It was a great experience. Janine, who helped me, was amazing and very helpful. She listened to what I wanted and provided me dresses that I described to try on. She did not rush me in anyway and I was able to try on as many dresses as I would like. This was the first bridal shop I went to and it was the last!

I had the best experience with Nancy at The Bridal Manor!! She picked a few dresses off the rack that sparked my interest but after that she would go down and choose dresses that went along with what I liked out of each dress!! So happy to say I found my perfect dress all thanks to her!! My wedding was also less than 4 months away and she was so helpful in the process to make sure I’d feel no stress and everything would be here in time!! Overall the best experience! Had dresses for all difference budgets too!!

thought I wanted. I tried on a couple of my "ideas" and decided to ask my wonderful sales lady her opinion. Best thing I could have done. Tried on several beautiful dresses, but nothing really "did it" for me. So I'm standing there thinking I should try my favorite on again. My "lady" pulled out a black gown, I never wear black. Tried it on, thinking this is not going to work, BEAUTIFUL! Love it! THANK YOU! And bought beautiful earrings.

While I did not make my final purchase for my wedding dress at Bridal Manor, it was hands down the best experience of all the stores I tried. Janine was my consultant and she was extremely sweet, not at all pushy and really made the experience extremely enjoyable. Janine listened to what I wanted and really delivered. My mother sister and I could not stop talking about her all day! Highly recommend Bridal Manor and definitely ask for Janine!

Wonderful Experience At Bridal Manor
I bought my dress from Bridal Manor and I could not have been more pleased with the wonderful experience I had there. From my first visit where I bought my dress to my last fitting. My sales associate I was assigned really listened to what I was looking for and came up with a nice selection of dress for me to try on. I ended up falling in love with the first dress I tried on but I wanted to try on a few more just to be sure and they were so accommodating. I ended up putting the first dress back on and knew when my mom and I both started crying it was the one. When we placed my order they told me it could take up to 9 months due to COVID to get it in but to my surprise I got a call only 4 months later that it was in. I went in and tried it on and it fit perfect, I did not want to take it off. I brought it back 3 months before my wedding for my alternations and everyone in alternations was so friendly and helpful. They made the few changes I wanted to the straps and really made it my perfect dress. I loved my dress, at the end of my wedding I did not want to take it off. I got so many compliments on it. I highly recommend Bridal Manor.

After finding a Mother of the Bride dress I loved online; I found out that the nearby Bridal Manor carried the same designer! Their selection of dresses (bridal gowns, bridesmaids, etc.,) was amazing! Janine and Casey so very friendly, attentive and professional, yet never made me feel pressured. Very professional and calm atmosphere and for every appointment made, they were always ready when I arrived! I have to say my favorite person was Emma, an amazing seamstress that made my dress just the perfect fit! She also added her personal touch to a one of a kind shaw she created to match my dress! Affordable plus size dresses you can actually try on
I’m a plus size woman and I was looking for the right dress for my figure but was very discouraged when shopping for the perfect dress for my sons wedding. Many bridal shops don’t have plus size dresses for a woman of my size to try on. Its hard to know by looking at dresses online or on a hanger if it will look write on you. I came across The Bridal Manor online and was so pleased with the many choices they have in plus size dresses to try on and the customer service is fantastic. The owner went above and beyond to make me happy and actually ordered a dress that they don’t carry but ordered in for me to try on in my size and the color I was interested in. Needless to say when I seen the dress and tried it on I fell in love with it. I couldn’t be more happier with the whole process and highly recommend if your a plus size woman look no further this is the shop for you.

Cute little bridal shop
I found this vendor when I saw that my favorite designer was having a sampling of her new collection in their store. The Bridal Manor is such a cute little bridal shop with plenty of wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses, and dresses for all occasions. Every time I came for an appointment they were always so kind and helpful. They made choosing my wedding dress a breeze. Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone!

I cannot thank everyone at the Bridal Manor enough for all their help finding me the perfect wedding gown! I came to them with a short time frame and they managed to go way above any expectation I had about dress shopping. I set up one appointment and left that day finding the dress of my dreams! I also had my alterations done at the Bridal Manor. I only had a couple months to have my dress alterations compelted and they happily worked with my to have everything complete with time to spare. My entire experience was wonderful and I would definitely recommend the Bridal Manor to everyone!

I worked with Nancy at Bridal Manor after shopping for wedding dresses elsewhere I was really dreading going out again. Nancy changed that with her incredible customer service. Without even asking my size, Nancy was able to pick out five dresses that fit me perfectly and fit the brief, half-formed description of what I was hoping to find. She took her time with me. I picked out a dress on the spot, which was a closeout off-the-rack I was able to get a half-price! We had such a wonderful experience that my mom returned to pick out her mother-of-the-bride dress there as well.

