. The brides and bridesmaids bouquet were stunning. If I lived in Charlotte Carrie would be my florist for every occasion.

My experience with Carrie was nothing but wonderful! I have never been much of a flower person, but that is just because I didn't realize all the different flowers that actually exist.

A month before my wedding, I decided I wanted to completely change up everything we were doing for the floral design (arrangements, flowers, etc.). I felt awful doing this, but after lots of research I had finally figured out what flowers I actually LOVED! Carrie met with me and was such a trooper as she helped me change everything.

I even had a picture from pinterest of this floral arrangement on top of a candlestick, that Carrie was able to use as inspiration for some of our reception centerpieces. I loved the fact that she didn't copy the exact design but instead make it the same concept with her own spin on it. That is the sign of a true artist! :)

I was even pleasantly surprised when I noticed some of the leaves in my bouquet were gold! I realized that she totally got my vision even down to the small details that only I would notice.

The day of my wedding I was blown away by how beautiful all of the flowers looked and came together. Our theme was gold and pink 1920's old hollywood, and she helped pull off this design perfectly!

Carrie is AMAZING, and I highly recommend her...even if you think you aren't a "flower person" like I thought I was (she completely changed my mind)!

Rosie & Carrie were amazing to work with! They gave me creative ideas such as using leftover lace from my dress within my flowers and so on. I have a huge talent crush on Carrie and Rosie! My husband and I met Carrie a couple of years ago way before we got engaged. We wandered into her shop and she had such an effervescent personality we never forgot her. I never second guessed who my florist would be! They are so much fun to work with and so creative. My bridal bouquet was breathtaking- I wish I could carry it with me everyday! I will be the first to admit that planning for the flowers was undeniably the most daunting aspect of the entire wedding planning process for me. I met with Carrie and Rosie at the Flower Diva apprehensively, as I did not know the first thing about flowers. All I was able to do was show pictures of what I thought was appealing. From that alone, Carrie and Rosie completely understood my taste, and after several hours of planning floral arrangements from the start of the ceremony, through the cocktail hour, until the end of the reception, we developed the vision and I felt significantly more comfortable and confident. The Flower Diva was the one and only florist that we had met with, and the decision to move forward without looking elsewhere was an easy one.

When we saw the entire vision come to life at our wedding, we (and all of our guests) were completely blown away. The level of attention to detail is paramount. I could go on incessantly raving about the quality of the flowers and all of the arrangements, but above all, Carrie and Rosie have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are reliable, responsive, and true perfectionists. Not once did I ever lose faith in them to produce exactly what I had expected. We also connected so well with them on a personal level when we first, which was only an added benefit!

I will most definitely plan to reach out to Carrie and Rosie to enhance our FUTURE events. I would recommend The Flower Diva at the utmost highest level.

Carrie and staff are are by far the best florist in Charlotte! She has an amazing eye, is creative, fun and always excited to do anything for you with a smile! I loved my bouquet, the jewels and bling that she added were stunning! My girls bouquets and calla Lilly bouts were precious... Our church altar arrangements were gorgeous and exactly what I wanted!
Our tall pilsner hydrangea pale pink and pale green center pieces at the Charlotte City Club were absolutely perfect, floating candles with rosé petals- simply amazing! We loved everything and our guests raved about them! She added votives, bling and it was the romantic, elegant feel that I wanted for my day!
Brides- put your full trust in Carrie... she will not steer you wrong.....when she says you need linens to make something pop on a table---Put the extra money towards it, and you will be so thrilled! Thank you for the details you added to my flowers. There are so many flower vendors out there that don't add those little touches. You however fit the flowers to the wedding and it was very much appreciated. My favorite was your addition of the hops to the boutiners for my husband. Carrie did an amazing job on the flowers for our wedding. Everyone commented on how gorgeous they were. During the planning process, she made excellent suggestions that added to the beauty of the day. She suggested that we use herbs in the bouquets and it was perfect. She also suggested that we rent these fantastic candelabras that she owns. We used them at the alter, and they were more cost effective than floral arrangements and set the perfect mood. Carrie is the Flower Diva. With any budget she will make your event beautiful. She is willing to think outside the box to help you create your floral and design vision. Our flowers were delivered as ordered and on time on our wedding day and was one thing we never had to stress about. Carrie came highly recommended after doing our friends' wedding and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone for their special day!

I really enjoyed working with Carrie and her team. They were fun, professional, consultative and the flowers we so beautiful. My fiance and I had visited several florists and were becoming frustrated in our experiences, but The Flower Diva changed that for us. With seven weeks to go before the wedding she worked with me to ensure I got what I liked, while making suggestions for pieces that would compliment our overall presentation. I had so many compliments on the flowers and wouldn't change a thing about what we picked. I will be going back to Carrie again and again for my floral needs. Very wonderful to work with. My only complaints are my bouquet was very pricey and all the bouquets ribbons were soaked when they arrived and dripped quite a bit.

Quality of flowers was excellent. It is evident that Carrie loves what she does. I knew NOTHING about flowers and even considered not having any for my wedding (I don't really like flowers). The flowers that Carrie suggested and created were perfect and added a classy element to our wedding.

Our flowers were beautiful; however, I was expecting larger arrangements and I had asked for vintage pieces for the flowers to sit in and I wasn't very happy with the pieces - that was probably my fault for not checking in on what they would look like. Also, I requested ribbons on a pergola and paid way too much money for what the outcome was - I could have done the same thing for a 10th of the price.

The Flower Diva is a fun, energetic company to work with. Carrie has tons of experience and insight to help plan your event. I think my problem was that I set to many restrictions and didn't allow her to be creative. So let the expert do their job - that's my best advice!

I used wedding diva for a rehearsal dinner. The flowers were delivered and were nothing like what was talked about beforehand. Skimpy arrangements and not done to specification. Upon a call a couple of hours before the dinner they did come back out with more flowers and different containers and redeemed themselves. It was very stressful.
