From our first conversation with Saratoga Springs, the team was thorough in explaining every detail and genuinely excited about our wedding. We felt confident in their clear communication throughout the planning process. The day before our wedding, we learned that our original coordinators wouldn't be available, which honestly made us nervous about how things would go. The new coordinators stepped in and did an good job—they kept my husband and I fed and hydrated all day, handled everything smoothly, and made sure we felt supported from start to finish. The venue itself is nostalgic and spacious with a totally unique character that made our celebration feel special. We'd recommend Saratoga Springs to any couple looking for a thoughtful team and a beautiful space that doesn't feel like every other wedding venue out there.

Most excellent wedding venue! My daughter and her husband had the most beautiful wedding on 9/2025 in Cathedral Oaks for 130 people. The venue was so perfect, the staff was extremely attentive, and food was fantastic . All our guests commented on what a fabulous wedding. Most important of all, the bride and groom were so happy!

I most highly recommend this for a wedding venue. It is such a lovely place, surrounded by spring fed creeks, shade trees, and natural beauty! Thank you Saratoga Springs staff!

She gave me advice, guided me, kept me on track, and eliminated stress before it even had the chance to build. Practical, reassuring, and so knowledgeable—she made wedding planning feel easy.

✨ DJ Linh: If you’re planning a wedding, book him now. He had multiple meetings with us, reassured us every step of the way, and then absolutely killed it on the big day. The music, the vibe, and the energy were everything we hoped for and more..

This group truly became our dream team. They worked together seamlessly to make sure we could just enjoy every moment, and we are forever grateful for them.

We had our wedding at Saratoga Springs, and it was truly the most magical experience! From start to finish, the entire team was wonderful to work with. Jennifer helped us with booking and was so patient and kind. She answered every single one of our (many!) questions and made the process so smooth. Olivia and Sam were fantastic in helping us plan all the details. We had two meetings, which could be virtual or in person, and a lot of email communication to make sure everything was to our liking and that we had every option selected.

Our day-of wedding coordinator, Carissa, was an absolute gem who we first met on the rehearsal day. She was amazing. I can’t say enough about the staff’s attitude and kindness. I already had blisters on my feet before the ceremony, and they quickly brought me some band-aids right before I walked down the aisle!

Our ceremony was at Long Bridge, and it honestly felt like a fairytale wedding surrounded by the most beautiful nature. Their dinner options were a little basic for us, but one of the things we really appreciated is that Saratoga Springs allows outside catering without charging extra fees, which is rare for venues in the area.

Their beer and wine selection is excellent, and the cocktails were a huge hit with our guests! We went with Mai Tais and Margaritas.
We also rented the Creekside Room for our after-party, and it was absolutely perfect. It was spacious, cozy, and had such a fun vibe. The outdoor fireplace and plenty of seating made it so comfortable for our non-dancing guests to relax. They also provide late-night snacks when you book the Creekside Room, which was a nice touch.

Honestly, we wouldn’t have wanted our wedding anywhere else. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we’re so grateful to the entire Saratoga Springs team for making our day so special!

We had our wedding at Saratoga Springs, and it was truly the best night ever. The venue is breathtaking—nestled in a gorgeous natural setting with a perfect mix of rustic charm and romantic elegance. From the moment we booked, we felt completely supported and well taken care of.

The whole experience—from the ceremony to the last song on the dance floor—was seamless, joyful, and better than we could have imagined.

Saratoga Springs was an excellent wedding venue for us -- the people there were extremely helpful, the venue had good value for its price, and it was beautiful.

The folks at Saratoga Springs helped us out quite a bit without being overbearing. We had checklists and timelines ready in advance, the walkthrough two days before that they ran was instructive, and we were able to get quick turn around with our many questions about possible changes to what we wanted. The venue is not cheap, but it has very good value for what it offers, especially if your guests drink more alcohol than ours did. The prices are fair and allowed us to have exactly what we wanted from our wedding. And finally, the location is gorgeous - the trees and the creeks and even the banana slugs in our wedding pictures are going to make us happy for years to come. Only caveat is to make sure to tell out of town guests about the weather -- tent rental isn't an option, but most of our guests dressed for the unseasonably cold day just fine, and we preferred the all-outdoor venue for covid safety reasons. Overall, we would strongly recommend Saratoga Springs as a venue.

Saratoga Springs made our dream wedding come true! We chose SS because we both love nature. The trees, the creek, the lighting, and the atmosphere at SS were exactly what we were looking for. Sam and Olivia from SS were super awesome coordinators. They helped us a ton in planning and coordinating during rehearsal and on the day of our wedding. They made everything very smooth, which put us at ease and helped us enjoy our very special day. Many of our guests told us that it was the best wedding they have ever attended. We highly recommend hosting your wedding and events at Saratoga Springs!

My wife and I got married at Saratoga Springs and I cannot recommend this venue enough. Working with the company, setup, take down, and everything in between was easy and simple. They communicated clearly and responded to all questions and requests promptly. We even had a major emergency on our wedding day and they went out of their way to work with us on adjusting the timeline and suggesting ways to resolve our problem.

The location itself is absolutely gorgeous, we got married at Cathedral Grove and having everything next to the creek in the forest was magical. All our guests were raving about the location saying it was one, if not the, most beautiful wedding they've ever been to.

We did catering thru them and the food was excellent, buffet style made it easy for guests to get what they want and get any seconds they so desired. That combined with the self served beer and wine made it easy for our guests to get as much food and drinks they desired.

All staff we meet and worked with were all professional and friendly. The wedding planner you get day off was great, she was incredibly friendly and assisted us so much due to unforeseen emergencies that happened the morning of our special day. She helped make the already stressful day even easier.

Just a note regarding this location, due to local regulations they are limited on music and drink options (limited live music and no hard liquor). But the venue company has a great list of options that are allowed. Also the companies they do work with are all wonderful, experienced, and were easy to work with.

I would 100% recommend this place for your wedding, personal event, or corporate party. Besides its stunning location and looks the process to host an amazing event is easy and stress free with them.

