Alyssa helped me find my dress at my very first appointment! She was absolutely wonderful and super patient and kind. She made the day so much fun and helped me relax after an appointment somewhere else had made me feel very uncomfortable and defeated. I am so thankful I decided to make an appointment at this store and that Alyssa was my dress consultant. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience -

Alyssa helped me find my perfect dress! She was very accommodating and showed us all the dresses that were in our price range, knew exactly what I was thinking and helped guide me in the right direction. The second I put on “the one”, I immediately knew it and it helped to have the wine on hand!! ❤️❤️ We also got my Mom’s dress here and it was also absolutely perfect and a great price!! -

If you are in the Pensacola FL area, you NEED to visit The Bridal Loft! All the staff, especially Brandi Wallace!! She will help you find the dress of your dreams! She is so friendly and supportive! I'm so happy with my dress! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! -

We had the pleasure of working with Brenda and Brandi here at the Bridal Loft. When my family and I went dress shopping, I set set on wearing a strapless ballgown for my wedding dress. After trying countless dresses and not finding "the one", Brandi walked out with a halter styled fitted gown. It was pretty on the hanger and I was hesitant... turns out, Brandi found my perfect dress! These ladies are a joy to work with and they will give you an unforgettable experience! -

Brenda & Brandy are amazing! They truly care about every bride that comes into the store. I never felt rushed during my time there. As I was doing my wedding dress shopping no other store compared to The Bridal Loft. I tried on several dresses, each a different style and Brenda gave me the pros & cons of each dress on me which I truly appreciated because it just showed that she wanted me to find the perfect dress and feel comfortable and happy in it on my wedding day. From the day I purchased my dress all the way to my last fitting I had the best experience here. -

The Bridal Loft was amazing. They are supportive and caring. They truly help you find the perfect dress for your day. They even try to find pros and help with the decision making when torn between two dresses. Beautiful store, beautiful people that work there. So thankful to say Yes to my dress using them! -

Kathleen Sent on 01/20/2018I had a great experience at the Bridal Loft! She was extremely helpful in explaining the designers they had, the differences in the styles, and the price range. One thing I REALLY liked is after she explained everything she left us to look on our own. She also let me friend clip up the dress for me (some places won't let you do this). She made sure to still come around at the perfect times and was so easily accessible. I'm a little shy when it comes to being honest about what I do and don't like so for me, her managing style was perfect. I found a beautiful dress at a reasonable price and I can't wait to pick it up in March :) -

After several trips around Los Angeles in search of the perfect gown with no luck, I decided to try looking in Florida, where my mother lives. I flew all the way from LA to Pensacola thinking if nothing else, at least I'd have a fun shopping experience with my Mom. BUT, I totally hit the jackpot when I found Brenda at The Bridal Loft. She has an amazing selection of dresses, very reasonable prices, and the store itself is beautiful. My overall shopping experience was more than I could have ever hoped for! They have a perfect dress for every bride! -

After explaining what I wanted, Brenda knew exactly what dress I would like and would look good in. I wanted sleeves added to my dress and after their seamstress finished my dress it looked like it was made with sleeves! My dress was absolutely gorgeous and it's all thanks to The Bridal Loft! I wouldn't get a wedding dress anywhere else but here! Such an elegant store and Brenda is the easiest and nicest person to work with! -

Megan Sent on 04/03/2012I absolutely love that I got to be a Bridal Loft bride!!! Brenda and her girls are just amazing! I had originally seen my dress online and felt that it would be the one...needless to say I was very excited when I saw that The Bridal Loft carried the designer. When I arrived for my appointment I quickly discovered that although they carried the designer, that specific dress was not in stock. I decided to try on some other dresses and was thankful that the consultants listened to me and didn't keep trying to stick me in styles that I was not into trying on. I couldn't get the original gown I wanted to try on out of my mind and Brenda said she could get a loaner for me if I liked. We placed the order for the loaner and once it came in I just knew it was my dress. Brenda was even kind enough to hold on to it a little bit longer so my mom who was coming in from out of town could see me in it. She also picked the perfect veil for the gown, my friends and I like to call her the wedding fairy :-) she just has a way of making everyone look and feel so special for their big day!
The Loft's service didn't stop there! I ended up ordering my bridesmaids' gowns from there too and was so thankful I did!
From making the order to alterations, Brenda and her girls were amazing!!! I'm going to miss not going in and seeing them! I also would like to give thanks to Nina for my alterations, such a sweet sweet woman and she made my gown fit like a glove! -

