I cant say enough about English manor. Lisa is top notch....... when she called to say I wouldn't have wedding on 11/3 without power theres not much to can do right? WRONG ....... not at the English manor they had a plan, they had already gather dates we could have it. THey held our ceremony outside that morning, got my dj and photographer to come. All of these people did not power and still showed up to make my wedding day special. We decided to have our reception on 4/27 and it was everything and more. lisa re went over every detail of my wedding down to my wedding cake that was unbelieveable. I would like every to visit the English Manor you will fall in love with there grounds and there service is top notch ! THank you English Manor for two prefect wedding days !

When we were engaged we went to countless wedding sites and then we came upon The English Manor which I saw in a magazine add. When I first got there I had already fallen in love with the site then we went to the grounds in the back and it was absolutely beautiful we had our tour with Lisa and she was great you can tell she is committed to making each and every wedding special. A few weeks before the wedding we met our maitre D and she was absolutely fantastic. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch after being so nervous the day turned out even more beautiful and perfect than I can ever imagine. The staff was great and the food was great !! People had even called me after complemented how great the food, staff were and how beautiful the place is. I even had some people talk about having their wedding there I recommend this place 110% Thank you to the English Manor for making my dream wedding come true!!!!!

Our Wedding was absolutely perfect! We held the ceremony and reception there and it worked out beautifully. The pictures we took in the bridal suite, grooms suite and outdoors are stunning. My guests raved about the food, everything was delicious and served at the right temperature. Our maitre'd Joann and head server Sylvana were attentive and paid very close attention to detail. The cocktail hour was incredible and every guest was (happily) shocked that second helpings were offered! Another thing that we were impressed by was the fact that the remaining food is donated to a local shelter, this was important to us.I would not change a thing about our amazing day..Thanks to everyone art the English manor for making our day so magical.

Perfect does not even begin to describe our experience at the English Manor. From the day we signed our contract to the day we were married everyone went above and beyond. When we decided that morning, March 23, to have our ceremony outside Nancy was planting tulips to have some flowers out for the ceremony. Joanne was our Matre'D and she was fabulous. I could not have asked for a better experience the day of my wedding, everything was taken care of and ran as smooth as possible. The wait staff was professional and attentive and the food was fabulous. We were treated like family and it meant the world to us. A week after our wedding we are still getting compliments on everything from the food to the service and we have English Manor to thank for everything!

We recently got married at the English Manor and it was fantastic. This has to be one of the best venues in the area. Our entire experience has been one of excellence. My guest are still raving about the food and how they were treated. The food is very good....not your typical wedding food.....also there is tons of food. The asked guests if they wanted second of the entree. Our Maitre d (Joanne) was great....she made sure we had everything we needed and all our guest were taken care of. Overall our experience was A++++ I told my husband I want to do it again for our 25th Anniversary. Thank you!!!

My husband and I had our reception at the English Manor. Frist off, the grounds were beautiful. Our wedding was on November 23, and with not many leaves left on the trees, our photos came out absolutely beautiful. The staff was so attentive. My mother told me she had a certain drink that she wanted throughout the night, and my maitre de made sure to have a waiter making my mom that drink for the rest of the night. That made a huge differene to me! My husband and I never wanted for anything, they were so good to us. We had it decorated for Christmas, inside and out, and they did an amazing job at that. Everything was just how we would want it. Thank you guys so much!

My husband and I got married at The English Manor on November 17, 2012. I fell in love with The English Manor the first time I saw it on Wedding Wire and I LOVE it even more after my wedding. The staff at The English Manor is like no other. They honestly put 120% into every aspect of your wedding and they do it with such passion and ease. They make your planning so easy that you feel like you should be doing more but you don't have to they have it covered. The English Manor grounds are like getting married in your backyard but way more beautiful. The food is beyond delicious. My husband wants them to send him weekly meals because it is just delicious. The day after our wedding all our guests were calling and saying what a great time they had, how beautiful The English Manor is, and asking if you could just go there for dinner because the food was so good.
I can't stress enough how easy my wedding planning was between The English Manor and Elite Entertainment and Digital Images. I did not have to stress one bit.

We had our ceremony and reception at The English Major on 10-7-12. It is an extremely beautiful place and the staff overall are very helpful and friendly. All our guests kept complimenting on what a beautiful venue it was and it had a feeling of 'home' which is what my fiancé and I were looking for in a wedding venue. The food was also very delicious and everyone loved how they came around with seconds and thirds. I would totally recommend this venue.

