Plan Your Wedding with Tiffany!

Tiffany was recommended to us by a family friend for our downtown Chicago wedding, and we would happily pass along that recommendation to any couple looking for a full service wedding planner! She was there for us through every step of the process and thoughtful about helping us prioritize the things we were most excited about. She has expert knowledge of the industry in the Chicagoland area which was so helpful when we were searching for vendors - when we had a band we were considering that she hadn’t personally worked with, she leveraged her network of other planners to gain insights that helped us feel confident about moving forward. She created an incredibly detailed and carefully considered timeline for the wedding day and coordinated with all the vendors so they knew where they had to be every minute of the day, and it went very smoothly as a result. Honestly, we didn’t have to do much in the week leading up to the wedding because Tiffany handled everything! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect for us, and there is no doubt that we have Tiffany and her team to thank for that!

Tiffany is an experienced wedding planner who knows exactly how to bring the most special day to life. She is extremely organized and knows all the steps to take to get the job done before the big day. When we became engaged, we knew we wanted someone to take the reins and help make our day as smooth as possible. Meeting the Soiree team happened so organically that the connection felt like a natural fit- instantly. From the first meeting to the follow up after the wedding, Tiffany and Jennifer built a strong sense of assurance that they would create the perfect day. Jennifer knew the intricacies of my wedding dress very well and I was so happy to have her help getting ready (pictures included). Wow!! I'm so grateful to have found Tiffany to help me plan my destination wedding in Antigua, Guatemala. From our first planning trip in November 2016 to the big day November 25 of this year, everything was perfect. She was truly able to bring my vision into reality. On the day of the wedding, I felt so comfortable and relaxed knowing she had everything organized and flowing flawlessly. Even with the slight language barrier, Tiffany was able to communicate with all of the vendors and make sure that every detail was perfect. From beginning to end, I can't say enough about how amazing it was to work with her! The best investment we made in planning our wedding :)

From beginning to end, Tiffany was amazing in helping us with our wedding day. Wedding planning is stressful enough, having a great planner to keep you organized is incredibly important. She was responsive with every email and detail- even when we were still one year out. The best thing about working with Tiffany, aside from her awesome personality, was that she supports every idea you have and gives you an honest answer on how it can be executed. She always presented us at least 3 options with every decision and the pros and cons of each. This way, we knew what we were getting into around each corner. When we found out the night of our rehearsal dinner we would need to move our ceremony from an outdoor garden to indoors, she worked with all the vendors to make sure the design still looked great and it went off without a hitch. She will always be a celebrity in my husbands book too for single-handedly rescuing our late night snack Portillo's order, his only request of the whole day. If you're even questioning hiring her for your big day, do it and you won't regret it.

We worked with Tiffany and the Soiree team for wedding day coordination and highly recommend them! We knew we wanted to work with them after seeing them run the show behind the scenes at my cousin's NYE wedding - we knew we'd be in good hands. From Greek traditions to personal decorations to timing, no detail was left behind. Hiring a day-of planner in general was a great decision because my husband and I were able to enjoy the day without worrying about the comings and goings of vendors. Soiree was especially helpful the day of our wedding when the florist messed up timing - Tiffany's team kept detailed tabs on their whereabouts to ensure everything stayed on track. We used Soiree to help with our late August wedding. Tiffany and her team were amazing. They helped with all our day of coordination as well as booking hotel blocks and day of transportation. Tiffany was flexible with what we wanted beyond day of coordination and made vendor suggestions with everything else we booked. Day of- everything was perfect. Tiffany totally brought my vision to life. We almost had to execute our plan B because of rain, but it ended up clearing up and turned into a beautiful day. Tiffany and her team were ready to make all the changes happen if necessary. Throughout the night Tiffany and Janelle were checking in to make sure things were going smoothly and that I never had an empty glass of champagne! I couldn't recommned Tiffany and Soiree enough, they were the best!

