Alex, our incredible wedding coordinator, Seamus and I have YOU to thank for making our wedding the best day of our lives!
Stroudsmoor Country Inn was our chosen venue for multiple reasons, but my main reason was because of Alex. From the first time I met Alex, she was confident, helpful, kind, transparent, dedicated, and responsive. She made the entire planning process stress free and easy. On the day of the wedding, she worked her magic! I knew the day would be overwhelming but she handled all the vendors, moving parts, and last minute changes like a true professional. I trusted her fully from the first day and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went. I didn’t have to worry about anything which was such a relief because wow it was a lot happening at once! Alex loves her job and has a passion and incredible skill for wedding planning. I have been recommending her to every newly engaged couple! Alex, you made our dreams a reality. Thank you.
Stroudsmoor Country Inn was just beautiful. We chose Lawnhaven and it was the best decision we could have made. Our flowers and set up was more beautiful than I had even envisioned! Having our room, hair and make up, pictures, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one place made the day go so smoothly without worrying about traveling time. We looked at about 5 venues before Stroudsmoor, and we were on the edge of deciding to not do a wedding because of the cost. The prices were so reasonable for everything included and the payment was spread out over a few months so it wasn’t overwhelming.
Thank you to Alex, all the kind and helpful staff, vendors, and everyone at Stroudsmoor. The best venue I could have asked for! -

My daughter had her wedding at Stroudsmoor on Saturday, and it could not have been better! Throughout the process, Kaylie was our coordinator, and she handled everything beautifully! Brian, who handled both the rehearsal dinner and reception, was amazingly responsive. Their warmth and professionalism made the day perfect!! All the vendors were recommended by Stroudsmoor, and they did not disappoint! The wedding was at Lawnhaven, and the setting couldn't have been more perfect. I could not recommend it more highly! I just wish I could live it all again! -

Our wedding at the Stroudsmoor was absolutely incredible, and we truly cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, everything about the experience felt peaceful, organized, and completely stress-free. The accommodations were beautiful, and the entire morning leading up to the wedding felt calm and worry-free...exactly what every couple hopes for on their big day.
Our wedding coordinator, Grace, went above and beyond in every way. She made sure every detail was set up exactly as we envisioned and was always one step ahead, keeping everything running smoothly.
Right before our ceremony was scheduled to begin, we were unexpectedly told that our officiant had not arrived and had completely forgotten about our wedding. What could have been a complete disaster turned into one of the most memorable moments of the day thanks to Grace’s quick thinking. Luckily, my husband's great-uncle, who is an ordained minister, stepped in to officiate. Grace immediately helped by rewriting a ceremony script for him to follow, guiding everything behind the scenes so that our ceremony went off without a hitch.
Because of her professionalism and calmness, what could have been a very stressful experience turned into a meaningful and unforgettable moment. We ended up being married by our dear family member. Communication throughout the entire day was outstanding, and we always felt completely taken care of.
We truly couldn’t have asked for a better outcome or a more beautiful place to celebrate our wedding. Thank you to the entire team at Stroudsmoor and especially Grace, for making our day so special! -

We were married 12/27/25 at Woodsgate at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn. There was truly magic in the air. Everything leading up to the day was seamless, and come the wedding weekend, the magic continued. This venue takes care of everything - lodging, decorations, F&B, floral arrangements, wedding cake, hair & make up services, and the on-site team that helps you every step of the way. Woodsgate is simply stunning, the beautiful building along with the ethereal woodland chapel. Although there was a snow storm and we couldn’t use the chapel, the staff ensured we had a beautiful ceremony underneath the outdoor pavilion which was gorgeous in itself. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING, we opted for a welcome hot cocoa bar, 35 passed hor d’ourves for cocktail hour, delicious entrees, an amazing chocolate raspberry buttercream wedding cake, and my personal favorite ~ a milk & cookies dessert bar! We utilized the bridal studio for hair & make up and our ledgemere suite was top tier. We even had our rehearsal dinner onsite at their restaurant in the stone room with a delicious seafood buffet. Grace was our wedding coordinator who is an absolutely doll & was lovely to work with! Our winter wonderland wedding day was so special, so seamless, and was truly the best day of our lives. -

We had our wedding at Woodsgate, and I truly couldn’t imagine a more perfect experience. As the bride, I was blown away by how smoothly everything ran from start to finish. The staff was fantastic. They were attentive, organized, and genuinely invested in making the day flawless. Paul and Carrie were absolutely amazing taking care of us during the ceremomy and reception. Kaylie was our event coordinator, and she did so much to ensure we had a perfect experience.
One of the biggest advantages of choosing Stroudsmoor is how much they handle in-house. From coordination to setup and all the little details in between, they took care of everything seamlessly. It allowed us to actually relax and enjoy the day rather than stress over logistics.
The venue itself is stunning, with a romantic, rustic, woodsy vibe that feels magical in every corner.
I wouldn’t change a single thing about our experience. Stroudsmoor Country Inn exceeded every expectation and gave us the wedding day of our dreams. Highly, highly recommended! -

