We hosted our Women's Fellowship Brunch on Feb 23, and the food and service were OUTSTANDING! The staff was friendly and did their best to accommodate all our requests. Ours is an annual church event and we would CERTAINLY consider hosting it with the Crystal Room again. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH. I wanted to mention our contact person by name, but forgot it - we want to THANK YOU too for leading a great team! Korey and her staff were hands down amazing got married here 5/23/2019. The place was great for pictures that's why we picked this place. The food was amazing everyone enjoyed and are still talking about it. The staff met all of expectations and did an amazing job with our vison nailed it. My husband and I would definetly recommend this place to others. Thanks again Korey for everything.

My husband and I recently got married on March 10th this year. We had an absolute beautiful ceremony and reception to follow. The staff was courteous, attentive and kind. There were no mishaps, and everything went off without a hitch! I was so impressed by how flawlessly everything went, we didn't have to worry about anything but enjoy ourselves!

On the next note, the food was amazing! Everything was wonderful, from the hor d'overes, dinner, cake and the chocolate fountain! I received so much feedback from our families and friends, that the food was the highlight of the evening!

When we starting planning, we worked with Korey, an she was able to guide us through each step in the planning process, and always answered any questions that we had as well. When the big day came, she was able to guide my Husband and I throughout the entire evening, like when the introduction was, when to cut the cake, first dance etc. We never felt overwhelmed during this process.

Overall, I would definitely recommend The Crystal Room to any couples looking for an smaller wedding, with the closest of family and friends, and looking for something upscale, but still budget friendly as well.

I cant say enough great things about The Crystal Room. Korey was a great contact and was great with all my requests. I changed my mind many times and she always went with those changes with a smile on her face. The reception was decorated beautifully. I gave Korey free reign on decorating as she saw fit with the items I provided. I couldn't have done any better. The food was awesome. I can't even count how many people came up to me who stated that this was one of the best weddings they have attended. you won't be disappointed!

We had our wedding at the Crystal Room in May 2015, and really recommend this venue to anyone getting married in CT. It started out well during the planning process when Korey was very accommodating as neither I nor the groom were in CT, so my family had to do most of coordination that had to be done in person (almost everything could be done by phone or email once the venue was finalized). Korey was very responsive to emails and helped out with every detail I had any questions about. You are able to get a package that includes everything, or you may choose to get your own DJ, limo, etc. We chose the all-inclusive package. The venue was perfect since it had the outdoor ceremony garden area we were looking for, along with the outdoor cocktail hour, and then the beautiful reception hall that had a nice size dance floor we really wanted. The food was tasty, and there was plenty of it. Guests all had a great time and told us this was the best wedding they've ever been to. Korey was great with the rehearsal too, as she helped guide us through everything since our officiant couldn't make it to the rehearsal. Korey and the staff were really helpful on the day of the wedding. In addition to setting everything up as we discussed, they were by our side and asking us if we needed anything. I remember Korey finding a ring pillow right before the ceremony and making sure that the ring bearer got it (since we forgot to get it to him). She asked if we needed food or drinks throughout the evening. She unlocked the bridal suite when we needed it, and was available all night long to assist with any of our needs. It really made everything run smoothly and knowing that Korey and her staff were nearby made everything stress-free for us, so we could actually relax and enjoy the wedding. Everything was great, and we cannot thank the Crystal Room and the staff for making it so wonderful for us. We hope we get to attend someone else's wedding in the Crystal Room in the future.

There IS no other place to have your wedding. The Crystal Room and their staff were extraordinary!! The food was out of this world. ALL my guests raved about the food. I have been to many weddings and the food at The Crystal Room was better than eating at a 5 start restaurant. There should be no other choice for anyone. The grounds are beautiful, there are plenty of places to take photos, everything is available to you including the cake, photographer, DJ, Limo and so much more!! Do yourself a favor and go talk to Cory at The Crystal Room and free up more time to concentrate on what is really important!!! Each other!!!

Korey was awesome from day one. She was always available (phone, email, in person) to answer all our questions and was incredibly helpful during the planning process. Our package included our wedding cake, DJ, and one Limo. We also added an outside cocktail hour.
The limo, grounds, and facility were very clean. The grounds were decorated beautifully with the mums and pumpkins for fall. The outside cocktail hour was awesome! Our guests were able to mingle during the cocktail hour while watching the wedding party have their photos taken.
Korey did an excellent job of decorating the hall, just as we asked, with the decorations and centerpieces we provided. The centerpieces and decorations were set up just the way we had envisioned. We chose the family style package which is not offered in many places. The food was excellent from the hors d'oeuvres to the antipasto to the main dish. The DJ did a great job getting everyone on the dance floor, and helped our day run smoother with announcements and special requests.
We've gotten many complements from our guests, of all ages, about the food and the atmosphere. Everyone had a great time! Korey, Clarissa, and staff were attentive to all of our needs and always seemed to be there when we needed them throughout our day. They helped make our reception everything we wanted and more! We wouldn’t have had it any other way!:) We totally recommend the Crystal Room for any function!

This was such a great wedding venue – I don’t think we have any complaints about anything. They were incredibly flexible and accommodating from the very beginning with all of the planning, and were so great on our wedding day. They provided the cake, the limo, the DJ, and so much more – which took a lot of the planning stress off of us (exactly the kind of place we were looking for).

