We got married at Springfield Country Club in May 2025, and it was the best decision we made. The venue is stunning—the room we had cocktail hour was newly painted, and both the indoor and outdoor space was absolutely beautiful.
From day one, the staff was responsive and helpful. Our venue coordinator, Anna Evans, answered every question we had (and we had a lot!). She made us feel completely supported through the planning process.
The space came with tables, chairs, and a beautiful bridal suite. The bridal suite had enough room for myself, my husband and our wedding party to store our things for the evening. Everything was clean and well-kept, and we were able to drop off everything we displayed at the reception a few days before the wedding.
On the day itself, everything ran smoothly, and guests kept telling us how gorgeous and comfortable the venue was. Our maitre d at our wedding was great, and was so attentive to me and my husband during the reception. The food was incredible, and even with just getting the standard package without any add-ons, we had more than enough to serve our guests. The food at both cocktail hour and for dinner was excellent. They were so accommodating as well with food allergies, which was so greatly appreciated.
We were able to host our guests at Tavola's for an after-party, and Steven Smith was great to work with to coordinate that.
We had a lot of guests from out of town, and they all loved having the Marriot onsite for such a convenient place to stay.
We were so happy with our decision to have our wedding at Springfield Country Club!

First and foremost, Dennis made everything so stress-free. He responded right away to our MANY questions and emails, never making us feel like it was ever too much trouble. He went above and beyond when it came to arranging the cocktail party and reception! He and Mike also made it possible to stay in a beautiful suite during a very busy (and, I’m sure, booked PGA tour that they were hosting that same weekend. Everyone said how amazing the food was. Many even stated that that was the best wedding/reception that they ever attended! The staff was courteous, the DJ, DUCA, who was recommended was fun and professional. I can’t say enough about how grateful we are for making this day so special!! Five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️’s is not enough!!

The Venue itself was beautiful, the staff all showed a level of hospitality that is sometimes hard to find. They really made my wedding run smoothly.

Amazing Wedding Venue!
We had our wedding at Springfield Country Club in September 2025 and everything was perfect! SCC included everything that we needed which made the planning process a breeze. The Golf View Ballroom was beautiful and had a wonderful view of the golf course with plenty of space for our guests. The entire evening ran so smoothly, and we did not have to worry about a thing. We received so many compliments from our guests about how well the evening flowed and how delicious the food was. They especially loved the ice cream bar! We cannot thank Anna and her team enough for making our wedding day so special and memorable! We would not hesitate to work with Anna in hosting another event at SCC!

Beautiful and seamless wedding
We had our wedding here a few weeks ago and everything went great! From the first meeting after seeing the beautiful space both inside and the grounds and hearing the fair price, we knew we wanted to have our wedding here.
Dennis, the main coordinator was always super helpful and responsive, and made it such a great experience. The food at the cocktail hour and dinner was both delicious, all the guests were commenting on how great it was. Cocktail hour had so many trays of catered food and also stations you could upgrade with for different tastes and they were a big hit. The coordinators also made us a plate and left it in the bridal suite to ensure we got a chance to eat.
When we did our tasting for dinner the food was delicious and the quality was the same on the actual wedding day. They served everyone’s plates at a table in a way to make sure everyone’s food was warm and it all looked incredible. The room setup was wonderful, the staff took all our decorations and set them up in a very attractive way, then helped take everything down after it was over.
All night our coordinator made sure we had a drink in our hands if we wanted it. The bridal suite was so great to keep the bridal parties things in and nice to have a private bathroom. After taking family and bridal party pictures close by on the grounds, they let us take a golf cart to different scenic places on the golf course to get nice pictures with our photographer.
It was a great night and SCC left us absolutely stress free and in good spirits all night! We had the afterparty right next door and it was so easy for people to change and get back, we had great turnout and some more fun. In the morning we hosted a breakfast in the same room and it was so great to see everyone to say good bye and have some more delicious food. Could not recommend this venue more for ease and great help from all staff!

Absolute Best Wedding Experience
We got married at Springfield in September 2024 and had the perfect wedding day and planning experience! Dennis and his team are the absolute best in the business. Dennis was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and really bent over backwards to make our every wish come true. He worked to ensure the day was as stress free as possible and played out exactly as we hoped. After our ceremony, Dennis's team drove us around the site to capture photos together and with our wedding party. The cocktail hour was amazing and offered so many food options (that were included in pricing without extra cost) that guests have been raving about for months afterwards. The reception flowed seamlessly and provided plenty of time for dancing, with the Grand Ballroom offering an abundance of space for our guests, band, photobooth, and decor. We would recommend adding the dessert room, as this was a fan favorite. The venue provided us with both convenience and flexibility to customize all events throughout the weekend, even going as far to offer storage space for our additional decor. The convenience of having the hotel attached to the venue was an invaluable bonus for our friends and family, with the site also offering space to hold our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, bridal suite, and after party. Springfield Country Club truly offered a one-stop shop for the perfect wedding weekend! The prices and value were unmatched, especially for all of the amazing service that Dennis and his team provided. Do not hesitate to book your wedding at Springfield!!

Amazing wedding - fantastic staff and beautiful ballroom
We chose the Springfield Country Club because it's a beautiful, all-in-one venue. As a couple getting married in our 30's, many of our friends have kids, so it was important for us to have an on-site hotel and venue. The Courtyard Marriott staff (Laura + Mike) and SCC staff (Dennis) worked seamlessly together. We also loved using the Tavola firepit (thank you Steven!) - it was a beautiful location for an afterparty. What really impressed me was the staff. Dennis was our main point of contact and was always highly responsive. He was also proactively helpful in offering us advice on how to make the experience more special -- for example, he was able to give us access to a better room for Cocktail hour since it hadn't been booked. They also have a PDF with choices of colors for tablecloths and napkins; that may sound like a small detail - but it really helps when your venue is so organized if you're doing a lot of the planning, because there is SO much to organize. We also really appreciated the ability to have an informal Meet & Greet at The Tavola restaurant the night before at a price that didn't break the bank. The SCC team was just so thoughtful and amazing -- it was the best weekend of our lives and we're very grateful we chose SCC!!! Highly, highly recommend - I'd give 10 stars if I could.

