Had the absolute best experience working with Ruth for our engagement photos in Palm Springs! She has a true knack for making people comfortable and capturing the best of them. She had the fastest turnaround time and great editing style, and we are absolutely in love with all of our photos. We had never been to Palm Springs before, and she made it so easy for us to prep for our shoot and get all the necessary details in a good place. Book with Ruth ASAP - you will be so glad you did!

This review is overdue! Ruth was amazing, wonderful, and pleasant to work with. She was so flexible, we changed dates about three times due to COVID-19 and she was always responsive and supportive through the process. On the wedding day, she was full of energy, very easy going, made us laugh and it almost felt she was part of our family and friends circle. All of our guests enjoyed her energy and we LOVED all the hard work she did to make sure we looked amazing in all of our photos. If I do a reception next year or need another photoshoot in the future I will definitely go with Ruth! Thank you for capturing our beautiful day, Ruth!!! -

Seriously, no matter where she takes the pictures or what kind of pictures they are, they always turn out amazing! And she's so calm and helpful during the picture taking process. She's really good!!! 10/10! My husband and I are not cheesy at all, but you'd have no idea from looking at our pictures lol. -

My sister-in-law (who has been in seven weddings the last couple of years and seen a lot of wedding photographers) said in the first 15 minutes that I had an awesome photographer who knew what she was doing, was getting great shots and was doing a great and patient job wrangling the wedding party and family. -
User2231029 Sent on 07/17/2015To put it simply, Ruth and Cole capture some of the most beautiful photos that I have seen. From the beginning, Ruth has been extremely easy to communicate with, acted with professionalism, and listened to my goals as a bride (which I feel like sometimes photographers want to do what THEY want to do, and not you). We wanted to work with them because of the gorgeous light that they are able to capture in their photos and we were not disappointed. By nature, I am an indecisive person and because of this, I hired Ruth to do our engagement photos prior to taking the leap and hiring her for our wedding. I was absolutely blown away with the images that she provided us with. My fiancé and I were a little awkward to begin with, but Ruth was able to soothe our nerves and we had an amazing session with her. I also pestered her with questions about what I should wear, potential poses, etc. and she was always open to offering her advice and never once did I feel like she was bothered with my incessent questions. We were provided with 300+ high resolution images and had a lot of variety of poses and backgrounds to choose from. After our wonderful experience with our engagement session, we hired them for our wedding and were provided with over 1,000 images, some of which are on her page. On our wedding day, Cole went went the guys while they were getting ready and Ruth came with us girls. It was so nice having two shooters because they didn't miss a thing. After we were done getting ready, we all rendezvoused at the church and then the reception. The only reason that I did not get them 5 stars on value is that you get what you pay for, which I am not complaining, they are worth every penny. Regarding flexibility, their weekends do fill up quickly so contact them ASAP to see if they have your date available. All in all, they are a lovely pair to work with. My husband and I are so blessed that they captured our wedding day. Their photos will grace the halls of our home forever.
