Amazing DJ Pat!

DJ Pat was amazing to work with! From the moment we had our intro call, we knew he was a professional and would make our day special. He has an app which made the planning process super easy. The day of went perfectly - he took care of all AV and DJ needs from ceremony to lighting up the dance floor with his amazing music. DJ Pat was Great!

We had the absolute best experience with DJ Pat from Sound Prodigy! From start to finish, he was so easy to work with and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. He offered fun, thoughtful suggestions that really elevated our wedding day.

His iPhone app was a game changer, it made it super easy for us to build our playlist, organize each part of the day, and update sections where we did or didn’t need music.
On the day of, Pat kept us on schedule and was an amazing MC. The energy, the flow, the music, everything was spot on.
We highly, highly recommend going with Pat if you’re looking for a wedding DJ who’s professional, engaging, and genuinely cares about making your day perfect!

Incredible DJ!

DJ Pat was the second vendor we booked and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! From our first conversation, Pat only wanted to be helpful to us, whether we booked with him or not. He had suggestions for vendors in the area and bent over backward to get us everything we needed for our big day in the price range we needed. Leading up to our event, we had several meetings scheduled with him to go over things and to get us set up with his super easy and helpful app for picking our music. What I loved about the app is that it had a spot to add all of the major songs we needed as well as music we hadn’t even thought about needing to pick out (cocktail hour music hadn’t even crossed my mind). It also had a section for must play songs and slow songs. All of the music was easy to add from Spotify, YouTube or other apps! My husband and I were pretty quick to add our dancing and cocktail music, but moved very slowly when adding our ceremony music because we kept second guessing our decision. Pat was very helpful here and kept our final song selection open an extra few days so we could make our final decision. The day of our wedding, everything went absolutely perfectly! From the ceremony to the reception, Pat made sure that all of the music and sound in general ran smoothly and seamlessly. I had many guests come up to me during and after the reception to comment on how amazing our DJ was. My husband and I cannot recommend DJ Pat enough; he made our day so special! (Definitely get the photobooth, it was one of my favorite parts!)

Our DJ Pat

DJ Pat was absolutely incredible for our wedding! From start to finish, he had the perfect mix of music that kept our guests dancing all night. The lighting setup was beautiful and really added to the atmosphere. His app made the whole planning process so easy — we were able to add every song we wanted and know everything would be ready for the big day. DJ Pat Made Our Big Day Unforgettable

We had DJ Pat as our DJ and emcee for our wedding and honestly, we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the very beginning, he was super organized and checked in with us regularly leading up to the big day. He gave us access to an app where we could add our song recommendations, make notes, and even set details like when certain songs should start or stop. It made the whole planning process way easier and less stressful.

On the day of, DJ Pat brought such great energy! He was friendly, professional, and just really fun to be around. Our guests loved him! He played a huge role in making our wedding day the best day of our lives. He read the room perfectly and wasn’t afraid to switch things up on the fly based on the vibe of the crowd, which we really appreciated. Everyone was dancing, and the flow of the night felt seamless.

We’re so happy he was part of our wedding, and we truly can’t recommend him enough!

Awesome experience with DJ Pat

We couldn’t have been happier with DJ Pat’s performance at our Disney wedding. From the start, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Leading up to the big day, he stayed in constant contact with us via email, text, and Zoom, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.

DJ Pat’s love for Disney truly shines through in his work. He had so many thoughtful suggestions that helped bring our vision to life and make the day feel magical.

Several things set DJ Pat apart from other DJs we considered:
    1.    Extensive Disney Experience – He’s done multiple weddings at Disney, so he knows the venues inside and out. The Disney Weddings staff clearly know and trust him, which made everything run even more smoothly.
    2.    Custom Mobile App – DJ Pat offers his own proprietary app that made building our playlists effortless. We could choose songs for each moment of the celebration from anywhere, at any time.
    3.    Professional Lighting – He brought his own beautiful lighting setup, which perfectly highlighted the Sleeping Beauty Pavilion and elevated the entire atmosphere of our reception.
    4.    Incredible Energy – DJ Pat kept the dance floor alive all night long! Our guests had an amazing time, and the energy never dipped.