If you want a venue that can bring your dream wedding come to life, look no further because Springfield Country Club is the one!
We visited Springfield Country Club and met Dennis in August 2022 to see if this venue was the best fit. Dennis gave us a tour and we absolutely fell in love with it. We loved it so much that we ended up booking the Golfview Ballroom that day!
There is no other wedding planner like Dennis. He is energetic, charismatic, caring, and always goes above and beyond to make sure he gives you the wedding you have been dreaming of. Dennis was always available to answer my questions whether it be through text, email, or phone call immediately. When we dropped off our items for the big day, he took the initiative to organize it within the bridal suite to where I wanted each item to be placed in the Golfview Ballroom. Mind you, we had A LOT of decor, but that did not phase Dennis one bit to make sure it all was displayed beautifully!
The day before our wedding, we saw Dennis in the ballroom setting up our centerpieces on his own to get a head start. That meant SO MUCH to us!
On our big day, when we entered the room, it brought tears to my eyes. The bar decor, the memory table decor, the LED sign, the setup of the sweetheart table, and the centerpieces were displayed beautifully. Dennis was running the show to make sure we had a perfect wedding and we absolutely did! The guests were raving about the cocktail hour, the scenic view, the display of the decor, the delicious entrées, and the exceptional service. Dennis and his team are out of this world!
Our maitre d', Scott, was unbelievable. He was extremely welcoming and never hesitated to check in on us throughout the day and night. Scott drove our wedding party around in the golf cart to different scenic picture spots to capture beautiful moments. He continued to come to our sweetheart table to go through the timeline and made changes where necessary. Scott always checked if we needed anything at all which meant the world to us. He was excellent! We appreciated his trainee, Ken, escorting us back to the bridal suite from the golf course so we could get ready for the reception.
From beginning to plan our wedding back in August 2022 to our big day on July 20, 2024, the Springfield Country Club team did not disappoint. They were excellent! We cannot thank Dennis, Scott, Ken, and the rest of the amazing team for all they did to make our happily ever after wedding come true!

Dreams come true
I had my wedding at Springfield Country club on 10/21/2023. My now husband, our families, and I could not be more happy with choosing Springfield as our venue. From the moment we toured the place, we were in awed my the addition to detail from the spacious cocktail area room to the grand ballroom and then the ability to have an after party on site a tavola and have accommodations right there to keep our guest safe. We also opted for a morning after brunch so we could say goodbye and thank our guest. Dennis and his team were BEYOND amazing. I am SUPER TYPE A. Dennis answered all my questions in a timely manner leading up to our wedding. I wanted a lot of candles and flower decor throughout the wedding. Dennis and his team set everything up perfectly. There was never any set back. Unfortunately, as the bride, I missed our cocktail hour because I was taking pictures, but all our guest raved about the food especially all the butler apps. My Italian aunt felt like queen because she was being served constantly. Scott was the head of our day. He was awesome. He kept checking in with Mike and I and our parents. The customer service was beyond what I could have ever asked for!!! Dennis and Scott made sure everything went smoothly. When you go to weddings, you don’t expect good entrees because they are being massed produced. However, THIS WAS NOT THE CASE! Again, all our guest raved about how good the filet was! We had over 260 guests! The dessert display was amazing and so many options. No one left our wedding hungry. I could not be more happy with the chose of selecting Springfield for our wedding day. I am so excited to get our pictures back so I can relive the day. Dennis, Scott, and the whole staff were kind, friendly, and so professional. They made my wedding dreams and wishes come true.

La Vista room perfect for rehearsal dinner
I had my rehearsal dinner at the La Vista room. It was an absolutely gorgeous room on the deck of Tavola with one wall open to the deck to give an indoor/outdoor feel and overlook the golf course. There is a bar right outside of the room that the guests can utilize which is great. Our guests spent equal time inside the room and out on the deck right outside of the room. The food was fabulous and they provided a great menu for us to choose from. It was affordable without cutting any corners and only needed subtle decorations because the room itself is so beautiful. I would definitely recommend having a rehearsal dinner at the La Vista room!

Perfect Wedding Venue and great team to work with
My husband and hosted our 250-person reception in the grand ballroom at SCC last November and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was a pleasure working with Dennis (the GM who did most of our wedding planning and communication) and Scott (the maitre de). They made both the planning and day-of logistics so easy and stress free. We found them accommodating to all of our off-the-cuff requests and they were more than willing to work with us on whatever we were envisioning. The food was more than adequate for the large size of our party, however I do think we were served Thanksgiving leftovers as the sides, but honestly everything else was so perfect that neither of us cared much. Would highly recommend!!!

Stunning venue
Springfield Country Club was an AMAZING place to have our wedding reception. And would 10/10 recommend them to have ANY event at. We met Dennis and his team shortly after our engagement and fell in love with the venue. Unfortunately, it did not work out initially d/t a date conflict. BUT...that all changed after the venue's prior commitment fell through and we were able to book the Springfield CC with less than 8 weeks until our big day! Initially, my husband and I hade a date in mind that we were unable to change. We held steadfast with our big "I do" date and continued our search and booked a different place. COVID got worse etc etc. We looked back into Springfield and they had the date available! My husband is in the military and was getting ready to leave for an extended period of time shortly after our wedding day. Dennis went out of his way to make sure we were able to have our wedding planning experience. He was in touch with us constantly and helping us with all of our last minute questions and was very flexible with phone calls and last minute plans. The cocktail hour was phenomenal! That could have been our dinner. The dinner food was also amazing and highly recommend it and it was filling. So many compliments from our 200 guests. The Maitre D had every moment taken care of during our big day and we did not lift a finger on our wedding day :) The golf course was amazing to take pictures on and was lovely. It could not have been a more perfect place to have all of our friends and family to celebrate our love and we cannot recommend them more

Finally a Wedding at Springfield Country Club
We originally scheduled our wedding for May 2020. We ended up scheduling to two other dates before finally landing on September 2021. SCC worked with us on every rescheduling request because of the pandemic. Once the wedding day finally arrived we were blown away by the attention to detail and how smooth the day went. Our guests had the best time and we would recommend SCC to anyone who asks. We especially loved working with Dennis! Our photographer was Caroline Macdonald

Look No Further!!! This is your Wedding Venue :)
Springfield Country Club recently hosted my Daughter’s Wedding this past July 10th 2021. It was an Absolutely AMAZING Event from start to finish. The venue was the Perfect spot for the happy couple's Ceremony and Reception. The Golf View Ballroom was intimate and warm with Gorgeous views of the fairways complemented by a Majestic Sunset. Janet Rickards handled our wedding coordination from the outset and we could not be happier with the results. She is a true professional who was attentive to our every need and request. She not only met, but exceeded all our Wedding expectations with a once in a lifetime experience (and we have the pictures to prove it). Janet and her team coordinated every aspect of the wedding with Alison (The Bride) down to the smallest detail. You could not ask for a more prepared and knowledgeable Wedding Event Manager to work with. Scott our Maitre’d and Michelle the wedding day Coordinator along the kitchen and wait staff were on point the entire affair providing a 5 Star Menu along with White Glove service to all our guests. I Highly recommend Springfield Country Club for your next Big Event. They are truly the best at what they do. Call them, you will definitely be Glad you did.

Perfect Day!
Janet & the Springfield Country Club Team were phenomenal! We had to switch to the Country Club due to pandemic, and Janet was very accommodating and helped us plan quickly. Janet was very hands on throughout the planning and execution of our wedding day. The reception was perfect. We are so happy we made the decision to get married at Springfield Country Club!

Perfect Wedding
Janet was our wedding coordinator at Springfield Country Club. She was beyond helpful, always responded quickly, and is great at what she does. We had to postpone our wedding twice due to Covid and Janet was very supportive.
After 3 wedding dates, we finally had our wedding on June 26, 2021 and it exceeded our expectations. All of the decor and details were absolutely perfect! I could not have been happier with our day. Danny was our maitre'd and he was super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect reception.
We could not recommend Springfield Country Club enough!