My fiance (now husband!) and I love California and really wanted an outdoor wedding. I wanted it to be amongst the trees that we love so much. I was also set on being as cost-effective as possible and so did not end up using a wedding planner, so one of the things that drew me to the venue most was that they knew exactly what they were doing and I only had to make decisions around the package options they already thoughtfully put-together (e.g., I had to select from their list of DJs, they had catering options from which I could choose), and they also had options for more flexibility, if I decided I wanted to go that way (e.g., if I didn't want to use their catering service, if I had other decoration ideas in mind, etc.). The other specific things that made a difference for me were that they were dog-friendly, offered s'mores (something my husband and I love!), and their team was SO responsive and had detailed examples of pretty much anything I could think of. Jennifer (Director of Celebrations) was an awesome and responsive tour guide that made me so excited because she seemed so excited, and I couldn't be more grateful to Olivia and Samantha who were so patient with me as I took so long to make decisions / give directions. My day-of-coordinator, Cammie, was the absolute sweetest and made me feel so comfortable and calm on what was a very (wonderfully) chaotic day). I pulled everything together in the last week and the setup and cleanup staff executed everything perfectly. The venue was gorgeous and food was delicious, and I had many guests share the same compliment with me. Maybe the only thing is that I wish there was an option to have live music on past the 10pm Saratoga county curfew but that couldn't be helped. Plus, they are clearly professionals and creative because there are options to do a silent disco with headphones should you choose to stay past 10pm. It was the cozy, enchanted, forest fairy tale wedding I had hoped for!

I had bookmarked Saratoga Springs as a potential venue even before I was engaged because of all the beautiful photos I've seen on IG. We did a semi-private tour back in Summer 2023 and almost immediately fell in love. We had scheduled other venues to tour that we ended up canceling because this was the one!

Jennifer Clark, the director, was super easy to talk to and answered all of our questions. Throughout our time preparing for this event, Olivia and Samantha were extraordinary in their communication, response time, and knowledge of these types of events. They did a wonderful job in helping us understand what we needed vs. what we wanted and good decisions to make. They never tried to upsell us on more expensive options, in fact, always letting us know the best value for what we wanted. Throughout this process, we knew we had made the right choice in terms of staff. Diana, our day of venue coordinator, was so helpful with all the vendors and my day of coordinator. Compared to other venues we were looking at, Saratoga Springs also wasn't outrageously expensive and what really sold us was being able to do outside catering.

Scenically, Saratoga Springs is stunning! An outdoor venue with several different species of large trees like oaks and redwoods, many small creeks that run through and around the venue, and several amenities included such as lights that wrap around the trees, a firepit, and artificial turf that you can actually wear high heels on! We were in love with the scenery immediately because our reception was LOTR/Legend of Zelda themed and this was perfect for us. For reference, we booked the Cathedral Grove for early October. No worries about rain, but we didn't anticipate the heatwave! Luckily, Cathedral Grove is shaded and it ended up being the perfect summer weather for the evening. There was another wedding in Longbridge, but it wasn't an issue for us. Every one of our guests raved about how gorgeous the venue is!

My only gripe is not being able to do outside vendors for the DJ, but I think it is just because we chose poorly from their list of DJs.

Saratoga Springs is a stunning venue with so much to offer. Back in 2022, I spent 6 months looking for a venue that was not only beautiful but also affordable and Saratoga Springs hit all of our boxes. From the stunning forest setting to the beautiful fairy lights to the option to have your ceremony at 3 different venues depending on the size of your wedding, it was absolutely magical.

We got married in Cathedral Grove which was everything I dreamed of for a forest wedding. The trees above the venue bend to look like a cathedral and the sun peaking through the trees was dreamy. We got married on a freak heat wave and it was so nice in the shade of the trees.

They take care of everything related to food, drink, and set up along with offering incredible vendors which was such a blessing to have so many options. Yes, you do have to pay more for certain things such as set up and take down of whatever you bring to the venue but it was extremely helpful day of to not make our families have to worry about it and it wasn't expensive at all. The food was also incredible!!

We had our wedding at Cathedral Grove and we absolutely loved it. The venue has a creek that runs along the entire space and is surrounded by redwoods. The food is delicious and is cooked fresh on site in large outdoor BBQ pits. The staff are helpful and kind. The coordinators were quick to respond throughout the planning process and gave great advice. They worked with us to get the space planned out just how we wanted and were essential in orchestrating the entire evening to flow smoothly. A special thanks to Olivia, Samantha and Jennifer. They went above and beyond to make dreams a reality.

Saratoga Springs has a lot to offer in the way of customizable options (my favorite being the S’mores fire pit). All the recommended vendors we used through them were fantastic – there is a reason they require you to use some of their pre-approved vendors. This place will always have a special place in our memories

We had our wedding at Saratoga Springs and loved every minute of it. The venue itself is gorgeous with all of the greenery, creeks, and twinkle lights. There is a lot of flexibility for decorations and food which was great for us to incorporate different parts of our cultures into our celebration. The staff was amazing from the very beginning. The coordinators met with me a few times to go over our plans, checklists, and timelines. They were also very responsive with my many questions in between. We had our rehearsal the day before and our day-of-coordinator (Lauren) was great. On our big day, everything ran so smoothly, all the transition times were perfect, and our coordinator always checked on us to see if we needed anything. All of our guests had an amazing time and we are so happy that we chose to celebrate here.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our special day! Saratoga Springs exceeded all our expectations for a beautiful, convenient, and budget-friendly wedding venue. From the start, their transparent and up-front pricing made a great first impression, and every interaction we had with them reinforced that positive experience.

Jennifer warmly welcomed us, showing us the venue and patiently answering all our questions before we even committed. Olivia and Sam, the venue wedding planners, were incredibly accommodating throughout the entire planning process, making everything from choosing place settings to finalizing the reception floor plan a breeze. Their annual wedding showcase was invaluable, giving us the chance to swap out options for ones we were even more excited about.

The venue's flexibility with DIY elements was a huge plus, allowing us to bring our own speaker for the outdoor ceremony, arch decorations, dessert, and centerpieces. We also used the Creekside Room's speakers to DJ our own small reception, which helped us stay on budget without compromising on the experience.

Cammie, our day-of coordinator, was discreet and efficient, ensuring everything went flawlessly. My bridesmaids and I enjoyed getting ready in the bright cottage before the ceremony, which was held in a stunning outdoor space. The food was delicious, with highlights including the salmon, sake margarita, and Mediterranean salad.

Saratoga Springs was perfect for our intimate and budget-conscious wedding, and I believe it would be equally fitting for a large, more extravagant event. We absolutely loved everything about this venue and can't recommend it highly enough!

Saratoga Springs took care of so many of the details for me and made my wedding exactly as I dreamed. The venue itself is stunning (my guests were so in love with it), but the real star is the staff who really make it happen so you don’t need a ton of extra planning help. Big shout out to Sam, Olivia, and Lauren who helped us manage every detail. Their “stock” options are great, and they are very open to customizing everything too. The day was easy to plan and everyone was well care for, well fed, and happy dancing the day away in the trees.

