Swan Club exceeded every expectation I had for my April 2025 wedding. The team was warm, professional, and incredibly experienced, guiding me through every step of the planning process with confidence. In the week leading up to the wedding, communication and attention to detail were outstanding, and the day itself ran seamlessly. Guests raved about the food and beautiful décor, and all of my vendors worked effortlessly with the staff. I’m especially grateful to the Swan Club staff, including Pat and Diana, for helping execute such a perfect and memorable day. I cannot wait to come back to Swan Club to attend future celebrations.

Pat (maitre’d) and Diana (bridal attendant) were absolutely phenomenal! The day was absolutely flawless thanks to these two and their amazing staff.

We met with Pat twice before our wedding and he put us at ease right away. He simplified the whole process and made what could have been a very stressful day, easy as could be. He was exceptionally responsive, always one step ahead of everything and was able to meet any request (no matter how complicated). I have no idea how he does it but he made the whole day run so smooth and made it all look effortless. It truly felt like he went above and beyond and we could not be happier with everything he did for us. I could honestly write paragraphs about all of the ways he is the most wonderful maitre’d ever but I think I might exceed the word count.

From the moment I arrived on my wedding day to the moment I left, Diana was there to make sure we had anything we needed. From delivering lipgloss and advil to bustling my dress and putting on my veil, she was there to help with everything. She always knew exactly what we needed and did it all with a positive attitude.

These two and the rest of the staff at the venue truly made our day perfect. I’m so grateful for them and all that they did for us!

We recently attended a family wedding at this venue, and the experience was absolutely outstanding! The space was beautiful, the food delicious, and the service impeccable. From our first tour of the venue we knew right away this is where we needed to get married. The grounds are gorgeous, the reception rooms are stunning, especially when you see the sunlight coming through the windows. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our maitre d, Pat, and our bridal attendant, Diana. Pat was 3 steps ahead of any question I could have even asked, he knew exactly how to run a stress free wedding. He remembered every detail, and made sure every one of my guests were having the night of their lives. Diana was a rockstar. She made sure we ate and drank throughout the night, she brought us mini fans while we were taking photos so we didn’t look sweaty in the beautiful perfect sunny day. I highly recommend using the swan club for your wedding. All around it was absolutely perfect, I have no notes!!!

We recently celebrated our wedding at Swan Club on the Harbor, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The cocktail hour was held outside and we lucky enough to have the most perfect weather !! The beautiful waterfront setting created the perfect backdrop for our guests to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the entire evening. A special shout-out to Pat, our Maitre D, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. From coordinating the timeline to making sure we had everything we needed, Pat was truly amazing and helped make the day feel effortless.
The venue itself is stunning, both inside and out, and offers a perfect blend of elegance and charm. We felt so well taken care of and would definitely recommend Swan Club on the Harbor to any couple looking for a beautiful, well-run wedding venue.

The Swan Club was the best decision we could have made in the wedding planning process. My fiancé and I toured 8 venues and we knew the swan club was the place for us. From start to finish, the booking staff, Sadie, always made us feel like no question was too big or too small leading up to booking all the way up to the big day. They were always responsive and made it so easy to plan with their recommended vendors or to book with vendors outside of their list as well.

For us as bride and groom, the real stars of the show were Pat, Maitre d, and Dianna, bridal attendant. They made sure our day ran so smoothly attending to every single need before we knew we needed it. Pat had everything we talked about in advance set up just perfectly. Dianna took care of my every need as a bride, like bustling my dress, and fixing my hair and makeup all night. She even fanned down the back of my dress on a hot day of taking photos in the garden. They also were so kind to check in on our parents throughout the evening as well. There is no need for a day-of coordinator or bridal bestie with these two by your side!!

Our guests all have been commenting about how gorgeous the grounds are, how smoothly everything went, about how they have never had such amazing food at a wedding and how they have never been presented with 8 entree choices for dinner! We love the swan club and would highly recommend!!

The Swan Club offers everything you need and more. The people involved in your big day make a HUGE difference and we cannot say enough great things about our maitre’d PAT and our bridal attendant DIANA. Both of them were there for whatever we may have needed and Pat was the best leading up to the day with answering questions and going over what we envisioned to make it a reality. There was no need for an outside wedding planner because of them and these two alone are enough reason to book the swan club!

The food was SO delicious - from the extravagant cocktail hour to the 7+ options for dinner and the spread for dessert was like a dream - they had some treats not other venues offer and everything was sooooo good.

& the grounds are amazing with so many features like ponds and gardens - our cocktail hour and photos had the most beautiful scenery! We are so happy we chose the Swan Club for our wedding day and can’t recommend them enough for your next event!

We got married here June 2025 and it was the wedding of our dreams. To start, our first impression of the Swan Club was simply breathtaking. It had that chic and elegant entrance that we were looking for. We came on a whim without an appointment and we were taken care of by Patti. She toured the venue with us and was extremely personable and knowledgeable, her personality throughout our encounter alone made us want to come back. Shortly after this, we returned to the Swan Club and booked. Throughout our 14 month engagement and planning process, all receptionists and employees were eager to answer any questions and extremely responsive. They were patient and kind during every phone call and visit prior to our big day. When we began the final stages of planning and finalizing, we were introduced to the Maître D- Pat. I could go on about how amazing Pat was throughout this whole experience. Just like the rest of the Swan Club team, Pat was extremely helpful and personable. He truly cared whole heartedly about our experience at the Swan Club and every detail of our reception. He was extremely organized and responsive throughout the whole process and truly ensured that the night ran smoothly. Between watching weather forecasts, consistently checking in with us, and making sure all of our guests were being taken care of, Pat was on it. Working with him was one of those experiences where when its over, you feel like you'll miss him! Another remarkable member of the team was Diana, the bridal attendant. She was super attentive to both myself and my husband, ensuring we always had a drink and a plate of food ready. She was prepared for any issue at all- dress stains, trips to the bathroom in the gown, broken bustles- she was the girl. She was calm and reassuring all night and truly made sure that we were always taken care of, allowing for us to focus on our guests and the party while still being able to enjoy the details.

Overall, the experience at the Swan Club was nothing short of amazing. We truly feel proud to have planned our wedding at this venue, and our guests continue to rave about the food, atmosphere, and service. I would 10000% recommend this venue.

The Swan Club was such a beautiful venue for our wedding on 10/12/24! Everything came together perfectly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Huge thanks to Pat and Dianna for going above and beyond to make sure the night ran smoothly. They were so organized and made everything feel effortless, which let us really enjoy the day without stress. Our guests loved the food and the gorgeous setting, and we’ve been hearing nothing but great feedback. If you are looking for a wedding venue, RUN, don't walk to The Swan Club. Our Dream wedding took place this past weekend on 11.11.2023 and it was simply everything that we were dreaming about. Pat, our maitre'd, was magnificent. He was available 24/7, answered every single question I had and made sure I was cool, calm, and collected on the wedding day. Diana our Bridal Attendant was AWESOME, and available whenever I needed her. She made sure that everyone was organized and that my husband and myself were taken care of the entire time. The team that the The Swan Club has is amazing and we are still getting compliments from our guests on how awesome everything was. Thank you again Swan Club for the lifetime of memories!