The Stroudsmoor Country Inn was the perfect place for our wedding. Each venue is charming in it's own way. We chose the Lawnhaven venue and it was perfect for us. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spots were perfect and fit our vibe. The Stroudsmoor Country Inn was truly a one-stop for all of our wedding needs. Their preferred vendors knew exactly what to do and where to go which made everything stress-free.
Wedding planning - Grace, our wedding planner was great to work with before the big day. She was very proactive in the planning process and helped us with all of the details to ensure we were happy! Thank you, Grace!
Floral and decor - We worked with Grayson on our floral and decor pieces of our wedding. We gave Grayson our Pinterest board and visions for floral and she did exactly what we envisioned! All of the decorations and details were absolute perfection! Thank you, Grayson!
Bridal Studio Hair and Makeup - We were lucky enough to book bridal hair and makeup for the bride as well as bridesmaids and family. The bridal studio was right next to Lawnhaven and was so convenient. Kelsey (bride) did her hair and makeup trial and final bridal look with Carolyn. Carolyn listened to every detail and made sure that I was comfortable and felt and looked the most beautiful I have ever looked. Thank you, Carolyn for making sure that I felt so perfect and confident on this incredible day!!
Reception - our reception area was set up absolutely perfectly. We walked in and were so happy with all of the details and mindful placement of everything. Ann was in charge of ensuring everything during the reception went smoothly. She did that and more! Ann consistently checked in with us to make sure timing was correct, if we were happy with how everything was going and made sure we stayed on schedule. Thank you so much, Ann! Amy was our bride and groom waitress that made sure that we were happy, had drinks at all times, and made sure we got to eat the delicious food Stroudsmoor has to offer! Thank you so much, Amy!
Food and Dessert - Stroudsmoor has some of the best food we have ever eaten. So many of our guests were raving about how delicious cocktail hour appetizers were. The dinner came beautifully plated and they ensured all allergies were properly handled. We had the opportunity to try all of this food at their sampling event, which was a blast! The Stroudsmoor bakery is absolutely incredible. We chose cupcakes for our dessert and guests have told us that they are going to be talking about them for the rest of their lives!!

Where do I even begin! I held my ~180-person wedding at the Stroudsmoor this summer, and they were an absolute dream team to work with.
Stroudsmoor is a family-owned and operated business, and that personal touch shines through in everything they do. From their extensive list of vendor partners to their in-house food, lodging, and variety of venue spaces, they can provide everything you need under one roof. They’re seasoned professionals and a rare gem in the wedding industry!
Beyond their beautiful venues and amazing food, it’s the service and staff that make Stroudsmoor so exceptional. Belkis was by my side for more than 15 hours on my wedding day, working tirelessly to make sure I had everything I needed. My wedding coordinator, Alex, was patient, organized, and incredibly thorough—she worked with us every step of the way to bring our dream vision to life. She was an absolute powerhouse, from all the pre-planning and thinking through every last detail to flawlessly executing throughout the entire wedding weekend, which included three separate events (rehearsal, welcome party, and wedding)!
I can’t emphasize enough how much Alex and the entire team genuinely care about their couples. They make such a sincere effort to connect with you, guide you through the process, and provide reassurance when the planning inevitably gets overwhelming. You can feel how deeply they care about making sure their couples have the best time ever—it’s truly from the heart.
My husband and I had the best night of our lives thanks to Alex, Belkis, and the entire Stroudsmoor team. If you’re thinking about hosting your wedding there—don’t hesitate. You’ll be in the best hands imaginable. -

The venue at Ridgecrest was literally a dream from start to finish! Firstly, the owner truly was so kind to us from the beginning and super responsive! They all truly went above and beyond and I even noticed extra decor at the wedding including on our sweetheart table (I didn’t know a sweet heart table could make me feel like a literal queen), which was really sweet and perfect! Grayson was so accommodating and the last minute added roses for my memorial chair was really special!
My bridesmaids also loved Jenny and Maddy was phenomenal! Most importantly EVERYONE loved Grace Sullivan! Even with the rain she made me feel calm and that everything was going to be perfect and it was! She fit right in with our crew and by the end of it felt like part of the family. Grace ensured everything went smoothly and it did, even with all the weddings she had that weekend. Everything was super organized!
My guests LOVED the food, I mean they were truly raving about all the appetizers, the main course etc, everything was delicious-Mike and I didn’t eat until we got back to our suite because we were having a blast out on the dance floor! Premium Entertainment was a great recommendation, we loved them! Everyone texted us and said how much fun they had, that it was the best food they had and that it was the most fun they had at a wedding, ever! I had one guest tell me it was the safest wedding they ever went too, assuming because we had transportation as well. The bartenders knew all of the guests drinks every time they went up there. Also, someone customized me a raspberry lemonade vodka, it was the most delicious drink I’ve ever had! The cooks, wait staff etc., truly they have the best all around! The bridal studio made us all look fabulous. I would recommend them to everybody!
Lastly, Happy hour got us in for our rehearsal late lunch/early dinner last minute thanks to Grace for recommending them! They were also amazing!
We appreciate this place and staff more than you know! Obviously we have to give a shout out to the cleaning staff as well, everything was spotless. Our photographer, Chris Gocklin Photography really got phenomenal pictures of us this location even with the rain! We are truly blessed. Trust me when I say, go with The Stroudsmoor-all of their locations are beautiful!

Our wedding planner, Grace, was an awsome to work with. She was professional, attentive, and made the planning process stress-free, ensuring every detail was tailored to our vision. Her expertise and calm demeanor gave us confidence that our day would be perfect—and it was.
During the reception, the staff went above and beyond, with Olivia standing out. Her energy, warmth, and attention to detail made the evening unforgettable for us and our guests. Everyone raved about the service, and we felt so well taken care of.

From the moment we stepped in to the event office to just sit down and see what they had to offer, We knew this is where we wanted to get married!
Everyone was so welcoming and easy to talk to.
We were given a timeline as to when we had to have certain things done and when we should schedule the next appointment. We ended up ahead of the game, which put all the anxieties at ease.
Our event coordinator was Alex, she was absolutely amazing! So personable and caring. I went in having absolutely nothing planned other than my colors, and she helped us put everything g together with such ease.
We got married at Lawnhaven, and all of our guests were throughly impressed with the event in its entirety.
They made it so easy to put the menu together and fined vendors with their tasting events.
We were surprised at how much fun my husband and I had planning everything!
If I had to do it again I would not change anything!!