Planning a wedding is either difficult or easy. It just depends on how much you have to spend and how you perceive marriage. I was a Wedding Photographer for about 10 years. So, I understand the markets and what to spend money on. That's why I found Tiffany. I interviewed so many planners-coordinators for the job, each one of them had a speech and seemed stale. Tiffany didn't, She spoke from the heart, she listened and brought a sense of calmness to everything she did. It's the best feeling when you hire a vendor that has your best interest and cares about your wedding day. You can't buy that. I'm so grateful for how Tiffany and her staff took care of me, mastered all of the responsibilities of the day along with making everyone feel so special! Tiffany was hands down the best decision my husband and I made in the wedding planning processes. I interviewed many day of coordinators and instantly connect with Tiffany at Soiree, we spoke for quit some time the first time we chatted. My husband and I got married at The Murphy in Chicago. Tiffany was also married at The Murphy. She has an excellent working relationship with the Event Manager of The Murphy, Cathy. This was to me the cherry on the cake! Tiffany was terrific! She even coordinated with me in advance to hand off some of our wedding day décor to her so I would not have to deal with it in the days leading up to my wedding. This was a huge relief and a tremendous help with the wedding week of madness!! Tiffany at Soiree and her team were organized to the T. They met and exceeded my expectations. She was invaluable in helping us stay on track the day of her creativity is beyond what I expected and I loved working with her. She was poised, kind and was outstanding at handling tricky family dynamics and dealing with difficult situations. Not once did she flinch whenever a new challenge was thrown at her. She helped us accomplish the many creative things I had in mind which I would not have been able to pull off without her. Last minute I needed my wedding program designed she recommended an great vendor who was right in my price range and the wedding programs turned out very iconic and classic exactly how our wedding day was. I'm an event planner professionally, so when we got engaged, my fiancee demanded that we hire someone to handle day-of coordination so that I could actually turn my brain off and enjoy the day. He said... "You need an Abby on your wedding day, and Abby's busy." Got it. So - I started interviewing planners for our big day. The minute I met Tiffany at Soiree, I knew it was a match made in heaven! She's extremely organized, Type A, and creative - my Abby! Tiffany wasn't available to handle our day-of coordination so she assigned her right-hand-women, Melissa and Molly who were cut from the same organized, Type A, and creative cloth as Tiffany. Tiffany made sure that Melissa, Molly and I had plenty of time to meet and get to know each other before the big day.

Tiffany provided support throughout the planning process even though Soiree was only contracted for day-of coordination services. She referred me to wonderful, qualified, vetted vendors and introduced us to folks in the industry that were utterly amazing. Her rolodex alone is reason to use Soiree.

The day of our wedding, Melissa and Molly were phenomenal. They kept us on schedule (even when we weren't) and made me feel as if every detail was taken care of - including making sure my groom had deodorant! We had a few snags throughout the day (one of my bridesmaid's zipper broke!) but they handled them swiftly, made suggestions and recommendations for solutions, and without drama.

An A+ in my book. And next time I need an event coordinator they're the first call I'll make.

Tiffany helped plan our August 7th wedding in Chicago. Since my husband and I live in Florida and our parents live in Florida and Arkansas, we were planning everything from out-of-town. Tiffany did such an amazing job of staying organized and on top of things. She planned all our meetings to coincide with when I would be in town and made sure that we could get it all done in the small amount of time I could spend in Chicago. She recommended fantastic vendors and it's such a testament to her and her team that every vendor was STOKED to work with her again.

Working with Tiffany and her team for our July Chicago wedding was fantastic from the get go. We were new to Chicago and I'm a very busy bride so we had to have someone help with everything. We hired Soiree for full service start to finish wedding design and planning.

Tiffany knew all of the best vendors and worked with us to stay within budget for our 120 person urban affair. I could not have imagined things working out better than they did. Its good to have a Type A on your team. The best part about working with Tiffany was that I didn't have to worry wedding day. She thought of everything and ran a tight ship.

Strongly recommend working with Tiffany and her team at Soiree. I can not say enough kind words about them all.

Tiffany and her team at Soiree Wedding and Events made our wedding day perfect. Our ceremony start was delayed by 30 minutes. You can imagine the flexibility, responsiveness and attention to detail this required. Tiffany attended to every detail the delay caused resulting in a seamless transition into a new timeline - from the food, guests, children, even parked the car for the delayed guests!
The creativity Tiffany brought into our planning insured our ceremony was uniquely OURs and not a cookie cutter repeat of someone elses. The design and implementation were elegant and well worth our financial investments. She made our dollars count, greatest value/greatest impact just where it matter most to us.
Tiffany has a network of professionals that provided us expanded options without the hassle of trying to hunt vendors down on our own for additional quotes or ideas. She was immediately responsive to any contacts/questions we extended to her and worked with us to find our answers and make our decisions.
We are certain we will never know the total amount of questions, direction, last minute adjustments Soiree made throughout our wedding day. We do know that our enjoyment of our day was enhanced beyond measure because they were with us.