My husband and I are both South Asian, and in our culture, religious ceremonies and reception events are often on different days. We had decided that we wanted to have both on the same day, but we wanted a place that could offer a different ambiance for each part. We booked appointments at two halls, Swan Club being the second. From the minute we left that appointment, we knew that we didn’t need to look anywhere else. We were going to get married there.

Swan Club is the perfect venue for the wedding of your dreams. The grounds are up-kept well, and they are always updating the property, which exudes modern elegance. We’re jealous when we see the new improvements they’ve made in just the year since we got married.

We had our ceremony in the boathouse. We had expected about only 70% of our guest list to be on time for the ceremony, but they surprised us and all showed up on time. One thing to note here is that it can be a little hard for guests at the back to see what’s happening depending on your guest count if you fill the entire space.

The garden is absolutely stunning. We had the most perfect sunset, and having an outdoor cocktail hour (if weather permits) is well worth the price. It’s an experience unlike any other, and our guests were posting pictures from the garden for weeks. It’s also the perfect place to take your wedding pictures. You don’t have to travel offsite for beautiful shots that will be treasured forever.

Pat was our maitre’d, and he was amazing. He was the one person I spoke to throughout the wedding planning process who was calming, offered the most helpful guidance, and assured me that we’d make it all work. He’s willing to work with you to make your dreams for your special day come true and provides wonderful customer service. He’s a true pro.

Now, on to the food. We still have guests raving about the food from our wedding. I remember reading reviews that said similar things about the food, and it was hard to believe. Is wedding food ever that good? At Swan Club, it is. Believe us when we tell you. You can’t go wrong with your menu if you have your event here. Not only does it taste great, but unlike the standard for most venues, your guests to pick from a list of 7-8 entrees, instead of 3.

Swan Club also offers passed desserts, in addition to the wedding cake, and it was such a fun experience. Some guests do miss it if they are on the dance floor, but those that are paying attention have a really fun dessert experience with a variety of desserts, more so than the traditional plated experience.

The only thing we’re sad about is that we didn’t get to enjoy the food and dessert because, of course, we were the bride and groom and busy getting married. We can’t wait to get invited to Swan Club as guests, so we can get the true experience from the other side! Can’t rave enough, having our wedding here was the best choice we made for our wedding — other than choosing each other.

My husband and I got married at the Swan Club on a Sunday late April. It was a gorgeous venue inside out -- modern, elegant and minimalistic with delicious and plentiful food. We’re beyond grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the staff, namely Pat (maitre d) and Diane (bridal attendant).

The Swan Club was the first venue we saw and we fell in love with the gardens, the grand Camelot ballroom, and the greenhouse cocktail area. It also has covered outdoor spaces which came out beautifully in photos (we had an all day torrential downpour situation).

Quite a few guests have said it's the "best cocktail hour food they'e had". Entree and dessert variety were also great.

Pat. the maitre d, was incredibly responsive and made sure all our questions and concerns were met. We never felt minimized or ignored. We had a Chinese tea ceremony which required special space considerations. Pat overheard me talking to my fiance and proactively offered solutions and ideas that made the ceremony extra special for our families.

Diane, the bridal attendant, was phenomenally talented. What can she NOT do?! She coordinated with all our vendors, bridal party, AND family members. She floofed my dress, fixed my hair, and made sure we always had food and drinks in hand.

The beginning of the wedding day was stressful but once we got to the venue, we were able to relax and enjoy our special day knowing that we were in the capable hands of the Swan Club team.

The Swan Club is beautiful. The inside and outside have been completely renovated and there are semi-new owners (Lou). The gardens and ground are gorgeous. You really don’t need to do a first look anywhere else because the grounds are beautiful enough at Swan Club. Looking back, I probably would’ve just done my first look there. Plenty of areas for ceremony- we used the pavilion (indoors). It’s gorgeous. Outdoor areas as well. YES- there are multiple weddings at once. NO- it doesn’t matter. I only saw the other bride and bridal party once - while lining up for our ceremony. Didn’t see them at all after. The food was great. Everyone raved about cocktail hour. We did the Caribbean Station, Pasta Station, and Hibachi Station. The Caribbean Station was amazing and so was the Hibachi. We included pasta because we did the duet appetizer and skipped the pasta course. They also include a fruit and cheese station with cold stations and another Italian station. You choose the other three. It was a lot of food. No complaints. We chose the burrata duet as our appetizer (people raved about that) and everyone enjoyed their dinner. My photographer said the food was the best she’s ever had at a wedding and she asked to pay to take more food home! Guests also said the passed desserts were great (cookies and milk shots, mini churros with chocolate, etc).
Pat was our maitre de. He was great from the very start. He is very detail oriented and he listens. I dropped off BOXES of decor all with very specific directions. He thoroughly went over all the details with me including how we wanted everything set up, and the menu. He decorated our cake beautifully as the cake and flowers were both delivered and neither vendor would decorate the cake unless I physically went to go pick up the flowers and drop them off to the bakery the day prior. Pat took care of it. Pat also took care of moving the floral pieces from the ceremony arch to the sweetheart table (a job the florist should have done). He decorated everything beautifully. My fiancé requested banana foster (just for us because we love it). Typically, it’s a station at Venetian hour and would have been $5 per head for that station alone. Pat accommodated and made it special for me and my fiancé at no extra charge. My only complaint is that the groomsmen were in the incorrect order at the front of the ceremony . The best man was next to my fiancé, but the other groomsmen who walked down first should have been told to stand furthest from the center. My brother and my fiancés brother ended up being on the end, and they should’ve been next to the best man because they were the last two to walk down. Overall, Pat was wonderful and we highly recommend the venue.
Diana, our bridal attendant, was also great. She was very calm. There was dirt all over the bottom of my dress from our first look. She cleaned it off. She brought us plenty of food during cocktail hour and there was always a drink at our table. She sort of disappeared about 1 hour into reception, but I didn’t really need her so it was fine. Overall, we had a great experience at Swan Club and I highly recommend it to any bride.

Had my wedding here last month phenomenal time they coordinated everything so well they did so well with what I needed and I was bridezilla. They definitely made my dream wedding come true I recommend Sadie to show you the venue she’s very professional and helped me envision my dream day!!!

