  Rolling Green was Wonderful!

  Married 9.9.2023. The wedding was absolutely wonderful! The food was great, service day of wedding was great, and Krystal did a ton to help personalize the day for us. They worked with our day-of facilitator (Holly from Sara Kathleen Events) to iron out the timeline (down to the minute!) and even allowed early access for some vendors. The outdoor areas were wonderful to capture some beautiful photos, and to have the ceremony! The staff were all great, from the guys driving us around on golf carts to Kate & Krystal who made it happen. The reception area was large and there was plenty of space for dancing. The cocktail area was a little small for 150 people, so you might want to plan to have it outside. But all-in-all that was the only hiccup and we'd highly recommend Rolling Green for your wedding!

  Amazing, Smooth and Fun

  Krystal was amazing. She made the process of planning the wedding very easy and fun. Everything that we asked of her she made happen. I really wanted a donut wall and she went out of her way and had her mom make me one! She also made sure there was vegan options for many that had allergies. The layout of the room was exactly as I wanted it to be and the food / drinks were fantastic and tasted just like it did for the wedding tasting. Krystal was always very responsive if I had any questions and got back to my parents and I in a timely matter. I really didnt have to stress about anything. The night of the wedding, my husbands rental shoes completely broke and Krystal took him to the Pro shop to pick out some gym shoes! It was a life saver and was so kind of her. The venue is beautiful and the layout is a open floor plan. The service was exceptional. I would recommend this place for anyones wedding!

  Great venue

  Such a beautiful venue and fantastic staff! Krystal made wedding planning fun and easy! Rolling Green provided exceptional food, and the service was outstanding. We can't thank you enough for making our wedding day so unique and special.

  My sons reception was held at Rolling Green and it was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and efficient and the food was excellent. It was easy to set up the few things we had to set up and the staff was hard at work and even taught us how they fold the napkins when we asked to watch how it was done! The chef was wonderful the day we did the tasting for the reception. You will not be disappointed it you book your event with them

  This was the perfect venue for our wedding day! The entire staff was friendly and attentive. Our guests seemed to really enjoy the food and people who ate the cake LOVED it! We had several guests, including myself, with food allergies and the kitchen was able to provide us with safe food and we were all comfortable eating it....this was a huge plus for me! Sara was extremely helpful and flexible and we were able to get exactly what we wanted. We just had the reception here and were able to come from the ceremony and take pictures on their beautiful greens. They were accommodating to us, our vendors and our guests. Our guests are still commenting on how enjoyable the staff was all evening long.

  My experience with Rolling Green was overall very positive! We had the absolute best wedding day and were thrilled with what we got! We had some concerns initially as there was a change in staffing with their event coordinator. This made us nervous as we were very comfortable with the woman we met with initially. However, Sara exceeded our expectations! She was responsive and helpful and gave great ideas when we needed support. She was very professional and we are really pleased about this. She e-mailed with us promptly and made sure we had what we needed during the day. We had a rainy day and Rolling Green was very flexible about giving us space for pictures and helping out where we needed. Again, the wedding was everything we wanted. The bar, the food (and food options-the appetizers are amazing), and environment were so wonderful. The room itself is clean, the chairs were awesome (and we didn't have to pay extra for what I thought were pretty and comfortable chairs), and spacious. The lighting was great, and the layout of the room was neat. Rolling Green also accommodated for a large head table of 33 people and it was spacious and organized. Overall, we would recommend Rolling Green to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

  There are not enough words to illustrate how invaluable Julie Ryan was. From the start she put any reservations to ease, and step by step led us through the entire wedding planning process. Her genuine care and attention for the people she works with is demonstrated by her flexibility, accessibility, professionalism and kind nature. Everyone raved about how on point and amazing she was on our wedding day. From contacting vendors, dealing with family members, budget concerns, hotel accommodations, and quelling day of quitters she was on hand with solutions and resolutions. There was never a "I can't" with Julie, it was always "I'm sure I can do something." Rolling Green is such a breathtakingly beautiful venue to begin with, but the added value of having Julie as your events coordinator makes it absolutely priceless.

