Hotel Block for Wedding

We had a great experience with our stay and room block at the Sheraton Brookfield. Check in was easy for all guests and everyone was very accommodating to our wedding party.

We absolutely loved having our wedding at the Sheraton! Everything was wonderful! The venue was fabulous. The food was delicious. We keep getting compliments on it months later. Meghan,who we worked with, was wonderful and so helpful and accommodating. We would highly recommend having your wedding at the Sheraton. Tried to add some photos but our pictures were too big and I'm not good at that kind of stuff.

My experience with this venue and Meghan Wisner was amazing. She made the whole process super easy and kept me informed of the upcoming payment deadlines ahead of time. This was really helpful. Meghan was great to work with, she made sure my husband and I understood the process and that she understood our vision. The venue itself was perfect! It was in our price range and SUPER pretty. We were very lucky to find it. We did the wedding package, so we had the venue, food, and bar. The food was amazing. All of our guest compliment us about how good the food tasted and the pretty presentation of the food. The bar was a hit, our guest enjoyed the open bar and were having a good time. Overall, my wedding day was super amazing and not stressful. Meghan was able to coordinate between vendors, and set up the room just like we discussed. Sai and I are extremely grateful with how great things went. Thanks Meghan! I recommend this venue 100%.

Darcy & her staff, the servers etc. Went above & beyond to help us with whatever we needed for our daughter's Quinceanera! Its very affordable & wou and recommend anyone !!!

Meghan went above and beyond to help make our wedding reception memorable. She gave us ideas to accommodate our large wedding guest party. Meghan was very flexible and responded quickly to phone calls and emails. My husband and I are very pleased with our experience at the Sheraton. We also received positive feedback about the staff and venue from our wedding reception guests. The venue staff was very nice and friendly and willing to help out. The hotel recently updated and is very beautiful. We have no regrets and would definitely recommend the Sheraton Brookfield to other couples and families considering booking their event there.

Darcy was great to work with; she knows how to host wedding receptions and dances. If we hit a hiccup along the way, she came up with solution options. Michael, the chef, was also cheerful, accommodating and professional.

Darcy Sallis Gruenwald, our Catering Director, was helpful by designing the layout of the room; setting up the decorations such as hanging records from the ceiling above the dance floor; choice of food for the meal; positioning the tables in the room for ease of movement; setting up the entertainment to maximum dancing advantage and over all pleasant and supportive enthusiasm. So enjoyed working with Darcy and the team that served our event. Can't wait for the next time!

We picked the Sheraton solely because if Darcy and her team. My husband has severe food allergies, and we trusted that her team would take the steps necessary to make sure everything went smoothly. They were there to answer our questions every step of the way and our night could not have been more perfect!

We had our wedding reception at the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield in the Milwaukee Ballroom. We knew as soon as we looked at the room and talked to Joe, the catering manager, that this was our venue. Everything about weddings can be stressful and I was so fortunate that planning the reception was not. We were able to do a food tasting before we booked our room which helped us even further in our decision. We had a buffet and all the food was amazing. The staff at the Sheraton was extremely accommodating. They set up the entire room beautifully. We just dropped off our stuff a few days before and they took care of everything! The prices were also extremely reasonable for all the amenities that the hotel has to offer. I would recommend the Sheraton to anyone looking to have a beautiful wedding!

We had our reception in the Milwaukee Ballroom at the Sheraton. I can honestly say that everything went perfectly with the reception. We opted to offer our guests plated meals, as well as a cocktail hour while the wedding party was taking photos. The food was delicious (we offered prime rib or chicken marsala). It was also nice to have beer, wine, and soda free to our guests all night which was built in to the package we selected (still affordable for us too).

The room was set up exactly how I wanted and looked beautiful. I wanted a fairly formal room set up, and it was great to have the linens and chair covers also built in to the package. It was also so easy to find linens and sashes that matched my colors since the Sheraton works with a vendor that offers everything conceivable. We had a couple of choices for the room set up and Joe and his team worked with us to get exactly what we wanted.

Joe, the Catering Sales Manager, was always professional, organized, and offered wonderful suggestions. He was extremely responsive when I had questions, concerns, or needed help with something. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and his team. My husband and I have heard only positive feedback from our family and friends about the food and staff that worked at our wedding. I highly recommend looking in to the Brookfield Sheraton.