We had our wedding at Saratoga Springs earlier this month, and it was a magical evening, all thanks to their professionalism, hard work, and beautiful location. First of all, the staff at Saratoga Springs were friendly, kind, and easy to work with. Throughout the entire planning process, they were only an email away, and they responded to our questions promptly, no matter how simple or complex they were. They are very experienced at holding weddings at their venue, and their experience lessened the load on us as the couple. We also found the cost of holding our wedding there to be a great value for the Bay Area, and from the very beginning, they were transparent with us about their pricing and services, unlike other venues we contacted.

We got compliments all night on how beautiful the venue was. We held our ceremony and reception in Cathedral Grove, which felt secluded despite being relatively accessible. Our families were also very impressed by how quickly and efficiently the staff took care of the details of our event behind the scenes. They helped to do things like remove the chairs from our ceremony and pack up our dessert at the end of the night quickly and discreetly.

Saratoga Springs was a perfect middle ground between an all-inclusive venue and a DIY venue for us. They provided and coordinated a lot (for instance, rentals for chairs and the china and linens) but also allowed us to bring in our own vendors, including the catering, the florist, and the photographer. They provided a list of recommended vendors, which was a very helpful starting point for us. In the end, we used a caterer and a florist that they recommended, and since our vendors were familiar with the venue, they worked together seamlessly.

Our wedding was everything we imagined and more, and we couldn't have done it without their help!

I had 2 years to plan my wedding so I took a good 6 months and looked at dozens of venues in the bay area, CA and finally fell in love with Saratoga Springs, an outdoor venue in Saratoga, CA. We were looking for an outdoor venue. This location has 3 options to choose from depending on the size of your wedding. I chose Cathedral Grove because it was more private then the other 2. It has it's own entry by walking over a short bridge, which made it perfect for me to walk out on. There is a small creek that runs along it, perfectly shaded, romantically/well lit and OMG the food was amazing!!!

The staff was super patient and always available to answer any questions. The tasting event was fun. Plenty of options. We got the chicken and steak and it was perfectly cooked. Loved their green pasta. The garlic bread was cold and i typically like it warm because once it's cold, it gets a little chewy and tough. If garlic bread is my only complaint, then we did pretty well.

Day of, the staff was very communicative, helped with clean up since we brought our own decor for the table settings.

I can't wait to attend other events there. Hands down, best choice and worth the cost.

We are extremely happy that we chose to have our wedding at Saratoga Springs. Our initial tour of the venue with Jennifer left a great impression on us, and Sam and Olivia were super helpful with helping us coordinate everything after we booked the venue. They were very accommodating and understanding whenever we had specific questions and requests for them, which we appreciated very much. Cathedral Grove was a beautiful space, and our guests were all raving about it! Every time we talk to people who attended our wedding, they would always mention how beautiful the space was. (It was a huge plus that we chose a space with a lot of trees that provided shade, since the temperature on our wedding day hit 96°F!) Lauren was a huge help on the day of the wedding, and we appreciated her looking out for us and for our guests! The appetizers and lunch that was served was all delicious - one of our younger guests remarked that it was the best wedding food she's ever had. :) We loved Saratoga Springs, and the guests loved Saratoga Springs, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue to have our wedding!

When we were first researching wedding venues in the Bay Area, we knew we wanted an outdoors venue surrounded by redwood trees. We looked into a few similar venues around the area, but when we took our first onsite tour to Cathedral Grove in Saratoga Springs, we knew it was the one – the venue was beautiful, intimate, and ethereal.

From our first onsite tour to our wedding day, Sam and Olivia (SS wedding planners), were so kind and patient with us as we planned our wedding. They always answered our questions promptly and put us at ease.

What I loved about Saratoga Springs was how much was included – SS had onsite food and beverage catering, rentals provided, and its own day-of coordinator. This made things easy as we didn’t have to go out of our way to book these items ourselves. We also found it much more affordable than similar-looking venues in the Bay.

Our wedding day was incredibly smooth and stress-free due to our Saratoga Springs coordinator, Lauren. She kept us on track to our schedule and was involved in a number of tasks throughout our day (like coordinating all of our 130 guests to participate in a sparklers photo). We couldn’t have done it without her.

We just got married this past weekend but were engaged close to 2 years. With our planning, we wanted someplace outdoors in case COVID was still an issue. Saratoga Springs checked off most of our checklist: spacious, outdoors, BYOB option, bring your own caterer option, prompt with communication, flexible, and much much more. We got all our questions answered in a timely manner, they were very accommodating with letting us see the venue as much as we wanted, great options of DJs (shout to DJ Linh Ngo for bangers!), and the venue itself is beyond gorgeous. We wee lucky enough to get the Longbridge location, where there is a beautiful bridge in the background, huge turf area for dancing, and just so so gorgeous in general. We would absolutely recommend the venue if you are looking for a spacious beautiful outdoor location!

Words can’t even describe how happy I was with Saratoga Springs. I probably sent well over 100+ emails throughout my planning process. They returned every email so professionalism and kindness. They know what they are doing and are beyond helpful. They made my dream wedding come true.

We hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at Saratoga Springs, primarily working with Sam and Olivia as our coordinators. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and perfectly fit the elegant and natural vibe we were going for.

Our event was at the Longbridge location, which didn’t feel too big for our ~110 guests. There was another wedding taking place at the Cathedral location at the same time, but there were no issues with parking availability, sound, etc. The venue is also wheelchair accessible and great for kids!

The food was awesome and got rave reviews from all of our guests. The kitchen was able to accommodate our requests for vegan options (using margarine instead of butter for garlic bread, etc.), and our guests enjoyed being able to see (and smell) the food being prepared on the open grills throughout the ceremony.

Sam and Olivia were also very responsive and helped provide clear direction on the day of the ceremony to make sure everyone knew where they needed to be and that all of the ceremony cues happened on time.

Knowing what we know, we wouldn’t hesitate to book at Saratoga Springs if we were to do this all over again. Highly recommend!

Two and a half weeks before my wedding the park I was supposed to get married in shut down due to fires. This was one of top places to get married, and they were originally booked. We emailed them and they were available! Jennifer, Olivia and Sam were so incredibly responsive. I sent like multiple emails a day for two weeks and they always got back to me super quick, like faster than I expected. They did such a good job managing us. (Something you need so incredibly badly on your wedding day.) The venue is beautiful and well taken care of. I cannot tell you enough about all of them to do it justice.