We got married with only 7-8 months notice and the venue and staff pulled it off tremendously. From the first meeting, our planner - Kaylie - was professional and receptive to our ideas and needs. We wanted a sort of “magic forest” theme and they delivered beyond our expectations. Weddings are expensive, but we do feel like we got our money’s worth, and I appreciated that there was room to cut costs wherever we wanted - it allowed for a lot of flexibility throughout the process. Tons and tons of variety and options. Kaylie helped the whole thing run smoothly and she maintained a calm control throughout the process.
Grayson and the floral team totally floored us with the designs and decor, turning the reception hall into a bonafide dark academia / elven fantasy masterpiece. We got so many compliments on all the smallest details, and she was super receptive to our vision - totally knocked it out of the park.
Ryan, Ann, and Bronte - along with the rest of the day-of staff (bartenders, servers, etc) were unbelievably accommodating and kind, going as far as to physically pick up waste from birds and woodland creatures that ended up near one of the ponds we wanted to take photos at. Everyone was locked into our needs without us even needing to voice any of them, and it all felt very personable - I felt very much like they were seeing us as people and individuals rather than just clients.
Compliments to the chefs and cooking staff too. The dinners were very good and the cocktail hour apps and platters were awesome - super creative and really tasty!
Couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

When my husband and I were searching for a wedding venue, we dreamed of mountain views and rustic charm. The moment we saw Stroudsmoor Country Inn's Woodgate venue, we fell in love with the woods ceremony spot and the beautiful barn reception space. It felt like a mixture of Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings. It was everything we wanted and more - with perfect weather on our day (and a great backup option too if needed).
Stroudsmoor truly thought of everything: phenomenal food and drinks that our guests raved about, amazing staff, on-site lodging, and even a bridal suit perfect for hair and makeup. We were given every vendor recommendation around the area; photographer, DJ, officiants, rental cars, and more. What truly made the experience unforgettable was our planner, Grace. She was our saving grace - always attentive, quick to respond, super sweet and caring, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. She made the planning process stress-free and the wedding day seamless.
Every guest was blown away by the venue, the food, and the atmosphere. If you're looking for an outdoor or indoor venue that delivers on every detail, Stroudsmoor is the place. A 10000/10 experience - the best decision we made for our wedding. -

We held our wedding at Terraview at Stroudsmoor Country Inn this July and it was a DREAM. It's impossible to know where to start. The venue and views were absolutely stunning, the food was plentiful and delicious, and most importantly, the service was top-notch. Our wedding coordinator Alex was AMAZING and worked extremely hard to make sure our vision came to life. We searched many venues in the Catskills and around NY/PA, many with a much higher price tag, and none of the venues compared to the quality of service you can expect at Stroudsmoor. It will always be an extremely special place to us and I highly recommend Terraview/Stroudsmoor Country Inn to you as well! -

Best Weekend Ever!!!
We got married at Woodsgate at the Stroudsmoor last weekend and to say it was perfect would still be an understatement. All but two of our vendors were internally through the venue and they took care of everything! From food to cake to makeup and hair to decorations, the Stroudsmoor team did a fantastic job putting together such a magical day for my husband and I. Our closest guests and us stayed for the weekend and enjoyed their gorgeous rooms with woodsy views and a delicious breakfast buffet for both mornings. Throughout the weekend, the staff were friendly and personable and were a part of some of our best memories from the weekend. It’s a week later and our guests still have not stopped raving about the food and the incredible service. It not only was within our reasonable budget, but they completely exceeded expectations. It was well worth the money. We are extremely happy we made the choice to sign with the Stroudsmoor and look forward to staying here in the future and even attending more weddings here in the future! A huge thank you to Linda, Alex, Kaylie, Corinne, Grayson, Colleen, Gina, and the rest of the Stroudsmoor Team! We got married this past July at Ridgecrest at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn and could not have been more thrilled with our experience. We had our rehearsal dinner, wedding AND post-wedding brunch on site because they were so easy to work with and provided such value for their cost. The Stroudsmoor provides an easy planning process as they have lodging, hair/make up, catering AND florals on site. Our wedding coordinator, Alex, was exceptional from day 1. An amazing experience!
Can not recommend enough! Just had my wedding there and everyone on their staff is fantastic! Our coordinator kept in regular contact and helped us along each step of the way, our florist had the place looking amazing even with our last minute changes, and our day of attendant really went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed throuout the whole event! 5 Stars! Highly Recommend
Stroudsmoor is the real deal. When we got engaged, my top priority was that I did not want to be stressed on my wedding day. Leading up to the day, I knew there was a lot of work, a lot of planning, but on my actual wedding day, I wanted to take care of nothing. I wanted to be in charge of nothing. I used to work in events, and I know the depth and insanity that comes with planning an event and how hard the actual event day can be. I knew that whatever venue we picked, it would need to be as all-inclusive and simple as possible. Everything about Stroudsmoor was a dream. The entire process was seamless. They were so professional. They were upfront on costs. Any service they did not offer themselves they had a list of preferred, recommended vendors. Leading up to the wedding day, we met with our planner, Kaylie, regularly, their on-site florist, Grayson, and Gina and the whole team at the bridal salon were incredible. They walked us through everything, step-by-step. We got married at Woodsgate this summer – surrounded by the forest, it was absolutely gorgeous and everything we could have hoped for. We are so happy we chose them and we will continue to recommend them to everyone!

Thanks to the Stroudsmoor Country Inn, the wedding weekend of our dreams became a reality. We cannot express enough how happy we were with the Stroudsmoor Country Inn as our wedding venue. They made the process of planning a wedding easy and seamless. Being an all-inclusive wedding resort, the only vendors we had to hire that were not directly included in the package were transportation, a DJ and a photographer. However, to continue to make our lives easier the Stroudsmoor hosted a gorgeous event where we could do a tasting of the food/cakes, test out bouquet sizes, and meet and greet local vendors -- which is where we hired the vendors we needed for our day. The wedding weekend with our rehearsal dinner, day of, and morning breakfast after were all perfectly hosted. The Stroudsmoor has world class food, and is extremely attentive to detail. We cannot thank their staff enough for giving us the best weekend of our lives. We will be back for all our anniversaries since this gorgeous place now has an extremely special place in our hearts. -

Most Amazing Venue Ever!!!
Our wedding here was everything we could have dreamed of and more. Everyone kept talking about how amazing all the staff was!! Our day of coordinator, Kaylie, was so helpful and worked so hard to help us every step of the way. The venue (Terraview) was breathtaking, the food and cake were delicious, and the lodging was perfect!! It was so great to have our close friends and family all staying together on site. This venue is amazing because there are so many things on site: the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner the day before, the bridal studio for hair, the florals, and the bakery! I’m so thankful I also had a bridal assistant the day of (which I didn’t even know I would get!!), I had a very heavy veil and we had a lot of issues trying to get it to stay in my hair, and she was able to get it to stay!! The staff all made sure we had plenty of food and drinks and were so attentive. You get so much bang for your buck here. Could not recommend it enough! -