Look no further - this is the only venue you should consider!
We recently had our daughter's reception here after waiting over a year due to Covid. The reception exceeded our expectations! Springfield has been around a long time and they are a well oiled machine. When we first went to look at Springfield, we were immediately impressed by Janet, the sales manager. She answered all of our questions and anticipated ones we hadn't even thought of. If you want a ballroom venue - this is your place. Plus, it overlooks a gorgeous golf course (groomsmen played a round the day before), a great before/after hours bar at Tavola (great staff) and the Marriott right on premises. Plus, the Joseph Anthony salon is right there and we all got our hair and makeup done. It made everything so easy for us and our guests. Before everything was on premises, we didn't have to worry about shuttles, which was a huge savings. The ballroom provided a ton of space for dancing and moving around. The highlight was the cocktail hour - the room was gorgeous, the staff professional and super nice and the appetizers so delicious, plentiful and beautifully displayed. Our guests couldn't get over it. You know when you go to a place and they say 'butlered hors d'oeuvres' but you never see anyone come around? Not here - the wait staff was continually bringing out fresh trays. There was never a wait at the bar, plenty of bartenders. You could tell that Janet and her staff wanted to make sure our guests had the best experience possible. The dinner was also fantastic - so delicious! Scott, the maitre d' was so attentive to the bride and groom's needs and made them feel so special. The attention to detail was amazing prior to the event, during the event and after. It was great the way they packaged up all the items I brought (candles, cake knife set, card catcher, etc.) and put them all aside for me to get the next day. As mother of the bride, I had a lot to think about but they took care of everything and anticipated my needs. I can honestly say there was not one detail that was missed. A great day-thank you to all!

The perfect wedding venue for the perfect day!
There are not enough words to describe how wonderful our experience was with Springfield Country Club! Dennis is hands down a pro and made the whole day go off without a hitch, if there was anything that went wrong we never knew. First off, we were overwhelmed by the sheer quantity and quality of food--the Mac & cheese bar and late night cheesesteak stations were huge hits. The whole space was so perfectly decorated by Nancy--I could not get over how beautiful everything was. Our maitre'd Scott was phenomenal--we were constantly being offered more food and drinks and the night went so smoothly. The golf course made for the most beautiful pictures. The food was impeccable, the staff were courteous, and the space is breathtaking. This is the venue you want to get married at, we are so grateful for Springfield Country Club!

Exceptional Wedding Venue
Our daughters wedding was scheduled for in the height of Covid and had to be rescheduled 3 times. Springfield Country Club helped us every step of the way and were extremely helpful with all the details. Janet Rickards, stayed in constant contact with us and was always available for a phone call or meeting. That being said, our daughter’s reception took place on July 3rd, 2021 and the Springfield Country Club did not disappoint us. The room looked absolutely beautiful with so many personal touches for my daughter. The food from the appetizers, entree’s and dessert was delicious and the staff was efficient, courteous and professional. Janet Rickards was at my side many times during the night to be sure everything went smoothly. For this venue to be closed down during Covid and reopen with such efficiency and host 190 of our guests is nothing but remarkable. Thank you Springfield Country Club ! This venue is certainly one you should check out for your wedding or any gathering.

The best venue there is, hands down!
We could not imagine having our wedding at any other venue other than Springfield Country Club! We were drawn in by the beautiful scenery and ballrooms and the wonderful amenities onsite, which did not disappoint. Janet, Scott, and the entire team at SCC were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the planning process and the day of, and they made sure that everything exceeded our expectations. Our guests are still raving about how good the food was and how convenient the amenities were (we were able to have all our pre- and post-wedding festivities right there, including rehearsal and after party). We cannot say enough great things about this venue... you will not regret choosing SCC for your wedding day!

10/10 best wedding ever
Janet, Scott, and all the staff that we worked with at the Springfield Country Club are nothing short of AMAZING. Janet was the main reason we booked at SCC in the first place! She made the wedding planning process (especially with one reschedule due to a pandemic!!!) seamless. Our maître d' Scott was with us every step of the way on the day of the wedding and he was SO great!
We got married outside in the garden (closer to the hotel towards the back of the grounds) & our reception was in the “Golf View Ballroom”. The cocktail room opened up to our reception room when it was time to get the party started and our guests thought it was the best transition ever.
They are flexible with a bride and grooms wants and needs. They offer suggestions to make the day run as smooth as possible for you and your guests.
Since Tavola is on site, it was a no brainer to have our rehearsal dinner there. The customizable options are endless and they fit any size party! The food was amazing and convenience is priceless!
Having the Marriott on site was so convenient for guests (local and out of towners). Staying overnight before the wedding day made it a weekend long party!
The food at cocktail hour and our reception was top notch. The servers and bartenders made the night so amazing too.
Our guests speak are still speaking so highly of the venue. SCC was one of the main reasons it was the best day ever! You need this to be your venue!!

The Absolute Best Wedding Venue!!!
We are beyond happy that we picked Springfield Country Club for our wedding. With having to reschedule our original May 2020 wedding to June 2021 they were so understanding and accommodating during such a stressful time.
We couldn’t imagine getting married and having our special day anywhere else but Springfield Country Club! The food is amazing, beautiful venues/grounds, and the kindest people all around. They will make all your wedding dreams come true! Springfield Country Club is the absolute best!

Exceeding expectations from start to finish
Your wedding day is way more than just a day and can be an overwhelming process, but with the amazing team at Springfield Country Club, you feel confident and assured that, no matter what, they will make sure your wedding is amazing from start to finish!
I am quite indecisive but with the experience and guidance of their staff every decision we needed to make was easy. They knew exactly what I was envisioning and made it happen ten fold. The cocktail hour was out of this world and I can’t count the number of guests who have raved about it -“the best and most beautiful cocktail hour I’ve been to!”
Also, the golf course and grounds are beautiful backdrops for your photos! It is also very convenient that you don’t have to search for another location for photos - also saves time on your big day!
The staff is attentive and seem to know what you need every step of the way - thinking of things you don’t and doing everything they can to make sure it is not only the most amazing day for you but an unforgettable celebration for your guests as well!
The food options are so good and accommodate everyone and they do a great job of serving efficiently- something we were looking for so their was tons of time for dancing!
The dance floor in the grand ballroom could fit every single guest easily (270) and some!! We have been to a few weddings where the dance floor is too small to allow all of the guests & well this was not an issue in the least bit.
Dessert options are endless!! I have quite the sweet tooth and to say it was satisfied would be an understatement. And the presentation- out of a magazine! My family and friends looked like kids in a candy store when the dessert area was opened!!
I’m smiling on my couch writing this, it truly was such an amazing day and I couldn’t thank everyone the springfield country club more for making it happen!