The chef was outstanding on his meal selections, plating and desire to assist with special meal needs of our guests. Many of our guests raved about the delicious food and we agreed! Thank you for making this a most elegant affair for our daughter and son-in-law.

  My husband and I had our wedding reception at Rolling Green Country Club this past August. We were very pleased with the venue, the service, and the value! The staff at Rolling Green was very friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Plus, the venue is gorgeous. I definitely recommend using this venue for weddings, as well as other events!

  Beautiful setting. The club worked with us to make a great day. The new event person, Sara Gilmore is super responsive. We used many outside vendors and she managed all of them seamlessly. The chef had two excellent entrees, filet and grouper. Both were enthusiastically received.

  We had our wedding and reception here and were very pleased. The wedding coordinator helped us immensely especially when it came to making our outdoor wedding into an indoor affair due to uncooperative weather. The venue's scenery is absolutely beautiful!

  Julie Ryan is amazing to work with. You could tell she truly cared about making our day exactly what we had imagined. She took away a lot of the stress of planning our reception because I knew I could count on her for all of the details. I was able to fully enjoy our wedding day and did not have to think/stress about anything!

The ballroom is a unique shape and a good size, and because of the way it is set up can easily accommodate either large or small parties and makes it very flexible in terms of how you want to use it. All the staff at the club are extremely nice and friendly. The event planner, Julie, was very accommodating. She is very flexible would always try to find a way to work with our requests.   Weird Times- But Okay

  I found RGCC by searching for 'wedding venues by me.' When I did, another person besides Krystal was in charge of wedding. It was weird because the other person barely responded, and was very set on things being done HER way. When Krystal came in, it took a bit to get a reply from her. After the initial email, I had constant communication with her.
  The venue was great to accommodate. With my husband's family being Bulgarian, there were certain foods that were a must for the wedding. Krystal and the kitchen were SO accommodating. They didn't want us to make the food due to health codes, i understand that, and they made it for us. And perfectly, too!
  Now to the wedding: the ceremony was so smooth. I got so many compliments on everything about it (transitions, length, beauty). Krystal knew exactly what she was doing- directing people to where they needed to be, working so well with my Day of Coordinator. I couldn't be happy.
  The only problems happened with the reception.
  Menu cards: we went over the design SEVERAL times with Krystal, and we got cards that were 1. not in our right color (which is honestly not THAT Big of a deal), 2. Didn't even have our names on it. Half of our cards had other peoples names on it. That was kind of a vibe killer because those were the ones our photographer took photos of. It shouldn't have been our jobs to go around and check what the Venue was to do.
  During dinner, the servers took everything very quickly. They barely gave time for anyone to eat. By 730, the tables were cleared completely. We had the venue until 11. tables really should not have been cleared that early, especially since they didn't set up our chocolate fountain until 945. Then, they left it for about 30 mins before tearing it down.
  My MIL brought bread (another tradition), and I guess it was thrown away without letting anyone know. This made my MIL very unhappy. I wasn't there, so I'm not sure of the order of the events, but I know that the bread was tossed away.
  Over all, the wedding was good. I loved it, I enjoyed it, even tho there were a few small hiccups.

  I found RGCC by searching for 'wedding venues by me.' When I did, another person besides Krystal was in charge of wedding. It was weird because the other person barely responded, and was very set on things being done HER way. When Krystal came in, it took a bit to get a reply from her. After the initial email, I had constant communication with her.
  The venue was great to accommodate. With my husband's family being Bulgarian, there were certain foods that were a must for the wedding. Krystal and the kitchen were SO accommodating. They didn't want us to make the food due to health codes, i understand that, and they made it for us. And perfectly, too!
  Now to the wedding: the ceremony was so smooth. I got so many compliments on everything about it (transitions, length, beauty). Krystal knew exactly what she was doing- directing people to where they needed to be, working so well with my Day of Coordinator. I couldn't be happy.
  The only problems happened with the reception.
  Menu cards: we went over the design SEVERAL times with Krystal, and we got cards that were 1. not in our right color (which is honestly not THAT Big of a deal), 2. Didn't even have our names on it. Half of our cards had other peoples names on it. That was kind of a vibe killer because those were the ones our photographer took photos of. It shouldn't have been our jobs to go around and check what the Venue was to do.