The coordinator, Korey, was great throughout everything. We really wanted to have the ceremony in the outdoor gardens, so when it began to rain the afternoon of our wedding we were so bummed. But as soon as the rain looked like it would let up everyone at the venue quickly to set up outside so we could have our ceremony out there. They did such a beautiful job setting up so quickly – they even provided umbrellas to us and some of our guests who didn’t have them when it started to sprinkle again. On top of that, they arranged to have hair dryers brought to the venue so they could dry off my train after the ceremony was over!

The waitress who was assigned to the wedding party was so great. We were able to have all of the appetizers and drinks we wanted during pictures. All of our guests raved about dinner, too. The prime rib cuts were huge, and all of the food tasted great.

The limo driver they provided was also great. There was a major accident on I84 West the day of our wedding, so he took backroads from Southbury to get us there.

We had a lot of crazy things going on the week and day of the wedding and were not able to get our seating cards and table labels to them before people started to arrive. They handled this situation perfectly and put out their own table labels, then escorted all of our guests to their tables. We asked our guests later and no one even realized that anything went wrong, and loved not having to search for their table.

We are so happy with our choice of venue, and I cannot say enough good things about this place.

WANT TO SAY THANKS TO THE CRYSTAL ROOM AND EVERYONE THAT WORK AT MY WEDDING AND MADE IT GREAT FOR EVERYONE .CORY IS GREAT SHE ALWAYS MADE IT EASY FOR US SHE WENT OVER THE TOP TO MAKE ARE DAY WONDERFUL THE FOOD WAS VERY VERY GREAT I BEEN TO SOME WEDDING AND THE FOOD SUCKED BUT HERE IT WAS LIKE AT HOME REAL GOOD .THE OWNER WAS NICE MADE SURE WE HAD TOP LIQUOR AND THE BEER NOT LIKE OTHERS THAT WILL HAVE ONE OR TWO GOOD LIQUORS THEY HAD IT ALL .THANKS TO EVERYONE THERE

The staff at The Crystal Room is very accomodating and alot of fun !
My wedding was beautiful and I am still thinking about the delicious food! I was married on New Years Eve and the Christmas Tree was still up ! It was so nice !

They did a GREAT job! So many guests said it was the best wedding they'd been to. The ceremony was beautiful, the food was delicious, and all the details were perfect! I highly recommend The Crystal Room. Their packages include DJ, cake, limo, linens, a hotel suite... so many extras! It was nice having everything together like that. The staff went above & beyond to make our day special. I can't say enough nice things about them!

They are very nice people, they food is excellent. Everone enjoyed this venue.

We would have to say that we were very pleased with the Crystal Room!! My husband really wanted PBR (Pabst Blue Ribbon) and they were able to make that happen which made my husbands evening, other than the fact that he just married me of course!! All our guest still talk about our wedding and the food a year later. We got married by a JP there and the garden was BEAUTIFUL!! If we decided to ever renew our vows it would definately be there!

We couldn't have chosen a better venue for our wedding! The service was exceptional, the food was amazing, and the cake was the most beautiful cake that I had ever seen. The owners and staff of the Crystal Room really go out of their way to make your day spectacular and beautiful!!

This is a wonderful place to get married. Everything that I needed was included and the service and food was excellent. I recommend this place to all of my friends...

My wedding was absolutely perfect and the honeymoon at their condo was beautiful!

The Crystal Room is incredible! It has a beautiful outside garden with gazebo and bar. Inside, there is an exquisite foyer with a fireplace that leads into a room with with a dozen chandeliers. The food was exceptional. The stuffed sole melted in my mouth and everyone was raving at how big the prime rib portion was. Our price included their house DJ, a wedding cake, outside garden ceremony, and limo services. Best of all, if you have 130 guests, the Crystal Room has a condo in Maui that they will let you stay in for free. It sounded like one of those too good to be true deals but it was real and amazing. We wouldn't have been able to go on such a luxurious honeymoon otherwise. FYI, they are pretty strict about time schedules and leave about a half hour for the rehearsal dinner so make sure everyone is on time.

THe Crystal Room really made my wedding day magical. I was told by my parents everything ran smoothly. From the time we booked the location to the wedding day I felt certain my day was going to be perfect!! The Sit Down Dinner was great (many options ti pick from) THe Bar was full and open at all times. THe DJ played all the requests, and played our music in order. The cake was a hit. THe Limo Driver was at our house on time, and we arrived to chuch as planned. The Limo Driver was very helpful in getting everyone in and out of the Limo, and help getting me ready at the church. I would recommend this location to any new bride.

We loved Pam and enjoyed planning our day with her. A few things were forgoten... our personal waitress durring pictures... We never got a drink or Apps durring this time... guess they forgot... And also Coffee was missed at the tables..
Other than that we had an amazing time... The DJ was fantastic along with the limo driver!
Other than that the grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed everything... we had an amazing night. I would sugest this to other brides... The food portions are still being talked about!

Owners did not make it clear they only accept bank checks or personal checks for payment, and made a big deal of it when it was time for payment. Some of my guests said the bartender had an attitude. We loved the DJ though.