The venue is gorgeous and the owners and staff are very attentive, and helpful. They also had all the decorations to decorate the place without me spending extra Money. Tammy was absolutely perfect and sooooo helpful. Chelsea was a doll as well for the day of planning definitely hire her for planning the day of events, it’s was so perfect she made sure everything was beautiful even help me with my dress!

tl;dr We had an amazing experience at Saratoga Springs. Despite happening in the middle of a pandemic, our wedding went perfectly! All of our guests were very impressed at how smoothly everything went and the large, outdoor venue made social distancing easy!

We were married in Cathedral Grove on July 19, 2020. We scheduled a tour with Jennifer in the summer of 2019 and she gave us a wonderful tour of the venue. Cathedral grove absolutely took our breath away. The venue is nestled in a magnificent redwood forest with beautiful lights strung throughout the trees. Jennifer then took us behind the ceremony site where there was a small bridge that crossed a winding stream. We immediately felt like we had been transported to a hiking trail in Big Basin State Park. Because of our love of outdoor adventures, this venue immediately felt like the perfect fit for us and the ideal place to start our married life together. We also wanted our dog by our side at the wedding, so it was a huge added bonus that Saratoga Springs is dog friendly!

As the wedding approached, we met with Samantha to start planning the details of the wedding. We both felt quite clueless about planning a wedding, so Samantha’s guidance was invaluable. She helped us think about what decorations would be needed (and how to keep the decorations minimal and low-effort), how to decide on food, and what types of activities to plan to ensure all guests remained happy and entertained throughout the event.

Unfortunately, soon after this meeting, our wedding, like so many others was turned on its head. Just before the SS showcase, Santa Clara instituted stay at home orders. Olivia and Samantha immediately reached out indicating that they would need to cancel the showcase and would keep us updated if they could reschedule. Of course, they were never able to reschedule, but throughout the uncertainty of the shutdown, they stayed in touch to ensure we were up to date on what was allowed. They also were very flexible and offered to roll our entire deposit to a future date.

As our wedding date approached, we decided to still get married, but in a much smaller ceremony. We reached out to Olivia and Samantha and they immediately responded that they would start looking into how to make the event still happen. In the month before the wedding, we were in constant contact with Olivia and Samantha, watching the state and local regulations and planning how to have a safe celebration. A few weeks before the wedding, Olivia called to go over the precautions taken by the venue to have a safe celebration. She worked with us and found a way to still safely serve appetizers when guests could not serve themselves.

Because we were the first wedding during the pandemic, we expected some parts of the day to be a little rocky, but were pleasantly surprised when everything went perfectly! Olivia and Samantha immediately met us at the venue and made sure we had everything we needed. Because we didn’t invite anyone who wasn’t in the wedding, we had opted to skip a rehearsal, but Olivia encouraged us to do a walk through immediately before the ceremony. I’m definitely glad we did! The ceremony was beautiful and did not feel awkward being so small.

Following the ceremony, we were immediately served wine and the appetizer table opened. Our guests went to the table as family units and the staff put together plates consisting of all the appetizers. This approach to serving the appetizers made it feel very safe and still let everyone enjoy a cocktail hour. During the cocktail hour, the staff often checked on us to make sure we had enough food.

Dinner was also excellent! We had more than enough food and all of it was amazing. There were multiple salads, garlic bread, pasta, chicken and steak. Again, they made the food feel very safe. They transformed the buffet into a serving line where you could ask for anything you wanted from all of the amazing servers. They had dedicated many members of their staff to making sure the food was served safely. They also made sure we could still have the fun traditions (like the cake cutting) without breaking any of the COVID precautions.

Throughout the day and evening Olivia and Samantha continuously checked in to make sure we were doing okay, had enough food, and were aware of what was happening next. We didn’t need to have our own schedule because Olivia and Samantha were on top of it! We were very impressed with how smoothly everything went and how kind and professional everyone on the Saratoga Springs staff was. There was never a time that we couldn’t find Olivia or Samantha if we had a question and there was never a time that people at the wedding started feeling bored or wonder what would happen. Overall, we were incredibly impressed with the entire process. We were able to have the wedding of our dreams despite all the current uncertainty. Thank you Olivia, Samantha, Jennifer, and all the Saratoga Springs Staff!

We hosted a small wedding at Saratoga springs in July based on the recommendation from one of our family members. He had previously attended a friend's wedding at Saratoga Springs. The place is really beautiful with Redwood trees, streams and a bridge. Both me and my wife loved the venue the moment we saw it.

However, the biggest challenge for us was in planning the wedding with the ever-changing covid guidelines and obvious constraints on number of people, catering etc.
Jennifer did an amazing job in working with us and with the vendors in figuring out the updated pricing, what's allowed to be done etc. We were able to hold a small Indian wedding with all the decorations at less than a month's notice.

In our run up to deciding on Saratoga, we had seen a few other outdoor venues as well but they weren't as pretty or adaptable to the new circumstances. Also, having talked with Jennifer, we trusted that we would be able to work with her to respond to the ever-changing situation and there were indeed quite a few things that came up.

The wedding was a great success and everyone attending in person or on the livestream loved the setup and the venue. Would highly recommend the place.

Thinking back on my wedding there are two decisions I made that I am 100% positive were the best choices. The first is marrying my husband and the second is choosing Saratoga Springs as our venue. I mean this so sincerely, Saratoga Springs is the best venue in the Bay Area. It is beautiful, our guests are still talking about how incredible the area was, and the people who would there are top notch. Every single employee is kind, helpful, welcoming and talented. My husband and I are so happy with our choice to have our wedding there, and if you are currently choosing a venue, do yourself a favor and pick Saratoga Springs. I promise you will not be disappointed in any aspect of your wedding, it will be everything you dreamed of, and more!

I was an indecisive bride, but both my husband and I knew without a doubt that we wanted to have our wedding at Saratoga Springs from the minute Jen started our tour. It's a breathtaking venue, of course: it provided the exact setting in the redwoods that I was hoping to find. But it also came with an invaluable team of staff members that supported us as we planned our big day.

Sam, Olivia and the rest of the planning team have hosted hundreds of weddings and are happy to patiently walk you through the process of putting your wedding together. They were very communicative, answered every one of our questions promptly, and were honest when we got decision fatigue and simply asked for their opinion! They were also extremely accommodating. We explained early on that my father-in-law has limited vision, and expressed some concern that he'd have trouble getting around the venue, so the staff allowed him access to one of their golf carts at no extra charge. It turns out he didn't end up needing it, but that simple gesture meant a lot and put our minds at ease.

We took advantage of Saratoga Springs' catering, and Sam and Olivia also handled the rentals for our glassware, linens, and arch - which meant we were responsible for very little set up. Our day of coordinator and waitstaff made everything run smoothly during the wedding itself, and even when there was a minor mistake (one of the beers we had chosen to serve wasn't available), they voluntarily, and quickly, processed a refund for us.

