  Great selection & helpful staff!

  I used US Tent for my chair and linen rentals. They have a huge selection of linens to choose from! I would definitely try to take advantage of their July sale for the linens. The chair rentals worked out great, as well. Would use for any future events!!

  Everything we needed!

  US Tent Rental came highly recommended by our venue - and since we planned from Michigan, we knew we were going to work with them from the start. They were very comfortable with our venue, which put me at ease planning from afar. They had past floor plans for me to look through, and knew what would best fit the space. I worked with Kyle - and he was super helpful from the beginning. He answered a ton of questions and provided updated invoices quickly! The day-of, everything arrived on time and fit the space perfectly. Without their inventory, our wedding wouldn't have been possible! If you are planning at a venue that requires rentals to come in, look no further - you will be stress-free working with US Tent Rentals!

  Great Experience

  We ended up not needing to use the tent because we had good weather on the day of the wedding, however we chose to go with U.S. Tent Rental because their down payment and rule on when we had to let them know if we needed the tent was the most lenient among others in the area,

  Tent & Experience of My Dreams!

  US Tent helped to make an oceanside Tent look like it was always meant to be there! They offered advice and guidance but also listened to my vision and helped me execute. They were super easy to work with, incredibly reliable and overall I would HIGHLY recommend!

  I ordered most of my linens during the linen sale in July, and it saved me a TON of money! My caterer was in charge of glassware rental, plates, etc., so they were in contact with U.S. Tent, but the process seemed seamless and easy, and the groom and I were totally at ease on our wedding day! Undeniably the best decision we made!

  Great Service & Product

  We used U.S. Tent Rental for our table linens & dance floor rental. The customer service team was extremely helpful in making sure we had all the products needed based on the various table sizes we were working with. They were also very responsive as I asked additional questions along the way & allowed me the flexibility to change # of linens needed based on my last minute RSVPs. It was nice & easy to go into their warehouse and look at options in person too. Very happy with their product & service!

  Outstanding!

  US Tent was hands down the best vendor for our event! I would highly recommend them. They were collaborative and responsive at every turn of the 6 months of planning. Their office staff and field staff were professional and helpful.

  The best choice for all rentals

  US Tent was an excellent choice for our Rentals. Steve was awesome to work with, he coordinated everything through our caterers, so nothing was amiss. When we arrived at the venue, everything had already been delivered and set-up according to our plan. At the end of the evening their staff was courteous, professional and removed all rentals like they had never been there. I can highly recommend this company.

  working with Bill at US tent rental was a great experience. He helped me everything, answered all my questions in a very timely manor, and was always in good spirits. The delivery of all rentals was done well ahead of the wedding and picked up quickly after. They have a great team and I look forward to working with them in the future!

  Weather in FL is not supposed to be 45 degrees. Especially on ones wedding day. Well the folks at US Tent were huge in getting us walls and a heater for our tent. we were still able to have a blast thanks to US Tent being able to come through for us with those last minute additions to our tent order.

  Bill from US Tent is the person to talk with. He handled my initial request for a tent, and we ended up getting chairs, linens, tables, lights, extensions cords, etc. from him. Bill responds to emails within minutes most of the time, and went above and beyond in his service. We had a planner and a catering team review our orders, but it was Bill who spotted a mismatch in the number of linens we ordered verses the number of tables. We would have had 3 bare cocktail tables if it were not for his sharp eyes!! He also handed a lot of last-minute changes in upgrading chairs, changing the size of the tent a week out, and even helping us decide on not having a dance floor based on the place we were having the reception. Any other company would find ways to make you spend more money, but instead Bill helped us and was clearly after the customer service. We had 135 guests at our wedding, and the US Tent team arrived promptly at the time arranged to set up, and was there that evening to take everything down as required by our venue. Thanks so much Bill!

  At the last minute we decided to add more chairs. The owner of our venue recommended US Tent. I'm so glad he did. They were great! Steve was quick to reply and easy to work with. The chairs were reasonably priced, in great condition, and everything arrived on time. They came back to pick the chairs up at the scheduled time too.

  We worked with Sherri at US Tent and she was so sweet! We were looking for silver square chargers for our wedding and she had them! It was about a week or so before our wedding and she was so flexible and was able to rent them out to us even if it was last minute she made it all work for us. She also provided wedding chair covers which was a little bigger than standard size which is exactly what we needed and it did the job! We had looked for so many wedding chair covers to fit our chairs and were starting to get worried and then heard of this place and they had it! We were so grateful.