Amazing experience!

We loved DJ Pat! He was an absolute pleasure to work with and was always prompt in answering all of our questions, which made working with him a breeze. He uses a music app that's very intuitive, which made our music selection process so easy and stress free. We especially enjoyed the added services of the adventure bus photo booth and the retro phone message book, they added a fun touch to the night and our guests had a blast using them. He delivered both very soon after the wedding, which we really appreciated! We had an unforgettable wedding day and if we could, we'd get Pat to do it all over again.

Great DJ and helpful with planning

DJ Pat is based in the San Diego area but we went with him for our Anaheim Disney wedding as we learned he has done several Disney weddings for over 10 years and is a fellow Disney fan. He came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. His company utilizes a music app that made it very easy for us to build our playlist and had built-in playlists (including Disney ones) for us to consult when we needed ideas. He was very easy to work with, communicative, and came up with several suggestions that we eventually incorporated into our wedding such as an anniversary dance and how to modernize our hora. We also went with him for reception uplighting which made the room feel romantic as well as an animated monogram (gobo) with lanterns which was really pretty and we chose to have displayed on the wall behind our sweetheart table. Pat is also a great emcee and kept our guests informed and entertained. Thanks, Pat, for helping make our day great.

Amazing overall experience, great DJ and good advice for our wedding

Pat is amazing. We found him via social media reviews and who has previously performed at Disneyland Weddings. Being a big Disney fan and having previous extensive Disney Wedding DJ experience were pluses in our book as we were having a Disneyland Wedding in Brisa Courtyard and Sequoia Ballroom. He had experience in these spaces. Pat’s app was helpful in curating music for our event and Pat was amazing in his ideas of how to incorporate key moments in our wedding (such as the hora and anniversary dance) without taking away from the music we wanted and keeping the dance floor as full as you can. Along the way Pat was responsive, professional, and gave us his extensive career knowledge which helped in creating our event. He created an animated gobo for us with Disney-esque writing and fireworks. Truly fun to work with. Highly Recommend.

I would recommend DJ Pat to anyone getting married. Everyone was blown away by his work.

We booked DJ Pat and the adventure bus for our wedding and both were a major hit! Throughout the whole process we were thoroughly impressed how responsive DJ Pat was. He made the whole process so smooth and easy. When it came to the actual day, we had so many people compliment us on the DJ and tell us how much they loved the Adventure Bus. One person even told us Pat was the best DJ at a wedding they had been to. If we had to do it all over again we would boom DJ Pat in a heartbeat!! We had such a blast!

DJ Danny at Sound Prodigy

We initially got in touch with DJ Pat at Sound Prodigy when we got our recommended vendor list from the venue, and after talking to him for an initial consultation we knew that we’d found our DJ company. He hooked us up with DJ Danny and we were very happy with how the whole day went.

After the initial consultation they signed us up for the VIBO app where we were able to make playlists for every part of the wedding. The app was really cool and helpful, and we were able to link any song from Spotify on there.

On wedding day DJ Danny was AWESOME. He was so good at keeping everything moving through the reception, and he checked in with us at every step of the way to make sure that the music was to our liking. I especially appreciate his attention to making sure that we had a good last song to end the night (he did have to ask us a couple times – we couldn’t decide!) He had a lot of great ideas that come with wedding experience and we were grateful to have him there.

Cannot find a better DJ

From the very beginning of our wedding to the final song Pat kept the vibes just right. He was very thoughtful in tailoring his songs to set the appropriate mood.

Pat made our wedding feel much like the story of Goldilocks and the Three bears, not too dull, not too crazy, but just right. There’s nothing we would change about our wedding thanks to pats musical talents. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Amazing Wedding DJ

We couldn’t have asked for someone better, he did a phenomenal job from the start when guests arrived to the very last song. We had DJ Pat for our wedding reception and it couldn't have been a better experience! From the start Pat was very helpful in setting up a timeline for the event and eased the stress of planning with his prompt communication. Perfect Wedding!