On the big day, the staff went above and beyond, anticipating our needs with fans to keep us cool, food and drinks always ready, and constant support. We were nervous about the heat (85° in late June), but the Ridgecrest ceremony site was fully shaded and very comfortable for us and all the guests. The venue is absolutely beautiful—scenic, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. We’re so grateful to the Stroudsmoor team for making our day so special. -

We recently had our wedding at Stroudsmoor Country Inn, and I cannot stop raving about how magical the entire day was! From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable.
Grace, our planner, deserves massive credit. She completely understood my vision of creating a romantic yet fun-filled wedding. Her expertise, organization, and support ensured every moment was exactly how we had imagined.
Grayson was in charge of our floral and decor and while I came in with a vision, Grayson brought it to life in a way that exceeded all my expectations. Every detail was beyond stunning, making the venue feel straight out of a fairy tale.
We were met with a major surprise on the wedding day – snow! We woke up to about 4 inches of snow, completely unexpected, as we were prepared for rain. Despite this, the incredible Stroudsmoor team pivoted seamlessly, ensuring all adjustments were handled with ease and grace. Their flexibility and quick problem-solving gave me so much peace of mind when I could've been stressed.
The food was a standout hit! Instead of a sit-down dinner, we opted for passed appetizers during the reception, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how delicious and unique everything was. It turned our reception into such an enjoyable, social experience.
I have to give a special shout-out to Belkis, my bridal attendant, who is nothing short of a miracle worker. She is either secretly a fairy godmother or perhaps JLo from The Wedding Planner! From fixing the tiniest details to genuinely caring for me and ensuring I was calm and happy, she made me feel cherished like I was family. I was in awe of her dedication and attentiveness.
Planning a wedding can be such a daunting and overwhelming task, but the Stroudsmoor staff made it incredibly easy. Not only were they professional, but they went out of their way to make sure our day was nothing short of perfect. They even generously upgraded us, which was a beautiful and thoughtful gesture.
Thanks to the entire Stroudsmoor team, our wedding day turned into the magical, memorable celebration we dreamed of. It all started in October 2022 when Michael and I bought a house in the area. We were driving around to explore and stubbled upon Ridgecrest. I had always wanted to get married on the side of a cliff. I said wouldn't it be so cool to get married here? Right in our town? Fast forward to seeing an ad for Stroudsmoor wedding expo. I wasn't even engaged and I booked us two tickets. It was just one day before the expo, when Michael proposed. I only had one venue in mind. Ridgecrest. When I would tell people where I was getting married at, I will never forget what everyone said; "it is so pretty there and the staff take such great care of you". And oh my gosh, YES do they ever take care of you! I can have panic attacks but the staff kept me focused. I was well care for with patience and love. I learned new techniques to distract me from anxiety that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Thank you Belkis, Corinne, Kaylie, Becca, Corinne's sister and Carolyn. You ladies kept me together. At the end of wedding night, I have received nothing but positive compliments of how stunning my wedding was. It was the best wedding some guests had attended. The most beautiful. The happiest. Room was filled with love and everyone could feel it. Guests told me the food was great. So much food. So many IPA choices. Appetizers were great. Band was awesome. Venue stunning. Views of the valley gorgeous. Live painter was amazing. Hair and make-up made my girls into bombshells. A luxury deluxe wedding. I went all out for this wedding. Deciding to book it for March and hoping for snow. And sure enough, during my vows I got my a small flurry of snow. This place is magic. I would do it again and again. Wedding planning is stressful but this place made it easy with an all in one package. Hair and make up, catering, floral and decor, bakery, and lodging ALL on site!! Then just use their wedding expo to research and pick a photographer, music, transportation and officiant. And you have all the major stuff already done! The next day after my wedding I did not have a feeling of let down. I was on cloud 9. And I told Michael, this place can just take my money again and again. -

My husband and I got married at Ridgecrest on Oct 25th, 2024 and there are truly no words to describe how unbelievable our day was… but I will try :) The weather was perfect and that venue is stunning so there was no way that our wedding couldn’t have been amazing, but the Stroudsmoor staff were absolutely exceptional. We had the privilege of having Kaylie as our Event Planner and she was the absolute best. She was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire planning process and couldn’t have made it more stress-free. We used an outside Florist for flowers but worked with Grayson for ceiling drapery, linens and table numbers, and same thing - she was fantastic, and coordinating with her couldn’t have been easier. I was also blown away by how amazing the day-of staff were. Margie & Kerry specifically were unbelievably amazing. The kindest yet most hard-working women in the room. Both of them, as well as all of the rest of the staff that I spoke to, genuinely seemed happy to be there. They were friendly and efficient and everyone was raving about how good the food and drinks were all night. I always dreamed of an amazing wedding and it’s easy to set your exceptions too high but my wedding was truly better than I ever could have imagined. We would relive that day forever and I will be depressed for the next year. 1000/10 recommend. I can’t imagine a better venue or company to work with, and they will all always have a special place in our hearts. -