There are not enough words to describe how the Swan Club, Pat and Viviana made our dreams come true! Planning a wedding is hard enough, add a pandemic on top of that, beyond stressful! But Pat, through my numerous emails, calls, voicemails, etc. never lost his patience with us (hahaha). Whether it be 12 in the afternoon or 12 in the morning, Pat would always answer my emails. All his recommendations, advice and just plain talking us off a ledge, we could not have done this without him. On the day of he made sure everything was as it was suppose to be and always checked up on me and my now husband to make sure everything was good. The treatment we received had far exceeded our expectations! We love you Pat!
Viviana, my bridal assistant, was such a sweetheart, and also checked up on me my husband throughout the the night, made sure we always had a drink, helped me with my shoes and my bustle and made sure we ate and had food to take home as well. As I said in the beginning of this post, there is simply not enough words. I would highly recommend this Venue to anyone and ask for Pat!!

My wedding turned out beautiful. Everyone raved about the quality and amount of food. The reception room was immaculate. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this venue.

I don’t even know where to begin. Swan Club was absolutely amazing for our July 10 wedding. Pat went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and, we have to say, it truly was. The food is absolutely delicious, the staff is very friendly, and the place itself is just pristine. The grounds are stunning and I just know that our pictures are going to be beautiful. They take such good care of the garden. My bridal attendant, Zulema, was very attentive and hard working…even while 8 months pregnant! She made sure all of our needs were met with a huge smile on her face. Communication was no issue during the planning process and everything went so smoothly. We will definitely be using Swan Club again in the future. Thank you to everyone there that made our day so special!

From the Swan Club's staff to the venue to the beautiful grounds- we couldn't have had a more perfect wedding day! Pat and his amazing team did an incredible job to make our wedding day so special! Everyone commented how beautiful and elegant the venue looked- they said it was one of the fanciest weddings they have ever gone to! Thank you again for everything we have a day to remember now and it was definitely worth waiting for! If I could do it all again I would definitely pick the Swan Club.

Swan Club's flexibility through the pandemic was super helpful.

I hired the Swan Club pre-covid and had my wedding there with covid restrictions. I worked with Pat Fabiano throughout the entire process, and I can not express how thankful I am for his patience and flexibility throughout the entire transition. During that crazy time I was able to call Pat once a week and we would collaborate with ideas of how to make the wedding be as safe and as normal as possible. He would always end every conversation with "we will figure it out, and it will be a beautiful day". He kept that promise! We overcame a million obstacles as new laws and regulations were being made for gatherings. I had a beautiful wedding on my original date. It was different than I originally expected but that is never what I think about and is not what matters at the end of the day. The Swan Club itself is a stunning venue that will be remembered forever in our pictures and videos. Our bridal attendant the day of the wedding that was assigned to me was a life saver! Never thought I needed one, but I can not imagine the day without her! You can tell that the venue has been around for a long time and are skilled at their process. I would highly recommend for any couple, with or without Covid.

If I could give this venue 1,000 stars I would! From the moment we walked in the door we knew this is where we wanted to have our wedding. The food was absolutely fantastic (my husband is a picky chef so to exceed his expectations says a lot!) and my guests are still raving about the food! The wait staff was top notch, the bridal attendant was right there for me the entire time. The owner Lou was extremely accommodating with all of my needs. And last but not least, The Maitre D Pat is hands down the BEST to work with. He treated us like family and we will forever be grateful to him for making this the best day of our entire lives. Planning a wedding through a pandemic is so difficult, and to have him there whenever I needed him during planning to switch things up he did anything and everything he could to make us happy. I can’t recommend this venue enough!

After thoroughly researching plenty of wedding venues and with our wedding day coming and going (Nov 2019), I have to say you really can't find better. We didn't have an appointment when we stopped in but Patty (always helpful) was nice enough to take some time and show us around. The place has everything you can want in a venue. The natural outdoor garden right on the lake is a complete change from the over-landscaped backyards you usually see. The indoor ceremony space is built right over the garden and despite the garden being as picturesque as it is, we opted for indoor ceremony space because of how unique it is. Many venues have great outdoor venues but if the weather doesn't cooperate it's no secret the indoor space isn't comparable, with Swan Club you don't need to make that compromise. The food choices were beyond what we were offered elsewhere for the price and the upgrades are much more interesting and worth it (we went with the roast suckling pig). You really don't realize how much goes into making the day go smooth but Pat our Maitre'd has extensive experience and understands that more than anyone. You'd think you were hiring a day-of-wedding planner having him. Most unbelievable was we had wine bottle favors we were gonna just put on a table and Pat made a whole display WITH HIS OWN CRATES and decorations. Honestly if you're looking around Swan Club on the Harbor deserves a visit. We can't thank them enough.

Had our affair here and Swan Club was wonderful food service atmosphere all great.their recomeneded vendors were also perfect Jack Rose Flowers made swan Club Beautiful and they were so nice always accomodating always. Glenn Studios were also good too as they were reasonable and seemed to do a nice job with family photos too

We had our wedding at the Swan Club about 2 weeks ago and it was absolutely amazing! We had checked 10 venues last year and were blown away, not only by the beauty of the grounds and ball room, but also by the kindness of everyone who worked there. And that kindness continued until the last minute of our wedding! Patti was very kind when she took us on our initial tour. And every time we have stopped by over the past year, they have all treated us like VIP. I am in school in Rhode Island and the Swan Club went above and beyond to help me with wedding planning and were very understanding. Pat was incredible and cared about all the details of the wedding...at times even more than I cared! haha. He was incredibly calm the day of the wedding and made sure everything ran smoothly. He is kind and has a great sense of humor and we really enjoyed working with him. It is great to have a wedding at a place where the staff are passionate and strive to make your wedding wonderful.
The Swan Club has been under new ownership over the last 1-2 years and the new owner definitely strives for elegance and excellence. Every time we went back, the venue looked more beautiful. The food is absolutely amazing and all our guests raved about it. They have one extraordinary chef (who is also very kind and very humble). Everyone enjoyed strolling the gardens and we all had such a great time. If you are planning to have your wedding in the New York area, I highly recommend the Swan Club. I grew up in Brooklyn and I couldn't believe I didn't see this venue sooner. Our guests describe our wedding as "beautiful and magical"...and it realyl was. Thank you, Swan Club, for everything!

I cannot say enough good things about this venue as well as the staff. I planned a corporate event for 350 people here this past July. Jordana was our main contact and from day one of the planning process was simply amazing. Her professionalism and responsiveness is superb. I felt like she truly cared about our event and helped in everyway possible to ensure that it was a success. I would 100% recommend this venue for a corporate event. I have no doubt if you were lucky enough to work with Jordana on your wedding she would ensure that your special day was PERFECT. The grounds are breathtaking the food and the drinks were excellent. The guests were truly wowed! If I wasn't already married I would want my wedding here!