DJ Pat was awesome. :D The app he uses made it easy to put the songs we wanted and answer any questions he had about the way we wanted our wedding to run. It was super user friendly and had great recommendations when we couldn't think of the perfect song.

Everything was set up on time and he was constantly in communication with my husband and I to make sure everything was as we wanted. Pat played special request songs that made our guests very happy. Pat truly cares and takes pride in his work. I recommend having Pat DJ for your wedding or event. He helped make our wedding perfect!

Amazing DJ! Highly Recommend!

We are so glad we chose Sound Prodigy for our wedding DJ! DJ Pat was communicative and professional throughout the entire process. He uses an app that was easy to use and helped us curate our music preferences during our ceremony and into the reception. The app allows you to create a timeline of events and add specific songs so that everything goes smoothly throughout the event. We got so many compliments during the reception on the song choices. DJ Pat really knows how to choose the best song order to keep the party going, and vibes were high throughout the evening! We also highly recommend the lighting option he provides, this really added to the ambience for the reception. We would highly recommend him to DJ any event. Disney Fairytale Wedding

Pat was amazing! He was perfect for our Disney Fairytale wedding. He is experienced with Disney and how they operate so he knew all the ins and outs. We absolutely loved his music planning app, it made everything so easy for us. He is very friendly, and easy to communicate with. DJ Pat is the best!

Sound Prodigy and DJ Pat were awesome to work with. The app he had us use to add music to, so he could get a feel for what we like, was very easy to use. He’s clearly very experienced and knew how to get the crowd energized and keep the dance floor packed all night. His intuitive sense of the vibe and flow of the evening was spot on, and he kept the music going seamlessly through all the key moments. We couldn't have asked for a better DJ to make our wedding celebration so memorable. We also booked a photo bus through him and I highly recommend that. Our guests had a great time taking pictures and you get both physical and digital copies and we had so much fun looking through everyone’s photos after the wedding. Highly recommend!

Awesome DJ!

DJ Pat was awesome! From the interview process, to the planning (the app is so easy to use), and the services delivered on the day of. We chose him because of his experience DJing weddings (especially at our venue), his friendly personality, and his expertise/advice in the process. Now that our day has passed, we are SO happy we chose him because he also did his job so well on the day!

We gave him about half of our dance floor songs and asked him to fill the rest with songs that get people dancing (I didn't want to hire a DJ to just play a playlist), and it was so hard to get ourselves off the dance floor--every song was a hit with the crowd, and everyone had such a great time at our reception. He didn't play any of our "do not plays," and crafted the set and vibes so well throughout the night. He has a great MC voice and skills, and helped direct things perfectly on the day while building excitement and hyping us and all others (vendors, speech-givers) up. Highly recommend for anyone looking to hire a DJ in San Diego, we are super happy we chose him for our day. Thank you Pat!

DJ Pat is the best!

DJ Pat was the best decision we made for our wedding day. I looked far and wide for a DJ to accommodate all the music my husband and I enjoyed for each event. We had very specific music and tasks from DJ Pat about how the bridesmaids and groomsmen walked down the aisle and how songs played at the grand entrances, which we changed at the last minute, and he still made it possible. We were even running behind schedule, and instead of rushing us, he was calm, cool, and collected and hyped us up throughout the night. He applied professionalism, passion, and insight into all of our conversations. The app he used to plan the wedding day out was very easy to use, and he gave us pointers on what had worked at other weddings he'd been to.

We absolutely loved DJ Pat, and I highly recommend him if you are looking for the best DJ in San Diego County.

Professionals and excellent service all around!

DJ Danny was our DJ for the evening and he did a fantastic job all around. I went with Sound Prodigy not just for the reasonable prices but also for the fact that they had a super convenient app ("Vibo") with which I was able to select and upload music (including Spotify playlists I curated) to have a hand in the music selection.