The best day ever
We had our wedding at Springfield Country Club on 08/17/19 and it was perfect. My husband & I along with both of our parents, are still receiving an overwhelming amount of compliments and correspondence from our wedding guests about how our wedding was the best wedding they have been to and how amazing everything was. I knew I wanted to have SCC as our reception venue immediately after getting engaged with everything they had to offer. A major plus factor was that they had everything right on the property of the venue from the reception, to Tavola's, and the Marriott Hotel, without needing transportation everywhere. Our event coordinator Janet was top notch. Throughout the chaos of wedding planning not only was Janet very responsive to the questions I had but she put my mind at ease on several occasions. The ground on the property are beautiful and I love all of the photo ops our photographer was able to capture for us. I highly recommend the Springfield Country Club to any couple who is looking fora venue, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing Wedding Venue!
We held our reception here for our September wedding, and it was way better then we could have expected. Janet & her team handled every single detail and was super responsive throughout the entire process. Actually, Janet was a huge reason why we booked Springfield in the first place! The day of, the maître d' Scott, was a blessing. He was there with us from the moment we got to the CC until the end of the night and helped streamline *everything*.
The actual venue is stunning! We were in the Golf View Ballroom which held our cocktail hour as well as our actual reception. There were plenty of spaces for guests to hang out, especially out on our private deck that overlooked the golf course. We also had access to the grounds to take pictures, which were beautiful! The servers were super attentive and all of the food was fantastic. I couldn't have been happier with our choice!

Best. Day. Every.
My husband and I got married at the Springfield Country Club and wow, it was beyond our expectations. From day one we worked with Laura who was on top of every question we had and was right along with us throughout the process. From food tasting, allowing us to come back for an additional tasting to make sure we got exactly what we wanted for our guests. The entire process was so smooth and Laura helped make it as stress free as possible.
We had our ceremony on site and Laura made sure it was up to standards and the township was out that morning to clean the area up and my goodness it was perfect. Our rehearsal was very relaxed (which when you're an anxious bride is EVERYTHING), and Danny our Maitre d' was unbelievable. I had asked during rehearsal if he could have a cooler of drinks for the bridal party for after the ceremony and it was not a problem at all. Anything we wanted or needed for our special day was not a problem at all.
My husband and I didn't do a first look so we knew we would have limited time for photos and still make it to cocktail hour, at SCC not a problem. Laura made it possible for us to extend our cocktail hour an extra half hour so we didn't have to rush through photos and still had time to relax in the bridal suite before mingling with guests prior to the reception.
We got nothing but compliments about of wedding day. From the convenience of the venue (hotel, venue, bar right in one spot) to our fantastic cocktail hour, dinner and our late night cheese steak buffet. From start to finish the staff at he country club made sure our day was beyond perfect.
We would recommend them to anyone and wish we could do that day over and over again!

Flawless Experience from Start to Finish
Our wedding day at SCC was truly the best day of our lives! From the minute we saw the venue, we knew we were going to book our wedding there. It is truly a one-stop shop that makes planning everything so much easier. Janet was super communicative throughout the entire planning process and got back to me quickly on all of my questions.
We had a LOT of out of town guests and having the hotel on-site made everything so easy for them! We had an informal welcome party on Friday night at Tavola's, the Wedding on Saturday in the Grand Ballroom, the after party at Tavola's on Saturday, and then went back again for brunch on Sunday! Some of our guests even got their hair done at the Joseph Anthony salon before the wedding too. We loved being able to get ready on-site, take pictures on the golf course, have our ceremony outdoors, and then head to the bar for the after party!
Janet did an absolutely amazing job with our whole event. The outdoor gazebo ceremony area was beautiful. It was really important to us to find a venue that had a great outdoor ceremony spot that was beautiful in its own right - and this courtyard definitely is. I was blown away by the cocktail hour room and how pretty everything looked from the linens to the tablescapes. Janet did such a great job incorporating our Rose Gold theme into the space! We got soooo many compliments on the food, both the cocktail hour and the main meal. Our guests also just loved the venue - they could not stop raving about how pretty it was! The colored napkins, chandeliers, and uplighting really made the ballroom look amazing. Janet worked with me to find a pink signature cocktail to compliment the theme even more.
Our guests had a fabulous time, and most importantly, so did we! Everything ran perfectly smoothly and our maitre D, Scott, was always asking if he could get anything for us or if we needed anything.
SCC handles all the hard work from start to finish and they let you sit back and enjoy your big day! I could not have asked for a more perfect day!

A Dream Come True
Springfield Country Club is where dreams come true! My husband and I were planning our Wedding for 2+ years and like most, we had a 'vision.' Nancy Steinmetz, Dennis Ciciretti, and the entire "dream team" at the Country Club made it happen! It was absolutely beautiful in each and every way. They went above and beyond to make our special day unforgettable and we can not thank them enough!
The entire planning process was flawless. We never had a doubt in our mind that everything would be perfect. We were reassured multiple times by "the dream team" that everything would be taken care of and to just enjoy ourselves. We did just that to the fullest. The moment we walked through front doors on our Wedding day, it was an amazing experience!
We were greeted by our Maitre' 'D, Charlie, who was on top of absolutely everything from start to finish. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely happy to serve us the whole night through. The bridal party was so impressed with how readily available he was to attend to every need and want. He was phenomenal and we had a great time with you, Charlie!
Our cocktail hour blew everyone's mind! They couldn't stop raving about the food and how delicious everything was. The whole display was impressive and plentiful. It was tough to find room for the main course, but even the cuisine was over-the-top. We received the best compliments from our guests: "it was the best food they have ever had," "the filet was cooked perfectly," "you must have had 20+ different hors d'oeuvres," -- and they were absolutely right! Thank you, Chefs and the kitchen support staff!
When Matt and I looked at our room for the first time, my jaw dropped. It was the most memorizing sight I have even seen! From entering the cocktail hour in Mahoney Room to the reception in the Grand Ballroom, everything was decorated and placed so perfectly! It was beautiful and stunned all of our guests when the room was revealed! They truly brought our vision to life.
From start to finish, our entire night was perfect. The service, the food & drink, and all of the SCC staff were amazing. Everyone had such a great time - dancing the night away with Jason Roy Entertainment and capturing all of the special moments with Kevin Stephan, KPS Photography!
We want to personally thank the "dream team" at the Springfield Country Club: Nancy Steinmetz, Dennis Ciciretti, Janet Rickards, and Laura DiGiorgio for making our dream come true and making our wedding a night we will never forget!

