    We booked Seasoned in Seattle for our wedding this past October and they were fantastic. We connected with Erin after our original caterer backed out and she was amazing in helping us re-assemble our wedding food concept. We are so glad we found her and Seasoned in Seattle. The staff was wonderful and the food was outstanding!!!! We had so man of our guests telling us the food was the best wedding food they had ever had!! Seriously delicious food, reasonable pricing, bartender options, and they handled our tablecloth rentals to cut us cost. They were wonderful and we will definitely be recommending them to any friends getting married in the area.

    Seasoned in Seattle made our day amazing. We had their Greek Menu and not only was it delicious but it was elegant as well. They are prompt with replying to questions and helped us troubleshoot alcohol service - even bringing a 3-headed jockey box with them that helped us save on renting taps and helped service to be much faster. We worked with Nora, whom put together a complete professional proposal, without any commitment on our end and whom helped me to make sure I choose a menu that had gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. Many guests told me that they went back for multiple plates from the buffets, which was set-up gorgeously. We were also on a very strict budget - and Seasoned in Seattle offered us better food at a better price then we could have ever imagined. Their prices are openly listed on their website. Don't hesitate to contact them for a quote with specifics - you will not regret it!

    Dear Nora, This note is long overdue. First of all I can't thank you enough for your patience and flexibility while we were determining the menu and then the head count for our Easter Brunch for 50. You were so helpful with helping us decide what to have, how much, staying within our budget,coordinating with our schedule as to when the chaffing dishes were to be picked up or returned(which was a huge help) and thinking of items we forgot, such as cream and sugar. I had countless emails and phone calls to you and you were always friendly, helpful, quick to send a new and revised menu or invoice, all with such a welcoming demeanor. It didn't go unnoticed. I also, appreciated your detail on the menu so I knew exactly what fruits would be on the fruit platter, or flavors of yogurt offered, different teas, ingredients in the potatoes. etc. That was so helpful in deciding what we wanted to serve. In addition, your staff, the day of our brunch, were very professional, quick in their set up, friendly and easy to be with. Plus, the display they created was a work of art. . It was beautiful how the food was displayed on the different tiers and the layout created an easy flow for our guests. The food was delicious!! Everyone commented how good the food was and wanted to know who catered. The food was abundant. There was definitely enough food for everyone to be well satisfied and go back for seconds and thirds, which they did.. It was a hit. You and your staff made the day just what we wanted and more. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

    After unsuccessful research into caterers for my daughter's wedding and only five weeks to plan, my photographer, Dani Weiss, suggested a few caterers. Seasoned In Seattle was the only one to actually prepare an appropriate bid for my daughter's requested food choice--Greek or Mediterranean. None of the other bids came close to meeting our needs. Nora at Seasoned In Seattle was efficient, professional, and answered any and all questions. She was responsive in meeting changing needs with adjustments in price, quantity and rental supplies, as well as labor as related to serving drinks, and with only a few days notice she made it possible to do a champagne toast. Her staff were efficient, professional and caring.

    Seasoned in Seattle were fantastic caterers for our reception. Andy was very prompt at getting back to us each time we contacted him. He had great suggestions for our menu, and was very flexible with any changes we made.

    Andy and the whole Seasoned in Seattle Staff is amazing. They are all so very professional and on top of things! The food was absolutely amazing. My husband loves spicy and I don't, so they were able to meet in the middle in order to keep us both happy at the wedding. Andy constantly checked in with me to make sure everything was in order. Everyone went above and beyond my expectations. I was the happiest bride ever! Thanks you all!

    My first experience with Seasoned in Seattle was at my best friend's wedding. They were fantastic. But, I'm a stubborn girl and wanted a unique experience from my friends at my wedding, so I put them off. However, I tried working with around 7 different caterers and going to their tastings, but just couldn't shake Seasoned in Seattle off my brain. Don't get me wrong, the other caterers were great, it's just that Seasoned in Seattle was better.

    Not only was the food better, but the price, too! They're the whole package. Highly recommended.

    Andy (owner) was great to work with. The food was displayed beautifully. The staff was friendly yet professional and very efficient. They were great at going around and keeping the used plates picked up and they boxed up the leftover food.