DJ Pat and DJ Danny are both very personable and were excellent at communicating, detail oriented and organized, and I'm so glad I could trust their company to help make my wedding day the best day possible! I'm so glad I hired them to provide the sound/music and uplighting and would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking for a great, experienced wedding DJ in the San Diego area.

The Best DJ We Could've Asked For

Having DJ Pat on our team for our Wedding was one of the greatest choices we could've made!

From our introduction call months before the wedding, he was working hard to make sure he was prepared to provide what we needed- he had great suggestions for setting the vibes during dinner and happy hour, as well as a listening ear and willingness to follow our lead for everything we already had a vision for. He was very easy to get ahold of and his system for setting up music and a timeline was super user friendly!

On the day of the Wedding, he truly shined even more- he was punctual and prepared. During the ceremony he made all the transitions between our music seamless, and timed the start of the music for our unity ceremony perfectly! He kept the dance floor alive all night with a great mix of our must plays and a bunch of Wedding classics. He was also an extremely well spoken MC, guiding the night smoothly. We truly couldn't have asked for anything more than what we were provided from someone who I now consider a friend!

I 1000% recommend working with Sound Prodigy and will personally have them atop my list for any event that I put together in the future!

Sound Prodigy keeps the dance floor going!

DJ Pat helped make our wedding absolutely magical! We highly recommend him. He was such a pleasure to work with through the planning process and made it as easy as possible. He was so organized and professional the day of the wedding and ensured the sound quality from the ceremony to the reception was top notch.

His transitions from different songs on the dance floor were so smooth and he kept the party going. He's definitely very keen at feeling the vibe and reading the crowd and makes sure everyone has a great time. He's the ultimate hype man!

We also booked the Adventure Bus Photobooth (the Volkswagen bus) through DJ Pat and all our guests LOVED it. The photo quality surpasses so many other photobooths I've seen at other weddings, AND they gifted us a beautiful custom guest book that included all our guests' photos. Pat and his team are simply incredible.

Danny and Pat were great!

Danny DJ'd our October 2023 wedding, and he and Pat were great from start to finish. We worked with DJ Pat. He was a delight. Everything was super smooth from beginning to end. He offers a website to input all your music. There isn't a category he hasn't thought of. This was extremely helpful and took a lot of the leg work away from me, all I had to do was submit songs. There were know kinks with Pat, everything was done exactly the way he said it would be, we didn't have to worry about a thing. The night was truly perfect. Thank you Pat!!

DJ Pat was everything we wanted from our DJ

DJ Pat was incredible. The app he used to help us come up with the playlist was very easy to use, and made it easier to come up with a playlist that we wanted. Choosing the music was one of the more stressful parts of planning the wedding, but Pat made it much easier for us. He also had most of the wedding on the dance floor for most of the wedding, and surprised my bride and I by choosing a blink 182 song for the last song, and had the entire wedding on the dance floor for it. Best day of my life, and DJ Pat was a huge part of it. Thank you!!

We cannot recommend Sound Prodigy enough! DJ Pat really, REALLY outdid himself from start to finish! From our first meeting, down to the very last song he played at our wedding. He delivered only the best, top notch service!

He made preparing for our big day so easy and seamless. The platform he uses is great & super user friendly. The platform even helps you create your day-of timeline, which is a huge underrated feature! It saved us so much time & stress!
His communication was stellar through the whole process. During our meetings, he had great recommendations, tips & tricks - He was even honest with some ideas/songs he thought weren't going to go over well, which we really appreciated as this was our first wedding,and we were planning it all on our own. He was available for any questions or concerns at any time.
When it came time for our day, Pat was punctual, patient, and his communication with all of our vendors was great. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, even took initiative with our other vendors which we really appreciated!
Pat made sure nothing slipped through the cracks, and I mean NOTHING. He saved us on a few small things we overlooked as well! He's a perfectionist and it shows! His performance was better than we could've hoped or imagined. He kept our dance floor going all night. He fit right in with our wedding guests, which we knew he would! He really is an all around great guy! Everyone loved him and raved about him the whole night/weekend. We truly appreciate you, Pat! Literally couldn't have done it without you! Perfect DJ for our wedding!

