Diane and the staff at Roses Too were incredible! I can not get over how they transformed our wedding venue (at Caneel Bay, St John) into the vision I had imagined after only speaking a handful of times on the phone and sending inspiration photographs over email. Diane was willing to make changes to our flower selection several times as I came up with new ideas and offered her own expertise when requested. The result was truly spectacular! I remember walking down the aisle, spotting my groom for the first time among our pedestal arrangements and aisle flowers, and thinking..."this is the most beautiful sight that I have ever seen!" Diane was also quick to contact me when flowers I had selected were not available and had a back up option ready that worked perfectly. She was so pleasant to communicate with and made the planning process fun! (as it should be!) It was difficult to trust someone else's decisions when planning from out of town, but Diane assured me it would be lovely, and she did not disappoint! From the lime filled vase centerpieces exploding with gorgeous flowers, to my dream bouquet, I could not have asked for a better experience. I am so thankful to my wedding planner for recommending Roses Too!

Diane of Roses Too was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about what flowers to use in the tropical climate. Our bouquets and table arrangements were just beautiful.

I got married at the catholic church in St John, with a reception at Caneel Bay. Diane was a pleasure to work with and my flowers were beautiful! I wasn't sure exactly what I was looking for and she did a great job guiding me, making suggestions and helping to stay with in my budget. I also looked at another florist who was right on st john because I thought it may save some $$ but she was about the same cost not as nearly as flexable or pleasant to work with.

Diane was a pleasure to work with! Having never met her before and only corresponding through email, I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived on my wedding day to beautiful arrangements, gazebo decorations, and perfect centerpieces. She was a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her services to anyone that is looking for stress free wedding flower coordination :)

Diane did a wonderful job with our flowers and decor, both at the villa and the beach for our destination wedding. She and her staff ran back and forth from both locations to ensure both sites were perfect! Our centerpieces and flowers were absolutely beautiful!!

We had our wedding in St. john Nov. 11th. I used Diane at roses too because after researching prices on St. John I found Diane saved us likely 1/2 of what I would pay on St. John. I must say I LOVED my flowers! I didn’t think I even liked flowers that much until I saw my bouquet—it was spectacular! I got so many compliments on it. It was a mix of Birds of paradise and orchids--far exceeded my expectaions and I would highly recommend her services to anyone! THANK YOU again, everything was PERFECT! Also, pre-wedding Diane was great to work with and very patient answering all my "nervous bride" questions. She sent them over in a box on one of the ferries and I was nervous it would be a hassle and it was a breeze. Very, very happy!

We used Roses Too for our bouquet/boutineer for our July wedding on Magens bay. The flowers were beautiful and smelled great! Diane was a pleasure to work with :) we collaborated via email and telephone for a couple of months and when I saw my flowers I couldn't have been happier!!!! They were just how I pictured and made for some gorgeous photos! I would recommend Diane to any bride looking for a florist you can trust in St. Thomas!

I was married July 10, 2010 in St. John. I chose Roses, Too as my florist because Diane was the only florist my wedding planner (Mary Bartolucci of Island Style Weddings) recommended. If I could go back and do it over, I would have chosen differently.

I had a vague idea of what I wanted (dark purple calla lilies with green accent flowers), but I was never beholden to the idea. Staying within my budget was much more important than having that exact flower, and after Diane gave me a quote that was well over my budget I asked her for suggestions of less expensive flowers that would stand up well in the heat. She had none to offer. In fact, she pretty much said that if I opted for a less expensive flower, then they would wilt. I even suggested doing succulents instead, since they are hearty and can be beautiful in a bouquet, but she said her supplier wouldn't be able to provide them.

When she finally convinced me we'd have to stick with calla lilies and green cymbidium orchids, she sent me a revised estimate that was several hundreds of dollars more than her original quote because she alleged the volcano in Iceland would make them more expensive to come by. This, combined with her unresponsiveness (I would often not hear back from her for over a week), made me seek out other florists. I got several other estimates, all of which were much less expensive than her ORIGINAL quote to me. I send the revised numbers to my wedding planner and told her I was going to switch florists. Within 30 minutes I had an email from Diane saying she'd found a supplier in NY and was going to be able to get me my flowers at a greatly reduced price. She managed to beat the other florists price by enough that I decided to stay with her even though she left a bad taste in my mouth.

The flowers the day of the wedding were beautiful, although several bouquets (including mine) kept coming unwrapped. Also, some of the petals on my bouquet were browning (fortunately the dark color camouflaged this, but I still expected them to look perfect).

I encourage all brides to get quotes from different florists right from the get go and not rely exclusively on their wedding planner. I feel like the wedding business is such a nepotistic, "you-scratch-my-back, I'll-scratch-yours" industry to begin with that it's important that all brides do the research themselves if they want to get the best value and service.

Diane of Roses Too was difficult to work with. We had met with her during a site visit to St. John, USVI and while we should have gone with our gut instinct, we were impressed with the photos on the website... Diane wouldn't tell us what flowers were seasonal, she just telling us that she could get anything, and to send her photos. When we sent photos of what we wanted, she altered our order, replacing our requests with the flowers she could get. It was very frustrating! The day of our wedding, most of the arrangements looked nice, but a couple were definitely half-@ssed. The lilies in my bouquet were yellow, not white like I ordered, and one was even torn in half. The ceremony chair flowers which we had seen on her website looked like a cheap version of the online photo. We would not recommend Roses Too to anyone getting married in the US Virgin Islands.

I didn't get to meet them while I was there, I couldn't find the location downtown...but the flowers that were delivered (the day of the ceremony) were very pretty...I was EXTREMELY pleased. The price was also fairly reasonable.
