Jackie Sent on 06/26/2015We have fallen head over heals for something new!!!!!!! They are so amazing. I want to see them every time we are back in Vegas!!! They are such great people and that makes the comfort part easy! As for watching them film...they are constantly firing creative ideas in there head you can see it happening. It was amazing watching them create. Not a beat was missed. Even the limo ride he was videoing the strip out the window...brilliant!!!! I can't wait to see the video!!!!!!! I suggest pulling out your pocket book and paying these guys before you waste your time even researching anyone else. I spent about 30+ hours when I added it up looking at all the companies and each of there video's, as well as showed them blindly along with 2 other companies to family. EVERYONE picked Something New along with my husband and myself. It is with out question they are the best of the best and there is no one even close to what they do out there. LOVE YOU GUYS!!!!!! -
User1967848 Sent on 12/13/2014I can not thank Sandi and Jimi enough! they were AMAZING! they moved around to capture everything and even managed to get the impromptu speeches miked up! PLUS they are amazing people and great to work with! We had such a great time and it wouldn't have been nearly as awesome without them! -
User1456388 Sent on 11/27/2013I promise there is no videographer out there that will even come close to the expertise, professionalism, and AWESOMENESS of the dynamic duo of Jimi and Sandi from Something New Films. I'm sad the big day is over for many reasons...one of those reasons being I won't get to work with them again! From our initial meeting through the end of our reception, Jimi and Sandi were devoted to our day and to getting to know us as a couple, as individuals, and as friends. I've never had so much fun working with a "vendor" (it's weird even calling them that because I feel like we're friends) and I PROMISE you will enjoy every minute with them and trust them completely with your wedding video. They were extremely welcoming of my requests, flexible to my changes, and to top it all off, my friends and family loved them :) We can't wait to see the final video. THANK YOU!!! -
User1444060 Sent on 11/19/2013What I love the most about Something New Films is they dig deep to find out what truly matters to YOU and how they can convey that on film for you. They take the time to get to know you, what message you want express through the film and ask the right questions. The are extremely patient when you are not even sure what you want and help lead you in the right direction ;) I love how creative they are and know what they should be filming so the end result is exciting, passionate and takes you by surprise. When necessary, they can be like ninjas and you don't even notice they are around filming so they capture that raw and meaningful footage. I LOVE Something New Films and am so grateful they created an amazing video for us. It truly means so much and we appreciate their talent and are so happy we chose them to create our video. -

Mrs. M. Sent on 08/15/2013The best decision we made for our wedding was booking Sandi & Jimi. They made our day so much more fun and exciting. They helped relax my husband and I by walking us through the steps we needed to know before our vows. I really can't thank these two enough. This was our big gift to one another for our wedding and I am so glad we decided to get our videography done through Something New :) To anyone looking into booking them I HIGHLY recommend them. We cannot wait to see our video I know they did an amazing job!! -
User1491102 Sent on 01/01/2014By far the best investment ever made and money we'll spend. We couldn't have picked a more amazing, talented and genuine artists. Not only did they capture every touching moment but they made our video look like a movie . Jimmi and Sandi didn't just film our wedding they told our story and that's one of the many reasons why we went with Something New :) films. Jimmi and Sandi are not only perfect at what they do they are such amazing people! We thought they are so refreshing and that's rare! I would say it was love at first meeting them, we hit it off and we knew they were a prefect fit for us. Our personalities just clicked and it felt right . I couldn't imagine having anyone else as my videographer... They did such a perfect job on our video I want everyone to have that same satisfaction. With Jimmi and Sandi your in perfect hands not having to worry and have one less extra stress on your big day is worth it! I could go on and on about how much we love them but I highly suggest meeting them and you'll see for yourselves. :)

Alli Sent on 09/02/2012Jimi and Sandi are AMAZING!!! These two are so much more than videographers. These two made our wedding feel like I was in my dream wedding in a movie!
We were put in touch with them through our photographer, Ron Miller, at the Bridal Spectacular last winter. While watching some of their work, I was in complete awe...it was so cool and so special! I definitely wanted a same day edit...what a unique way to show everyone what happens behind the scenes! The thing that really stood out was the way they shot videos. This wasn't any ordinary wedding video...this was cinematic genius!
Before the wedding, they even took us out for some dinner just to get to know us more and have a better idea of who we were and to really personalize the shooting of our day.
We had a two day ceremony and they were there, shooting all of the smallest details to the grandest of entrances. Sandi hung out with the girls and Jimi went to capture what was going on in the guys' room. They didn't want to miss anything.
On saturday night as everyhitng was starting to wind down, they showed the same day edit on the big screen. I was so good all weekend and hadn't cried...until this moment. It took my breath away! And to end it all, they got in the pool and filmed the bridal party jumping in as well.
We just love these two! What an amazing, special experience! -

Ashley Sent on 01/27/2013ARGH! It sounds so cliche to say "I can't think of anything to say that hasn't already been said" about SomethingNew:) ... but it is SO TRUE! Jimi and Sandi are hands down our favorite vendor that we worked with.
As a couple we are not the most natural lovey dovey beings in front of a camera lens (all that posing and "stare into eahcothers eyes" for the still pictures alone made us feel awkward enough and took some getting used to...) but Jimi and Sandi went out of there way to meet with us days before the wedding so we could get to know eachother and talk about how it was going to go down. When they arrived on the big day I called my husband and told him "Jimi's coming up to see you" like he was friend we had known for years. They made us feel so comfortable! Able to enjoy the day and not feel under a microscope (but sometimes I do wonder about some of the audio that didn't make the film!).
Our final product is amazing! We love the unexpected clips walking through the casino. I remember how psyched Jimi was about getting a shot he accidentally stepped on my dress and tripped...! But their enthusiasm is SO contagious and they love what they do, you see that in all their work. I also love having the audio! Three of our four big speakers from the night ad libbed. It's wonderful to relive the exact expressions and feelings surrounding the words.
We were one of those on the fence couples about videography but looking back on all of it, I would have cut more from other parts of the budget easily to include video! Jimi and Sandi could have made our day look great even if we were wearing burlap sacks. The best wedding investment you can make! We would love to work with them again someday!