My parents got married here 35 years ago. Before I saw the venue, I wasn't really interested in getting married in the same place as my parents. That immediately changed once I saw the grounds. There are few, if any, venues that compare to the Swan Club. With its new renovations, the Swan Club is breathtaking inside and out. One of my favorite features of the venue is that you have the garden which provides an "outdoor wedding" feel, but have the security of an indoor reception hall that is just gorgeous. We visited so many gaudy and/or lifeless venues that just could not compare. Not to mention every staff member we worked with was beyond lovely. Pat Fabiano was our Maitre'd/day of planner for the event and was just wonderful to work with. He was always cool and collected, patient, and answered every single one of my questions. I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of the wedding. I'd like to give another special shout out to the Head Chef Scott. It is two weeks passed our wedding and people are still RAVING about the food. The food was truly a taste sensation. Our guests have continued to tell us how elegant, classy, and spectacular our wedding was, which is exactly what we were going for!

We had such a great experience visiting the Swan Club. Yesterday I had my second meeting with Jordana. She is AMAZING! She made my fiance and I feel extremely comfortable and answered every question we had. She was such a pleasure to work with and got back to me SO quickly through email. We left with such great vibes from her and the space!

The Swan Club was the first and last and it was a slam dunk!!!! The most beautiful venue inside and out....The wedding was the most spectacular day of our lives...The staff was impeccable...
Sandra, our maitre d, was warm and so easy to talk to.....She addressed all that we needed and wanted for our special day...The staff was well organized and accommodating and worked like a finely oiled machine....They treated our wedding day as if it was their own...
The Camelot room was outstanding, the food was spectacular and I couldn’t have asked for a better and more beautiful venue.....My bridal attendant, Chelsea, was always available for what I needed and wanted in a graceful, caring manner as if she was a family member....

Dealing with the staff at the Swan Club was a pleasure. From the initial planning to day of execution, Pat was a pleasure to work with and his staff knew every nuance and helped guide us through the process. They worked seamlessly with our vendors to make the experience a great one.

On the day of, the Bridal attendant, Chelsea provided an unparalleled level of service, making things easy for the bride and keeping her in excellent spirits, with anything we needed readily available.

On top of that the venue is just plain gorgeous. Views of the gardens are very lovely especially in the spring. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

They have so much to offer for scenery and are very easy to work with to personalize your wedding as you wish. Very elegant and great outdoors and friendly staff with a wide selection of food choices and add ons.

We would not have chosen another place to have our wedding on July 6th, 2018! The Swan Club is incredible...we didn't go anywhere else to take our wedding photos because the grounds at the Swan Club are so incredibly beautiful! We booked the Swan Club in February 2017, and in February 2018, we found out that they were under renovations with a new owner. We were nervous, but they invited us in for a tour of the new and improved main dining room, the Camelot room. I mean, wow! The room was so incredible, and bigger than our wildest wedding dreams. Our guests RAVED about how good the food was at the cocktail hour as well as at the reception! (Go for the duck and the prime rib!) Patrick was an incredible Maitre D' who made everything run smoothly, and Chelsea, our bridal attendant, made sure my groom and I as well as our whole bridal party were always taken care of and comfortable! We met with Patrick at least twice before our wedding, and each time, he made sure that all of our concerns were addressed and solved. We love the Swan Club, and we will not only make sure to highly recommend it to anyone we meet, but also we will back for any special events we have in the future!

We got married at the Swan Club on June 2nd and it was one of the best days of our lives. From our first interaction with the Swan club team they were incredibly nice, helpful and professional. Pat our Maitre D made us feel like family and he made our day perfect! His team can’t be beat. I can’t even tell you how many of our guests told us that our wedding was THE BEST WEDDING THEY HAD EVER BEEN TO!! We would recommend the Swan club to anyone!

The place is amazing and beautiful just married in August and everyone cannot stop talking about how beautiful the place is and the food and service was spectacular!! We were completely satisfied with everything about this venue! Chelsea and Sandra were awesome every step of the way that day and you did not have to stress anything!!!

We just had our wedding here this past weekend and it was everything we had expected & more! We are continuously receiving compliments from our guests on their food, services and the beautiful venue. When we first met Shelley (general manager) last year, she welcomed and guided us throughout the whole planning process. She never showed any annoyance when we fluttered her with numerous questions and concerns. She was there for us every step of the way. Truly felt as if she was our mother throughout this whole year. Pat, our AMAZING Maitre D, was SO ON POINT! From the days leading up to the wedding and till the very end of the wedding, Pat has been so sharp and his attention to details really impressed us. He made sure both my husband and I had nothing to worry about. I can not express enough gratitude to both Shelley & Pat for everything they've done even when things became a little crazy towards to end of the night. They put us at ease every step of the way. In addition, Eva, my bridal attendant was an absolute gem. She worked extremely hard all night to please our bridal party. Overall, the entire staff at Swan Club went above & beyond for our special night. We will never forget this night and we sincerely thank you all for making our dream wedding come true!

My husband and I are so happy with our service. They were excellent from the first day to the very end. They were very accommodating and made what could have been a stressful day very easy going. I knew just by looking at the pictures online that my husband and I will be getting married at the Swan Club. Everyone we have dealt with at the Swan Club has been nothing more than professional, and they helped orchestra our dream wedding! The months leading up to the wedding I had to visit the venue a few times because I had questions about everything; they didn't find me annoying (luckily!) and were more than happy to assist me. Towards the end we dealt with Pat- who helped us pick out our menu/linens/etc. Our maitre'd the day of was Sandra. We only met her once a few days before our wedding. and I admit that I was a little nervous. However, she put everything together better than I could ever imagine! If it was't for Chelsea my bridal attendant, I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to eat or drink anything all day. If you are looking for a beautiful venue, with great customer service, The Swan Club is the place to go. Definitely worth every penny we spent.

Words cannot begin to describe how incredibly pleased and happy we were to have had our wedding at the Swan Club. Our wedding took place on April 22, 2017 and was truly the most special and magical day of our lives. From the initial booking process to the final moment when the last song played we were overwhelmed and amazed. Before I begin to mention names I just want to talk about the wonderful grounds and feeling of the Swan Club. We felt right at home, calm, and cozy when we walked in and just fell in love with the beautiful view, scenery, and of course the SWANS. On our wedding day the grounds were gorgeous and was perfect for photos.

The Swan Club staff deserves a medal for everything that they provided for us. They made us feel like we were family and treated us like we were royalty.

Shelley you were such a pleasure to work with and helped to create an event that was absolutely spectacular we are eternally grateful for the incredible day that we had.