Tiffany Munster and Soiree Weddings & Events were a lifesaver for planning our wedding. If you want someone who really cares, is not pushy & really directs you to vendors that will best suit your personality & needs; Then Tiffany & her crew are your team! Our wedding was 10/25/14 and it turned out amazing & beyond our expectations. I got tears in my eyes when she led us into the reception room before the guests. It was so incredible, beautiful and perfect!. Way beyond our expectations. We are both so happy with her. She has the perfect type A personality (like me) that makes sure no detail is forgotten. She helps bring down your panic level & is always available for questions about everything. She guides you step by step & lets you know what the next move should be. I have been to many weddings but I don't know how people plan weddings on their own. Unless you have no life or job, then you WILL NEED HELP.
My husband & I both work full time &we had just moved & I had some brand new & serious health issues that may have really impacted the wedding. She was there with support all the way. Luckily the wedding went on as scheduled with no changes.
I cannot tell you how comfortable we were with Tiffany leading us to the right vendors for every detail. She creates a Pinterest page for you to combine your ideas and vision.
All the vendors told me how much they like working with Tiffany as her timelines are perfect & no one ever has a question about where they are supposed to be & what time. NO detail is left unknown.
The amount of decisions that have to be made are mind numbing.
As far as I know, there were no issues on my wedding day. Her team takes care of everything. People are still talking about how incredibly beautiful our wedding was & how much fun they had. Everything was perfect including the weather. I consider Tiffany a friend & would not hesitate using Soiree to help with any event. We highly recommend her team.

Soiree Weddings & Events was the Day-Of Coordinator for my wedding on September 27th 2014. Of all the vendors I had for my wedding, outside of perhaps my venue, Tiffany and her team at Soiree were probably the most crucial. From my first encounter with Tiffany, I was immediately reassured that she was incredibly professional, knowledgable and would make the process a lot of fun! Over the course of our conversations, it was clear Tiffany was trying to make sure she understood my vision and what the priorities were for my fiancé, family and I so that she could execute on the day.

She had great suggestions when we did the walk through with the florist as well as the venue/church in terms of flow and layout. She put together a meticulous timeline for the day of the wedding and finalized all items with each of my other vendors. She even had great recommendations for vendors I hadn't selected yet. On the day of the wedding, her team was so on top of it that even my guests commented on how smoothly things went. My bridal party was comfortable, no one was nervous, and it went off without a hitch.

Tiffany is cool, so classy and matched exactly the vibe I wanted around me for my wedding - I was completely at ease for the entire day and I know much of it is thanks to her. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone! The Soiree team is the absolute best.

We just do not have enough good things to share about Tiffany and her company, Soiree. Throughout the duration of our planning process people kept commenting about how “calm” we were… the experienced calmness is purely thanks to Tiffany. With Soiree on your side, there was nothing to worry about and nothing that had been left out or not planned. I know that our night would not have been as flawless, seamless, and spectacular if we did not have Tiffany with us. Tiffany attended to all details, while keeping us on a timeline that made the evening flow smoothly. Tiffany had great ideas and referrals for other vendors, and was able to help us problem solve any issues that came up. The greatest thing about Tiffany and her team is that they felt like family. All of our wedding party commented on how much they enjoyed being with the ladies of Soiree, and how they never felt they did not know where they should be, when to be there, or what responsibilities they were in charge of. If I had to only choose one MUST DO for planning an event or a wedding in the future, it would be working with Tiffany and Soiree. We have no complaints, and one of the saddest parts about the wedding being over is that we don’t get to chat with these folks as often. A great planner not only plans a girl's dream wedding, but she becomes more like family in the end. I can truly say that Tiffany & Soriee Wedding & Events made my dream wedding come true. My planner Tiffany was amazing! Without her I can honestly my wedding wouldn't of been what it was! Tiffany really gives 100% to her brides, she is there any time of the day or night answering your phone calls, texts, and e-mails about the wedding or anything you need. I'm not going to lie there were sometimes I forgot Tiffany was my wedding planner and I would call her to vent about in-laws, and she still answered the phone. Talk about VIP service!

I was one of those girls that looked at the million dollar weddings in the Grace Ormonde magazines and wished I could afford that type of wedding. Tiffany made that happen! My wedding looked like a million bucks! Tiffany isn't just one wedding planner who can work with one style, I swear she can plan any type of wedding. If your thinking wine country, beach, or vintage, you name it, she can plan it.