    The food itself was delcious. We had may complements on it and several people said (including the photographer) that it was the best wedding food they have ever had.

    We would highly recommend them.

    Seasoned in Seattle (Andy) was amazing to work with. I was a bride on a budget who still wanted delicious food and with their customizable menu options, Andy helped me create just that! He is also so knoweldgable about many of the Seattle venues, he knew more about the ins and outs of my reception venue than I did, which was such a relief to not have to worry about! Most importantly, everyone I've talked to keeps raving about the food. Even my husband said "we definitly chose the right catering company" and I absolutely agree. Thanks Seasoned in Seattle!

    Andy Celli with SIS is the best!!!!! He was so helpful, he responded quickly, and very detailed!! SIS really was a big part of our wedding. Everyone loved the food and the bartenders were awesome! I highly recommend Seasoned in Seattle!!!

    Andy was awesome. He was everything I wanted in a caterer for my wedding and so much more! Andy went above and beyond for us and we were so happy with the food and service we got. Very happy customers here

    Seasoned in Seattle was incredible! Guests are still raving about our food and i crave their meatloaf constantly.

    They were so incredibly helpful and the wait staff was so attentive to each guest. During our cocktail hour we had a few guests who were unable to move easily around in the crowd so they went to a seperate area. They ensured they had a constand flow of appetizers to keep them full until dinner.

    Additionally, I had an unexpected event occur i needed catered in two days. Andi stepped in and took care of everything even delivering it to us himself. It shows the extra care he and his team give their clients. I cant thank them enough for all they did!

    Seasoned in Seattle did a great job catering our wedding. We worked with Andy on planning, and his communication was always prompt, friendly, and helpful. He was very familiar with our venue (Golden Gardens Bathhouse), and helped us to understand the pros and cons of different arrangements for the buffet and bar. On the day-of, everything was set up perfectly, the staff was nice and professional, and the food - most importantly - was extremely delicious. We had sweet and sour meatballs, white and wild rice, black bean and corn salad, antipasto, fruit display, chicken and blueberry salad, salmon lox on bagels, and a raspberry walnut salad - it was all awesome! We made a point of having someone grab leftovers for us so that we could enjoy it again the next day for both lunch and dinner!

    My husband and I got married on 2/4/12 at Pickering Barn in Issquah and hired Seasoned in Seattle for our big day. They were AWESOME. I couldn't have been more pleased. Andy worked with us for months, responding to every single email I sent him, and very promptly! When the big day came, they even added some free items to our buffet! We took home leftovers and snacked on them for days - the mushroom chicken is to die for! We will forever recommend this caterer!

    I cannot begin to thank Andy and the wonderful Seasoned in Seattle staff enough. I had originally booked a venue that required I use in-house catering. Well, when that venue foreclosed only five short months before my wedding, I remembered how genuine and helpful Andy had been during my preliminary research a year ago. I called Andy to see if he had any Sundays open in July, and he gave me a few dates that would work. Not only did he hold a handful of dates for me while I searched for another venue option, he gave me a list of venues at which he had previously catered that had the same characteristics as my foreclosed site (lakeside, rustic, intimate, cost effective).
    I ended up choosing a beautiful lakeside lodge in Maple Valley, however, it required a lot of planning as the rental package only included the facility, tables and chairs. Andy quickly referred me to ABC Rentals, a great company where I purchased all of my table linens and arch for 10% off due to Andy's referral.
    On our wedding day, we were blown away as the food and beverage service began. Seasoned in Seattle truly exceeded any and all of our expectations. The bartenders were very attentive, friendly and fun, and the buffet set-up was more plentiful and beautiful than we ever imagined. For example, as one of our side dishes, we ordered fruit and melon kabobs, yet they set up a tiered fruit display complete with every fruit you could ever want, including figs (they were a huge hit!) All of our guests went back for seconds and RAVED about the food! At the end of the night, the staff neatly boxed and organized our leftovers.
    Finally, Andy's prices cannot be beat. He brings enough food and drink for twice the amount of your guests, as well as all of the china and glassware. We hosted an open bar for 4.5 hours and our buffet menu included steak, salmon, and four side dishes for 75 guests. Our total catering bill? $3500! Seasoned in Seattle is really a phenomenal company and guaranteed to make your event very special!

