This outdoor venue was everything we hoped for. It was absolutely gorgeous, everyone was amazingly helpful and friendly, especially Annette! We were able to rent the venue for the entire weekend so we didn't have to stress about setting up and taking down. I had a very DIY wedding and was grateful for all the small details Rock Lake Ranch put into creating this space (plugs in the ceiling out of sight, heaters (it was 27 degrees the night of our wedding) and every measurement for every square inch of their space. The day of they worked with our coordinator closely and everything moved seamlessly. I could not have been happier, this place is amazing.

I think the venue speaks for itself as far as beauty. What you can't see by just visiting is the passion that the owners have for getting the details right. As mother of the bride, I flooded RLR with questions, and never felt I was being a bother, and always felt the support from Annette. She's extremely professional, as is her husband, and they work hard to deliver on the promise of a wonderful wedding day. The venue is well thought out, with the bride being secluded from the groom until the ceremony, the use of stone in the pathways is lovely, and the cleanliness of the facility is very impressive. We had a windy day, but the rain held off, and we greatly appreciate the efforts of RLR in making my daughter's day so special.

We considered many venues for our daughters wedding. The moment we stepped on to Rock Lake Ranch and met Annette.....well , it was a " no brainer ". The property is absolutely beautiful. We immediately booked the event. Annette and her husband ,Mike, helped guide us through all of the arrangements and were there with us tending to all the little details that made the wedding day perfect. It was evident that they take a personal interest in making sure that your event is everything you dreamed it would be. We cannot be more pleased with how things turned out and would enthusiastically recommend Rock Lake Ranch for your special event.

Rock Lake Ranch is incredible! The grounds are beautiful and the staff is AMAZING! Annette (the owner) is prepared for anything and everything and made sure our day went off without a hitch. She was involved in the rehearsal, helping with timing and such. On our wedding day it rained, which is typically disaterous for an outdoor venue. They moved everything under cover and really handled everything! We were able to actually enjoy our wedding day instead of stressing about details. HIGHLY recommend!

I highly recommend Rock Lake Ranch for your Special Day. From Jerry showing us the venue, to owners attending to our every need, and Jen checking to see if anything else would be needed, upon packing and departure. I can not express our deepest thanks and gratitude to Mike and Annette for making our Daughters wedding day so special. It was nice that they had a list of vendors who routinely work with that made things go much smoother. (for I the MOB am not from the Brazos Valley area and going to the Brazos Valley Bridal Show this was very helpful.)

Everyone at Rock Lake Ranch was extremely nice, we worked closely with Barbara, who was amazing- but Annette and Jerry were always available to help us if needed. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and they provide tables and chairs (as well as set them out) which was a huge plus. A month later, friends and family are still talking about how perfect the venue was for our wedding day. RLR is the best!

The employees of Rock Lake Ranch have been so helpful and responsive to all our needs. They are flexible with schedules and very accommodating!!! I'm so excited to have our wedding there in 70 days!!!!!

The Rock Lake Ranch staff was such a blessing! They allowed us to arrive earlier to the venue than schedule without extra charges and helped with any questions or concerns we had. Very professional! The setting was perfect! Our pictures have turned out better than I ever expected and that is in part to the gorgeous scenery this venue provides! I wouldn't have wanted to get married anywhere else! Very reasonably priced and worth every penny! The vendors even let us use any decorations they already had at no extra charge :) I would recommend RLR to anyone. They helped make my wedding be stress free and perfect

Haven't had my wedding there yet but the place is beautiful and so far everyone has been extremely helpful!

Rock Lake Ranch was the best decision my wife and I could have made for our venue. The landscape is beautiful. The lake and dock is amazing. They also have a firepit that is a great hang out spot. The staff is courteous, professional, and personal. They made sure to give us a checklist of things, and they even helped us with our last minute changes due to rain. We signed with them over a year and a half out, and they contacted us throughout that whole time. They made sure to let us know that we weren't forgotten, even though we had signed well in advance.

This was the first venue we looked at for our wedding. It was so breath taking we felt we didn't have to look any further. They was always available to answer all of our questions. They gave great suggestions and references. They were very professional and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Overall awesome!