Now ladies you know how we never share our best secrets. It's like finding that great mascara that makes your lashes look like a million bucks. Well, now that my wedding is over I have decided to not be selfish and share my best kept secret. I worked with Tiffany and her team for my Sept 6, 2014 wedding in Chicago and I can honestly say that I couldn't ask for a better group of ladies. They were beyond AMAZING!!!! Even though I was planning the wedding from Houston Tiffany made it seem simple. She was there to help me every step of the way by answering all of my questions no matter how ridiculous they may have seemed. She has great relationships with the best vendors in town and they all delivered. The day before our wedding when our limo company called to say the limo broke I didn't even have to stress because she just took care of it. Needless to say our wedding day turned out magical and it wouldn't have been possible without Tiffany monitoring every detail. Even ones that I didn't realize needed monitoring :-) We received so many compliments about how great the wedding turned out and I couldn't be more grateful to Tiffany and her team.

My husband and I hired Soiree Weddings and Events to be our "day-of" wedding coordinators and they were absolutely amazing!! The owner, Tiffany Munster, was my main contact throughout my wedding planning process and she's an absolute doll. Although I didn't hire them for full wedding planning services, it sure felt that way! She was literally available via email any day, any time...even when she was on vacation! This especially helped when I needed her advice and recommendations on flowers/centerpieces, linen, food (she came to the tasting!), photo locations around the city (rain and shine), and much more. The service they provided was way more than just day of coordination, they were there throughout the whole process.

On the day of our wedding, they were extremely hardworking and professional. They had a team of 3-4 people and made sure there was someone there until the very end of the wedding. My husband even needed to call Tiffany last minute the night before the wedding (at like 10:30pm!) for a special request. She answered and had everything taken care of. I really just can't say enough wonderful things about them. Oh, and they're VERY reasonably priced compared to others in the city.

I still keep in touch with Tiffany even after the wedding is over. She makes a point to form a relationship with you. You can't help but love her!

My husband and I worked with Tiffany the past two years for my husband's annual work gala. After a sub-par performance by another Chicago planner in 2012, he interviewed a number of planners and decided on Tiffany and her team due to her experience, energy, wealth of knowledge and creative ideas. After working with her for two events, we can honestly say that we have no hesitations in recommending her and her team.

I could go on and on about all the things that make Soiree amazing, but I'll try to keep this short-ish and sweet. Tiffany has helped us plan two 300+ person events. And these people aren't the easiest to please--the majority are physicians, as these are hospital events. She has been instrumental in helping us pick venues, line up top-notch vendors, and coordinate everything to come together perfectly, all while working within our budget. She's always been very responsive to any emails and calls we've made to her. Any concerns we had were always addressed immediately. We enjoyed working with a few of her staff members at each of our events as well--most recently, Janelle did an amazing job the day of this year's gala.

Just last weekend was the 2014 gala. Tiffany and her team were nothing less than stellar! Everything was absolutely beautiful, and my husband and I can't stop talking about what a wonderful event it was. While we loved our wedding 5 years ago, we can't help but comment on how if the gala was our wedding, we would have been absolutely pleased. The physicians have had nothing but rave reviews as well, many noting that it was one of the best galas they've been to in the 20+ years that the hospital has had them. Needless to say, Soiree will be our team again for 2015 and beyond.

And the icing on the cake...Tiffany is truly a sweet, fun and caring person! 5 stars all the way from Raul and Kari!

Tiffany Munster and Soiree Weddings and Events was the first, and by far best decision I made with my wedding planning. During my first conversation with Tiffany, I immediately knew I was in good hands. Tiffany works with the best vendors in Chicago and made the planning process totally easy. She truly got to know me, my husband, and our families so much so that once the wedding was over we were sad we wouldn't have an excuse to talk to her every day! While planning our Chicago wedding from Nashville, Tiffany was always on call for us and made several visits to our reception venue and met with our vendors without us. Every decision we made was made with her support and no detail was overlooked. She is amazing, our wedding was spectacular, and we wouldn't have had any part of our big day any other way. I worked on my wedding for over a year -- had all my vendors signed ahead of time, completed budget calculations, organized all my contracts,but despite all my type A preparations there was NOTHING I could have done to prevent the stress and the pull your hair out busyness of the last month leading up to our wedding. I cannot thank Tiffany, Molly, Melissa and Camille enough for averting what would have been a true mental breakdown.

A few outstanding highlights:

-Created the most thorough day-of time line and e-mailed it to all of our vendors the week of the wedding. (my vendors, my bridesmaids and family all remarked on how impressed they were with the timeline)
-Coordinating the deliveries, the set-up, keeping our wedding party on point with the timeline, orchestrating the ceremony, the cocktail hour, the reception, all the while being available to troubleshoot minor issues (and major ones – luckily that did not arise on our wedding day) all the while being the most lovely and gracious hosts to our vendors and guests
-Always being available and easy to contact prior to the wedding and even after! This was key to me, Tiffany was always available and quick in her replies to my emails.