I was referred to the Swan Club by 2 of my friends who raved about the gardens and food. Shelley (General Manager) greeted us and began the tour of her beautiful venue. As we sat down to finally talk about dates and numbers, we were offered fruits, cheeses, and drinks which I appreciated because I've been to places where they didn't even offer water, let alone say their name (Shelley and I share the same name!). Their prices were very reasonable and she helped alleviate some typical worries and basically shared that she's experienced everything. I honestly felt that she would take care of us which I highly treasured when meeting with venues (especially when we would be putting down over $25-30k for 250+ guests). We also scheduled an app/entree tasting and was taken care of by the server, Diego, who was on point with his service. Fortunately, we were also able to experience their Bridal Showcase which featured their preferred vendors and their cocktail food. IT WAS DELICIOUS- my favorite was the passed brie + berry pastry (WOW!) and i won the raffle for the talented harpist Katharine Saxton!!! We ultimately didn't book with the Swan Club since I decided to go somewhere where I was the only bride the whole day, but I do suggest to consider Swan Club if you don't mind that factor and need something on a budget + yummy cocktail spread + working with Shelly!

My wedding was an absolute dream at The Swan Club! I got married at the Swan Club on February 19th, 2017. If I had any wish it would be to do it all over again!

My maitre'd was Pat and my bridal attendant was Eva. We worked with Pat from planning our menu and details, during our tasting, all the way through to our day of. Pat was like an automatic extension of our own family and was the perfect mix of expertise and friendliness. Pat was the perfect person to bounce ideas off of, and was never tired of questions. Most of all, you could tell that he really loves what he does, and cares personally about each and every event that goes on. Being a young couple paying for our own wedding, this level of personality in wedding planning was something that really meant the world to us.

While we had as much support as we needed, the wedding planning process with them was clear, concise, and carefree throughout.

My actual wedding day was absolutely flawless. Pat made sure everything was arranged exactly as we had planned and everything was absolutely perfect. Pat and Eva put together were a dynamic duo, and frankly, were like modern day superheroes. Every time you even had a quick thought you needed something, one of them were there, ready and excited to help get you something. Someone even got makeup caked on my groom's white tuxedo and Eva was right there, with Shout Wipes, cool, calm, and collected. (This was also before the ceremony.) Needless to say my Groom was clean as a whistle by the time I met him at the altar and I was never the wiser.

Unlike many other catering halls, The Swan Club is not afraid of beautiful banks of windows and natural light, allowing beautiful vistas of the grounds during the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. This made all the difference to us, and couldn't have provided a more beautiful backdrop for our amazing day. I can't say enough about them- look no further!

we had our wedding at the swan club a few weeks ago. the venue was beautiful and all our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the food (i had the shrimp entree and it was delicious) and had a great time. pat (the maitre'd) was very accommodating and helped us get everything prepared so the night when smoothly. highly recommend.

My husband, I SAID HUSBAND!, and I just had our wedding at Swan Club and from the moment we sat down with Maureen (in sales) to the end of the night packing in all of our stuff with us, the staff was efficient, helpful and felt like family to us. We were a one-of-a-kind bunch and I think our maitre d' Pat knew that once we met him. We had a few quirky requests and i'm sure gave him run for his money but he was calm and always there to help. Eva was our bridal attendant and she was everywhere she needed to be at any given time. I would not have changed a thing about this wedding. It surpassed my expectations.
We had our ceremony on site. The ceremony room is breathtaking and thank god, temperature controlled. The cocktail room had a green room feel to it and added to that garden back drop. The reception was in the large room. It was spacious, nobody complained about not finding a bar, and everyone could see the dance floor.
I would highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married. We will be returning for any event we can think of in the future.

We absolutely loved Swan Club, it was such an escape from the city and everything else. They have a beautiful garden! The cocktail hour was outside facing the garden and the food was amazing. We had the seafood boat part of the cocktail hour and it was worth ever penny; everyone loved it! Dinner was great too, the chicken cordon blue is amazing. We had a very great time and recommend this venue. It is worth the memories and experience!

I am in love with Swan Club. One of the best secrets of Long Island. The venue grounds are gorgeous with the real life swans and vibrant flowers which are perfect for wedding day pictures. After my husband saw the outside he said our search is over. Lets book now and that is exactly what we did. We booked the same day we visited. Our wedding was on Mothers Day May 10th 2015. My husband and I worked with Joseph as our maitre'd and Michelle as my bridal attendant. They were with us at all times throughout the wedding day. They made sure we were happy and satisfied. I had the ceremony at the Swan Club as well and it was breathtaking. The chef is amazing...food was abundant and tasteful. This venue is simple, classic and perfect for the DIY bride. Starting at 125+ a plate - you can't beat the price. I have no idea what the food is like but Roy is great to work with. The room itself is bland. You need to have imagination to really dress it up. The cocktail hour room really won me over. If you like the vineyard wedding idea but can't afford the vineyard prices, check this cocktail room and side bar out. It's rustic chic with vines draping from the glasshouse roof.

I am so glad that we chose The Swan Club for our wedding ceremony & reception location. The grounds were spectacular for our photos, the ceremony was beautiful, the service & food were outstanding! Our Maitre D, Joseph was on top of everything. Both of our familes commented on how great he was. He even took notes on the food I liked since I am super picky and they brought me plates of everything I loved. My bridal attendant (forgive me I forget her name) was also fantastic. Anytime I needed something, she was right there. I had asked Joseph a few days before the wedding to get a mini sugar free cheesecake for my very pregnant diabetic sister in law for the viennesee hour and they gave her a full sized one which they delivered right to her. Those were the kind of details that made our night so special.

I would recommend this venue to anyone and hope to attend many more events there in the future! There was another party going on and we didnt even notice them. The price and value of this venue is unbeatable (especially for. Sat night in June!)

Our wedding at the Swan Club exceeded our expectations. We booked the Camelot room, which was spacious with a big dance floor and windows that overlooked the gardens. The Swan Club has beautiful grounds that were great for taking pictures of our wedding. Our maître d’, Joe, was extremely friendly and helpful. He was a big part of the planning process, gave us great suggestions and promptly answered all questions, right up to the wedding day. During our reception, Joe always made sure we had more than enough food and a drink in our hands all night long. Gizmo, our bridal attendant took great care of me. She was always there right beside me helping me with my lipstick, holding my flowers, and fixing my dress. We would highly recommend them as they both made our wedding day stress free. Our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was and the seafood boat was an amazing addition to our cocktail hour. We would highly recommend the Swan Club to our family and friends for their next event.

From the first day, we me Patty and fell in love with her and the space. Patty answered all of our questions, offered us a drink while we were talking, walked us around the grounds, and accommodated all of our requests. That day we fell in love with the place and booked it right there and then. They congratulated us with a mimosa!

When we met Sandra, our maître d', we loved her from the start. Our experience with her felt like she was part of our family. We loved meeting her. She helped us with setting up our vision for the wedding and making sure all our needs were met. She even helped us pick out how to decorate our cake.

Right before the wedding, Sandra stayed late although swan club was closing for the night so my parents could see the swan club.

