loved my cake and cookies for my bridal shower!

Daniela is one talented young lady. If the pictures of her cakes aren't enough to convince you, I can tell you that all other aspects of doing business with her were equally as good.
She is a delight, extremely talented and man her bombettes are amazing too!

Best bombe in ontario.
From start to finish is a first class experience.

Daniela was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond what we ever could have imagined! The cake was amazing and I was shocked when people where even asking to take home some do the extras! There was a bit of a mix up of delivery time but she was sweet enough to wait around till the coordinator arrived instead of just leaving the cake out in the blazing sun! Which we can't even explain how much we truly appreciated it! She is amazingly talented and the amount of compliments we got on the cake was never ending!

Deciding to go with Daniela for our cake was one of the easiest decisions we made for our wedding. At our cake tasting, we knew right then and there her cake was THE cake to serve. We ordered the ferrero rocher flavour (my husband inhaled it at the tasting) with butter cream frosting (best butter cream frosting I've ever had) as our topper as well as mini cupcakes with a variety of this flavour, vanilla and red velvet for our guests. The cakes were all beautifully displayed on a cupcake tower Daniela set up a few hours before our event... and the cakes were devoured entirely :)

Daniela was incredibly professional, offered design and portion suggestions, and made us feel very comfortable since she clearly had a lot of experience and didn't try to up-sell us on anything. Go get cake from her!!

We found Sweet Regards on this website and she turned out to be such a fantastic baker and so helpful on our wedding day.
Her sweets are unbelievably good and so fresh. She is fantastic at decorating cakes and her ability to create anything you ask of her is amazing. She created our cake topper of two love birds in a nest just from a picture I sent her. She captured the rustic look in our cake and she made our cake pops and macarons so cute looking. She also created our cookie favour from a picture and got it spot on.
We love her work so much and she is so accommodating. We can't say enough about how wonderful this company is and how talented Daniela is.

Daniela has not only provided excellent customer service but she has demonstrated excellent drive and motivation for the work she does. My husband and I a vision and she took it to a whole other level. Daniela, words cannot express how grateful I am for everything you have done. I will be coming to you for all occasions. My husband and I were so happy with our wedding cake. Not only did it look amazing, it tasted great too! The staff at Sweet Regards really took the time to understand our vision for the cake and came up with different designs and flavours, which we were able to view and taste before we made our final decision. Sweet Regards really made the experience enjoyable and not the stressful one it normally is. The level of customer care was very refreshing and we would reccommend this shop to anyone looking for a high quality cake. My husband and I will definitely be referring family and friends to this shop.

After going to many cake places, this one was by far the best experience. My fiancé and I were welcomed into the shop and were able to sit down with Daniela and talk over the design for our cake. It came out beautifully, nothing like we had imagined, but even better than either of us thought. the only regret is we did not buy enough cake, our guests ate everything!!!!!!!!!!!!

After my cake person cancelled on me 6 weeks before my wedding, I was scrambling to find someone who could execute my vision but not cost an arm and a leg! Where do I start with Daniela!? First off, her studio is gorgeous! I knew instantly when I walked in that this girl put a lot of love and passion into her work. She sat me down on a beautiful plush couch and presented me with a huge plate full of sample cake flavours - each one was better than the next! She is not only a talented baker, but also a talented cake designer. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and when I saw the finished product on the wedding day, it was executed beautifully - above and beyond what I could imagine! The best part was that she is so easy to work with and will work around your budget. My guests loved the cake and I am excited to eat the top tier that i've frozen on my first anniversary. Thanks Daniela!! :-)

I was blown away at a tasting consultation with Daniela back in January 2014 and booked her the day after because of her great price and awesome-tasting cake, then...

Firstly, I had to e-mail Daniela in our wedding month repeatedly to get a sketch of our cake after I'd sent her pictures of other cakes; she repeated what we had already discussed, that the pictures I sent were of fondant cakes but I requested a buttercream frosting. I told her, again, that I understood the design wouldn't look the same but I would like the piping and cushion design with buttercream frosting anyway. She sent me a detailed invoice back with my requests, but no sketch.

Secondly, I had to e-mail her the week of my wedding to remind her that I hadn't paid the invoice in full. (This was stupid on my part, but I thought it was better to be honest.)

Finally, when my husband and I arrived at our reception hall on the day of the wedding, we were shocked to find a plain cake with two large sugar flowers on it rather than the cake designed the way we had asked! Only when I e-mailed Daniela the next day did she let me know that the design I requested wasn't working out (she blamed it on the buttercream) and she had to smooth everything out and put the flowers on instead at no extra charge. She apologized and sent me another e-mail a week later asking if I could come in to receive a partial refund and a complimentary bombe, but I didn't respond because I felt like whatever partial refund she would give me wouldn't be worth the hour-long drive.

If the design I selected was so impossible, Daniela should have been honest about her inability to make the cake instead of stringing me along until it was too late. I found her actions leading up to the wedding unprofessional and I would recommend that brides pay a bit more to get what they want and deserve on their wedding day. If you do decide to go with Sweet Regards, I truly hope you have a better experience than I did.