In hindsight I realized the stress and the chaos were inevitable outcroppings of hosting an event of 150+ and that's what I'd like to convey here -- wedding costs can skyrocket FAST.. (trust me, I know) but hiring the team at Soiree was by far the BEST decision John and I made because after everything we poured into planning our wedding having Tiffany and her team on board allowed us to enjoy every single minute of it. Every couple should have ZERO worries on the day they get married.. the amazing girls at Soiree made that happen for us!

Oh, last thing.. I did some shopping around for day of coordinators but the minute I spoke to Tiffany on the phone I knew I had found the perfect coordinator. She is awesome, awesome! If you're thinking about it, just give her a call!

I can't say enough about Tiffany and her staff at Soiree. When my husband and I got engaged, I had no idea how to fit in wedding planning alongside my busy work schedule and family obligations. We interviewed at least a half dozen wedding planners, but got the best vibe from Tiffany. She offered flexibility, was very knowledgeable, and gave us some good ideas right from the start. Even more importantly, we clicked immediately on a personal level. Our wedding day was the most important day of our lives and it was really key for us to be able to connect with our planner on more than a vendor-client level, but also as friends.

Tiffany helped manage the venue selection, provided recommendations for key vendors (florist, photographer, DJ, seamstress), coordinated the 'day of' schedule, and she helped me shop for my dress. Throughout the planning, she was professional, she was very responsive, and on the big day, her team made sure everything went off without a hitch. The day was spectacular and it was a huge relief that i didn't have to worry or follow up on anything! Equally important, she and her team blended in with the party and got the job done without being overbearing. At our wedding rehearsal, our priest even commented that, until they were formally introduced, he thought Tiffany was one of my girlfriends!

I would highly recommend Tiffany and Soiree to plan your wedding!

I absolutely loved working with Tiffany Munster of Soirée Wedding and Events! I presented Tiffany with the difficult task of planning our wedding in only 3 months. Tiffany's strong relationship with the best vendors in Chicago actually presented us with options, even on short notice. Her follow up, style and attention to detail were remarkable. Tiffany and her team at Soiree were/are amazing! By far the best money I spent from my wedding budget - and my parents both agreed! Tiffany and her team are professionals. Tiffany kept me on top of everything (I wasn’t super excited about all the planning I had to do) and she kept me on track but did not pressure me into doing more than I wanted to. She knew my personality and worked with it quite well. She had beautiful ideas for decor and flowers and gave me amzing ideas that fit within my budget. She gave valuable input but did not overwhelm me. One thing that was really important to me was that I never felt any judgment when I said "I dont want to spend that much on this or that."

The team put together a timeline to get me through the day. I did not worry about one single thing on my wedding day because I knew Soiree had me covered. My dad was SO impressed with Tiffany and her team at the rehearsal. My mom loved the girls and was so grateful that they were there handling everything so she did not have to worry. They were a pleasant addition to my day. I received compliments from my friends and family about how nice and pleasant (and on top of things) the team was.

Tiffany Munster did the wedding design and day of coordinating for our Chicago wedding of about 150 people. From the first time my then fiancé and I talked to Tiffany on the phone we had no doubt that she was going to do a fantastic job, her attention to detail is insane! Tiffany went above and beyond what we asked her to do and was always so quick to respond to emails full of questions (some probably very obvious) even when they were totally beyond the scope of what she was responsible for. My fiancé and I planned our Chicago wedding from New York so we were having a hard time finding and researching vendors but once we started working with Tiffany she provided amazing options at varying price points for everything we needed. Tiffany has great taste and brings a wealth of experience having planned so many other weddings. I could always count on her for an opinion that I knew would turn out wonderfully which was especially helpful when I was struggling to make a decision! It goes without saying that the wedding itself was absolutely stunning and went off without a hitch. Tiffany is incredibly organized and made sure that all of the vendors were on the same page and when it came time for our wedding day I didn’t have to worry about a thing! Above all else I would say that Tiffany is a complete joy to work with. I planned my wedding in Chicago from California which I thought was going to be a nightmare. Tiffany made sure that was not the case, from meeting with us the only two times we were in town, to vendor selection assistance and numerous random questions answered. She thought of things that I ahd no idea even existed. She was always available when I called and always relied to emails quickly. She helped me get the best value from my other vendors, while not comprimising the quality. The weekend of the wedding would not have happened nearly as smoothly as it did, had she and her team not been there. They did everything plus some, from the welcome bags to coordinating all of the deliveries the day of, to making sure all of the groomsman were on time! Soiree planned our Cancun destination wedding start to finish and it turned out perfectly.