    Seasoned in Seattle was wonderful to work with, were readily available
    to answer questions, provided excellent service and were so professional. The food was wonderful and beautifully displayed--plenty of everything. The bar set up was lovely. They were prompt and did
    a wonderful clean-up and even packaged the leftovers. The servers
    were eager to please and very nice to work with. Andy made all the planning so easy. Cannot recommend highly enough!

    The food was amazing! We went with the Carribean BBQ menu and everyone loved it! Andy was so easy to work with and the are very upfront about ALL costs which we found wasn't the case with most vendors! The servers were very helpful. The only negative thing I can say is they ran out of Corona beer in the first 9 minutes of the reception (we chose 3 different types of beer so maybe we should have picked all Corona?).

    Food was SO good and even better than expected...guest are STILL coming up to me asking who did our food/complementing it. They were also super nice, easy to work with, very accommodating, and extremely professional. Great value as well for the amount of food that we got. Couldn't have been happier!!!

    We simply could not have been happier with our caterer, Andy Celli, from Seasoned In Seattle. After meeting with him we decided to hire him before even tasting his food. Months after the wedding we were STILL getting compliments on the amazing spread that they put together for us (we went with a Mediterranean theme).

    The food was amazing.. all of our guests were raving. Additionally, they are so nice to work with and work hard to make things cost effective without compromising their quality. They also have a huge selection to choose from and you cannot make a wrong decision.

    Andy is amazing. He is extremely accessible and a genuinely nice guy. I booked him for my wedding almost a year in advance once I tasted the food and met him. The food is absolutely delicious. I faced a very unique challenge at my wedding, in that my in-laws and husband's friends are from Italy. I needed to make absolutely sure that they would enjoy the Italian food served at the wedding. Not only did they enjoy it, but they are STILL talking about it and I've even heard they went back for FOURTH servings!! Everyone commented on how fabulous the food was and how friendly the bartender and servers were. (I got Andy AT my wedding! YAY!)

    Hands down THE best caterer in Seattle. And I did some SERIOUS research first.

    Absolutely AMAZING. Everyone still is talking about how great the food was. Andi was so professional and everything looked and tasted amazing. The price was so reasonable too. Feeding 200 people for less than $5000 and the food was so good.

    We couldnt have asked for a better experience. The food, service and presentation was exceptional! We planned the wedding from another state, and it didnt seem to phase them a bit, they were flexible and extrememly helpful to our situtaion. Andy and his crew were excellent and if i ever hear of anyone needing a caterer i am will be more than willing to refer them into their kitchen!

    The food was AMAZING. The best wedding food ever. Very reasonably priced for the outstanding quality and quantity. The day of staff were excellent. The set up was flawless and they kept the buffet stocked for several hours. I cannot recommend Seasoned in Seattle highly enough.

    Andi was a PLEASURE to work with! He and his staff were there - in person - working with me all along the way to make sure that my day was perfect. From the initial meeting with Andi, to the many follow-up emails and phone calls, Seasoned in Seattle were professional and efficient every step along the way. And better yet - their high level of quality was not matched with a high ticket price... after doing some serious searching, their prices were not only reasonable, but better then all comparable operations!

    I have nothing but great things to say about Andi, and Seasoned in Seattle!

    We had a brunch style morning wedding, so we went the breakfast buffet route. Seasoned has many good buffet options and was very accommodating. We substituted mini quiches and also asked about bloody mary fixings and juices. They took care of it no problem! All you have to do is ask :) Coffee, tea and water were added as well. Our guests loved the fresh french toast and roasted potatoes!!

    Seasoned in Seattle catered our Kirkland wedding this month. It was a solid experience; Andy responded to emails promptly and was able to work with us on a slightly customized menu that met our budget. We ended up going with a comfort food themed menu that included burgers, hot dogs, brats, beans, creamed corn, potato salad, fruit, and mac and cheese. The spicy beans were particularly excellent - we regretted not going back for seconds!! Luckily, all of our leftover food was packaged up and sent home with our families to enjoy again later. Many of our guests commented on how delicious the food tasted. We were also impressed with how friendly and efficient the bartender was; there was never a long line for drinks. Their entire staff were equally pleasant, and clean-up was efficient.