They Just Knew
I visited a few bridal shops, but none really understood what I wanted like the lovely ladies at The Bridal Manor did. They showed me the perfect dress for me and made sure I ordered the correct size- alterations were very minimal because of that. They were responsive when I requested status updates, and they made sure I knew when the dress was available for pickup. I did not get alterations there- they booked up quickly. I also got a lovely hairpiece from this shop.

The Perfect Experience!
The Bridal Manor made my first experience wedding dress shopping absolutely perfect! I gave my stylist, Julie, a few styles that I was interested and she prepared the perfect combination of dresses for me to try on. The first dress that Julie picked out for me ended up being the one! Knowing how hard it may be to find the perfect dress on your first day of shopping, I was very surprised at how simple and fun Julie and the rest of the team made the experience feel. An awesome experience
I have nothing but good things to say about the Bridal Manor! They were my first bridal appointment. Erin asked me a few questions at the start of my appointment and, while I really didn't give her much to go on, she immediately pulled several dresses that I LOVED. I had really been dreading dress shopping, but Erin and the Bridal Manor made it into a really enjoyable process. I was put in a private room, I was only shown dresses that were within our budget, and I never once felt pressured to make a decision. I found *the dress* that day, and I got married 2 weeks ago and I'm still obsessing over it. I'm not kidding when I say that I hugged it goodbye before my mom took it back to her house after the wedding. In addition to my dress, my bridesmaids also bought their dresses here. They have a large room in the back with separate changing rooms to accommodate everyone. I cannot recommend the Bridal Manor enough!

My daughter recently got married and she chose The Bridal Manor, for her dress. Mainly because they had private dressing rooms. It was a whole room! The sales girl was fantastic. She listened to my daughter’s likes and dislikes. My daughter selected a few dresses and they were all so beautiful, but then the sales girl brought out a dress that she felt would be the one and it was!! We loved it and bought it. It was our first stop and our last...
We also went back with the bridal party and they picked their dresses there, too. Alterations were not done here, but we did bring the gown back, a week before the wedding, and they steamed it for us. Great experience!!!

Looking for the prefect wedding dress? Run to the Bridal Manor!! I purchased another dress at a different location, I didn't feel like I got the best bridal experience. I felt rushed into buying something which left me with a dress that I wasn't happy with. So I read all the reviews about this place, (yes, from the outside it doesn't look like a place that has amazing dresses) but felt confident enough to schedule an appointment hoping for a better experience. Well let me tell you, I walked out of there with a new gorgeous dress and feeling like I was apart of their family! Monica is amazing!!!! As soon as I walked in the door she could sense my anxiety and quickly dissolved it. I explained to her what happened at the other shop. She gave me the warmest smile and told me not to worry. She knew which dresses worked best with my body type. She took her time with me, made me laugh and definitely made the whole experience a memorable one!! My mother also bought her dress there for the big day and had the same feelings of satisfaction. Their selection of dresses is vast and their store is clean with roomy dressing rooms. We went to 8 different stores looking for a formal gown for my daughter's Sweet 16 party. The selection and staff at Bridal Manor were great. The prices were affordable and she was treated very well by the staff. They also performed alterations that were great and also reasonably priced. Ally was complimented all night on her gown and how perfect it was for her. I will go there first for her prom gowns and when she gets married. I highly recommend this store.

Hands Down, the Bridal Manor is the place to go for your wedding dress & bridesmaids dresses! The staff there is absolutely amazing! Marion, Miranda, & Nora are who I worked very closely with and I must say that they helped to make choosing the dress an easy one! They are VERY accommodating and try to help make your wedding dress dreams come true! They helped me to find the dress that I loved, altered it to fit and make me look beautiful in it, and added to it to make it my own.
Marion is such an amazing, caring woman and she helps to make sure that you get what you are looking for even if they might not have the exact thing in store. I couldn't seem to find the birdcage veil that I was looking for, but they helped me pick one out from a catalog that they had and they got it in for me and it was perfect!
Nora altered my dress to fit me and she made me look beautiful in it. She even made me a bolero that went beautifully with my dress! She is such a sweet, sweet woman.
Miranda was there to help me pick my dress & she added beautiful pick petals to the flowers of my dress to give me the subtle pop of pink that I was looking for in my dress. Miranda was also there the day of my wedding. On my wedding day she brought my dress to me, helped my bridesmaids with their dresses, and was there to help me with my dress and any possible mishaps that may have occurred. She did an amazing job at helping to make my wedding day a stress free day!
The Bridal Manor staff truly is an amazing staff to work with and they truly do make all of your wedding dress dreams come true; they did for me! :) xo

The staff at the Bridal Manor helped me in ordering a dress they did not carry, after the bridal salon I had planned to order my dress from had closed. I also decided to have the dressing service come to my home the day of the wedding - this is absolutely worth the extra cost! I LOVE this shop. I ended up purchasing only my bridesmaids dresses here, but they do have a good selection for bridal dresses as well. Their selection for gowns is smaller than larger places but they definitely carry affordable gowns of high quality. The have a pretty decent selection of bridesmaids dresses with a lot of different color options, and because they provided such EXCELLENT customer service I ordered dresses for my bridesmaids even though I found my perfect dress at another boutique. The dresses came in on time as as ordered, and the women at the shop are always very helpful. All in all, a great experience!