From the night we met Tiffany, we knew she was just what we needed to have a great event. She's professional, proactive, prompt, creative, and willing to go above and beyond. Soiree operates with a great sense of pride in their events.

Soiree handled every detail of our event from initial contact with the resort all the way through the last song of the night.

Tiffany nailed the vision we had for our beach wedding, and helped us find some amazing talent to create our "Pfiesta" wedding. She worked with the vendors to have every detail covered and the day ran smoothly from start to finish. Tiffany was very quick to pick up on the look and vibe we were wanting to create for our big day...and she ran with it! Her collaboration with the florist, decor company, DJ and Photographer was awesome, she really put in the time with all of them to make a cohesive wedding!

The relationships Tiffany forged with the vendors resulted in some very unique and special touches, for example, custom napkins made in the perfect shade of sun-washed aqua and amazing peach and blush flowers, some of came all the way from Holland.

Although this was the first wedding Soiree and our photographer/DJ (Cage & Aquarium) had done together, you would have thought they had been working together for years.

The entire day was on schedule and beautiful and we can't thank Soiree enough!

We HIGHLY recommend Soiree's services for weddings and events!

Let me begin by saying that I am a busy professional, I knew I wanted a wedding planner to make the wedding season more enjoyable.

However, Soiree Weddings and Events BY FAR EXCEEDED all my expectations. I in fact feel that anyone who uses Soiree is extremely lucky!!! With all the vendors and choices there out there it can be overwhelming and finding the perfect wedding planner will ensure that you event is perfect and goes out without a hitch, and without Soiree my event wouldn't have been what it was.

Throughout the whole process Tiffany listened to what I truly wanted but also helped making amazing recommendations and bringing up all those items that I would have never thought of. Every step of the way was a constant reminder of all the hard work and effort she and her team put forth... I was always surprised of how she did so much MORE than I expected.

The Event: I was actually a little nervous initially when I started planning my event because our wedding wasn't as traditional (what is traditional these days anyways!) Tiffany worked perfectly to find vendors, and make everything a dream come true. My husband and I had our wedding Ceremony in Sonoma, CA and had a backyard reception Memorial Day weekend when we got back (my parents live on a large piece of land and have a big pond!) The weather was cooler than expected and it rained but Tiffany and her team made that an unimportant detail of the event. Family members and my parents friends are still RAVING about how beautiful and perfect the event was. Tiffany planned both events and I was not stressed or overwhelmed for 1 minute- my husband thanks her again and again for that!

These folks were pros from the start to the finish. They made sure we were able to execute our vision and thought of stuff that we didn't (like how to time our toasts, how to transition from dinner to dancing, etc.). They allowed us to be guests, not hosts, at our wedding, and I can say confidently, that wouldn't have happened without them. Tiffany is simply just wonderful. With her great assistance and eye for detail, she transformed the vision I had for my wedding into a reality. I'm still in awe with how perfect and beautiful everything turned out. She also had no problem pitching in with DIY projects when my mom fell sick shortly before the wedding. I worked with Tiffany as my day of coordinator for my wedding on 4/6/13 and she was absolutely PHENOMENAL. We started working with Tiffany about 6 weeks out, and looking back, I truly didn’t realize just how much I needed her. Tiffany was the most amazing and heartfelt person to work with. Everything she did up to the day was incredible, and the day of... words do not describe. Our wedding was A LOT to deal with, coordinating a concert venue, caterer, two bands, a soloist, a DJ and all the other regular things: speeches, cake cutting and the like. Needless to say, I was needy. Tiffany was amazingly responsive, attentive and completely flexible.

I cannot more highly recommend the services of Soiree. I fancy myself a coordinator and hesitated on hiring someone (budget and what not) but I am a BELIEVER. Every bride needs a Tiff.

I was extremely happy with Tiffany from Soiree Weddings and Events as my wedding planner and day of coordinator. Tiffany was very professional and down to earth. She immediately responded to all emails and text messages. She was a wealth of knowlege and had wonderful connections with top vendors. She helped me get great discounts and assisted me in negotiating some things on my own. Tiffany was very organized. In fact, two of my vendors (who had never worked with her before) repeatedly commented on how thorough and organized she was and how they wished they could work with her all the time. Tiffany often went beyond the call of duty by doing things like picking me up from work to take me to vendor meetings and looking a pictures of my dress selections to help me make the best decision. Tiffany never got frazzled, even when dealing with issues thrown at her (such as having her car blocked in on the morning of my wedding). She kept all drama and issues away from me so that I could enjoy my day. I absolutely loved working with her and my wedding went off without one hitch. She made my vision come to life and has my highest recommendation.

