PNW Elegance
We are so happy that we had our wedding at Rock Creek Gardens. The venue is simply stunning. It gives elegance, warmth and intimacy, and beautifully manicured English/PNW garden vibes - all of which we could not wait to share with our guests. We also hired Amber as our coordinator through the venue, and she was amazing to work with. She was accommodating, kind, responsive, asked great questions, provided constructive feedback to our ideas, fully understood and delivered our vision, and most importantly to us, was inclusive and supportive of the LGBTQ+ community. The same goes for the rest of the RCG staff, who were great each time we visited the venue. The day of our wedding (mid-September), we were even lucky enough to have a clear sunny day so that Mount Rainier was visible from the wedding party house and terrace where we had our cocktail hour.
It was also convenient that RCG has bathrooms, tables, chairs, and a beautiful (and large) linen draped tent with chandeliers that you can use, along with a large parking lot for easy access for all of your guests. We would highly recommend considering RCG for your wedding venue, you will be happy you did. -

We cannot recommend Rock Creek Gardens enough! This property is absolutely spectacular! We had the best weekend celebrating the marriage of our kids here in what will be remembered as one of the most wonderful events with our family and friends. If you're on the fence about the two day package just book it. Having this incredible property both days was just the best experience. We were able to enjoy family and friends and the bridal party loved the wedding house! Getting ready and being able to all be together the morning of the wedding in this darling house was just wonderful! We had so many people come up to us and comment how beautiful the property was and we wholeheartedly agree!! The staff was so helpful and we are so thankful to them for helping us give our children the Storybook wedding of their dreams! Rock Creek Gardens and their list of preferred vendors is the way to go if you want a dream wedding. We couldn't be more thankful to have chosen this location! The best weekend ever!! More than we could have ever hoped for! Thank you Rock Creek Gardens for making Katie & Tyler's wedding so memorable!💕 -

Rock Creek gardens is a beautiful hidden gem. Communication with staff was great- very easy to reach via email with any questions or concerns. The gardens were beautiful every time I visited and all my guests were very impressed with the venue. A Staff member was present during the whole wedding.
10/10 highly recommend RCG for your wedding!

We had the wedding of our dreams at Rock Creek Gardens in July 2021. The COVID pandemic was hard for everyone to navigate, but we came out the other side and were able to have a flawless event. We hired one of the coordinators at the Gardens and she was really great at meeting with us prior to the big day and walking through every little detail. I definitely recommend using one of their coordinators, as they know the venue and the logistics of the space so well. The space was beautiful and everyone was blown away! -

If you are looking for a garden setting for your wedding, you needn’t look any further. From the arbor with an amazing back drop of mature evergreens to the pond with a row boat to take photos to the reception area with chandeliers hanging from the draped ceiling. It’s a stunning venue and so worth the price. -

From the moment my fiancé and I met with Gracie and Nicole, we were so impressed. They answered all of our questions and gave us great information. Our tour went well over the allotted time but they did not rush us. -

Kristina Sent on 09/16/2013We got married at Rock Creek on 8/31/2013 and the wedding was absolutely spectacular! We received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was!
Working with the staff at Rock Creek was very easy and they were responsive and professional always. They had great ideas for decor and setup and definitely knew what they were doing.
I really liked that they set us up with a week-of wedding coordinator. It made everything very painless and easy, especially the day of the wedding. I knew everything was going to get done and if anything needed to be changed or a decision made, I trusted her judgement.
I would certainly recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a beautiful location for a memorable wedding. -

Boris Sent on 11/13/2012A beautiful venue for having your wedding outside. The place is spacious with gorgeous backgrounds of flowers and trees, green allies and fountains.
Being a professional videographer for many years and filming a lot of weddings during my professional career, I need to say that this was one of the nicest places to work at, very warm and inviting.

Stacey Sent on 06/22/2011Let me just start off saying that we loved this venue! From the first time we visited to the day of the wedding, Rock Creek Gardens was wonderful. The grounds are beautiful and are great for pictures. My photographer said he wished all the places he went to were this easy to shoot. Gracie helped us through everything and was always there when I had a question. She is very easy to work with and very sweet. All my guests kept commenting about how beautiful it was there and couldn't believe that it was in Puyallup.
I also used their wedding coordinator service & was so happy I did. For a small fee, I had Vicki White help me with everything. We didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. She was looking over everything and would grab us when we needed to do something. I would definitely recommend her. She is wonderful!
The only problem I would say I had was with The Ram catering, which is now the exclusive caterer for Rock Creek. The new consultant from there was not as attentive as their original consultant who we set up our wedding with. Before the wedding, she met with Vicki (our coordinator) and Vicki gave her the diagram on how we wanted the reception area set up -- where tables should go etc. When I arrived at the tent on the wedding day, Vicki was a little flustered because they did not set up according to the plan. For me, it wasn't a big deal because I am easy going but if you're a person that cares about detail, you might make sure there is a clear understanding. The Ram also didn't put the right table cloths on the right tables - color wise -- and didn't look like they ordered enough for their tables as some of my tables were shorted. Again, I didn't worry too much but someone else might. The biggest concern I have about The Ram is that they were serving underage guests alcohol at the wedding. They gave my 16 year daughter alcohol until I went up to the bar and told them to stop. When I originally set up my contract with the 1st consultant, she told me that everyone would be ID'd. No one was ID'd at my wedding. Very big concern! But, if these problems with the new consultant weren't there, I would have been perfectly happy with The Ram. The food was absolutely wonderful. My guests raved about how good the food was and ate just about everything there.
If you want a beautiful venue and have great people to help you with your wedding, definitely go with Rock Creek Gardens! -

Rock Creek is astonishing on its own, with all the lights, chandeliers and dreamy landscaping! Our wedding day was exactly as we had wished it and the biggest piece of that was having the most beautiful venue!