    The only negative was that Seasoned in Seattle doesn't provide its own grill (we were made aware of this before signing the contract, so at least it wasn't a surprise). Thus, for burgers and hot dogs, we needed to rent our own, which was more work and running around before and after the wedding.

    I received lots of complements at my wedding for the deliciousness of the food! We were recommended to them by a friend when another caterer fell through. They were very helpful at our initial meeting, the tasting was fantastic, and following up on menu changes went very well.

    The food here is amazing. Many people commented that it was the best wedding food they have had every. I also agreed, everything had great flavor and it wasn't too much food where everything taste mediocre. Highly recommend.

    Seasoned in Seattle simply had the best food at the best prices for our wedding. We attended their free spring tasting because we weren't totally sold on another caterer we had almost gone with, and the Seasoned in Seattle team offered more choices and for a better cost than the other caterer. The team on site during our wedding made everything run smoothly and served our cake and toasting flutes effortlessly. Highly recommend Geri and team!

    Came Short of Expectations

    This is a difficult one to review because while the guests enjoyed the food and the service, there were too many issues behind the scenes.

    For one, despite having been on their books for over a year and a half, we were told we couldn't get the tablecloths we wanted, just over a week before the wedding. The owner, Ben, told us this on a Friday, and we were supposed to pay for the linens by Monday, which didn't give us time to check out any new colors in person. Tablecloths don't by any means make or break a wedding, but when you're paying hundreds of dollars to rent them out, you'd hope to at least get the right ones. We had a friend who offered to hand make centerpieces, and who was in the middle of making them, when she was thrown off because we had to change up the colors.

    Another challenge came with the food order. When we originally did a food tasting with Seasoned in Seattle, we were told it wasn't necessary to ask guests what food they wanted. Then when we talked to Ben two Fridays before the wedding, he told us we did. Anyone who's planned a wedding knows how stressful it can, so the fact that on our last weekend before the big day, we had to reach out to all of our guests and get their food order, made it even more stressful. We managed to get it done, but time was better spent doing other wedding prep.

    On the day of the wedding, prior to the ceremony, the head server approached me and asked if we had a list of all the guests, the food each one wanted, and their table numbers. This would have been no problem to put together, if we had known about this beforehand. Making matters worse, not everyone ended up getting the food they wanted. Ben said that it's expected that people might switch orders, which is why they cook extra. Still, multiple guests had to settle for their second choice.

    Finally, adding to our annoyance, from the time we booked SiS in January 2020, to our actually wedding in July 2021, Ben raised the price of the menu by 40%. He attributed it to our guest count being much lower than expected and the rise in the cost of beef and fish. I get that, but 40% is a huge number. He tucked the price increase into a workbook he created, which I'll admit I should have read more thoroughly. However, that he didn't openly point out the price increase and bring it to our attention in an email or a phone call was, as two separate people described it, "shady."

    What makes the whole experience even more disappointing was that when we pushed our wedding date from July 2020 to July 2021 due to the pandemic, our venue said they wanted to phase out outside catering. We asked to stick with SiS, because we liked the food, felt it was good value, and trusted the organization. However, they were the only source of problems among our vendors.

    Wedding planning was made more stressful, we didn't get the tablecloths we wanted, not everyone got the food they wanted, and we didn't get the value we thought we would get, but SiS did get all the money they wanted, which I guess is the point of weddings. Perhaps given another chance, SiS would have done better, but, ideally, you only get one wedding, and SiS didn't come through.

    This company is under new ownership, when they were booked for my son's and his brides wedding it was with the original owners, Andy and Kai and having used them for many other events in the past it was a no brainer to have them cater this wedding.
    The new owner is extremely difficult to work with, very unprofessional and had little to no experience with catering a wedding of 275 plus guests. The good news in all of this was that the long time working staff that prepares the food and does the night of serving stayed on with the new owners and did a nice job the night of and no guests were aware of any of the drama and stress. The food was good, hot and the presentation was done well. Unfortunately, since you have to work with the new owner in the planning stages and deal with only her up to the actual event there is no way I can in good conscience recommend this caterer.
    The ratings for quality of service and value is a reflection for the night of servers and cooks!
