  Starr Limo was great to work with. The two things that stand out was how quickly they responded to emails...usually within 15 to 30 minutes. Secondly, the driver was outstanding.

  We decided very last minute (2 weeks before our wedding) to get a limousine after all. To be practical, we decided on a limo van. Starr Limousines was very helpful and courteous and made it happen for us without any hassle. We changed around the schedule for our wedding day a few times, and they were very nice about it. The driver was nice, well-dressed, and knew the area well. He even suggested a beautiful spot for taking pictures that we otherwise would not have thought of.

  I chose Starr because of the wonderful things I had heard about them. I was pleasently suprised how great they actually where. Very flexible, very friendly and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know

  Starr Limo was able to reserve the exact limo for our wedding. The driver had slight problems with directions when picking up the wedding party, so make sure to verify addresses before the wedding date. Otherwise, they were friendly to work with and professional.

  The owner of Starr Limo is unprofessional. He advised we needed to make a deposit to reserve the limo. We never received anything stating we had to pay the balance almost a week before the event. I received two emails the day before our wedding to let us know we had to pay that Monday before. When I called to pay over the phone he was rude and unfriendly. I apologized that the payment was late as we did not know it was due before. He just asked for my numbers and said thanks and hung up. He also failed to advise me there was an $18 charge for using a credit card. I get its not a large amount of money but a professional would have let you know. We were also advised the bus fit 25 people. We had people sitting on laps and standing. We had 17 people and could not all sit. I would not recommend them to anyone especially for the price and lack of professionalism.