They also where flexible with payments and alterations where done within a day! They also let me leave my dress there until the day of the wedding and had it streamed and ready to go for me. -

I didn't have an appointment and was treated as though I did. I found my dress, which was a sample, and was able to take it home that day. I brought it back for alterations and was blown away at how experienced their seamstress is. I don't think she even took measurments, yet the dress was perfect when she finished it! -

She was so amazing to me, worked so well with my budget and timing, and really did more for me than I could have imagined. I stayed up the night before my appointment looking through their extensive collections of dresses on the Bridal Loft website, and went in with dress numbers in hand. She pulled every one for me and was so unbelievably patient. My dress was so beautiful and I was so happy I had tears in my eyes driving home. On a side note, there store itself was absolutely beautiful and so elegant, I could have spent all day in there. -

She was super helpful in helping me choose a dress, even footing the bill to have a dress she didn't carry in stores (but from a line she did carry) shipped to the store so I could try it on before ordering it. She went over and above what I expected and her staff is also amazing. The seamstress is so great at her job and very reasonable prices. She made me straps out of extra fabric she had (free for me) that matched my dress perfectly and were exactly what I wanted! I also ordered a rehearsal dinner dress there and they steamed both dresses and even steamed my wedding dress twice after I did my bridal portraits. If you live anywhere nearby or plan on being in the area, you must go to see her first! There is another store on 9 mile is nice, but not as good as Brenda's and the other bridal store in town (i think on creighton) is absolutely terrible so don't even stop by! The owner of that store seems nice, but she is mean and you will live to regret it if you go. Go see Brenda at the Bridal Loft and you won't regret it! I promise :) -

I found my dress after trying on 3 dresses, but to make sure I tried on about 10 more. I found a dress on sale and with free alterations. The shops is small and personable. Very professional. I loved the staff. The steamstress did a wonderful job on the alterations. The dress fit lovely. I felt beautiful on my wedding day even though I needed to loose weight. My last fitting was a week before my wedding and I picked the dress up four days prior. -

I originally went to the Bridal Loft for a bridesmaids dress for a friends wedding and had such a great experience that I went back for my own wedding gown. My only complaint was the outcome of the alterations made to the bridesmaid dress. The fit was all wrong, even after a second try. But as far as a shopping experience, the Bridal Loft is the best in Pensacola! -

Katie Sent on 06/17/2017The Bridal Loft has a large selection of beautiful dresses at a moderate price. I was very happy with my dress shopping experience here and was extremely happy with the dress I purchased. Although my dress was custom ordered for length, it did need a few alterations and here's where things get a little sticky... I got my initial fitting a month before the wedding with their in store seamstress. The seamstress later fell ill and couldn't perform the alterations which were planned. I was not informed that this was the case and didn't find out until I called 1.5 weeks before the wedding to see if my dress was ready for pickup. I had to come in to get another first fitting done a week before the wedding. The owner, Brenda, was very apologetic and accommodating about the situation and tried to do some of the alterations herself, but had apparently misunderstood what was needed and all of the work she did had to be undone. The new seamstress worked quickly- my dress was ready for pickup 3 days later. She told me to come early in case there were any other updates needed. Then when I confirmed the day before the pickup date (the week of my wedding), she says she doesn't think she can make the appointment because she has vertigo and a cataract surgery later that week... I felt bad for her, and hoped that she felt better, but was also scared I wouldn't be able to pick up my dress in time for my wedding and was frankly mad that someone in such poor health had decided to take on such extra work when she clearly couldn't handle it. Her daughter ended up fulfilling the appointment and making the last minute adjustments that were needed- replacing the hook and eye. The day of the wedding, however, the hook and the eye fell off. The whole alterations thing was a bit of a mess. If you purchase your dress at Bridal Loft, I'd strongly encourage you to go elsewhere for any needed alterations.