Rock Lake Ranch is an incredibly beautiful and breathtaking venue that had a life of it's own on my wedding day. Annette (owner), Barbara and the rest of the staff were more than cooperative, patient and incredibly helpful while I planned my wedding from New York where I moved a year after I booked the venue. I cannot even begin to express how supportive and flexible the staff was to my situation and they made the long distance wedding planning so much easier for me. The grounds itself is something from a movie, so well kept and professional. My wedding was in the spring so everything was bright green and flowers were blooming! I could not imagine myself getting married anywhere else and that's that I looked at venues in Houston before deciding on Rock Lake Ranch. Once you do your first tour of the venue, I guarantee you will want to book a date right then and there. Annette, Barbara and the other staff are so committed in making sure you have the wedding of your dreams. I am STILL getting compliments on how gorgeous the venue looked almost 2 weeks after my wedding! If you are overwhelmed with choosing a venue, please, look no further and go to Rock Lake Ranch!!

Choosing Rock Lake Ranch for our wedding day 02-14-15 was one of the best decisions we made when it came to the wedding plans! Annette, Barbara and Jerry all did a tremendous job in seeing that our big day was everything we wanted and more. The venue is a beautiful place for an outdoor wedding. The grounds are very well kept all year around and the staff is phenomenal. They were so helpful from the day we chose them, during our plans, the day of and even after the event! Anytime I emailed or called with a question, I was always greeted with a friendly voice ready to help anyway they could. I would recommend Rock Lake Ranch to any couple looking to get married in a beautiful place with a little rustic touch to it! Our day was absolutely perfect!

Rock Lake Ranch was the perfect venue for my now Husband and I to have our fall wedding. It is the perfect mix of rustic charm and beauty that every southern couple is looking for. Our guests were blown away by the venue. The other hidden beauty of the Ranch is the overly accommodating staff. Mike and Annette were so kind and helpful throughout the planning process. We are so thankful to have had the Ranch as an amazing backdrop for our special day.

After seeing Rock Lake for the 1st time, I knew it was the place I would marry my best friend! The staff is absolutely amazing. We loved our entire experience with Rock Lake and their team. They were so accommodating to all the details we hoped to have and helped tremendously in the planning process by allowing us to view the venue a few times before our wedding day!

We could not have chosen a more beautiful and functional outdoor venue than Rock Lake Ranch. This was the only venue my husband and I even looked at because we knew we had found the one! Jerry and Brian were extremely helpful through the whole planning process and were quick to respond to any questions we had. The cottage that my girls and I got ready in was absolutely adorable and I'm sure will turn out great in pictures. The guys loved getting ready in the fully equipped man cave. Our wedding guests raved about the location and its stunning beauty - it was truly the perfect backdrop to our rustic, vintage-inspired wedding. We are so thankful to the people at RLR for making my wedding vision a reality and giving us the most gorgeous wedding day we could have dreamed of!

Rock Lake Ranch grounds are breath taking. Everyone at our wedding kept telling us they felt like they were on the set of a movie and that the venue was gorgeous.

I had my wedding on 08/25/2012 at Rock Lake Ranch! I don't have enough words to explain how perfect the venue was for my wedding. Rock Lake Ranch staff was so helpful and nice. If we had any kind a problem RLR would solve it within mintues. I would highly recommend RLR!!

Rock Lake Ranch is amazing! After visiting many wedding venues, we immediately knew that Rock Lake was not only the nicest place but had the most helpful and fabulous staff. Everyone that came to our wedding said they had never seen anything like it and our wedding was perfect because of Rock Lake.

My husband and I had the most perfect wedding day at Rock Lake Ranch! The staff were very helpful all the way leading up to the day of the wedding and after. We were very impressed that they had extra coats for our wedding rehearsal guests when it got cold unexpectedly. We highly recommend this venue!

Once my fiance and I toured RLR we just knew that we had found our wedding location. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue or more helpful and friendly staff. At every step along the way they were available to answer questions and help solve any issues. Words really can't describe how AMAZING RLR is!