WOWWW. DJ Pat was so kind and kept the party going at my wedding! First off, I loved the app he had us use to curate the wedding. It was super organized, I've been in a couple of other weddings as a bridesmaid and those DJs just had emailed/paper lists.
Second, what a kind, outgoing man. He was so nice and easy to work with.
Third, he kept the vibes up all night. We didn't finish putting the dance part of the reception in the apps playlist, we added 40/60 songs. He was able to read the crowd and add his own music in and it WORKED.

I highly recommend him, thank you so much DJ Pat!!

Perfect in every way

Pat was the perfect DJ for us and our wedding. Discussing our wishes for how the night would go was easy and he was so professional and knew what he was doing at every step of the way. The tool he uses to collect our desired music was super easy to use. We even had to propose a last minute change to the schedule due to a health emergency, and Pat was immediately willing to help in any way he could. We love DJ Pat!!

Dj Pat is honestly the best DJ I have ever worked with and/or experienced at a wedding. His ability to not only work with any type of genre but also transition between every song is phenomenal. At my wedding our songs ranged from Taylor Swift, to Bad Bunny then to Souja boy, hahaha, so please know he is not just a one genre dj! Furthermore his welcoming and great personality is an added bonus that makes you feel like you are with family.
Last but not least, please make sure you rent his photo booth; it was such a statement at the wedding where everyone from my grandma to my flower girl enjoyed. Even the guy that Dj Pat had running the booth was Fantastic!

Amazing DJ!

We booked DJ Pat for our wedding on 8/13/23. He was the very first vendor we booked, and after our first call, he made us feel so much more comfortable with navigating the wedding planning process. He was very easy to work with and extremely responsive to our messages. On the day of the wedding, he met all of our expectations and catered the music perfectly to our crowd. At our first meeting, we had mentioned that we had a wide range of ages among our guests and just wanted to make sure everyone had a good time. The music fit our guests and mood perfectly. There wasn't a single moment the dance floor was empty. Big plus that we didn't expect - he has the PERFECT announcer voice! Helluva Good Time!

DJ Pat is one cool cat... He took care of all requests. He is also very fair, professional, and honest from start to finish. His services included uplighting, photo booth, cloud machine, and animated monogram, which I highly recommend all. He also uses an app system called Vibo, which was rad. It actually provides a timeline for each event and a music library to add each and every song you want him to play. DJ pat we'll meet with you either online or in person to give a tutorial on how it works which was really helpful. What else can we say other than Pat you crushed it! Thank you for one helluva a good time!

Amazing DJ!!

We felt the most important aspect of our wedding was going to be the music. I did a lot of research and found Pat. This was the best decision I made for our wedding. He was truly incredible! He was able to get three generations of people to dance the entire night. He took our suggestions, listened to what our guests wanted and played a great mix of music. Guests had a blast!

We had DJ Pat for our wedding, and he was awesome! He worked seamlessly with our live musician, and during the free dance portion he got the party started! We gave him free rein on the playlist, and just trusted him to do what he does best. He really delivered! Our guests had a lot of fun and were having the time of their lives on the dance floor. Pat brings the party

Pat helped make our nerd-lite wedding dreams come to life. We chose to sprinkle in some Lord of the Rings, Jurassic Park, Star Wars, Marvel and Disney through different songs throughout the night and Pat wove them in seamlessly. He was also the best hype man to get the dancing started. The app that he has to help you choose music and set up your timeline is incredibly user friendly and was really helpful. DJ Pat is The Best!