Looking back on our wedding day it truly was the best day ever, and we have the Springfield Country Club to thank!
Nancy Steinmetz and her team are top-notch, in every way. From the very first walk through, we knew we were in good hands. Nancy was my saving grace throughout our year of planning, keeping me calm and organized, and staying on top of every detail.
Hikmet was our maître d' and he was by our side the entire day! From greeting us upon our arrival after the ceremony, to waiting outside with a blanket to cover me up after our chilly pictures, Hikmet was simply amazing. He wrangled our huge bridal party with ease, and made sure my husband and I always had a drink in our hand and something to eat.
When Hik and Nancy brought us into the Grand Ballroom before the guests arrived, I couldn't help but cry! It was so beautiful and had exceeded our expectations, in every way.
From cocktail hour to dinner, the food was spectacular. Our guests were in awe of the raw bar! The servers and bartenders were awesome, and made sure each guest felt like a VIP.
Having the hotel right next door is a huge plus - no need to shuttle guests to and from the reception. After our reception, we kept the party going at the bar at Tavola, which is connected to the country club. So not only do you get an amazing wedding venue, you get the convenience of a bar and hotel, all within walking distance! No other venue comes close to the beauty and functionality of the Springfield Country Club.
A month has gone by, and our family and friends are still raving about the beautiful venue, the delicious food and all around amazing service. Thank you to Nancy, Hikmet, and everyone at the Springfield Country Club for making our wedding dreams come true!

They have it all
When Springfield Country Club says they have it all, they really do! Nancy Steinmetz and her team went above and beyond to make our wedding the most unforgettable experience ever! They literally made our dreams come true.
Nancy has been doing this for years, which truly shows. She is so knowledgeable about the whole wedding planning process and is one of the most hardworking, experienced and creative individuals that I have ever known. I am not very organized and get easily frazzled/stressed out, but Nancy was attentive, flexible and reassuring throughout the entire process so I was able to relax and always felt confident and reassured that she and her team had everything under control.
If I could mention every one by name that had a hand in this special day it would be too long of a review ;) It took a village to create such an incredible weekend and to everyone who was a part of it, Jeff and I are extremely grateful and appreciative for all of your hard work, time and effort that was put into making such an unforgettable weekend for our family, our guests and us.
The entire wedding weekend was incredible. It started with a spectacular rehearsal dinner in the new La Vista room on Thursday. On Friday my husband and his groomsmen were able to enjoy a relaxing day out on the golf course that was only steps from their hotel rooms, while the girls got pampered at Joseph Anthony and enjoyed lunch (and some cocktails) at Tavola.
The day of our wedding was amazing! Both of the Maître ‘Ds, Hickmet and Scott, did a phenomenal job and made sure the day ran smoothly. They were so attentive and anticipated our needs the entire day.
The venue looked so beautiful it brought me to tears! We were able to transform the whole country club into a Tuscan summer wedding. From the outside entrance to the lobby to cocktail hour in the Golf View Ballroom to the reception in Grand Ballroom, each space got better and better and left an impression on our guest and us!
Also, the vendors that Springfield Country Club recommended to us for our wedding were some the best people in the business to work with. They were all professional, fun and wonderful to work with. It just goes to the show the kind of people whom they surround themselves with and work with.
Our guests were blown away by the whole experience. They couldn’t believe how much food was out during cocktail hour and how delicious everything tasted. The way in which the food was organized and displayed was a beautiful masterpiece in itself! We are still receiving so many compliments about the delicious food, the decor, the service and how everything ran so smoothly.
Thank you to Springfield Country Club and its unbelievable staff for making our wedding the best day of our lives.

Springfield Country Club was everything we could have hoped for. They provided excellent service to me and my wife as well as everyone who attended. They continuously went out of their way to make sure everyone was satisfied, and the accommodations were wonderful. Janet and Ekmik were excellent.

Springfield Country Club is a beautiful venue. With the hotel right next door, our guests from out of town were able to stay close, and my husband and I were able to have a "home base" to return to. We worked with Dennis Ciciretti and he was awesome at helping us organize and plan out the details for our ceremony and reception. With his experience, he could tell us what would work and what wouldn't work and we appreciated his honest feedback. He was also so flexible and reassuring that we were able to relax and not worry too much about the whole planning process. On the day of, Scott was our maitre'd and he was nothing short of amazing. He did all the running around, making sure that everything was running smoothly and made sure that my husband and I were well hydrated and fed. He quickly resolved any issues that came up throughout the event was overall such a knowledgeable and calming presence. And of course, this review would not be complete without mentioning the delicious food of Springfield Club. We chose to have a buffet, and our guests could not stop raving about the food!! Some people had to get 3-4 plates because they could not get enough. The cake (provided through Springfield Country Club through their vendor Termini Bros Bakery) was also moist and delicious. We cannot thank and recommend Springfield Country Club enough!!

We had to change our venue three months before our wedding date because our original venue experienced a fire. Within a week of contacting the Springfield Country Club, we were able to sign the contract and do the food tasting. Our sales manager, Janet was on point with everything. She knew I was upset because of the last minute change and she told me that she would take care of us. My wedding was more than what I could ever imagine. The food was great and the property is beautiful. The Banquet Manager was the best. He kept us on schedule and made sure our wedding and reception ran smoothly. I am so thankful for them. I have been married for almost 3 weeks and my guests are still talking about our wedding. I would use them again and again. Thank you Springfield Country Club!!!

Our experience at the Springfield was a 5/5! My (now) husband and I got married on 5/5/18 and had an amazing time at the Springfield. We mostly chose the venue for the convenience of the hotel and restaurant on site and the proximity to my parents house. Our expectations were blown out of the water with the service, food, and overall hospitality shown to our guests.
Dennis was our coordinator throughout the planning process and was extremely accommodating. We were planning the wedding from Boston, and did most of our communication through email. Dennis was very responsive to all questions (and I had a lot of them). He walked us through everything before our day and gave suggestions when appropriate, but allowed us to make most decisions/suggestions.
We had our ceremony in the garden, which was beautifully landscaped. Our reception was held in the golf view room. We invited 210 and 165 people ended up coming so the space worked perfectly. There was no event in the other ballroom, so Dennis allowed us to use the Chivari chairs, which looked great. We had uplighting, which transformed the room into a party atmosphere.
Hickmet was our maitre'd for the day of the wedding. He was amazing! He made sure the day went off without a hitch. We really appreciated his attentiveness throughout the whole day. Hickmet is a hustler!
I had multiple guests comment on how plentiful the cocktail hour was. They loved how the plates were so full and actual appetizers were delicious. I also had multiple friends comment on how they really like the bartenders- they were attentive, fun, and made good drinks.
The day was amazing and I would recommend the Springfield to anyone!!
Also- with Tavola & the Marriott right there, we continued to Tavola for an after party with all of our out of town guests. Extremely convenient if you have a lot of people traveling!

I had an amazing experience with the Springfield Country Club. I could not have asked for a smoother wedding day. Every need was attended to by our Maitre' D, Hikmet. The room look beautiful, the food was fantastic and all the guests raved about cocktail hour and the hors d'oeuvres selection. They made my wedding day everything I could have hoped for and all the time and planning well worth it. I was able to just enjoy my night and not have to worry about anything. There are not enough words to express how gracious we are for the service at Springfield Country Club. Leading up to the event, we worked with Janet, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with all of the decisions. The week of, we were introduced to Hickmet, who also did everything in his power to make sure our day was perfect. And it was! The rest of the staff along with these two were amazing as well. I would recommend SCC to anyone that asks. We will remember this day forever!