I knew from the minute we met with Tiffany that she was the right person for our wedding day-of services. Our ceremony was outside and our reception was at a different venue, so we had a lot of various logistics that needed to be attended to on day-of that neither me nor my husband wanted to worry about. We wanted to work with someone who would just get it done without much direction from us. Tiffany went above and beyond to ensure that our day of was relaxed (as much as possible) and organized. If anything went wrong, neither me or my husband knew about it because Tiffany took care of it. She worked with every vendor (we had a lot) to ensure success on day-of. Her attention to detail and efficiency is impeccable, and I would highly recommend Soiree Weddings & Events to any future brides!

Tiffany (the owner) and her assistants Rebecca, Molly, and Lindsey (intern) were absolutely amazing. Tiffany quite literally went above and beyond her duties as a planner. We decided to hire her about 7 months out from our wedding, which really didn't give her much time to plan, but she really got the ball rolling immediately. As soon as we met I knew she was the perfect fit. It takes a certain type of person who can plan the most important day of your life, and Tiffany is exactly that person. She would respond to my emails almost instantly, which always kept my mind at ease. She even helped with floral design and centerpiece ideas... as well as table names, place cards, candy table ideas, etc.. Literally anything I needed help with, Tiffany was there to help me. She knew our budget, what we didn't want to spend much money on, and she knew our likes/dislikes. The process was ENJOYABLE and I knew the day would turn out great, but I didn't expect it to be even better than I had dreamed.

The day-of coordinators (Rebecca, Molly, and Lindsay), were all so helpful. I didn't have to worry about a THING. Neither did my bridesmaids or family. Which was exactly what I wanted... I wanted a wedding where I could enjoy my family and friends and not be worrying about putting together the centerpieces, or even having family take on these tasks. It was great to have these ladies there to make sure our day went so smoothly.

With Soiree, you get BEYOND what you pay for. The amount of help and (wo)man-hours that went into planning our wedding could be valued at 10 times what we paid. Thank you Tiffany and everyone at Soiree, you ladies put together my dream wedding and I cannot thank you enough!

I cannot say enough great things about Tiffany and Soiree. Ours was an out of town wedding, which made planning a little bit more challenging, but Tiffany was a total pro, and made what can be a stressful process, fun! From the very beginning, she built relationships with our vendors, coordinated meetings and communicated with them constantly- she was more than responsive. She handled every last detail, which I could not have even found the time to have done. My husband and I had a lot of ideas about what we wanted for our wedding. Tiffany embraced our ideas and thought outside of the box to come up with creative options to enhance our ideas – which I loved!

From the moment you meet Tiffany and her team, and have one conversation, you can see how much passion she brings to her job everyday and that she truly loves what she does. She made sure our planning process was as stress free as possible so that our wedding was everything we wanted, and so that we could truly enjoy our wedding weekend. I would highly recommend Tiffany and her team to anyone. Happy planning!

Soirée Events is amazing! I loved every second of working with Molly and her team. I am a creative person and an interior designer, so I thought I had everything under control, since I can project manage. Well, in the middle of the wedding planning process, we moved to Florida, but planned to still get married in Chicago. Little did I know how stressful it would be to finish everything from another state! Then came Molly to the rescue!!

We were on a serious budget and I was not at all nervous to talk to her about it. She had a ton of valuable advice and paid attention to every detail.

Our wedding day was perfect. Working with Molly was not only a relief, but fun, simple and a huge asset to making our wedding day stress free and a huge celebration of us!

We had Tiffany as a day-of coordinator and I cannot stress how wonderful she was. She ensured everything went smoothly and that we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. She is very professional and kind and is all about you and your day! She knows what she is doing and she allowed us to breathe easy and not stress. I highly recommend her and her team!

Initially, we didn't plan on hiring a wedding coordinator. But as we got deeper and deeper into the planning process, I began to realize that, if I was going to actually have any fun on our wedding day, we needed a day-of coordinator. That's when we found Tiffany at Soiree Events and thank goodness we did. First and foremost, Tiffany played the role of the ringmaster on the wedding day and took care of all sorts of details, many of which, I'm sure I'm still entirely unaware of. She created a minute-by-minute schedule for the day and was the contact person for all other vendors. She took all the stress of executing the wedding off our shoulders and enabled us to actually enjoy the day. Moreover, her insight, experience, and superb taste was a great resource throughout the planning process. Whenever I felt like I needed a brainstorming session or a second opinion, Tiffany was always happy to be my sounding board. More often than not, talking to her helped me solve a problem, save some money, or add a creative detail to the event.