OMG you guys- DJ Pat is THE BEST! I hired Sound Prodigy/DJ Pat for our 04.02.23 micro-wedding at the La Jolla Shores Hotel. We had a toes-in-the-sand ceremony followed by cocktail hour at the hotel's garden area, followed by the reception upstairs in one of their ballrooms. DJ Pat expertly changed locations 3 times to provide us with ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception music. No equipment or sound issues, no break in music. He also provided us with photo booth services, an antique answer phone, upgraded lighting, and a custom monogram that I personally designed. Trusting ONE person to provide us with ALL of those services scared me, but he came through and didn't let us down- he exceeded our expectations in every way. During the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner... the music was appropriate, from my list, and the volume wasn't so overpowering. It was perfect! During dancing- DJ Pat knew just the right songs from my list to keep the party alive. When you only have 30 people from 3 different generations, that's not an easy task- but Pat did it! We partied hard the whole time. I honestly thought people would leave early, but everyone stayed until the very end, dancing the night away! I hired DJ Pat without visiting him or meeting him in person, I didn't have friend or family recommendations since I planned my wedding from another state. I took a chance on him and you should too- he won't disappoint!

The Best of the Best!!

We had DJ Pat for our recent wedding. I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about DJ Pat, and our experience with Sound Prodigy. Our wedding turned out better than I could've dreamed, and we have DJ Pat to thank. His experience and knowledge, not only in regards to DJ services, but also in regards lighting, reception setup, and even dance floor monograms is unparalleled. This man not only walked us through the planning app step by step, he also handled all of our lighting, and cooked up something special for the dance floor! My wedding planner was young, and perhaps inexperienced. DJ Pat took the time to personally email her with pictures of previous weddings he had done in the same space, showing her how the lighting would look, where power needed to be, and even helped my design the layout of the reception, after my wedding planner kept getting it wrong. Pat was the best DJ!

Pat was our DJ for our wedding 06/17/2022 and was excellent. Never once was my wife and I worried about what music to play during our big day. Every phone call with Pat was reassuring, as he spent the time to listen and get our curated event right. The tools Pat and his team provided also make the planning super easy. If you want to be like me and customize every song it’s super easy, or you can use the top hits Pat’s tool suggests from different genres. Pat was at our event early and super organized, he also made sure to follow the rules and regulations at our venture to a T. Pat was also polite and friendly towards our guests, we would definitely recommend Pat as a DJ !! He will make your wedding special too!

Perfectly tailored music & gets everyone on the dance floor!

DJ Pat was absolutely fantastic to work with for our wedding - from start to finish! He has a LOT of experience and knows all the ins & outs you'll need to know to have the perfect music for your wedding, from the ceremony & cocktail hour to the reception & dance floor.

I love to dance and getting all our friends and family on the dance floor, having a good time, was really important to me, and DJ Pat did not disappoint! The photos from our dance floor are unforgettable and DJ Pat made that happen!

He also uses a highly customized app that covers ALL the details, so you know you won't be forgetting anything but you can really be as hands on or hands off with the music as you'd like.

Highly recommend DJ Pat. Just a great guy, really takes the job really seriously and wants to ensure that the music is perfect for your special day. Our friends were literally chanting DJ Pat's name by the end of the night! Pretty awesome and unforgettable. Book DJ Pat and Adventure Bus!!

Pat was awesome!! Working with Pat was a very seamless process for our wedding. He is patient, kind, and had many options and suggestions when we were unsure of certain songs or the general flow of our wedding. Pat kept our dance floor going all night long and we had so many guests compliment the music and general atmosphere of our wedding. We cannot recommend him enough!! We also used his photo booth company (Adventure Bus), and our guests loved the VW Bus and getting photos printed for their take home gifts. Do yourself a favor and book a talented and kind DJ!!

Dj Danny sound prodigy

DJ Danny was amazing! Worked with us from start to finish. He always responded fast to any questions I had. Day of wedding was hectic due to rain and he helped keeping the schedule going. The Best Wedding DJ We Could Have Asked For

DJ Pat was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. He listened to what we wanted, made great suggestions when we needed advice, and truly made our wedding day as special as it could possibly be. Pats years of experience shone though on our wedding day. He was able to adjust to last minute changes, keep our timeline on track, and made sure to include all the special requests we asked for. What really set DJ Pat apart though, was his ability to read the vibe of the room and adjust accordingly. He kept us dancing all night by keeping a keen eye on what both us and our guests were enjoying the most and rolling with it. He is also incredibly kind and clearly enjoys what he does. We had multiple guests tell us how much they loved him as well! We cannot recommend DJ Pat enough!

