September sunflowers themed wedding
Our September wedding at the Cotton Exchange was absolutely beautiful and better than we could have imagined! Jenna was wonderful to work with, she was professional, personable, and very responsive. Anything that we requested, she did her best to make it happen. We were in the Cotton Patch room and the space was perfect for our small wedding ceremony as well as reception. Kenny, who was serving food and drinks for our dinner was courteous and attentive. All of our guests commented that the food was delicious and the price was unbeatable! -

Amazing experience
All I can say is wow. The Cotton Exchange was absolutely amazing for our wedding venue. It is such a beautiful and classy space. The owners are kind, the wait staff is professional, and Jenna, their event coordinator is so sweet, considerate, and helpful! Jenna made sure our planning process was easy and stress-free. She was always available through email, text, or in person, whenever we needed. I cannot believe everything was so easy. Not only are the people great, but the food is amazing too. Some of our guests said the food was the best wedding food they've had. I would definitely recommend booking with the Cotton Exchange for your next event. -

A classy place tucked in farmland. Don't let the silo fool you. The event space was recently remodeled, with outstanding food from the attached restaurant. Works for both ceremony and reception, they turn it around seamlessly. Plus room for a live band! Speaker system can even play music from your phone with great quality (we used that for the ceremony music). Jenna, the coordinator, is a rockstar. She can answer any question, or find the answer quickly. Worked with us to make our ideas a reality. She will be an advocate to make your day the best it can be. So many compliments from our guests who had no idea about this hidden gem in Waterford! -
Morgan Sent on 02/11/2018The Cotton Exchange was the perfect venue for our wedding! We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception all at the venue and it was absolutely beautiful and perfect! Robert was amazing to work with and very flexible through the entire wedding planning process. Our guests have nothing but good things to say about the venue space, the food and service! I would highly recommend the cotton exchange to anyone looking for a beautiful venue space, great food and a smooth wedding planning process!

We booked our Oct 11 2025 wedding back in March of 2024. I went to make the second payment only to be avoided at every turn. After almost a full week of being avoided I was finally called by the event coordinator to be informed that due to the event space being "inoperable" we couldn't have our wedding on the 11th anymore. She wouldn't give me any other reasoning. Back in March we had even signed a contract. We could've chosen another day with them but we are backing out of the whole mess and chose a new venue and are now left picking up all the pieces and scrambling to find vendors to cover portions of our wedding they were supposed to. Contracts with them mean nothing and you can't trust a word they tell you.