I purchased my beautiful wedding dress from The Bridal Manor in Sewell, and I could not have been more pleased with my decision! All of the staff is so friendly and helpful--from the consultants to the seamstress. One of the consultants pulled my gown for me, and that was it! I cannot possibly rave about The Bridal Manor enough. I was referred to them by a friend of mine who also found her dress there. By this point, I'd visited about four other bridal stores, tried on maybe 25 dresses, and was starting to feel overwhelmed and hopeless. I was immediately excited about Bridal Manor when I arrived - just its outside appearance itself is cute, welcoming, and comfortable. The staff immediately made me feel at ease with their kindness. I brought in a notebook with some style numbers and designers I'd liked online written down. They immediately began searching for those dresses, and while my 2 bridesmaids and I browsed, they also pointed out dresses that seemed to match what I wanted.
You get a private fitting area. You're not stuck in a tiny dressing room and then forced to parade around in front of an entire store of strangers. You get your own room for you and your guests, complete with seating and plenty of mirrors.
There's no time or dress limit. For anyone who is just starting your search - please know that some other places aren't so patient. After visiting places that gave me a limit, or made me feel rushed for daring to want to try more than 2-3 dresses, I was beyond thankful that we could really take our time and consider our options.
I was happier with the dress selection here than anywhere else I'd gone. It was here that I finally found my dream dress!
I requested that the zipper back be removed for a lace-up corset style back, which was no problem. Nikki was my seamstress, and the work she did was AMAZING.
Do yourself a favor and visit them....if you want a personalized, relaxed, happy experience, you'll find it here!

I am very pleased with my experience at The Bridal Manor. The staff is very helpful and committed to customer satisfaction. Their gowns are reasonably priced and they frequently have sales. My bridal gown, 2 bridesmaids dresses, and 3 tuxes were bought/rented from this shop. All of the dresses had to be altered when they arrived. The bridal gown fit perfectly after minimal alterations. I felt like a princess! On the other hand, the 2 bridesmaids dresses were extremely small. Both girls had to have major alterations done in order to zipper them. The 3 tuxes fit the guys perfectly. The shop owner followed up with the seamstress and the tux rental shop to make sure that our detailed order was met. She even went out of her way to find snake skin shoes for my husband because the alligator shoes were no longer available. Throughout this process, the staff kept me updated with the status of everyone's outfit. In the end, everyone looked great on our wedding day! I highly recommend The Bridal Manor.

This shop does not look like much from the outside. But step inside and you will find a cozy place with entertaining woman of all ages. I purchased all of the dresses here, the staff were helpful and professional. Nikki was reassuring at every fitting that she would work until the dress was perfect. And they even managed to fix ny grandmothers headpiece, so it no longer was yellow or falling apart. It looked like a brand new traditional yet modern piece once finished. I loved shopping here it truely was my one stop place for dresses, my shoes, and headpiece!!
I originally ordered my save the dates from a place the reception venue was recommending at the time. However that place closed up shop, and took my parents money and the ordered invitations. When we were looking around the Bridal Manor, my mom saw that they do invitations. The owner was so helpful, and patient with through the whole ordering online process. I would order again from her shop !!

The Bridal Manor is a fantastic bridal shop! The women who work there are incredibly responsive and helpful. They worked with me to find the perfect gown, and helped me to make several custom changes to a gown that I wanted in order to make sure it was just perfect. I ended up redesigning almost the entire gown, and they couldn't have been more patient or helpful! They also arranged our tuxedo rentals and made sure every tuxedo fit perfectly, even staying after hours in order to accommodate our out-of-town groomsmen. The Bridal Manor is also very affordable, and the quality and service you get there is unlike anything you would receive at a large chain. If you're looking for personalized, friendly, and professional service, try the Bridal Manor. I really can't emphasize enough how wonderful this shop is!