The wedding was December 30, 2017 and the Country Club looked like a Winter Wonderland, more beautiful than we could imagine. The candles, lighting, Christmas trees and the wreaths were beautiful backdrops, The cocktail hour was unbelievable, food kept coming out and was delicious, dinner was great, the meals were hot. Guests commented on how delicious the food was, how stuffed they were after the cocktail hour. Bartenders and servers were on point, head maitre'd was unbelievable, anticipated all needs and took care of everything with a smile. Janet, our planner always available, gave us great feedback, walked us through every step and always such a joy to work with. People are still talking about the wedding and how much fun they had, would use the Springfield Country club again and again.

Our daughter's wedding was at the Springfield Country Club on November 18th. Everything from our initial meeting with Laura to the actual night of the reception went so smoothly. Laura went above and beyond in assisting us with the planning of the reception. She was very responsive to any email or question. The set up for the reception ballroom was beautiful. Parents of the bride and groom as well as the bride and groom got a chance to view the room before dinner. Really loved that. The cocktail hour was set up with tables to sit at as well at standing areas. This is really helpful for older guests. Also they provided valet parking where you drive up under a roof. That was wonderful since it was raining at that point in the day. Another great aspect of the Springfield Country Club is that the entire area from entering and during the entire wedding reception was on one floor. It's really something to think about with grandparents and older guests attending the reception. Our maitre d' was amazing and very attentive to any request as well as being extremely proactive in making sure all needs were met. The food including appetizers and dinner was delicious! The staff at the Springfield Country Club was friendly and professional. Another great plus to the Springfield Country Club for a wedding reception is the Marriott on the premises. Great for out of town guests. We had another one of our daughter's bridal shower at the Springfield Country Club in April, and our experience was outstanding for that event as well!

The Springfield Country Club exceeded all expectations!!! Our day was beyond perfect! Our planning was so easy with the help from Laura! She was absolutely FABULOUS! So quick to respond and help with any questions I had, making my wedding planning that much easier!!! The venue was absolutely beautiful, night of staff was awesome, everyone from valet, to bartenders, to servers. Food was excellent,and most importantly HOT. Our Maitre D’, Hickmat, went above and beyond for us the night of our wedding! He was professional, knew exactly what he was doing, made our night run smoother than we could have imagined, and we are so lucky to have had him! I would recommend the Springfield Country Clun, Laura, and Hickmat to anyone planning a wedding! We’ll miss you guys, but we’ll be back!

My wife and I simply cannot say enough great things about our experience with Springfield Country Club. Laura DiGiorgio, Event Manager for Springfield, went above and beyond to make our planning process as easy and enjoyable as it could possibly be. She paid close attention to all of our requests, small details, last minute changes, etc. and made sure that nothing at all was out of place when our day finally arrived. Communication with Laura was top notch! She answered most of our emails within an hour, and she certainly sets the bar extremely high as far as customer service is concerned. I think it would be very difficult to find someone more competent and professional to deal with when it comes to planning such a large scale event.
Hickmet, our maître d' for the day of the wedding was absolutely phenomenal. Our day was choreographed with such precision that it was almost scary. Hickmet was on top of everything and made sure that our people were exactly where they needed to be at every particular moment. He escorted my wife and I around for pictures, providing a blanket to keep her warm while outside. He made sure to pull us away from the crowd so that we could eat dinner, made sure our drinks were topped off, and handled every request in a collected and professional manner. I truly believe that without him our night would not have been nearly as enjoyable. Our 250+ guests LOVED the venue, the food and most of all, the service.

We held our wedding at the Springfield Country club on September 30, 2017. It was the ideal place for this type of event. The venue, the hotel, the outdoor bar/restaurant, Tavola's, all made for a fun and exciting weekend. Springfield Country Club has so many great qualities and amenities. Guests can stay for the weekend and enjoy great food, drink, a round of golf or spa treatment. We held our wedding in the grand ballroom and our 200+ guests were greatly accommodated. We worked closely with Janet Rickards who was fantastic through the entire planning process. Her team the day of the wedding, particularly our maitre d, Hickman, made our special day one to remember. They were very attentive to us, our wedding party and all of our guests. Nobody went home hungry or thirsty as the food and drink were available in abundance. The food was great. Our guests are still raving about the food at the cocktail hour and the entrees that were served during the reception. Overall, our experience at the Springfield Country Club was top notch. The venue, it's convenience for all of our guests and the wedding team there made for a day we will never forget. We highly recommend the Springfield Country Club.

We recently had our wedding at the Springfield Country Club on 10/13/17. From the beginning, we worked with Janet Rickards. She was absolutely wonderful! We booked our venue 2 years a head of time and the entire time she was helpful and extremely responsive. Our maitre d' was Scott, and he was simply amazing! The venue was beautiful, the food was extraordinary!! Everyone who attended our wedding says "It was one of the most beautiful weddings I have ever been to". We opted for a martini bar during cocktail hour, and I must say, it was more than worth it! For our favors, we decided on an end of the night cheesesteak station, which was out of this world delicious! Thank you to everyone at SCC for making our day so incredible! It is a day we will always remember!!

Book Springfield now!! Springfield Country Club blew me away and exceeded every vision that I had for my wedding day (and I'm an organized/perfectionist haha). I've been to many venues in the area and SCC tops them all. Each and every employee was professional, genuine and left a favorable impression. From the ladies at the front desk, all the way to owner Pat Burns, the service you receive is top notch. I was fortunate enough to work with Dennis. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and reassuring. He was very easy to work with and responded to my questions within minutes. It was a pleasure working with him and we loved his sense of humor. Hikmet was the Maitre D and he made sure that the events flowed throughout the evening. He constantly checked on me, my husband and both our parents. Dennis and Hikmet are well seasoned and I was so relaxed because everything was in their hands. You do not need a wedding coordinator or planner because the SCC staff goes above and beyond to make your experience unforgettable. The ballroom is spacious and you can't beat the dance floor, silver chairs or stunning chandeliers. I can't even tell you how many compliments I've received about the wedding. Everyone raved about the food and said it was the best wedding that they've ever been to. My vendors were equally as impressed! You can't beat the location with complimentary parking, Tavola and the Marriott right on site either. Thank you to SCC and it's unbelievable staff for making my wedding the best day of my life.