We got married at the English manor last month and it was literally perfect! The women that work there are so accommodating and willing to offer any support or recommendations at any time during the planning process. They had awesome food and we had so many compliments! The day was beautiful and the grounds were well maintained and organized. It was everything I hoped my wedding day would be!

When searching for a venue for my wedding, The English Manor instantly stole my heart. I always imagined getting married outdoors, and when I visited the venue, I knew it was where I wanted to be married right away. The gardens are absolutely stunning and the outdoor ceremony spot was perfect. The location for an outdoor cocktail hour on the deck was fantastic. All of my guests have raved about how gorgeous it was!

The reception space was beautiful and did not require additional decorations to what was already there. The space was a perfect size for my wedding of 160 guests. The food here was delicious. The cocktail hour had SO much food and variety that some of my guests thought it was the main dinner. They weren't aware that they would be treated to even more wonderful food after!

I cannot speak enough about how great it was to work with the staff at this establishment. My maitre de, Joann, was wonderful to work with, but anyone on staff was able to assist me at any time. Everyone was so patient and helpful with all my questions. To this day, I still can't get over how easy this venue made my wedding planning. It truly is a one-stop-shop for everything- ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, food, cake, all accompanied by beauty and style. In the days leading up to the wedding, I was at ease and fully confident that the staff had every detail of our wedding day under control.

I honestly can't think of one thing I regret about this venue. The English Manor is definitely the perfect choice for a wedding venue and I would recommend it over and over again!

The English Manor is a beautiful place to have your wedding! The staff and our Maitre D Kim helped us to create the most beautiful beach setting possible! The food was also excellent..although as a bride I didnt eat much but our guests were raving about the cocktail hair and how many choices were available. They also loved that they could try both dinner entrees! We had a blast at The English Manor and would recommend them to all brides and grooms looking for the perfect place for there wedding! They truly have a way of making you feel special!

The English manor was by far the best decision we made for a venue for our wedding. From day one they were nothing but helpful and kind. The minute we walked into the venue it felt like "home" Everyone at the EM was so helpful, any time we would call we would get responses quickly and above and beyond what we needed. I don't even know where to start. Matt and I got married at The English Manor on Friday July 27th. When looking for venues The English Manor was my first pick. Thinking we could not afford it, we looked at other places. Not liking any of them, my mom said lets go take a look. I made an appointment with Kelly, who was great to work with. The Gardens are picture perfect. The whole place is elegant. Matt and I knew this is were we wanted to get married. JoAnn was our Maitre D. She was amazing. I can't begin to describe how wonderful and perfect she made our wedding day. It's so nice to work with people that you can tell LOVE their job, and that she does. Thank you to EVERYONE at The English Manor! That will be a day Matt and I will never forget!

We were unfortunately struck with some sad family news a few days before the wedding. It had reached the point where my fiancé and I were more depressed than excited for our day. On the night of our rehearsal, the general manager (and ANGEL!) Lisa, brought us into the bridal suite for a chat. After a tearful embrace, she assured us that she would do everything in her power to make sure our day became the day we had both imagined: magical, romantic, and most importantly happy. She encouraged us to let go our feelings of guilt and grief and comforted us by saying everyone would want us to enjoy and be happy for our wedding. We were deeply moved and impressed with just how much she cared about us.

Our Wedding… the heavens opened up and showered us with tears of joy (quite literally!). My dreams of a garden ceremony were not happening! I had made my peace with it…I looked at it this way- I was marrying my best friend that day no matter what, rain or shine! It was adorable to see Laura more disappointed than me! The day ran flawlessly….from a gorgeous ceremony in the ballroom, to a fantastic cocktail hour (complete with Mini Grilled Cheese Sandwiches! Yum!), to a delicious dinner in the majestic ballroom. Our friends and family are still RAVING about how delicious everything was and how efficient/helpful the entire staff was!

The English Manor gave my husband and I the wedding we had always dreamed of; tons of memories that we will treasure and speak about for years to come. The staff (especially Laura and Lisa) were top notch professionals who genuinely love what they do, considerate, sensitive to a bride and grooms wants and needs- willing to do whatever it took to make our day special, upbeat, and happy…completely surpassing all of our expectations!