Tiffany of Soiree Events is absolutely AMAZING! I met Tiffany 18 months before my Chicago wedding - we had been put in touch through vendors since we both had weddings at the Murphy Auditorium in Chicago. From the moment I spoke with Tiffany on the phone, I knew we had a great connection and her enthusiasm to help me plan our Chicago wedding helped me make my decision to enlist her services very easy! We ended up spending close to 3 hours on the phone that day and I became her official first client! Over the next 18 months of planning, Tiffany was indispensable to me. She replied quickly to my many emails and questions, she sent me decor and planning ideas, crafted detailed timelines for my day of, corresponded and coordinated with vendors and went the extra mile (or 10!) to make our day incredibly special! Tiffany is very knowledgable about flowers and when each type of flower is in season - this was a huge help to me when Tiffany collaborate with me and the florist and I was very appreciative of her expertise. Tiffany also has a great eye for details. Throughout the process, she sent me numerous pictures, ideas and helpful resources to best incorporate my theme of "novels" into the wedding in a seamless way. Tiffany and I became friends and I trusted her opinion and expert advice while planning the wedding. On the day of, she was ready and willing to do everything necessary to make the day go off without a hitch! If anything went wrong, I still do not know about it because Tiffany did a fabulous job of keeping all potential fires under control! I cannot say enough about Tiffany and Soiree- I highly recommend Tiffany for any special event. She is professional, timely, organized, responsive, caring and most of all, dependent and trust-worthy. Tiffany did event design for my wedding in Cincinnati. Even being based in Chicago, she did an amazing job on every little detail and really helped my vision come to life! She was attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. More than anything, she has amazing taste and great ideas! She is so creative and came up with unique design elements without going over the top on budget. There were so many little special touches that she helped with to truly make my wedding one of a kind. I would recommend Tiffany for anyone looking to plan a wedding that has your own unique, personal touch.

Tiffany at Soiree events is amazing! When I got engaged, I knew that I wasn't the type of bride to be able to plan every detail. After meeting Tiffany, I knew instantly that I had a great connection with her and that she could help turn our wedding into an incredible event for our family and friends.

Tiffany assisted us in planning almost every step of the way. She walked us through the major wedding choices, the rehearsal dinner, and the day of the wedding. She even assisted with little details that needed to be done before the wedding -- like putting together our escort cards and menus. We felt that Tiffany was indispensible to our wedding -- there is no way we would have been able to weed through all the detail-oriented choices and pull off such an amazing event without her!

Tiffany coordinated tastings with caterers and helped us come to the last selection. She also made appointments with several florists and came to all of the appointments with me (for which I was incredibly grateful since she is a flower expert)! She recommended bridal and bridesmaids salons and booked appointments for me. Finally, she coordinated with my sister, who was making my menus, table signs, and programs to make sure that everything looked perfect!

She was always there if I had questions, changed my mind a million times or needed to bounce off ideas. I trusted her with just about everything, and she found a way to make everything so beautiful and stress-free.

Tiffany is a true professional, and she's also incredibly warm, friendly, and personable -- which is a huge plus. On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything went seamlessly. If there were a hiccup, my husband and I never knew about it.

I would give Tiffany my highest recommendation. She has become not only my wedding planner, but truly a lifelong friend throughout this entire process.

I hired Tiffany (Soiree Weddings & Events) for day-of wedding coordination for my May, 2014 wedding at the Field Museum. My husband and I live out of town so most of our conversations with Tiffany/Soiree were via telephone and email. Fortunately, the other vendors I chose were top-notch, self sufficient and familiar with the my wedding venue, otherwise my wedding would have been a complete mess.
Tiffany, as a person, is sweet and charming. As a planner, she and her staff lack organization, experience, attention to details, and the ability to problem solve. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Issues on the Wedding Day: Wedding Day:
Ceremony Entrance: Tiffany was unaware with what was happening during the ceremony and unfamiliar with my entrance music, so she sent us out at the wrong time.

Rings: Molly, an assistant, held onto our rings. She forgot she had them, never gave them to the officiant, so we had to skip that portion of our ceremony.

Reception Entrance: When we were getting ready to enter our reception, Tiffany is lines us up. She says, "Can I have Meredith & Blake first?".... Tiffany must have been preparing for another wedding because Meredith and Blake weren't in mine.

Fireworks: No announcement was made at the time they started, so our guests missed them.

Avoiding the Event: After all of the above (and issues leading to the event- see yelp) I went to speak with Tiffany and let her know how disappointed I was, after looking around, I found her and the assistant on their phones sitting in an exhibit.