I am so glad I discovered The Bridal Manor. I was looking for a more intimate experience when shopping for my wedding dress and that was exactly what I found with them. I tried on dresses in a room upstairs with my small group consisting of my mom, my sister, and my future mother-in-law. This was so much better than trying dresses on in front of complete strangers, like you would experience at a chain like David's Bridal. Miranda was my bridal consultant and she was fantastic. She was upbeat, professional, and reassuring. I found my wedding dress the very first day I went shopping. It was a dress that Miranda had picked for me that was different from what I was looking for, but looked and felt fabulous on, so I knew it was the dress for me. Kudos to Miranda for picking it! I worked with Monica to try on the dress once it came in and she was friendly and helpful...and funny. For alterations for my dress and my girls' dresses, we worked with Nikki. She was talented, efficient, and professional. You can't beat the prices there - my dress came in way under budget. The only issue I had was that I did not know my dress had come in until 3 months later - Michelle left a voicemail in June saying my dress had been in since March and she had tried to leave a voicemail but my mailbox was full. She never followed up after that initial attempt to reach me and let 3 months go by, which I found odd. There was also some disorganization with scheduling of appointments. I booked my alterations appointments well in advance, but I received a phone call in August that I needed to book them asap because September was nearly full. That sent me into a little bit of a panic, but when I called back, they were able to work it all out. Of note, I also bought my veil and my bridesmaids' dresses here. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend them to any bride looking for a more personal, intimate dress shopping experience.

I didn't have a set dress in mind and still fell in love with my dress after trying only 6 or 7 dresses. The person that helped me, Monica, was confident in explaining the dresses and she was the sweetest person to work with. The store in general is not expensive when it comes to dresses. I went to Bridal Manor to find a veil, after not finding one at the store where I got my gown that I wanted. The service was great, and the company they work with for veils can work with you to really give you what you want (I was thinking of having a cathedral length and they would have been able to order a shorter one longer with the same beading for me). They even let me bring my gown in to try on with veils to really make a decision (not sure if they always allow this, I went in on a slow day and took the gown out in the dressing room).

I'll admit that I was concerned that the selection would be limited at Bridal Manor, however, I was pleasantly surprised to find my gown, which had tee-tipped sleeves that some of the better known shops in the Marlton area didn't even have! The shop manager was great, and was willing to help out whenever she could. they also managed to accommodate my schedule when I was driving from the city.
My only negative comments were that the bridesmaid selection was limited to youthful dresses, so I purchased mine elsewhere; and my veil ultimately didn't match my dress, but it seemed like the saleslady was trying to talk me into keeping it. I was obviously unhappy with it, but she told me that b/c it was a custom order, I couldn't receive a refund. They didn't really offer me any other solutions after that.
Otherwise, this is definitely worth stopping through. I was pleased with mostly everything else!

Although I was apprehensive as to what The Bridal Manor had to offer, I couldn't be more happy with my experience. Up until visiting the Bridal Manor I left each wedding dress boutique overwhelmed and stressed out. Olivia, my dress consultant, was friendly and enthusiastic to help! She listened to my needs and had extensive knowledge of inventory and style. Having our own private fitting room was also helpful as I often felt like I was on display at other places. I was so happy Olivia was able to help me find the dress of my dreams and I left a very happy bride.

Not only did they sow the wrong bent on because they Lost the one I wanted (didn’t bother to call me) they never called me to tell me the correct belt came in. After having two years to finish the dress I put it on for my wedding. The belt wasn’t sown on!! We had to use tape !! Imagine having all that time and on my wedding day I get to deal with how to keep this belt in place that should have been sown on and cut to the right length a year ago.

I will never go back
I had a really disappointing experience at The Bridal Manor this past weekend. I had been looking online at bridesmaids dresses and came across Sorella Vita. I was eager to have my bridesmaids try some of the gowns on, so I called The Bridal Manor and made an appointment for just my mom and MOH to do an initial try on. I have six bridesmaids, some of who live far away, so I planned on having everyone come back the following weekend to try on my favorites.
We arrived about ten minutes early for our appointment and no one was in reception. Finally, after several minutes someone greeted us. She showed us where the dresses were and allowed us to shop. We picked out about ten dresses and she took us into the back room where there is a pedestal, a three-way mirror, a couch and a nice fireplace. My mom and I settled down on the couch expecting that my MOH would begin trying on dresses. At that point, another woman came into the room and said "You cannot put them in here! We have a bride coming in at 2pm!". This was a bit off-putting as I had made an appointment for 1:30pm and also happened to be a Bride.
The attendant then took us into a room filled with prom dresses and hung the dresses on the rack among the prom dresses. She pointed my MOH to a 'dressing room' that was the size of a broom closet with only one chair sitting outside of it. She then simply walked away and said "let me know if you need anything". At this point I was visibly frustrated and my mom could see it on my face.
I did not feel that they were invested in helping us since they knew we would not be making a sale on that day. This was a stark contrast to some of the other salons I have visited who helped my MOH get in and out of each dress, talk to us about the style, color and cut, and just overall have a decent level of customer service which The Bridal Manor was sorely lacking. It was incredibly disappointing and we chose to leave without trying on any dresses. I will be sure to never go back.