On the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly. My bridal attendant, Eva, was amazing. She felt like a big sister. Again, she felt like family. She made everything so easy! We had a beautiful night!

Our guests were absolutely floored with the wedding. The ceremony in the pavilion was gorgeous, the cocktail hour was amazing, the reception was so comfortable and fun. I heard many of my guests say they were surprised there was a whole meal after the cocktail hour because there was so much food and it was so good! Everyone was well fed and danced all night.

We made a request for the bride to have duck even though we didn't put it in the menu, and they told us "we know you wanted the duck, so we gave it to you and gave you everything else, too! We. Were. Floored. They were so thoughtful and generous. Eva and Sandra packed up the left over food for us to take home since we had so much. Even extra cake! Everything was labeled with hearts and our new titles.

This venue was exceptional we got married on 10/10-14 and we are still getting calls from family and friends that the food was outrageous and the cocktail hour was superb. The grounds were perfect and the staff was so attentive . My maître D Sandra was wonderful from the moment I arrived she helped me with my dress , took care of my dress when it wouldn't bustle and made sure I was comfortable always . Emily my bridal attendant greeted me with a big hug and was such a great help she even carried my lipgloss in her pocket at all times and always made sure I had a drink/ food even made sure she reminded me to goto the ladies room. The Swan Club is a beautiful placve to have a reception. The people are very professional, the food are delicious but the best of all are the gardens; those are so beautiful!!!! I got married on August this year and we had beautiful wheather!!! the cocktail hour was in the gardens. It was so much fun! totally unforgettable. They also made the experience very easy. You go beforehand, pick up everything, give the seating chart and any decorations, so the day of the event is worries free. The only thing I didnt like much is that is mandatory to hire an assistant and mine was terrible! they changed my room and she didnt told me and I went in and there was another bride and her family getting changed!! she didnt even noticed when I left! but besides that everything was great and I will totally recommend this venbue for any event! the owners are great!!!!!

I got married at the Swan Club Sunday May 25, 2014. Right away I knew that I had picked the best wedding venue. From the moment that I arrived Sandra, my maître d and Emely my bridal assistant did not disappoint. I could tell that they had be doing this for a while. They were professional, attentive and understanding during my short bridezilla meltdown when I first arrived. They were reassuring and made everything run so smoothly. I appreciated that everything was on time- like clockwork. As a military girl, that was a big plus for me. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous. I cannot tell you how many guests came up to me raving about the beautiful grounds. Many asked "how did you find this place?". The grounds were a paradise for picture taking. Emely, my bridal assistant, kept my glass full the whole day, attentive to my every need. She even brought us over food from the cocktail hour as we were taking pictures. The CH food was ravishing. I was impressed by how organized Sandra conducted my wedding, she didn't miss a beat and stayed on top of everything. The reception food and cake was delicious. Guests were raving about how beautiful my wedding was and the delicious food. Words cannot express how grateful I am to the Swan Club for making my day so special. I literally felt like a queen getting the royal treatment. I will forever be indebted to Sandra, Emely and the Swan Club for literally orchestrating the best day of my life. It was worth every penny paid and more!

In 2011, my fiancé and I visited 16 different wedding venues across Brooklyn, Long Island and New Jersey. We knew when we walked the gorgeous gardens and heard all we could enjoy for the price, Swan Club was for us. We wanted a quiet place, away from city traffic sounds and a location that could accommodate both our ceremony and reception. The Swan Club’s ceremony pavilion, with views of the water and gardens, is climate controlled, bright and beautiful. We married there on June 15th, 2013. Swan Club allowed us to mail them monthly payments for almost two years and has very affordable prices, especially during peak wedding season. They also recommended amazing vendors including a DJ and make-up artists that we were very happy with. Joseph, our maître de for the Camelot Room, is the exact kind of attentive, detail oriented man you’d want in this position. He was kind, extremely helpful, funny, personable and truly ensured the success of our wedding day. He responded to my emails promptly and gave us any and every tiny detail we asked for prior to and on that day. He even calmed my husband when plans went slightly awry. Our reception was equally stunning. The Camelot Room was prepared exactly as we had discussed and requested. Our guests enjoyed the variety of food selections, including the wedding cake prepared on site. Only two critiques come to mind and they are very minimal. We ended up having fewer than the 165 minimum guests required for our room and Swan Club owners required us to pay for 165. We asked for an adjustment, but this was part of our contract and understandable. The second small critique was that our place cards were laid out unalphabetized, creating a small delay in guests finding their seats. Every person we interacted with there, from our initial walk through, to our maître de, bridal attendant Aldiana and so on, made us feel comfortable and important. We are extremely happy with our decision to marry at Swan Club.

My husband and I had THE BEST experience with the Swan Club. We worked with Michael (manager) on our initial contract and was assigned to Joseph (maitre'd) and Kendra (bridal attendant). From beginning to end, everyone was very responsive, professional and flexible.

The two weeks leading up to the wedding were quite stressful, but Joseph was very responsive to email and allayed any fears/anxieties we had about the set up. Anything we requested, he said, "Sure! No problem!" with a smile on his face. (Disclaimer: Obviously you need to be realistic here...they won't accommodate anything/everything.) He was also very accommodating to our requests (such as candle settings, ceremony set up, open bar requests, etc.). My father told me he pulled Joseph aside at the end of the night to personally thank him for his attention to detail and for putting together such a lovely (and lively) event!

The value of services rendered was also phenomenal. The ceremony space is very well decorated, so no additional flowers or decorations are needed. The grounds are beautiful (even in winter!) so again - it really helped set up the ambiance and mood of our party. Our guests are still raving about the delicious food (especially the pastrami!) so we know we got our money's worth!

I HIGHLY recommend the Swan Club and we hope to celebrate many more of life's milestones here.

Although my wedding needed to be in Florida due to family illness, and I couldn't have actual wedding at the Swan Club, we did have our very large engagement party there and it was fabulous. We just also had my nieces sweet 16 there (I had my sweet 16 there) we had my sisters surprise 40 birthday there and they never disappoint. It's a family fav!!! The grounds are spectacular, food unbelievable and all the service is bar none.

On 11/9/13, My husband and I had our wedding at the Swan Club. I was confident everything would run smoothly but the venue definitely exceeded my expectations. The food during the cocktail hour and dinner was great ! All our family and guests raved about the tasty food ! Some guests even took doggy bags home ! Our cake tasted and looked amazing. Though we brought in our cake topper and ribbon for the cake, the staff added touches of rose petals and roses around the cake. Literally everyone got out of their seats to take pictures of the cake. I have never seen anything like it before.

The Swan Club hosted our wedding last Sunday, November 10th. My experience with the Swan Club and their staff was amazing from the beginning. Our original tour with Stephanie a year ago certainly sealed the deal and we could not stop thinking about the beautiful grounds at this venue. We were extremely lucky to get Joseph as our Maitre D, he was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering our questions and was very accommodating. As a controlling Bride I felt at ease leaving the day in Joseph's hands! I also have to mention Dianna my bridal attendant, who I feel went above and beyond to make sure I was calm, happy, and hydrated! Thank you Diana!