We hired pat 1.5yrs before our wedding! I chose him bc he had authentic and extremely positive reviews which made me feel comfortable before even speaking! During our phone consult he was very professionally straight forward and even includes day of coordination with you; I did not hire a day of coordinator due to that amenity he provides! Great, Professional DJ!

I am so glad that we hired DJ Pat to be the DJ for our wedding. From the initial phone consultation with DJ Pat I could tell that he was very professional and personable. Leading up to the wedding he was always responsive and got back to me quickly which I appreciated! He has a very user-friendly app which we used to put all of our requested music in which makes it easy for the couple to make sure the songs they want played are played and at the appropriate times.

On the day of the wedding DJ Pat coordinated the music so perfectly to all of our important dances and the dance floor was packed the entire night! I had numerous guests come up to me and tell me what a fantastic job he did. He was a great MC and kept our guests engaged and entertained the entire night. Furthermore, he set up the room and made it look terrific with his uplighting. I would highly recommend DJ Pat for your upcoming wedding - look no further!

Wonderful DJ - 10 out of 10 would get again!

Sound Prodigy, truly, was the best ever. We had DJ Pat for our wedding this past year. From the moment we reached out to him he was available, honest, transparent, and helpful. The phone app that he provided, for us to choose our wedding songs, was incredibly easy to use. When we had any questions, Pat quickly responded by email and text.

My husband and I chose a music and lighting package. It was so beautiful. He made our reception hall look like a dream. And the dance floor was so well lit! We had quite a few special requests for songs (the parent dances, garter toss, bouquet toss) and Pat was able to deliver on every one.

Thank you Pat, you made our wedding so memorable, we will never forget it.

DJ Extraordinaire

Simply a wonderful DJ, MC, entertainment coordinator in general! The way he orchestrated the people, both for the ceremony, grand entrance, toasts, and music selection from our playlist was impressive! I chose more songs in the app than even time allowed for, but he grabbed the best of them, even accommodating requests from my family and friends. Everyone was happy and I think once the dance floor opened, there were people on the floor from beginning to end!

Highly recommend!

If you want a professional that knows what he’s doing and we’ll make everything on your day as seamless as possible, DJ Pat is your guy.

From the planning portal to the day-of, he’s been great to work with. You can tell this is a passion of his. He knows how to win over a crowd and keep them on the dance floor. My only wish was that we could have stayed at the venue longer and had him DJing the rest of the night!

What you’re getting with what you’re paying is SO good. Super great value. He has these cool extra add ons like a Leave Me A Voicemail phone and a Photo Bus. We got both and wish they were used more to be honest, but from what we did get, it was so nice to reflect back on.

OMG!! Pat Connolly was absolutely amazing! We got married 8/26/22 in Poway, CA and Pat was the first vendor I booked. We had a thorough first meeting, where he walked me through a super awesome website he has for his clients (where you can literally sync your Spotify to add your music requests for the wedding), and walked through the timeline. Pat set great expectations, was such an awesome help throughout the planning process, and he absolutely killed it the day of the wedding. He provided a guest book phone, beautiful lighting, and such good music/service. All my guests had the time of their lives! THANK YOU PAT

Pat from Sound Prodigy was great! We hired him for our wedding that was on 9/9/2022 and he did not disappoint. He helped us many months in advance with various things we needed or had questions about. The music app he used was easy to navigate and had great options for all the different songs needed during the ceremony and reception. Dj pat is the best!