I got married at Woodsgate almost two weeks ago and it was the best night of my life. Kaylie, our wedding planner made sure that everything was perfect and did not miss a detail. Grayson did amazing with the flowers and even added a pendant for my late grandfather last minute. The night would not have gone as smoothly without our attendant and supervisor, Belkus and Ann. Belkus literally changed my shoes for me and taught me how to go to the bathroom in my wedding dress. Everyone at Stroudsmoor made me feel relaxed and allowed me to really enjoy our special day. I also love that so much is on site like lodging, the spa, florist, food beverage and bakery. I could not recommend Stroudsmoor enough, they really know what they are doing. I would not have changed anything about our wedding! -

rst off I would like to start this review off by mentioning Belkis who went above and beyond as our couples attendant. She had every supply imaginable whenever we would ask. She fixed my dress for me before I walked down the aisle, and then bustled it for me within a matter of seconds before the reception. She brought me drinks and appetizers while we were getting our photos taken. Always made sure I wasn’t tripping over my dress, positioning me where I needed to stand or sit. She was always keeping me updated and on cue for all of the events. Anytime I needed something she was right there beside us making sure we had everything we needed. I don’t think the day would have gone that smoothly if it wasn’t for Belkis. She treated us like family and I absolutely love her. Let’s just say that if you get Belkis for your wedding. That you are guaranteed to have the best wedding ever!
Now onto Stroudsmoor itself, I absolutely love that everything we needed was included so that we didn’t have to go searching for each and every vendor. And they also gave a list of recommended vendors which helped me to find the best photographer I could have asked for, Marshall Scott. Things included were the ceremony and reception site, food, hair and makeup, drinks, alcohol, floral and decor, cake, staffing, wedding planner, and so much more. I love that everything was on property so I could walk to everything.
The day of the wedding moved so smoothly and was well coordinated. Our big day went so well and we had so many good laughs and cries while surrounded by the ones we love. None if that would have happened if it weren’t for the entire staff of Stroudsmoor working flawlessly to make sure we had the best wedding. I also love that Stroudsmoor offers non-traditional ceremony options as my husband and I are both nature lovers and opted for the tree planting ceremony as well, so that we have a tree to grow and branch out along with us.
Thank you to everyone at stroudsmoor (especially Belkis) for going above and beyond to help make amazing memories for our newly joint family. I am extremely grateful to Stroudsmoor Country Inn for helping to make the best day ever! -

I had to switch to my plan B for the day of because of the weather and within minutes they had everything set up and ready to go. I would recommend the stroudsmoor again and again. The food is top notch, the service is top tier and the rooms on site at the venue are to die for. The stroudsmoor is the place to get married. I’m so thankful and lucky to have gotten married here. When I was looking for a woodsy venue to get married at on the east coast, I stumbled upon Woodsgate at Stroudsmoor and it immediately stood out to me! We could get married surrounded by trees, with the ease of an all inclusive reception a short walk away. When we visited and saw the woodland chapel, even in the middle of winter, my breath was taken away and I wanted to cry because of how perfect and beautiful it is. It’s very secluded and has a lit-up walk to the ceremony site up an adorable path, and the reception hall has a cozy homey feel, while being straight out of a fantasy novel. We didn’t need much floral decor because of how beautiful everything is already, but the floral we did get was the perfect finishing touch, and I’m still obsessing over my bouquet.
Aside from the gorgeous fairytale setting, the service was phenomenal and both our planner, Malia, and the staff were there to see to all our needs and make the day as stress-free and easygoing as possible. Malia was always quick to answer any questions, and was very willing to bring our unconventional ideas like Rock Band karaoke at the reception to life. Sometimes with all-inclusive venues you’re limited with customizing the wedding but that was not at all the case with Stroudsmoor. Everyone was so kind, professional, and our guests raved about the incredible food and service. I couldn’t imagine getting married at a more perfect place, and highly recommend this to anyone looking to have their own whimsical woodland wedding!! -

We chose the Stroudsmoor Country Inn Lawnhaven's venue for our wedding. It is a beautiful setting and easy to access for any guests with mobility problems.
Our wedding planner, Malia Kasperkevic, was professional, informative and so helpful to us when we were choosing an officiant, photographer, and DJ.
We stayed at the Inn the night before the wedding and the night of it. On our wedding eve, we were treated to a surprise, private champagne dinner, thanks to Malia's request. We then retired to our cozy room at the main Inn.
We selected Journeys of the Heart's Susanne Wilson for our officiant, initially meeting with her to discuss our preferences, then communicating by email to help her create the ceremony that we wished from readings that she provided. Our guests remarked on how inclusive and thoughtful she was.
For our photographer and DJ, we hired Frankie Carll Productions. We first met with Mr. Carll to review our music choices, and he selected Corey for our photographer and Ricky for our DJ. Both were professional, personable and fun. Corey made us feel at ease through our photo shoots. Ricky got everyone up and dancing, and also played all of our requests.
The hors d'oeuvre were spectacular, and the dinners and cake were delicious and beautifully presented. The servers and bartenders were attentive and considerate of any special needs or requests made by our guests.
Our floral arrangements were lovely, and the centerpiece flowers were able to be taken home by our guests. The colors of my bouquet and the groom's boutonniere were matched by the ones in our centerpieces.
I used the Stroudsmoor's salon for my hair and makeup. Gina did a terrific job incorporating my baby's breath headpiece into my styled hair and made me up in an understated fashion as suited me very well. -

My daughter's wedding at Lawnhaven at Stroudsmoor Country Inn last weekend was an absolute dream come true! From the impeccable service to the delicious food, every detail was just perfect. Ryan, the manager, truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. His communication skills and dedication to exceeding our expectations were truly commendable. Ryan is just a pleasure to work with! The staff, including Margie, Maddie, and Ann, were all outstanding - attentive, hardworking, and always with a smile on their faces. Margie, in particular, stood out for her exceptional service throughout the night.
Despite a last-minute change in wedding planners, Kaylie seamlessly took over and handled everything flawlessly, making the transition seamless. The venue itself was stunning, with meticulously manicured grounds, creating the perfect backdrop for a magical day. The convenience of having the ceremony and reception at the same location was a huge bonus and made the day even more special.
The food was another highlight of the evening, with guests raving about the delicious appetizers, dinner, and desserts. The prompt drink service was also greatly appreciated, ensuring no one had to wait long for a refreshment.