I can't say enough about my wedding at the Swan Club. 9/15/13. We had the ceremony and reception at this venue and such beautiful weather. Michael (the manager) was such a pleasure to work with. There was no BS and he worked with us and answered ALL the questions we had for him. And we had quite a few questions considering we basically planned this wedding from soup to nuts by ourselves. Of all the vendors and establishments me and my wife checked out, once we met Michael, we knew we wanted to have our wedding here. The price was RIGHT as well. I suggest to spend the extra $$ for the seafood bar. The ceremony went well and everyone enjoyed the view. Simply beautiful with all the flowers. If it rained we were covered, but thankfully the weather was cooperative. The grounds are VERY WELL kept as my wedding party walked around and took hundreds of pictures as the sun went down. I (the groom) snuck away for a little and checked out the cocktail hour room. It seemed to get a little crowded but when guests realized they could sit in the main dining room as well as the cocktail room it opened up and all I saw were smiles and a merry go round of people hitting up the seafood bar which was continuously stocked throughout the hour. Food was great! No complaints from ANYONE. Its been almost 2 months since the wedding and I'm still hearing about how good the seafood bar was. Once the party started, it didn't stop until the last person left. The Swan Club and our DJ (In the mix) are a great tag team for events. "In the mix" was quite pricey but once wedding is over, you realize you made a good choice. Throw in a Photobooth and your party is complete, satisfaction guaranteed! I would highly recommend the Swan Club to anyone who is looking to have an exceptional Wedding for a Great Price.

We had our reception at the Swan Club in October 2013. She quality of service was outstanding. Everything was perfect. They are incredibly accommodating and go out of their way to make sure that everything is perfect. Our Maitre' D was Sandra. She was incredible!! I had done my own centerpieces to save money and Sandra was nice enough to do all of the set up for my centerpieces. She even did extra things like added flowers to our wedding cake and made a heart shape our of the flower petals I had bought on our personal table. The food was absolutely wonderful and the staff was as well. It was a fantastic spot and I can't find anything that I didn't like.

I had my wedding at The Swan Club two months ago. My family and friends have not stopped raving since! I happen to be a professional events manager myself -- I am extremely particular, and scrutinize everything. I could not find fault with one thing.

Our ceremony was also held there, as well as the cocktail hour and reception. So, I was prepared that day, for something not go according to plan.......but it was clear within 10 minutes of my arrival, that my staff was so professional, and on top of their game, that all I needed to do was relax and go along for the ride! There wasn't an aspect to the whole day that did not go perfectly.

Mike, Sandra, Dianna, Diego and the rest of the staff treated me, my husband, family and friends like royalty. They cared about my wedding as if it was theirs! I can honestly say that this helped enable me to enjoy, and remember every minute of that wonderful day. I want to keep re-living it.

The venue itself is beautiful -- from the pavilion our ceremony was performed--to the outdoor patio under the awning, where we enjoyed our cocktail hour--to the Contessa Room, where our joyous reception took place!

The food was beyond all expectation (you can't go wrong with anything you select), and the service impeccable.

It was the most special day of my life, and the decision to hold our wedding at The Swan Club greatly contributed to that!

I had my wedding at the Swan Club in August 2013 and had a fantastic
time! I picked Swan Club because it had a nice elegant, beautiful, yet
cozy feel, with fantastic outdoor gardens for pretty pictures. I also
liked the staff after meeting them-I think it's important to work with
professional people that you feel comfortable and get along with. The
whole place felt pretty genuine-no one tried pushing me towards
expensive packages or to sign a contract-something I really
appreciated.

The staff was really nice and professional. They made sure we were on
schedule and guided the whole bridal party and parents on where they
should be, etc. Our maitre'd Joe was super nice and helped me
throughout the whole process, even gave me some pretty good inputs on
my wedding planning ideas. Diana, the bridal attendant was always
there making sure I had a drink in my hand, helping me stay on
schedule, helping me with the train of my dress, etc. Working with
responsible professionals is what's going to keep a bride from
stressing out day of the wedding! Thank you Joe and Diana!

The food was delicious! Everyone kept raving on about the cocktail
hour and desserts. Dinner was good, but cocktail food was tastier
(it's always like that at weddings for some reason).

For the price, venue, service mix, I think Swan Club offers excellent
value! I went to at least 15 other venues around Long Island and felt
Swan Club had the most beautiful grounds at the best price. I highly
recommend this place!

The Swan Club was amazing!! The grounds are so beautiful, you don't have to go anywhere else to take pictures. The staff was wonderful, everyone worked so hard to make sure my day was perfect. The food was excellent. I highly recommend getting the platinum package. So worth the extra $. My guests are still raving about how delicious everything was. We choose a steak, chicken Wellington,salmon, and tuna option for dinner. But everything is delicious, you can't go wrong. Also your maitre de will help you in planning your menu. Dessert was excellent, they provided us with a beautiful and delicious wedding cake also. The prices at the Swan Club are extremely reasonable! Overall, I cannot say enough positive things!! We were so happy that we chose the Swan Club for our special day!! It was perfect and I highly recommend!!

The Swan Club did an amazing job giving my husband and I the wedding of our dreams. The grounds are gorgeous and my guests raved about the food; especially the mashed potato bar, which was a HUGE hit. Working with Mike and Sandra was great; they made planning easy and stress free and on the day of the wedding they were there to make sure everything ran smoothly. Also, my bridal attendant Diana went above and beyond for me; she always seemed to know what I needed before I asked, it was amazing! There are no words to express how grateful my husband and I are to the folks at the Swan Club. From the time we booked our wedding (July 4, 2013) to the actual day - they were extremely professional and they KEPT IT REAL! There was no sugar coating anything and everyone basically promised me what I asked and needed. Michael and Sandra were class acts and they made sure every detail of my wedding stood out. The biggest two compliments that my guests gave us on the venue was that the food was "ridiculously" good and that the Swan Club grounds were amazing for pictures or just to walk around. My bridal attendant Diana made sure I was taken care of every minute especially with the heat and she made sure I was cool and that I had food/drink at hand. The venue itself is unbelieveable that you don't have to take pictures elsewhere. Some people might complain that they have other weddings going on at the same time - but to be honest - we did not bump into anyone nor did anyone walk into our pictures session/ceremony/cocktails/receptions. Everything is so extremely well timed that you only notice your own wedding going on. The bridal suite is DA BOMB - I wish I would have enjoyed it as much but in the excitement we were busy greeting the guests. Overall the best experience! I def recommend to anyone that is looking for a place that is affordable, great food/drinks and top-notch service.