Our wedding ceremony and reception was held at Sheraton Brookfield hotel. Darcy was very helpful from the beginning to the end with every detail. Darcy made our day so special; she did an amazing job with everything. She answered all our calls and emails so promptly. Both our ceremony and reception was held at the hotel. We had one section for the ceremony and the other for the reception. By having the ceremony and reception at the same place, it was a peace of mind of not having to travel all over the place and having our out of town guest getting lost. Also, having hotel room in the same place was also a plus for our guest. After the reception, we went to our hotel rooms. (No drinking and driving). It still brings tears to my eyes on how amazing everything looked and feel on that day. The ceremony portion was beautifully decorated with the raised stage. And the aisles were long enough and wide for the bridal party to walk through. The reception portion looked fantastic as well, with the huge dance floor and bridal party table. We are still getting compliments from our guests on how beautiful the place looked (two weeks after). The food was delicious and the staff did a great job getting everyone served. They were so attentive and provided excellent service. Our compliments goes out to the chef, kitchen staff and the bar staff. Everyone told us that they had a great time and that it was one of the best weddings that they had ever been to. We will always remember the special people who worked so hard in making our day special. Our wedding day was perfect and I really do not think it would have been that way without Darcy and the staff being so organized and efficient. Our Wedding has left us with so many wonderful memories. Our wedding, Our day, Our dream turned into a reality...........Ruby & Jeff

From the first time we met Joe, we were always greeted with a smile and a handshake. His professionalism and experience helped us achieve a perfect wedding. Joe returned our emails with promptess and would answer each question we had to the "T." His communication was outstanding! It is hard planning a wedding 7 hours away, so we had to communicate a lot via email and phone. When I couldn't be there, he would meet with my mother, and then he would let me know what they discussed. The night of the wedding was flawless! There wasn't one hiccup. We were so happy to see all of our plans and dreams in front of us at the reception. We used the DJ and cake vendors Joe recommended. I would recommend anyone to work with Joe!

Darcy was AMAZING! She was very quick to respond to any phone call or email. She set up meetings on weekends to accomodate my out of town schedule, it was great. The food was so good. They acoomodated some of our last minute changes with ease. The on site care was also great, staying out of the way but also checking in to make sure our needs were met. The night was perfect.

Joe was fabulous to work with. He made our planning stress free! Our wedding reception was fantastic. We received many compliments on how nice everything was. Joe was incredibly flexible and helpful. All of the staff we encounter at the Brookfield Sheraton were also fantastic. I would recommend this venue to anyone!

I never thought planning a wedding would be as easy as it was dealing with Darcy and her team at the Sheraton. I usually don't write review but when planning an event you will hopefully talk about the rest of your life you need to make sure you go with the right team / venue. We had a traditional Indian wedding at the Sheraton and the whole team went above and beyond to make sure we had the best night of our lives. Darcy and her team helped plan out every detail and made our great day went without a hitch...
We had a lot of special needs because we were catering from outside the venue and the Sheraton made it easy. If you are planning a wedding in the Milwaukee area I highly recommend giving the Sheraton Milwaukee Brownfield a chance to show you why they are the best.

Lindsay was wonderful to work with! I greatly appreciated her help and experiece in preparing for my wedding. I felt the Sheraton did a great job making sure that everything was planned before hand, and throughout the night they checked to make sure we were doing well. They were flexible in meeting with me, and I loved that since I have a crazy work schedule. I would highly recommend checkng out this place for your event!

Lindsay Mertz and her team were TOP notch! I had many out of town guests that stayed at the Sheraton a few days before the wedding- everything from the dinning service, room accomodations, customer service was excellent. We have heard from many people that this was the best wedding they went to- and I know that had a lot to do with the venue. We thank you for everything!

The Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel was the perfect venue for our wedding. I couldn't of asked for a better place. They were so easy to get in contact with and were willing to work with you on everything. The food was absolutely delicious and the hall was gorgeous!!

The Sheraton Brookfield Milwaukee was the perfect host to our Labor Day Weekend Wedding festivities. Our event planner thought of and helped with everything, down to the set up of cake and centerpieces. Her professional staff to amazing care of my husband, myself, and all of our many many out of town guests. The ballroom was open and beautiful for our celebration and we truly were blessed with such great people to work with at the Brookfield Sheraton!! I would recommend 100 times over.