Perhaps most memorably, our guests were in awe of the venue and still talk about what a gorgeous setting it was. I'm so glad we chose to bring our families together in such a special place.

After I got engaged, I immediately started searching for the perfect wedding venue. I dreamed about getting married in an outdoor venue where both the ceremony and reception would be held between tall forest trees. The Cathedral Grove area at Saratoga Springs was the perfect venue for my summer wedding in July 2019.

What you need to know is that while the site fee was on the lower side, everything was essentially a la carte. The only things that the site fee covered were the twinkling lights, tables, and coordinators for the day of. However, the cost overall spent on the venue (i.e. table setting, additional wine barrel tables, chairs, etc.) was good for a Bay Area wedding. The DJ and photobooth had to be booked through the venue, but everything else you could choose outside vendors. My husband and I chose Saratoga Springs to cater the food and drinks… We had the chicken & tri-tip package with all you can drink wine & beer. It was perfect for the venue and we received compliments from guests on the food.

My favorite parts of the venue were the babbling creak, the area behind Cathedral Grove, the long picnic tables, and twinkling lights. Shout out to Samantha, Olivia, and Jennifer who made the special day possible. I adored the venue and the customer service provided by the staff was excellent! Thank you, Saratoga Springs!

The process of planning our wedding in 6 weeks was a lot to take on - especially from another state. We picked Saratoga Springs for a variety of reasons and honestly at first we were a little frustrated with the per item prices BUT the staff was very helpful in giving us quotes and being flexible with our requests. They were quick to respond and very eager to help.

The rehearsal was so easy and the staff managed it all! The day of was a breeze! I was really impressed with how smoothly everything ran and how well everyone worked to make the day happen. Thank you to the entire staff - it was a spectacular day and the only reason we were truly able to pull this off with only 6 weeks was because of all of you.

If you're looking for a beautiful outdoor venue with amazing staff, look no further than Saratoga Springs! Our wedding was perfect, from first point of contact with Jennifer, to constant email communication with Olivia, and finally with the amazing service from Sam G and Kristen as my day of coordinators. Jennifer was great at explaining everything included in the price and any additionals we could choose to add. Olivia was great at answered any nagging questions I had about little details, especially leading up to the day. Kristen and Sam G were amazing day-of coordinators. They really knew what they were doing! I didn't worry about anything at all on the day because of how coordinated they were with absolutely every detail. You will not be disappointed with their service! Finally, all the amazing staff that served appetizers, dinner, and drinks were all so nice and helpful!

The venue itself is so beautiful. We got married in Cathedral Grove and I was speechless walking into the venue with the amazing decor and setup. It's definitely very versatile and can fit anything from a casual to more elegant setting. I highly recommend this venue!

Saratoga Springs was one of the best decisions we made when wedding planning. Jen (and her cute dog) took us on a tour of Cathedral Grove and we fell in love with the intimate and magical feel of the space. Jen and her team were so organized and made our wedding planning process so easy. Sam and Olivia are amazing to work with and were very responsive to all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. They do a ton of events throughout the year and are pros at their jobs. My husband and I trusted them to execute the details of our wedding and everything turned out perfectly on our wedding day. All of our guests raved about the venue and loved the little details that we added - minimal florals (we didn't need much because Cathedral Grove is nestled between trees and a creek), a photobooth bus, and the fire pit with smores. Thank you Jen and team for making wedding planning such a breeze :)

The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating! All the setup was perfect and beautiful.

Sam was amazing! She was great at giving advice during the planning process. There were a few things that we ended up changing due to her recommendations and it ended up working out even better! She also was great during the wedding with a great personal touch of offering us something to drink when we sat down to eat. The attention to detail was really appreciated!

We loved Max (the DJ)! He was absolutely great at reading the crowd and keeping the party going! He even let me DJ a little haha

We have been told non-stop that our wedding was the best that our guests have attended yet, and some adjectives that have been used are: fairytale, fantastic, magical, etc. The venue looked so stunning when I entered to walk down the aisle, I was so pleased. We had a blast!

We had our wedding at Saratoga Springs in early October in Cathedral Grove. The venue was beautiful! From start to end, the team at Saratoga Springs was professional and organized. We would have our wedding here again in a heartbeat. Lindsey was our day of coordinator and she was knowledgeable and addressed everything quickly. The food was fantastic, especially the tri tip, and the guests raved about the food. We couldn't hear the other wedding in Long Bridge from our location at all. The staff were professional and super helpful! We highly recommend Saratoga Springs for weddings!!!

This was actually our last stop on our venue hunt & we already had settled on a place actually. So when we visited this venue we were not expecting much at all & it ended up being perfect.

The place is family owned & has multiple spots within their location to tie the knot depending on your guest size. The also have tons of parking for more than 1,000 people if I recall correctly. If you have any need to help older folks or people who have walking problems you can ask for a cart to help drive them up from the parking area too. They also have a lot of options for decorations, seating, drinks, vendors & such so it's pretty much all inclusive for the most part. The cake vendor Jen's Cakes was a hit with everyone & it was super delicious so go with them. The DJ Maxwell & his team pretty much do this all the time & it was pretty easy to work with them throughout the planning, go with them as well.

Some other things that were cool were the in-person meeting to go over all parts of the wedding, the wedding fair you get invited free of charge to try out all the food/drinks/vendors & the spot you chose within the venue, & how quick they were to respond with everything. Also, this may sound like a negative but Saratoga turned it into a plus.. They got hit by a sound ordinance & also a ban on sparklers cause of all the wildfires in California (not their fault) during our planning. The venue could have easily said that these are the changes & unfortunately we have to abide by them and that would be it, but they didn't. The ended up giving not just us, but everyone options to add things from their list of options free of charge and comp'd some items we had as well and even went as far as to re-organize the timeline as well. This really showed they care & understand the importance of everything, which is something I feel lots of folks don't do. We are extremely happy with everything and how it all went. Hats off to Olivia, Samantha and everyone!

Saratoga Springs was the perfect venue. All their staff goes above and beyond to make your day special. Every guest we had gave so many compliments to the venue, the food and the overall wedding.

Saratoga springs is an amazing place to have a wedding. The venue itself is breath taking. All of our guests loved how this outdoor wedding didn't even feel like one. Every little detail on their part was well taken care of. Working with Olivia in the beginning stages was so easy. She made sure all of our questions were answered and all our needs were taken care of. Our day of coordinator given by the venue was Freddy. I didn't know what to expect, but what he delivered was amazing. He made sure we got everything from our timeline and took care of all of my mother's concerns the day of the wedding. The waiting staff was absolutely fantastic as well. The food and house alcohol were great, our guests loved they they were able to serve themselves throughout the ceremony and reception. I couldn't have imagined a better place for our wedding.