Booking with DJ Pat was the best decision we made! We got married 9/4/22 at Scripps Seaside Forum and he kept the energy up all night long! Not only is he a phenomenal DJ but the uplighting he did in the venue was absolutely stunning. His music app made the process so easy to upload songs and plan out our timeline. The best part was our final meeting with DJ Pat truly helped solidify our playlist. He was attentive to our needs but also steered us in the right direction to make our playlist and transitions smooth. If you are getting married you MUST book with DJ Pat!

Best wedding dj/mc!

DJ Pat did an excellent job being an MC and DJ at our wedding! The process was super simple when choosing our music and DJ Pat added his own personality to it. He did a great job with name pronunciation (as our last name is difficult) and really got our guests on the dance floor which is what we wanted. DJ Pat is fantastic! From our initial meet & greet with him, we knew he was a good fit for us. He clearly had a lot of experience, was approachable, and put us at ease by providing detailed and reassuring answers to our many questions. The online platform to plan the timeline and song requests was easy to use, especially since it syncs with Spotify. On the day of the event, DJ Pat was a true professional and calming presence. He was timely with the setup and tear down of the several different sound systems and DJ station. The mic/audio for the ceremony and the toasts during the reception was seamless. DJ Pat is amazing!

DJ Pat was phenomenal from start to finish. From the very beginning, he had a fun and infectious energy and we knew he wouldn’t let us down. Our faith in him was justly rewarded again and again. When you make your request for songs through him, you use a portal that has a very convenient link to Spotify, or you can just use the built-in music selection as well. For special requests, he’s very detailed and thorough and ensures you get exactly what you want. For us on the day of our wedding, his MC skills immediately fired up the crowd and there wasn’t a dull moment. Every announcement was fun and energetic, every song well-executed, and every request seem to. Although we requested a large selection of songs limiting his creative freedom, the songs that he selected himself matched perfectly with our taste in the crowd. Would definitely recommend DJ Pat any day!

From the moment I spoke with Pat from Sound Prodigy, I knew he would be the perfect fit for our wedding. He was professional, attentive and honest. He answered all of my (50) questions promptly and basically helped me plan my entire day. He offered several forms of contact and his website was very easy to navigate. What I appreciated the most about Pat, was his transparency, this is ideal when working with any vendor, for all occasions not just weddings. The best in san diego!

I can't boast enough about DJ Pat! He was simply amazing to work with. I found him through a recommendation from my wedding planner. His booking process was extremely easy and from the jump, DJ Pat was personable, professional and just an overall fun person to talk to. Shortly after we booked, he gave us access to his online portal where we were able to build and personalize our playlists for our wedding. The portal was very user friendly, offered helpful recommendations and simplified curating the perfect playlist for our wedding. Day of, he was the PERFECT DJ!!! He was the DJ for both our ceremony and reception, and he was amazing! DJ Pat had fabulous communication and made sure my husband and I knew our cues. He even game my husband a little pep talk before our grand entrance/first dance (he was sooooo nervous). All of our guests loved him and had the best time! My husband and I are so grateful we got to book him for our day. Thank you so much, DJ Pat! Also... Ask him about his photo bus! It is a MUST for a Photo Booth at your wedding. Simply fabulous!

Fantastic DJ!

My husband and I hired DJ Pat for our wedding at Mt. Woodson Castle and we are so happy that we did! His system is so easy to use whether it be communicating updates, collecting guest requests, selecting songs for the ceremony and reception, or getting music inspiration. We didn’t know what we wanted for the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, etc. and Pat was kind enough to hop on a call and walk us through where we could find suggestions. Pat made the wedding day a smooth process and was an engaging host for our dinner guests. I loved all of the music and our guests told me they did as well. 10/10 recommend DJ Pat!

No Better DJ Out There - Pat's the One!!!

Pat was a ROCKSTAR! We had a wonderful, seamless experience with him - everything from our planning meetings to his easy-to-use music/timeline management platform to him validating the quality of our commissioned ceremony song to the day-of, where our dance floor remained PACKED and lit all night!!! We also used his photobooth service, Adventure Bus, which also was a HIT with the guests!!! Needless to say, we cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you so much for everything!!!