I couldn’t wait to get home from our honeymoon to write this 5 star review for Springfield Country Club. I found my venue on one of these wedding sites once we were engaged. We got married in June 2017 and heard over and over how this country club was such a great venue. This venue is about 40 minutes from where we and our family live, but heard no complaints from guests about traveling. It was worth it to have a hotel and huge bar/restaurant to hang out during our 3 hour gap before the ceremony. Janet is the wedding coordinator and she was so easy to work with. I sent her so many emails/requests and she wiggled and made sure she hit everything on my list. When you are worried about so many details for your wedding, that’s the type of person you need. Hikmet was our maître d and he was on it all night. We met him during our private photos on the course and he took care of us the entire night. Not only us, but our parents as well. The experience my husband and I had with the country club was remarkable. Their ability to make the night run smoothly and make sure we had the best time ever was unmatched by any other! We did everything at the Springfield Country Club - ceremony and reception. Having the Courtyard Marriott, Tavola Restaurant Patio for the after-party and Joseph Anthony Salon on site really made this a perfect venue for our wedding! Beautifully decorated ballroom and professional and attentive staff made this a wonderful experience. We even had a buffet breakfast for our overnight Courtyard Marriott guests the morning after the wedding. It was beautifully set in a bright and sunny room just off of the smaller ballroom. ALL of our guests commented on what a wonderfully organized and beautiful wedding it was and raved about the food served during cocktails and dinner. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

The Springfield Country Club is the BEST venue! We absolutely loved everything about the venue from the people who work there, to the delicious food, convenient location and the beautiful views!! Our guests are still talking about our wedding almost two weeks later! The actual venue is perfect! We had our reception in the Golf View Ballroom. This ballroom has balconies which overlooked the golf course! It was beautiful! All of the food was so delicious! Numerous guests, of all ages, have told us that the food we had was some of the best food that they have had at a wedding! After our wedding some of the guests went right next door to the Tavola bar where they had music until the bar closed. From the Tavola everyone can just walk to their rooms in the Marriott. Besides the venue being perfect, the people who work at the Springfield Country club are the best!!! Laura was our event coordinator and she was the best part of my wedding planning process. She made sure that everything was organized. Laura was always so quick to respond to any emails or questions that I had and always put my mind at ease. She made my dream wedding become a reality!! Also, our maitre d, Scott, was awesome! He constantly made sure my husband and I had food or drinks and that things were running smooth throughout the day! Our wedding day was nothing short of perfect and it is mostly thanks to the Springfield Country Club and its amazing staff!!!

My husband and I got married on April 29, 2017. We had our cocktail hour and reception in the Golfview Ballroom. The location was perfect, having a great view of the golf course and a private deck for our guests. We had beautiful weather but the deck was covered in case it were to rain. The food was absolutely incredible, from the variety of passed hors d'oeuvres to the delicious entrees, it was awesome! We selected a buffet and we're allowed to customize some things for our guests. We had two carving stations for beef tenderloin, and turkey, and also served salmon, chicken piccata, red bliss potatoes, broccoli, pasta with vodka sauce, Caesar salad, and the Springfield salad. So many of our guests keep saying that was the best food they have ever had at a wedding!! And the service was the absolute best! We worked with Laura and she answered all of our questions and emails so quickly, and was so delightful to work with! You can tell how important it is to her to make sure your day is special!! She also made sure the room looked exactly the way we had pictured. We were so confident that Laura and the SCC staff could make our vision a reality. The day of our reception, our maitre d, Scott was awesome! He made sure we had plenty of water and whatever we wanted to drink, took us out on the golf course to get some really cool pictures, and was constantly checking to make sure my husband and I had everything we needed. Everyone keeps asking how our day was, and all we can say is it was perfect. You will get top notch service, and food. Not to mention the location is perfect. You have the wonderful hotel connected to the reception venue, so you don't need to worry about guests drinking and driving, and Tavola's is the perfect place for your guests to go if they want to keep the party going after the reception! We can not say enough wonderful things about this venue and their staff! It's everything we possibly could have wanted, and we didn't have to leave Delco to find it

My husband and I celebrated our wedding on 1/21/17 (last night) and we could not be happier with the reception the Springfield Country Club gave us. Throughout the wedding planning process Dennis Ciciretti answered every question me and my parents had in a timely manner. Dennis provided suggestions based on years of expeirence, including some personal touches like recommending Schaffer Sound and Dave Schaffer who was the DJ at Dennis's wedding. Dennis helped make the wedding planning process stress free, including the day before the ceremony, where my family and I were bringing up final decorations and asking Dennis a lot of questions. Our reception was in the Grand Ballroom with 320 guests, I initially had a concern about guests sitting and waiting for food, I dont even know why I worried the food service was the quickest turn around service ever for 320 guests. The salads were set just before the doors opened, Dinner started at 6 and by 7:15 all guests were up and dancing. My guests have not stopped raving about how good the food was. Some quotes: "Omigosh 32 but.ered hors devours, I don't even know 32 different Hors devours." "At some venues you gave to track down the waiters who have the hors devours but at your wedding they were constantly circulating." "This prime rib is amazing, the size of this thing is amazing I can't even finish it." I added uplighting to our DJ package and couldn't decide on the color, Dennis told me not to worry about it that once the room was set up that he would work with the DJ to pick the perfect color and it was absolutely amazing looking. Our Maitre d was Scott. He was so attentive and helpful throughout the night and the day after. He checked on Billy and I the throughout the night and made sure we had beverages of choice whenever ended. At the end of the night Scott helped ensure we had all our present and cards, to the point that he walked them with us to our hotel room. Matt put us in a private room for brunch the next day.

We got married here 1/7/17. Janet was more than great from beginning to end! Always answered my crazy questions quickly! She made the whole planning process stress free. I had a lot of decor for the reception and her team placed everything exactly! Hik was our maitre d. When I tell you he makes sure everything gets done.... he goes above and beyond. Kyle and I were beyond impressed at how well he worked the crowd! The food was the most amazing thing ever! People cant stop talking about it. We just got married on 11/05/16 at The Springfield Country Club and I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue. Here are just some of the fabulous perks:
1. We had our ceremony right there
2. Everything you could possibly want and need is located all in one spot - Joseph Anthony Salon, The hotel and suites, The restaurant and bar (Tavola's), a golf course for the men (my husband's best man hosted their bachelor party there) and like I mentioned above, there is a spot for your ceremony to held there as well
3. The food is INCREDIBLE and the portions are plentiful (my guests are still raving about the delicious food and the portions)
4. The service is top notch - I would give 10 stars if I could - Laura was my wedding coordinator and she was amazing in every way you could think. This dedicated woman even responded to my emails on her day off. Talk about dedication.
5. We were treated like a king and queen on the big day - anything we needed, we received, without hesitation. My Maitre D, Hick (nickname), was also very helpful. While traveling around on the golf cart taking wedding photos, I became a bit chilly and thirsty. Hick immediately got me a blanket and a bottle of water so I could be comfortable.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about having my wedding at the Springfield Country Club. Thank you to Laura and Hick for making our wedding come to life.
I highly recommend checking out this venue for any future brides and grooms.

The Springfield Country Club was a spectacular venue for my daughter's wedding. Deb and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Laura, Hickmet and Nancy. They tended to our every need without hesitation. The food just just amazing as was the presentation. The location was equally great. The hotel which is right on site was so convenient for all of our out of town guests. Tavola's Restaurant which is also on-site was a great place for a quick meal or drink. I would highly recommend The Springfield Country Club to our family and friends.