My husband Tommy and I had our wedding at the Swan Club on July 3, 2013 and we had the time of our lives. The food was excellent, the facilities are gorgeous, and the staff was accommodating. We would definitely book more family parties there in the future. Gem our maitre d' was the best and we couldn't have asked for better service. Our bridal attendant Diana was extremely attentive and nice. When you go to book your party make sure you ask for Stephanie--she is a straight shooter and she kept every promise that she made when we signed our contract last year. I would definitely recommend The Swan Club for your next big event.

THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB!!!!!! Everything we expected and more! Our wedding was after storm Sandy and it ruined a lot of Flowers when I came in a week before my wedding they saw how upset I was and on my wedding day i saw they purchased and fixed the garden!

We are so happy we chose the Swan Club for our Ceremony and Reception. Everything was "the best." We first met with Michael who stepped in to give us a tour and talk with us about our ideas. He made us feel at-home and was happy to accommodate. The grounds were beautiful and provided us with exactly what we wanted-- gorgeous gardens and fountains for outdoor pictures, with the protection (and air conditioning!) of indoor ceremony and reception spaces. Our Maitre'd, Agim, was fantastic. Throughout the night, he made sure our entire wedding party was cared for, and he was constantly bringing my husband and I things like water, food, tissues, etc., before we needed to ask. Agim and the staff kept everything running smoothly. Our guests raved about the food and service, and we had a wonderful time.

It was truly incredible-- the Swan Club is a well-oiled machine, and everything is always perfect. In fact, our wedding was exactly one week after Hurricane Irene, and there was no evidence that anything ever happened. Not one flower was out of place!

We could not have asked for a better location. Swan Club was very affordable relative to other NYC and LI venues. They gladly accommodated our small, 90 person wedding in their Contessa Room.

You cannot get a better back drop for your photos than their outdoor space. The wedding itself went exactly to plan. Agim and staff took care of everything and allowed my wife and I to enjoy our night carefree. The team was extremely punctual and left no detail overlooked. Agim even made a point of reminding us to stop and make sure we ate with the guests. Speaking of food - we have never seen more food or enjoyed a wedding more. Our guests are still raving about it!

After visiting many different venues, my fiance and I came across the Swan Club and fell in love immediately. We met with Jordana and she was so pleasant to work with. She helped us decide what was best for us and we were able to stay in our budget. Next, our Maitre'D Agim, was absolutely amazing! He worked with us and was always very open to hearing our requests and vision for our wedding day. He was very organized and handed us a list of things that we had to bring to him before the wedding day. That was so helpful, I don't think I could have remembered the little things on my own.
I must say, our wedding day was absolutely spectacular! The staff knew exactly what to do and they were always bringing my husband and I beverages during our photoshoot. They were so wonderful!! They took care of every single detail and were so helpful when I had a wardrobe malfunction. Lastly, all of our guests raved about the gardens, the food, and the overall experience. So many got back to us and said that it was the best wedding that they ever went to and that the food was absolutely fantastic!!! If we could do it again.....hands down.....we would choose the Swan Club again!!!!

I must Swan Club was the best.. Hubby and I were very pleased with their flexibility and their service. Stephanie, our banquet manager was amazing!! Agim was our Matre D and he was awesome. Dianna was my bridal attendant and she was very accommodating!! Our guests enjoyed every aspect of what Swan Club had to offer. My mother in law is even telling us she would like to have her wedding anniversary party there. I am so pleased and have absolutely no complaints!! They are all the best!!

What can I say about the swan club? So many good things I don't know where to start. I just had my wedding there on 7/3/12 and it was AMAZING!!!!! Words cant describe how I felt, I was literally on the moon. Joseph the banquet mannager/maitre'D was absolutely FANTASTIC, his customer service is beyond customer service. From the minute you walked in you'll feel right at home, the whole staff is just wonderful. If you have any doubt, dont!!!! This place is the place, from the food, to the grounds, to the staff, PERFECT!!

I just had my wedding here on Friday night. It was even more amazing then I imagined it could be. We had our service and cocktail 1.5 hours in the greenhouse. The grounds were spectacular. They ran on time, If not a few minutes early. My maitre D (Sandra) and bridal attendants (Laurie & Laverne) were unbelievably attentive and efficient. My guests LOVED the food. (I had the Chicken Wellington) I would strongly suggest the "Vegetable Streudle" for the appetizer/salad combo (AMAZING) There was no wait at the bars. The cocktail hour never had a food shortage. We had the Garden Room. Perfect size for 100-130 guests. Bridal suite is clean and roomy. Valet parking is on point (no long waits). I suggest you attend their bridal expo - this is where I also found my photographer, videographer and florist. I cant say enough nice things about The Swan Club and their staff. I would recommend this venue without reservation. My husband and I had a magical time.

Our wedding was October 8, 2011; the incredibly gorgeous weekend where it was 80 degrees out the whole weekend. The gardens looked more beautiful than we had ever seen them, in all the times we had visted The Swan Club before our wedding. I didn't get to see the cocktail hour bc my husband and I were taking pictures, but I heard everything was amazing, especially the seafood newburg. Some guests thought that was the reception! We were in the Garden Room downstairs and the Greenhouse was where the cocktail hour was. The food was wonderful as well! I had the duck and loved it! The chicken wellington was also so good! We had the red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting and I am so excited for our first anniversary so I can eat more of it! It was by far the best red velvet cake I have ever had. Sandra was our MaitreD and was so great through the whole process of preparing for the wedding. She had everything in place for the day of and even my surprise grooms cake for my husband remained a surprise. It was a wonderful wedding day and we couldn't have asked for more. We hope for The Swan Club to be a part of our family events in the future as well.

Apart from absolutely beautiful surroundings, you will also get fabulous food and most importantly outstanding service. Joe, our Maitre'D, made sure everything was as perfect as we pictured it. We also had to deal with a snow storm the day of our wedding, and Joe and Michael were very flexible with last minute arrangements such as extending the cocktail hour to allow for guests to arrive.

We love the Swan Club! The first time we went there to check it out, we fell in love with the place. From the gorgeous flowers, fountains, and walkways outside, to the beautiful reception rooms, old-fashioned bar, and fireplace inside, the Swan Club gave us that home feeling and not the cookie-cutter clichés some of the other "wedding mills" have. Michael was very flexible and got us the rooms we wanted for our cocktail hour and reception, and at a very good price. The bridal attendant Mia was very conscientious and took good care of the bride. Jordana was very organized and made our rehearsal go very smoothly. The bartenders were very friendly and made our specialty drink to perfection. Our Maitre d’ Agim was extremely helpful the weeks leading up to the wedding and very attentive during the entire event. We enjoyed a nice selection of food and all of it was excellent. We had a beautiful wedding and all of our guests told us that they had a great time. We highly recommend the Swan Club.