Everything was perfect on our wedding day! They coordinated it all and I didn't have to help with anything. The whole process with them was so easy! The staff is so kind and helpful. They even gave us heaters to use when our wedding day was unexpectedly cold. The whole venue was gorgeous and our wedding was better than we could have ever imagined! Love this place!

I had always dreamed of having a fairy tale wedding in the forest, inspired by The Lord of the Rings, but wasn’t quite sure how I could make it work without spending more money than we were comfortable with. We had looked at venues in both my hometown of Montreal, Canada, and my fiancé’s current location, the Bay Area, and we were getting worried that we wouldn’t be able to find anything. That is, until we discovered Saratoga Springs on Wedding Spot, and we were so glad to find it. We planned much of our wedding from across the continent, and were so happy to have Saratoga Springs take care of so much of our wedding for us: catering, most of our rentals, alcohol, games, decorations. They even allow you to book a DJ and rent spectacular lighting through them. It just made everything such a breeze! All our guests couldn’t believe how gorgeous and magical the venue looked. We had fairy lights hanging from the redwoods and uplights shining on the beautiful stone bridge, which made for a one of a kind backdrop to our big day. Everyone at Saratoga Springs was also so helpful and available to help in any way they could. If you’re looking for a beautiful outdoors venue in the Bay Area that allows you to build the exact wedding of your dreams, but also takes care of a lot of the heavy lifting, Saratoga Springs is definitely worth a visit! We’re so happy we chose them for our big day.

Beautiful location - set in the forest and they take care of everything! One of the advantages of working with Saratoga Springs is that they've done hundreds of weddings and have it down to a science! They took care of practically everything all I had to do was track payments and deadlines for decisions on my own. On the day of I had friends as my wedding coordinators and they worked great together. Everything went so smoothly!

Everything went amazing on our wedding day. The team at Saratoga Springs does an amazing job. I would recommend this venue to anyone. The food is delicious, the staff are incredible, the price can vary depending on your vision and style but whatever direction you go, I think you definitely get your money's worth. You can rent anything from them and they will set it up for you. I did a lot of DIY to keep our budget down and hired helpers through them so they set everything up for me. It all looked beautiful and went off without a hitch. Saratoga Springs knows what they are doing and it's a great venue.

Let me start by saying the ladies who helped us were amazing! Jennifer was the first person we connected with, she was very informative and answered alot of my initial questions. Olivia was our Planner and she was awesome, she met with us and was extremely patient with me, I thanked I changed napkin colors 3 or 4 times. Our wedding was on August 21, 2016, and the weather was awesome. This is an outdoor wedding so don't make sure you have citronella candles, we needed them in August. Once the Sun went down the bugs weren't a problem. It was a bit cool at night so I advised our guest to bring a sweater or jacket. It was so beautiful, we selected Cathedral Grove and it looked Amazing with the lights on and the decorations. Samantha was our day of coordinator and she ROCKED! She shuttled us around on my fiance and I wouldn't see one another during the before wedding pictures and it went great. My only wish is that the food was left out a big longer and it was delicious, I wanted more. It seemed like it was taken away so quickly. Overall, everything was perfect! That's what we Brides hope for and that's what my Husband and I got! Totally recommend.

Tammi&Tammy have been a DREAM! Every little girl starts planning their dream wedding from the time they can create memories and this venue is a dream come true. The right amount of home feeling and elegance. I was literally in tears taking the tour and learning of all they offer their clients that choose their venue for their weddings. When booking my wedding I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else. They truly take wedding planning to a whole different level. Knowing I only needed to "stress" about was my dress, cake and flowers is amazing! The DJ, planning, decorating, set up, take down, and every detail in between is all provided by them and they truly care about your vision and what you want for your special day and my wedding will be perfect knowing I have found the perfect venue here at Saratoga Springs.

What can I say? The place is absolutely gorgeous. We first met Jennifer and she showed us around and gave the general info about Saratoga Springs. After we paid our deposit and signed our contract, our go-to lady was Diana and she was awesome. She was flexible, she was on it at every given time, she responded to us promptly, and she made our wedding day as smooth as it could be. I am very thankful to have been blessed with a beautiful venue and their amazing, hardworking staff.

We were married here in July and it was the PERFECT place for a dreamy wedding in the woods - the trees kept the South Bay summer heat away, the bistro lights (provided by the venue!) offered the perfect amount of glow, and the natural beauty of the setting was just what we were hoping for. If I had to describe my experience with The Saratoga Springs in one word it would be - EASY. Tammi Honeycutt and her team have this thing down to a science. They know the exact details that need to be stressed and easily handle the details the bride doesn't know how to handle. I chose The Saratoga Springs because it is an absolutely beautiful venue, truly elegant southern style, and they handled/helped to handle all the details. I didn't want to have to stress about getting all the vendors and rentals lined up, Tammi handled ALL of this. I really just needed to find a photographer, cake and florist. The day of was beautiful - I couldn't have imagined a more beautiful evening. Tammi and her team helped to guide the whole ceremony to smooth perfection. My wedding was everything that I had dreamed of because of Tammi, Tammy, and Larry (as well as the rest of their team). They are such amazing wonderful people! They were so helpful with everything and they treated us as if we were family. The venue is absolutely gorgeous! Words cannot express how thankful I am I got married at Saratoga Springs. It was a dream and very stress free. While planning of course I felt stressed but every time I met with Tammi, the stress was gone. She took care of everything. It was perfect.

Where to begin? From my initial search and Jennifer's helpfulness with tours and information, to Mimi who took the reigns as my planner, and Katie who was the wedding day coordinator, their professionalism was A+. They are so seamless and organized, but also have a laid back approach where I did not feel stressed or pressured. They even threw in last-minute items such as extra chairs (on the day of the ceremony).

We were married at Redwood Grove, right by the beautiful creek, and they have installed a lawn, which was a perfect place for the ceremony and dancing. The food was amazing!! Sometimes wedding food can be so-so, but it was not the case. Everyone raved about the steak and chicken, which was grilled onsite, to the delicious sides such as vegetarian chili and potato salad. Accommodating guests with a variety of dietary preferences is no easy feat, but they accomplished it well. I can't recommend them enough.