Everyone was nice and helpful. The only concern we had was that they ran out of rooms for our guests, so perhaps a bigger block of rooms would have been nice. Our planner Lindsey was very responsive to questions and requests.

I have no complaints about having our reception at the Brookfield Sheraton. I honestly can't think of one thing I would have done differently about the reception venue. If fit our needs great for having a larger wedding with many out of town guests.

I highly recommend this venue for all your wedding needs. They were very accommodating especially with our last minute venue change to the Sheraton. Darcie, the event coordinator was fantastic. She was quick to respond to our questions and concerns and on the day of our wedding we knew that there would be nothing that we would have to worry about. Our hall looked exactly our we wanted it to look! They truly made our day everything that we dreamed of and so much more.

The Sheraton was wonderful to work with. The listened to all of our unique needs and we never felt like there were 'hidden costs' in contracting with them. Our guests said the rooms were clean and comfortable. They were also great in allowing us to have a room for the gift opening the next morning with a TV so we and our guests wouldn't miss the football game. Many guests complimented the food they were served. Only negative was a few of our guests ran into problems making their room reservations, however when immediately notified of this, the Sheraton corrected it. The catering manager we worked with even went as far as giving out his direct line phone number to those encountering conflicts and he directly handled the situation. We loved working the Sheraton and would recommend to anybody!

We had a great time working with Lindsey at the Sheraton. She was incredibly open to all of our ideas and even helped us implement many of them. We were able to attend our reception without having to worry about the small details. It was comforting to know that Lindsey had everything under control. The food was delicious. Our guests continue to rave about the fabulous venue.

We had our reception at the Sheraton in Brookfield and had a fantastic experience working with Darcy, the Director of Catering. She was so responsive and professional, and helped us get everything we needed for our big day, even with lots of last-minute changes. She definitely went above and beyond to make the wedding planning process so much fun! The Sheraton itself was a gorgeous venue. We had 250 guests in the Ballroom and it was still spacious enough for guests to walk around, dance, and enjoy the photo booth we had as well! I highly recommend this venue, especially if you get to work with Darcy! The only complaint I had was the high food/drink minimum for the venue, but we received the hotel's rewards points (1 per every $1 spent, and 5,000 points for every 10 rooms booked in our block) so we ended up getting about a weeks worth of free hotel nights at the end of it all :)

We used the hotel as a block for our guests, and couldn't have been happier. They were super flexible and very easy to work with. Also no extra fees! No fees for guest bags or unused rooms.

Lindsay was absolutely amazing. She was always prompt to responding to emails and phone calls. She had everything set-up exactly right when we got the reception and did a great job of assisting during minor hiccups at the reception. Meghan was absolutely fabulous. She made every effort to help us along our wedding planning. The Brookfield Ballroom that we were in was great! We had approximately 235 guests, and the room didn't seem too big nor too small. Prices were fair and they will work to customize which ever food/drink options you want. Overall we had a great experience with Meghan and the reception. The only negative experience of our wedding was the hotel/room reservations. Several guests were having problems. Aside from this hiccup, The Sheraton is a great place to have your wedding!

The only minor complaint I would have is that a diabetic (granted staff didn't know) at the head table asked when a waitress was coming around with water if they had juice and she said "get up and go in the back corner" and pointed at the bar. After I asked her to get her some because she was diabetic she did and we thanked her but the way she responded was not professional.

Working with Darcy at the Sheraton was a wonderful experience. She listened to our requests and did everything to accommodate them. Our guests were very complimentary of the reception. We opted to have the hall kept closed during the cocktail/hor'deave hour but it got too warm in the lobby and had to open hall early, the staff also had a little bit of a hard time keeping up with dirty dishes during cocktail hour. The hor'deaves, both stations and butler passed, that Darcy recommended were delicious. The hall was a great size for a 300 person dinner, 15 piece band and nice size dance floor.

If you want your experience to take place with pimps and prostitutes then book with the Sheraton Brookfield Milwaukee had our luggage stolen no refund

The worst experience ever walk away while you can unless you enjoy pimps and prostitutes attending your function and stealing your personal items. good luck getting any customer service. for newly remodeled the place is very poorly maintained. if I could give it a -10 I would.
