We told them what I was looking for and what our price range was and they found the perfect ring for me! It turns out I've had a picture of that same ring saved in pictures of what I want for my wedding 3 years before I was engaged. They knew what I want and found it!

I had my old wedding ring (from a previous marriage) I was able to bring it back to Rogers and they gave me the full price I paid for it towards my new wedding ring! I was able to get a Hearts on Fire over 2k ring and band! It is beautiful!! We also bought my husband's ring here. He got a black Titanium ring, after the wedding we realized it was too big, so we took it back to the store and they exchanged it for a smaller size with no problem. They truly have the best diamonds! all their rings are gorgeous, I have looked everywhere and no one else compares to Rogers, I love ROGERS!!

Bought my now husband's ring here. they gave us a good deal because the store was closing. Had to pick it up at a different "superstore" although i love my husbands ring, i wish i had gone to the superstore before i bought his- more options.
The salesman who helped us was great, but another guys didnt give us the time of day.

Roger's in Folsom was great to work with. Especially the manager Jeff. I will continue to give him my business.

My Husband and I were extremely impressed with the Roger's Jewelry Superstore in Elk Grove. We had been to a few different places looking for my husbands band and we just couldn't find the right one. When we walked in and saw the huge selection, we were impressed. He found an awesome wedding band for himself, and we also got a great matching wedding band for my engagement ring. Thank you Chad for all of your help, you are an awesome salesman.

Everyone in the store are very nice and not stuffy. They make you fell welcome and take the time to explain their products to you. My engagement ring has the Hearts on Fire diamond in it that my now husband picked out himself. When we went into the store to get the ring resized, the worker explained the significance and quality of the diamond to me. Also, every time we're in the mall we are able to just drop in and get our rings cleaned in 5 minutes. It's great!

They were able to get a special order size for my husband in a VERY short amount of time! This was wonderful! Their hours are a little constricting, but all worked out.

I bought my husbands band here and It was not the best experience. We had to special order it which took two months. Once the ring came in I couldn't have him try it on before the ceremony so on the day of the wedding when I put it on him it was to big. We went on our honeymoon anyways and when we came back we tried to exchange it. Well evidently we were over the time frame for exchanges. We tried to explain that it was his wedding ring and of course we bought it before the wedding but he could not wear it before then. They ended up reordering one for him after much pleading. The ring still doesn't fit right but we'd rather not deal with trying to exchange it.

Roger's had reasonable prices and attentive sales people that weren't pushy. They listened to what we wanted and showed us several options that fit our budget and didn't try to sell us rings we didn't want. A very pleasant shopping experience!