I seriously do not have enough amazing words to say about Linda and her team! I got married at the Ridgecrest venue in July and wow was the view stunning!! My guests (200) of them, could not stop talking about how gorgeous this venue was and how amazing the service was. It truly was the best day of my life! Linda and her team had everything organized for the whole year leading up to the wedding and not a single thing went wrong. I had a ton of guests stay at the Inn on site and absolutely loved it. The whole atmosphere of Stroudsmoor is unbelievable. Bill Cardoni was my photographer and has done a ton of weddings at Stroudsmoor and just the 15 pictures i’ve seen so far are absolutely stunning!!! If you want a wedding where everything goes perfectly and is in the hands of outstanding professionals, then this is the venue for you!! truly truly can’t say enough great things. Of course, the wedding itself is always stressful to plan. However, in comparison to other couples experiences (family that have been recently married) we had a very flawless experience. Linda was our coordinator and she captured every detail effortlessly. I will say that you will come in higher than your estimated budget but you will notice a lot of complimentary luxuries on the night of. We chose to stay at the venue sight and book the suites for our immediate family and close friends and that took a lot of stress off of getting ready and being punctual. The rooms were very cute and classy. The food is absolutely amazing (which is hard to find at weddings. From our experience, the entrees are usually bland and the meats are dry). Stroudmoor had a huge variety of options when it came to foods. We opted in for a s’mores bar and cannolis with coffee for the evening and noticed complimentary cookies (- variety of cookies that were adorable). The flowers were gorgeous (thank you, Grayson). You get a bridal assistant as well, which really is a game changer. We personally had Belkis and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Coming from a couple who have attended approximately 5 weddings in the last 4 years, we had the most stress free and seamless process because of the venue we chose. I have to recommend Stroudsmoor to anyone who is looking to have a wonderful wedding. A special thank you to Kerry, Corrine, Belkis, and Linda & all of the extraordinary staff who made it possible.

Before our wedding, I often heard people say their wedding day was the happiest day of their lives, but I never truly understood that sentiment—until now. Thanks to the impeccable team at Stroudsmoor, I can wholeheartedly say it was the happiest day of my life.
The approach at Stroudsmoor is exceptionally organized. Linda, with her vast experience, ensures that every detail is perfect. Her meticulous planning and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire process. Despite the unexpected heavy rains on our wedding day, we seamlessly adapted and moved the ceremony indoors to a beautiful location inside the Lawnhaven Pavilion. The transition was smooth, and the indoor setup was just as stunning as the original outdoor plan.
The environment Linda and her team created was like a dream come true. She has cultivated an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality that is palpable as soon as you step onto the property. The surprises they planned were beyond amazing! Growing up in India, I had only read about s'mores and imagined the sound of ice cream trucks. Experiencing these delightful touches for the first time on our special day was phenomenal. These unexpected details made us feel incredibly loved and cherished.
I want to extend a special thank you to the incredible "I Do Crew"—Belkis, Jess, and Ann—who did an outstanding job on the day. Laura’s kindness also did not go unnoticed. Grayson Davis, who worked with us to pick out our florals, also knocked it out of the park. She helped us pick out the exact designs and flowers we'd want. On the day of the wedding, the flowers were breathtaking. Our guests were eager to accept our centerpieces as gifts.
We would also love to thank Emma, Brooklyn, Carolynn, Liam, Raquel, Cameron, and all the folks working on-site during our wedding. You were invaluable to our amazing night, and we will remember this night for the rest of our lives. Thank you!!! -

Amazing venue with an even more amazing staff!!
Everyone at Stroudsmoor was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our coordinator, Danica was fantastic throughout the entire planning process. She answered every single question me, my husband, and our families asked along the way. The actual wedding night went so smoothly and was totally stress free. Not to mention the amazing food! So many of our guests came up to us to say it was some of the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding.
Our special day was truly a dream come true and we can’t thank Stroudsmoor enough for all they did to make it happen. -

We were lucky enough to celebrate our daughters wedding here on September 9th, 2023. This venue is absolutely beautiful. It is nestled in a wooded area with all the best nature has to offer. The views are spectacular! There are several different venues within the property. The one we chose was Ridgecrest. Linda, who supported us through the process, made sure every detail was attended to. On the day of the wedding, we arrived at the venue and we were greeted by a staff that was so outstanding it is hard to put into words. First, Id like to mention Belkis. Belkis was not only sweet and kind but took us under her wing and made sure everything was perfect for us. She wore a belt around her waist with everything you could possible need. She had tissues, needle, thread, essential oils and so much more. She took such good care of us. I'll never forget her kindness. Then there was Kerry who made sure we always had drinks, food, and anything else we needed. She checked on us constantly and we had so much fun together. Those women and the rest of the staff took care of the wedding party and the rest of the guests like we were royalty. Grayson who is the on staff floral manager, did such an amazing job with the flowers. I could go on, but I would like to conclude by saying I HIGHLY recommend Stroudsmoor for a wedding. The venue and staff are a cut above. Our wedding was pure magic and one of the best days of my life. -

Our wedding was just on Monday, July 10th and we had the BEST experience. From the beginning of the planning stages, our coordinator, Malia, and the owner, Linda, ensured we were satisfied with the tastings and the planning process, keeping us on track with everything that needed to be done. They worked with us to accommodate our Monday schedule so we could celebrate on our 8 year anniversary, and helped build a package that worked for us.
But once we got to the rehearsal and day of, I was truly blown away by the incredible staff. Every single guest told us that the service was unparalleled, the appetizers during cocktail hour were plentiful and delicious, and it was the best wedding they have ever attended. As it was our wedding I’m a bit biased, but it truly was the best I’ve ever experienced!
Malia went above and beyond to ensure all of my DIY centerpieces, decor, and sola wood flowers were set up even more beautifully than I could ever imagine! I truly cried as soon as I walked in to preview it. She has an incredible eye for design and I’m so grateful to her. Grayson also made sure our ceremony space was beautifully lined with flower petals and set-up to perfection. She was so kind through the process and quick to respond, too!
Malia also kept us on schedule and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. And my bridal attendant, Belkis, was also AMAZING! One of our groomsmen ripped his pants right before walking down the aisle and she sewed them easily, and I had no idea until the wedding was over. She fixed my veil that was pulling off the comb and reinforced that. She had drinks ready for us as soon as the ceremony was over. She made sure my father had his specialty drink of choice. She fanned me during the reception when she could tell I was hot, got my fiancé water and a towel after his surprise tap dance to help with the sweat, got him dressed back into his vest in time for cake cutting, and even offered to help me in the restroom and manage my giant ballgown. My bustle was also so complicated and she worked in tandem with my sister to get it up and under my dress. Truly the most amazing and attentive service of my life, and I truly felt like a princess. If anything went wrong, I really didn’t know about it because both Malia and Belkis fixed it before I could even notice.
Emma and Anne Marie our supervisors for the evening were also so sweet and made sure the night went smoothly after Malia had left. They all packed up my DIY so carefully with Belkis (vases, books, photo frames) so I could take it home without worry. They packed it even better than I had when I brought it! And also a shoutout to Tyler who was a server and received compliments from several of our guests about his amazing service and kind personality.
I am still in awe of the day. We were able to enjoy every moment because Stroudsmoor and the staff took care of everything. I didn’t have to lift a finger or think about anything more than celebrating the man who is now my husband! And it doesn’t hurt that the views from Terraview are absolutely stunning! So many incredible photos! Thank you so much for making our day a true fairytale! -