My husband and I were so impressed with Saratoga Springs. From the very beginning to the very end, they were an absolute pleasure and joy to work with. They were so flexible, accommodating, and exceeded our expectations. They helped us plan a beautiful wedding on a budget, and we are forever grateful. I was extremely impressed with all of their staff members - everyone from Jennifer who helped us set a date/place within our budget (and who I went back and forth with on dates because I was trying to juggle variables, and who was always friendly and accommodating); Mimi who helped us plan all of our logistics up to the big day; and Ellen who helped us organize everything the day of, so that I was relaxed and so that everything went smoothly. Our guests really enjoyed the atmosphere of the venue, as well as the food and drinks that they provided. Amazing venue and staff!

My husband and I could not have been more pleased with Saratoga Springs for our ceremony and reception venue! For the nine months leading up to the wedding, I had a lot of questions and it’s possible that I actually did email Mimi every week- each time she got back to me right away and thoroughly answered each of my questions. She was experienced, friendly, professional, and worked with me to keep everything within our budget.

The site could not have been more beautiful- we were married in a redwood grove surrounded by trees with a stream running along side. There were plenty of places on the grounds to take formal photos, plenty of parking for our guests, and beautiful lighting as night fell. We loved the communal feel of the long picnic benches. In a word, it was perfect.

The one thing we were initially concerned about was the food since we were hoping for something a bit fancier, but the food was delicious! We received many compliments from our guests, had plenty of food, and the staff that served it were very friendly and courteous.

This is the most beautiful Place to get married. Everyone is so wonder to work with. You with professionals who have done many of wedding. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding everything was so prefect and breath taken. It is a gorgeous southern plantation with beautiful land scape. We loved working with both Tammi's. They were so wonderful. The decor was beautiful. I loved this place!!!!!

Saratoga Springs was a great combination of the outdoor beauty, uniqueness & a relatively easier outdoor venue to reach for our wedding guests, relative to the alternatives we toured. We worked with the team of Olivia & Sam. Olivia was our primary point of contact. Both were great throughout the process! They communicated well with us and answered all our gazillion questions (we had a 70+ long email thread). They were also prompt, detailed and upfront with us regarding costs and many other details. They were also flexible with changes we requested as the wedding approached. The bridal fair they hold during March is also very valuable in terms of meeting preferred vendors, seeing different set ups and trying out their food! Since we have a large Asian family, we did decide to bring in outside catering (our relatives had probably never been to an outdoor wedding, so we wanted to make sure there was an element of familiarity for them). Saratoga Springs graciously permitted us to work with them and helped us work out kitchen equipment rentals. On the day of, we also had an amazing day of wedding coordinator since we also had a tea ceremony, almost 200 guests and vendors working with Saratoga Springs for the first time. The night went smoothly and from our end. My wife & I and our guests had a wonderful evening because of the combined efforts of all our vendors. I think the one possible hiccup was the delay/confusion with the vendor meals we had ordered-- we wanted to make sure all our hard working vendors who were making the night go & capturing details had enough energy for the marathon. Overall, Olivia & Sam helped us so much along the way and on the day of to make our wedding so fun, memorable & special. The rest of their staff was great was well! Sam also gave us a fun golf cart ride to our car at the end of the night :) Saratoga Springs is an amazing venue and many of our guests told us it was beautiful, romantic and overall a great venue!

My husband and I were touring sites earlier in the year, and while looking through several websites discovered Saratoga Springs. The immediate draw was the price point! The fact that they could host so many guests while not blowing the budget was a big bonus. So we reached out to get a tour set up.

Jennifer, their Director of Celebrations, responded almost immediately with some of the most thorough information I have ever received. That correspondence definitely set the chain of events off to a good start.

When we toured the site with her a few days later, the creeks were overflown with water after a winter of heavy rain. That sound was so soothing... I'm convinced that's what made us fall in love with the place. We loved the venue so much, we made a decision to reserve our date on the car ride home.

After that, we worked closely with Olivia and Samantha over the months to get everything organized and arranged. They were extremely responsive and patient and helpful, and never once tried to push us to spend on something they thought was "too much".

At rehearsal and on the day of, Samantha was our coordinator and guided us through pretty much everything. She checked in with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed. It was so nice to see her friendly face, and it was so assuring to know that she was on top of everything.

Saratoga Springs was also extremely flexible about letting us try to set up a tulle drape over the big branch of the big tree on longbridge - something we wanted as our ceremony arch. It looked amazing in the end, and we're thankful that Olivia and Sam were supportive every step of the way.

Apart from one unprofessional server on the night of, our experience was extremely wonderful. Thank you so much Saratoga Springs, especially to Olivia and Sam. You are all amazing!

I cannot say enough positive things about Saratoga Springs. My husband and wanted an outdoor wedding that was going to be one giant, fun party for our family and friends. Saratoga Springs made this happen! We stumbled upon this venue in our search of places when I saw it was only a few minutes from my parents' house. From the first meeting, the service was awesome--they were responsive and flexible in what I wanted for the wedding. Leading up to the day of, Olivia was our main person of communication and she was incredible! Every time I had a question or request, she always got back to me and updated our invoice and venue map. I don't live in the area, so anytime I was visiting my parents, they let us come by to look at the venue and get different measurements, pictures etc. The day of the wedding could not have gone any better. Our day-of-coordinator was Sam and she was FABULOUS! I had not met her until that day, but she was seamless in her connection with us and everything went so smoothly. We did not stop getting compliments from guests on how beautiful the venue was--it is truly out of a picture. Green grass, tall redwood trees, bistro lights, wooden picnic tables, the bridge it the background--it was the most perfect day. The food was delicious, and the buffet line went super fast. My uncle works for Lagunitas, so we were able to bring in those kegs for the beer without any problem. Our DJ, RJ (RJ the DJ haha) kept the party going all night! I can't say enough positive things about the venue, staff, service, and overall experience. I recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable, fun, beautiful venue for their wedding!

I was married in June 2014 at Saratoga Springs, in their Cathedral Grove venue. Six months later, I'm STILL getting feedback from friends and family about how absolutely beautiful the setting was! It was exactly how I imagined it: towering redwood trees, cool weather (thanks in part to the trees shading the entire area), comfortable and intimate arrangement both for ceremony and reception, and helpful and attentive staff throughout the entire process! I love that they are so knowledgeable about everything wedding-related and there's really no question too small or silly. Planning a wedding is extremely stressful and time-consuming and I seriously don't know how I would have come through it without all the little details being taken care of by the Saratoga Springs staff. It was such a relief to know that things were being handled and to my high standards, no less! ;) Thank you, Saratoga Springs, for the dream wedding and for creating memories that will last a lifetime.

I am getting married next year. Any questions that I have had, Tammi has responded back very quickly. The owners of the house are very friendly and helpful as well. We are so happy we chose this venue and look forward to working with them on our wedding day!