As soon as I met with our sales manager, Dennis Ciciretti, I knew having my wedding here would be one of the best decisions I've made- and I was not wrong! He truly made all of my wedding dreams come true! He was a great listener, communicator, and would go to the ends of the earth to provide whatever I requested! As any bride does, I had a vision for my reception and when I walked into that room- it was beyond what I could have ever imagined! Dennis truly went above and beyond and knocked it out of the park! His friendly personality, good sense of humor, compassion and kindness was evident from day 1 and continued even after my wedding! Dennis made what could have been a stressful experience a very joyful and relaxing one! Hickmet, our maître de at the wedding reception also went above and beyond for the entire bridal party. He ran everything so smoothly and coordinated a great flow of events at my wedding. Many of my guests commented on the "flow" of my wedding and how it was seamless and perfect! I owe that all to Hickmet! His professional expertise, calming force and smiling face made me so comfortable from the minute I walked into SCC to begin our night! The food was so very delicious and there was so much of it! The cocktail hour blew all of my guests away and I am still receiving so many comments in regards to how much food they were offered and how every single thing was so tasty! The way in which the food was organized and displayed was a beautiful masterpiece in itself! There was also a variety of food being served by the fantastic staff! Every single staff member (wait staff/bartenders) that worked my wedding always had a pleasant smile on their face and interacted so nicely with our guests! If you want the best wedding- you need to have it at SCC!

My daughter just celebrated her wedding at the Springfield County Club on November 5, 2016. I am still amazed how stress-free it was! From the moment we met Laura to discuss possible wedding dates to the actual big moment, she was available, professional and accommodating. The guests enjoyed the convenient parking, especially since the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were all on the same floor. My husband and I received calls for the next two days from guests commenting on the outstanding food and friendly wait staff . Hicmet (spelling?) , our "Go To Person" for the evening, made sure that everything was to our liking and beyond what we requested. From escorting family members in a golf cart for pictures to ensuring our wine glasses were filled, Hicmet enabled us to party with no worries. I HIGHLY recommend this venue, if you want fantastic food,incredible service and a ton of memories. Thank you again, Laura and Hicmet, the Wait Staff, cooks, and bartenders for making my daughter's special day, beyond our wildest imagination.

This venue is perfect for those looking for an "all inclusive" package. The Springfield Country Club provides catering services, a bar, and a cake included in their package. On the property is also a hotel that includes a salon/spa. If you're looking for a place to hold your wedding festivities, without having to worry about where your guests will stay or how to transport them, the Springfield Country Club is excellent! Our coordinator, Laura, was amazing. She kept us organized and worked through our special requests with care. Our Maitre De, Scott, provided excellent service throughout the day. He kept us informed of when to do what and made sure my husband and I had food and drinks throughout the night. Thank you, Laura and Scott!

Our wedding at the Springfield Country Club was absolutely amazing. Dennis was excellent to work with as we planned our big day and Scott was exceptional on the day of ensuring any need was met. They seriously think of every little detail and went above and beyond to make sure our day was as special as it could be. We were able to add on an international coffee and liquor bar where our guests could enjoy Bailey's and other liquors in mini chocolate cups along with adding it to their coffee and we also had the insanely delicious dessert table, candy bar and bananas foster station. All of these were a HUGE hit with our guests. The event seriously exceeded even our highest expectations and I am so grateful! Thank you all so much!!

My husband and I were married here on Sept. 30th. We wouldn't change a thing on how the whole night and process leading to our special day was handled with SCC. Dennis Ciciretti was very personable, responsive and comforting through everything. When the weather wasn't cooperating for our planned outdoor ceremony he was quick to have a back up plan ready and elegant. Hick, our maitre' d, was requested because of other reviews and we were so happy we did! He was attentive, making sure we had anything we needed, wanted and kept the night smooth. All of our guests cannot stop raving about the abundance of food at the cocktail hour, how great everything was during dinner, not just the food, but including how courteous the staff is. They even talked about how great the bartender was. We couldn't have asked for a better venue. Definitely recommended!!!

We were so fortunate to work with Janet Rickards! She was so attentive, always available when we needed her, and acted like a friend more then an event planner which was SO nice. She made sure every little detail was exactly how I wanted it and made sure the day went without a hitch. I am so thankful for her and her professionalism, she is truly the best event planner! Our maitre d "Hick" was also such an asset to our day. That day when everything seems to be a little crazy he is always there to make sure you had what you needed, you had a drink, you ate your food and also made sure the guest were taken care of. You can not go wrong with the Springfield Country Club, everyone was raving about the room, the food and the staff. Our planning went very smoothly: Dennis Ciciretti, our contact, was helpful and knowledgeable; whenever i emailed questions or concerns, he responded promptly; if I wanted a suggestion, he was helpful. Tasting went nicely. The dining room looked lovely, and the guests enjoyed the terrace.
The food at the reception was very good. My guests noted the variety of delicious hors d'oeuvres and that they were passed many times. Dinner was tasty and served quickly - our request. Even the wedding cake, which the venue supplied, was excellent.
The maitre d', Hickmet, was perfect: there whenever we needed him, quick to offer a service or solution, and available when we did not need anything. The wait and bar staff were friendly and efficient.
We were very, very satisfied and would recommend this venue without reservation.

She walked me through the whole process and made sure my wedding was everything I dreamed it would be. We got married 11/14/15 at Springfield Country Club & everything was absolutely PERFECT. Janet was amazing to work with during the planning process and the staff was great on the day of! Unlike most engaged couples, we didn't get to see the venue in person or taste the food and cake until the day of the wedding since we live in Arkansas! My parents did most of that for us with Janet. Still, Janet was always available to answer my questions or my parents questions. She listened to everything we wanted and delivered on all levels. The staff the day of took care of everything we could think of and more! Guests were very complimentary about the venue (ceremony and reception). I would highly recommend to others.

The Springfield Country Club was our first and only choice to have our wedding reception. We love the Country Club and frequent it for Easter Brunch, Mother's Day Brunch and nights out at Tavola's. They are true professionals, and made us feel so comfortable every step of the way. Janet listened, was incredibly responsive, and has such an amazing, calm way about her - that you just know everything is being handled beautifully. Hikmet took care of us the day of our wedding, and he was absolutely incredible! He made sure we ate, always had a drink in our hand, and even had some alone time when we needed it. Our guests were RAVING about not only how gorgeous the venue is, but how delicious the food was! The cocktail hour display is one of the most amazing displays you'll ever see (and eat!) There was never a line at the bar - all of the staff were incredibly upbeat and helpful. Most importantly to me, everyone had a blast. Our guests keep telling us that it was one of the most fun weddings they've ever been to. The dance floor is the biggest one you'll ever see!!

The Springfield Country Club venue & staff made our day so smooth & easy. From the time we went to look at the venue - we knew this was the perfect place to have our wedding. They took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted out of the day & made sure to provide even more than what we were expecting. Besides the venue being absolutely stunning - the staff was really what set the day apart. On the day of I knew that everything was going to be taken care of & I was right! The day of we walked in - every detail was set up perfectly & the staff made sure we and guests had a fantastic time.
I would recommend this venue for so many reasons - the room, views for guest & pictures, food, drinks, & most importantly the unbelievable service!