Top-Notch Wedding Venue and Professionals
I am extremely thankful that we chose Stroudsmoor for our wedding. Our special day exceeded our expectations in many ways.
The Stroudsmoor team was excellent; they took care of us every step of the way. We didn't experience any of the planning/day-of stressors that our married friends and family had lovingly cautioned us about.
The Stroudsmoor team was thoughtful, professional, and attentive to every detail, making the experience unforgettable. We were well-fed and felt surrounded by love throughout the day. Not only did we think the wedding was incredible, but our loved ones also had nothing but praise for the event.
Planning the wedding from out-of-state was made easier by the well-planned, regularly scheduled visits, which helped ensure everything was done on time and nothing was forgotten.

My husband Leo and I were married at the Ridgecrest location of the Stroudsmoor Country Inn on June 10, 2023. The weather was beautiful, the views were picturesque, but nothing could've beat the quality of service (and food!) we and our guests received.
Planning our wedding was a year-long process. We became engaged in February 2022 and wasted no time looking for a venue. I saw pictures of Ridgecrest on Instagram, after my friend's cousin had her wedding there in July 2021. I thought the place was so stunning, I just had to schedule a visit. Cathleen Fillman greeted us so warmly and showed incredible patience when we pelted her with question after question. She was exactly who my husband and I needed to work with on such an important day in our lives. She gave us sound advice when we asked for it, she was always responsive over the phone and email, she never didn't smile. She was organized, clear, creative and just so wise. I knew I could trust her. She went above and beyond all year long -- and even more so on the wedding day! She was determined to make sure everything went smoothly -- and it did!
Then there was Colleen, who takes care of the lodging at Stroudsmoor. We had a big wedding (over 200 guests) and knew a lot of people would be staying the weekend. She worked with me and my mother-in-law constantly to arrange rooms for everyone, and was gracious enough to make an exception or two when we were in a tough spot. I couldn't have made my guests as comfortable as they were without her and the cleaning staff's help. On a side note, the rooms/suites/cottages at Stroudsmoor are absolutely amazing. You would enjoy staying there for any occasion! The property is well-kept and beautiful. There's lots to do in town as well. My husband and I are already thinking about booking a stay there for a future anniversary.
We also utilized the Stroudsmoor's florist team for our flowers and décor. The staff works on site (which is really convenient) and did such a beautiful job. All our visions and requests were successfully met. We couldn't be happier!
What's more, Stroudsmoor has a spa and salon on site -- which is another convenience my girls and I made sure to take advantage of. All the hair stylists and makeup artists worked their magic and made us all look beautiful.
As for the food, it was delicious -- or so everyone told me that day! I could barely eat a bite, I was so nervous. But the amount of compliments I received about the food alone was incredibly gratifying. There was plenty of it, and the quality really was everything you hoped it would be. My husband and I attended a sampling event months before and were more than satisfied. The sampling event also allowed us to meet with different vendors, explore floral and décor options, and try cake flavors! It's held a couple times a year, which is appreciated.
Last but not least, I have to express my sincere gratitude for Belkis, who served as our couple's attendant on the wedding day. Cathleen told me in advance that she was wonderful, but I didn't know how wonderful she truly was until I worked with her. She was with me and Leo every step of the way, making sure I was where I needed to be and had everything I needed. She got me drinks and tried to get me to eat (lol!). But most importantly, she helped me through the nervous breakdown I had right before the ceremony.
I love the Stroudsmoor and its wonderful staff with all my heart and soul. Thank you for everything! -

Having previously attended weddings at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn, we knew we wanted our special day to take place at this venue. My wife and I instantly knew that we wanted to be married on the Grand Lawn at Lawnhaven the moment we set foot on site. It was the perfect combination of indoor and outdoor space to accommodate anything and everything. The serving staff was phenomenal and ensured that my wife and I ate and always had drinks in our hands. They even provided a platter of the hors d'oeuvres to make certain that we got to sample everything we may have missed during photos. Of course, our day would not have been possible without our wonderful Event Coordinator Cathleen and the Event Supervisor Jessie. Everything was flawless; from the venue to the staff to the on-site lodging. We only regret that we did not have more time to soak up the good times and treat more with our guests. -

Stroudsmoor isn't just the perfect venue - it also provides everything you need to make the big day happen with ease.
1) Value - for our budget, I was able to host a big welcome party at the SCI Pavillion on Friday, followed by a Saturday wedding with an extended hour of bar service. What we got for the price wasn't just a good deal - it was exceptional.
2) Flexibility - I had a ton of custom pieces I wanted to include in the Saturday celebration, which they were able to accommodate without issue. Everything was even broken down for us afterward, meaning I didn't have to stress about taking things down and bringing them back.
3) Service - The 'couples attendants' we had (Ryan and Belkis) were incredible both Friday AND Saturday. We were constantly brought appetizers, drinks in hand, and Belkis even taught my bridesmaids how to fluff my insanely tule-ific train.
4) Accommodations - My bridal party, the groomsmen, and our closest relatives were able to stay right on the grounds in gorgeous cabins that were very well decorated and maintained. My husband and I rented the entire Cedar House cabin which was separate from the inns and cabin blocks, enabling us to host after parties into the wee hours of the morning without any sound issues.
I couldn't recommend this venue more - everything about the weekend was perfect. I just showed up, enjoyed myself, and they took care of the rest! -