We recently had our September wedding at Saratoga Springs Longbridge section and the weather was perfect. The first time we visited we were immediately drawn to the space and loved that it was outdoors. There are quite a few photo op spots that are beautiful for photos. All the staff and everyone we worked with were great and responsive the whole way through.
Most importantly all of our guests had a great time that day.

We're so so happy that we chose Saratoga Springs as our wedding venue. It gave us the magical outdoor California setting that we dreamed of at a price that actually fit our budget. So many of the other outdoor venues in the Bay Area had astronomical costs. In addition to the gorgeous setting, one thing that we initially loved was that gratuity wasn't automatically applied to all costs at a high rate (most venues we toured applied 22% on every portion of your bill, insane!). SS applied a smaller gratuity only on things like food and event staff time/effort, which felt much more reasonable.

Planning the wedding was so much easier using such a polished venue. They have all the major things that you need (food, equipment rentals, DJ) all included as part of the package, so we never felt overburdened with planning these aspects of the wedding. And the coordinators, Sam and Olivia, were awesome at guiding us through the process and answering all our questions in a timely manner. The open house style event that they ran in early April was also super helpful for us to choose our food and beverages. We were initially concerned that no hard liquor based cocktails would be available, but the soju/sake substitutions were a hit with our guests (we got the margarita and mai tai).

We used SS as the food caterer for the event and were not disappointed. having everything grilled right on site led to some delicious beef, chicke, and veggies that we and our guests loved. The wine provided (2 white, 2 red) were quite good, as was the house beer (a lager; we also added on a keg to give guests an option). The appetizers and dessert tables were also so so good! All our guests loved them. We were able to accommodate guests with a variety of dietary restrictions (celiac, vegan, kosher) without issue.

The week of the event, we faced a challenge with an uncertain rain forecast. Olivia helped us make a decision on whether to rent a tent or not (we didn't) that ended up being the right call. We had some light drizzle but it was manageable with umbrellas that we provided guests.

The day of the event went so smoothly. There were literally no issues for the whole day. Everything from setup to cleanup went perfectly. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything except enjoying our wedding day. I think that's one of the big benefits with SS - they're wedding experts and have so much experience that everything on the day of will run smoothly.

In the end, our wedding was planned with minimal hassle and we had an amazing day that we'll always remember at a cost that we were content with. Highly recommend SS for weddings.

We LOVED having our wedding at Saratoga Springs in May 2023! Our wedding was held in Cathedral Grove, it's gorgeous and intimate. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue is. This was the first and only wedding venue we looked at and knew immediately this was the one for us. We were looking for a venue that is in the redwoods, dog friendly, and reasonably priced. Saratoga Springs checked all those boxes! What sealed the deal for us was that the venue even included a day-of coordinator.

We worked with Sam and Olivia throughout the planning process and they were so helpful, patient, and always quick to respond. Everything went smoothly the day of our wedding, Kristen (coordinator) made sure we were on track with the timeline. She even made sure the wedding party got a quick rehearsal on how to get down the aisle before the ceremony.

Big thank you to Sam, Olivia, Kristen, Jennifer, and SS staff for everything they did for our wedding! It's everything we dreamed of. Highly recommend this venue!

For those opting to go sans-wedding planner, this is the venue for you. We worked with an incredible team of on-site planners and day-of coordinator (Olivia, Sam, & Lauren) who guided us through the entire preparation process and worked seamlessly to accommodate an indecisive and anxious bride. Even with weddings happening at each venue within SS (ours was at Longbridge), volume management is done so well, you couldn't tell there were multiple events happening at once. The best part: SS offers their favorited vendor list to make your planning process even easier! (highly rec DJ LINH). From our initial meeting to the big day, we felt reassured and well-taken care of by Saratoga Springs. Met as strangers, now leaving as friends.

Everyone at Saratoga Springs helped to put on an incredible wedding that my husband and I will always cherish! The venue was beautiful (as always), the food was delicious, and everyone working helped make the event turn out so smoothly. The moment my (now) husband and I saw the venue, we knew it was the one. The wedding turned out better than we could have possibly imagined! Our wedding guests were raving about how beautiful the venue was all night, and have still been talking about how beautiful it was. Olivia was SO helpful throughout the preparation up through the wedding, and Freddie was a HUGE help that night!

Saratoga Springs is an amazing place to have a both a ceremony and wedding reception. We wanted a place that had the beauty of the outdoors but also the elegance of a wedding site. Cathedral Grove was the perfect site for our 185 guest wedding in mid July. We were extremely happy with all of the services provided to us and received many wonderful compliments on the location of our wedding. The food was delicious, there was plenty to drink and the setting was absolutely beautiful. My husband and I could not be happier with how everything turned out and are so glad that we chose Saratoga Springs for our special day!

I absolutely love Saratoga Springs! The ladies their are AMAZING! It's an all inclusive venue. I was ready to pull out my hair and the wedding coordinators offered to hire additional staff to help me set up, save me big time!!!! I HIGHLY recommend ( i know the price seems a bit high, not compared to other places- trust me!) this place, its worth the money! HEY, you can't beat unlimited beer & wine! :D

I was planning my wedding from across the country and wanted a vendor that took care of as much of the planning and details as possible, without breaking my budget. Saratoga Springs was exactly what I was looking for. They have a few locations that you rent out for your wedding, and each one is absolutely beautiful (though I highly suggest cathedral grove).
They took care of the tables, place settings, linens, dishes, and food. I had so many people tell me it was the most beautiful wedding location they had seen and that the food was amazing. The staff at Saratoga Springs are very nice and pretty responsive. The recommended vendor list is a HUGE help as it is pretty easy to get overwhelmed with all the choices out there. Saratoga even provides a coordinator the day of your wedding which I had totally forgotten about and SO APPRECIATED. It's nice when someone has your timeline for the night and helps things get underway so you don't have to stay stuck looking at your watch, trying to keep everything together.

I would absolutely recommend everyone to get married at Saratoga Springs. It's a beautiful location and will make your life planning the wedding so much easier.

This was a wonderful venue! The staff was very helpful and the setting was just perfect for our Viking wedding.

We recently had our wedding there this past August and we were very happy about our venue choice! Our ceremony and reception were both at the Longbridge facility. The weather was perfect and the entire event went very smoothly. Staff was professional and friendly, food was amazing, and the decor was great!

The venue is beautiful, our wedding looked amazing. Staff was very helpful and professional. Pricing is reasonable; this place is definitely the best value in the area. All our guests had a blast and commented on how much they loved the setting.