From the first moment we toured the Stroudsmoor Country Inn to the moment we ended our reception, everything was truly perfect. To start, when we booked their venue their communication with us was clear and consistent. Everything in the contract was very straightforward and any questions we had were answered promptly. We had several meetings with our event coordinator, Cathleen, who made the planning process so easy. She was always available to answer any questions in between meetings. She was kind, attentive and organized! She was also very helpful with suggesting outside vendors, so we did have to search on our own. We loved how The Stroudsmoor Country Inn was a one stop shop. They have a restaurant on premises that Cathleen helped us book a private room for our rehearsal dinner. They also had accommodations to book rooms on site to stay in. Colleen helped us reserve rooms for our wedding party and family so we did not have to worry about travel. The rooms were huge, my bridal suite was the size of an apartment, with a second floor loft. Made it the perfect space for my bridal party to get ready. Colleen also helped with coordinating with lunch to be delivered to me and my husband's rooms for us and the wedding party earlier in the day while we got ready. Not only did they offering catering for our wedding, they have their own floral team and bakery. We worked with Grayson in the floral department to pick out the perfect flowers and decor for us! We also had a beautiful and delicious cake that we did have to worry about getting from an outside bakery (we even had a secondary cake so there was two cake flavor options), the floral team was even able to add flowers to the cake to add a little extra something! When our big day finally came, it was as perfect could be! Cathleen, with our event supervisor, Brandy, made sure everything went off without a hitch! Seriously, not a single hiccup in our day. The team made it so when the day came, I did not have to worry about a single thing, except getting in my dress and making it down the aisle! They take care of all the day of coordination. The ceremony was beautiful, the reception hall looked stunning. I am not over exaggerating when I say we had many of our guests tell us it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding (there were so many entrees for us to choose from for our menu). Guests also told us it was the most fun they ever had at a wedding! Seriously, the whole team made sure the day ran perfectly and that our only concern was to get married and have fun! They just do such a wonderful job at making your vision come true and tailoring everything to feel unique to you and your partner. For the level of quality that we received overall, it feels like we should have paid double what we paid in the end! I truly cannot say enough amazing things about the the venue and team. They made our wedding day absolutely magical! -

Lawnhaven at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding reception! Our event planner, Danica, worked with us for almost two years to make sure that our wedding day was exactly what we wanted. She kept us on track with our planning and was very flexible with last minute changes or suggestions. Our wedding supervisor, Ann, made sure the events of our wedding night ran smoothly. Our server, Jessie, was so friendly and took care of us throughout the night. It was also very convenient that the Stroudsmoor took care of so many aspects of our wedding - the flowers, the food, the bridal studio, and the suites for my husband and I, as well as our guests. Overall, having our wedding reception at the Stroudsmoor was an amazing experience from the beginning all the way to our special day. They gave us a wedding night that we will never forget! -

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Woodsgate and it was everything we've ever dreamed of, plus some. The coordination, the consistent communication, the professionalism, the understanding, the willingness to help and ensure the day was perfect, was more than we could ask for from Stroudsmoor Staff. Everyone went above and beyond for us, both in the months/weeks/days leading up to, and the day of our wedding. Questions? Answered. Nerves? Soothed. Minor problems or last minute changes? Fixed. Stroudsmoor Floral handled design and set-up and it was perfect, my visions were a reality thanks to them. My girls and I had our hair and make-up done on-site at the Salon which was both a time saver and the picture of perfection. Their artists made us all illuminate and feel like queens. The biggest thank-you goes to our coordinator/planner, Danica who we are so thankful for and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our wedding was the best day of our life (so far) thanks to her and we're so very grateful. Stroudsmoor Country Inn as a whole is a phenomenal place to get married and I will recommend it to anyone I can. -

Incredible Wedding Experience
We had the fortune of having our wedding at Stroudsmoor a few weeks ago, and it was perfect. The Lawnhaven site is absolutely gorgeous, both inside and outside. The food was delicious, and the florals were beautiful. The staff was incredible and were quick to provide assistance with anything we needed. Belkis is a treasure, as is Corinne, Kevin, and the rest of the staff!! I highly recommend booking with Stroudsmoor to bring your wedding dreams to life. -

The Stroudsmoor is the best!
We had our wedding at the Stroudsmoor this past weekend and it was incredible. After booking, everyone we worked with was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Cathleen was our coordinator and let me tell you - SHES AMAZING. She’s always on top of answering emails, questions, she put all our concerns at ease. She and her team made Lawnhaven look INCREDIBLE with all my DIY decor. She was always positive and smiling. I cannot say enough great things about her. Everything ran incredibly smooth and we had the best stress free day. Everyone raved about how beautiful the venue was and what a good time they had. Belik (I think that was her name) was our bridal helper and she was incredible too. Took much care of my husband and I. And Colleen in Lodging is a saint. I had some last minute changes to my room block reservations and she handled them so quick so I didn’t have a mental break down about it. Worth every penny. -

I truly mean every word I write.
The Stroudsmoor truly gave the best day we ever could've hoped for!
From the being, we thought they have the best value for what you are getting from them. And that was true to the very day.
Our wedding coordinator was so fantastic and prompt with responses so there was never a need to worry about everything.
Even with blocking the rooms for guests, they were patient with all my questions and changes.
The venue, looked INCREDIBLE. It rained and was very cold on our wedding day, but the indoor option was so beautiful that I'm happy the weather was bad!
The food. Im telling you, so good! The amount of appetizers and the quality of the meals, was fantastic. Even our "picky" guests raved about it.
And the staff/service was the best. It couldn't have been better. Our guests even complimented the staff since there were so helpful! One guest of ours broke her shoe, but a staff member had glue and fixed it right away! Things you don't even think about, they just performed so well.
I can't recommend this place enough. Wedding planning wasn't stressful one bit, and the day was better than I ever could have imagined. -
