    Robin was the perfect photographer for us. She was so likeable and professional. She is very easy to be around and made sure she took every picture we asked for. We are so happy with the end product as well!

    We absolutely loved working with Robin -- she's so laid back and made us somehow feel totally comfortable in front of the camera. We worked with her for both engagement photos and our wedding photos, and they all turned out amazing -- we are having an absolute blast sharing the photos with friends and family. She is responsive in email and her team is incredibly professional and easy to work with. We highly recommend Robin and are so glad we worked with her for our wedding photos!!

    Robin managed to take two people who are generally very uncomfortable in front of a camera and create really beautiful pictures. She was not only awesome to work with, but we are so so happy with how both our engagement and wedding photos turned out. Communication was great through the whole process and there wasn't a single image that I feel like we are missing. I would highly recommend Robin!

    Not knowing any wedding photographers, we chose Robin based on her online reviews and great value! The portraits were just what we wanted, and she was able to work fast in our tight schedule. When we got the pictures back, we were amazed by all the awesome candid shots as well. We would highly recommend Robin to any couple!

    I am so glad that I found Robin to be my photographer on my wedding day! She kept us relaxed and laughing the whole time. I knew the minute that I spoke with her the first time that she was the one to capture the special moments of the day. During the planning process she was so accommodating and came up to our house for a visit to make sure that the timeline was right and to get a full list of all the photos we wanted. She was very sensitive to the family "drama" and was able to keep me calm all day :) I got my pictures back SO FAST and OMG they are gorgeous. You can truly see the love that we have for each other!

    You will not regret choosing Robin as your photographer!

    We cannot say enough wonderful things about Robin. To start, she was very easy to work with. She and her studio manager Jennilyn were flexible on a payment schedule that worked for us and they communicated regularly with us in the months and weeks leading up to the event to make sure Robin had all the information needed to get the types of photos we wanted (special details, parts of the venue we loved, any weird divorced family dynamics, etc). They were very thorough and prepared. From kids running around to traffic to 90 degree weather, nothing seemed to phase Robin and she remained friendly, upbeat and focused.

    Our wedding photos captured all the love, fun, joy and personality of our ceremony, reception, loved ones, and venue. Looking through them felt like reliving our wedding! We have no idea how Robin managed to magically be everywhere at once capturing so many different angles and lovely candid moments. She even made all of our more formal portraits as a couple look completely natural, relaxed, and unique - more like private moments she stumbled upon rather than the dreaded awkwardly posed portraits. In summary, Robin really took the time to listen and understand what we wanted out of our wedding photos and delivered stunning photography that captured everything we loved about our wedding day. We couldn't be happier!

    Robin was an absolute delight to work with. From the very first moment we sat down to meet with her we knew we had our photographer. When he had weather issues with our Engagement Shoot (and we had A LOT) she was so accomodating, and even found us a great new location since our location was no longer in season (A LOT of weather issues). Robin made us feel so comfortable throughout both the engagement shoots, allowing the real us to come out and it shows in our pictures. Day of she was so easy-going and flexible while still being in a million places at once and did such an amazing job, both with formal and candid shots. Our friends and family absolutely loved the photo booth too. We couldn't have imagine a better photographer for our special day! Thank you Robin! We will definitely be back in touch whenever we need photos!

    Robin is an amazing artist and photographer! Her vision is incredible!!!! We absolutely loved our engagement photos and our wedding photos. She captures the most memorable moments of the day and makes it a point to tell our story and happiness so that everyone can feel the happiness of our marriage when viewing the photos. Robin did an excellent job of taking photos of all of our family members and friends. It was wonderful to work with her. She is very organized, receptive, and truly works hard to deliver exactly what you want. She goes above and beyond with her work! Robin communicated with our videographer, Ryan Geldermann, ahead of time to discuss the location and events of our first look, and she even went to our venue prior to the wedding (on her own) to see the different locations to take photos. We really appreciate Robin's hard work and effort and are so thankful that we are able to relive our beautiful and fun wedding through her photos. We will recommend Robin to all of our friends who are getting married and we absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for an incredible photographer for their wedding day!!!!

    Robin did an amazing job documenting the day of my wedding. The photos--both the family portraits and the candid moments--turned out beautifully. Looking over the photos, I was able to relive the events of the ceremony and reception. Truly priceless. Robin was super easy to work with, always professional, and just an all around wonderful person. I highly recommend her services!

    Robin Shotola is absolutely phenomenal. First off, she is warm, friendly, and easy-going, making you feel completely comfortable and at-ease during a hectic day. Secondly, she is also incredibly flexible and accommodating; she made sure that the time frame for the day worked for us, and went out of her way to meet my husband at the hotel early to capture his "getting ready" pictures. Finally, I cannot speak highly enough of her work product. The pictures she captured of our wedding went beyond our expectations: in addition to taking beautiful portraits of my husband and me, along with our closest family and friends, she captured the most stunning candids throughout the day and night: our "first look," the ceremony itself, our guests watching us, dancing at the reception, toasts, and much much more. Robin's background in photojournalism is evident as she somehow captured the tone and the joy of the evening in all of our faces. We will always be grateful for Robin, and look forward to looking at our pictures for many many years to come!

    I could not be more thrilled with the work Robin did on our wedding in July. She had absolutely amazing ideas and worked with us every step of the way! The photos are breathtaking! Everyone had said they look like they came out of a magazine. I highly reccomend her for any event!!

    Robin is AMAZING. She is personable and fun and very easy going. She is both there and not there. She gets shots and angles you'd never think of, but she is never intrusive. She bring the professionalism of an experienced vendor and her presence is as warming as your favorite guest. Her pictures are GORGEOUS making it hard to decide what to do with each one (but that's an awesome problem to have). I would refer her to EVERYONE and we will use her again!

    Robin is AMAZING. She got all the photos we wanted and ones we hadn't thought of. She has a keen sense of what will capture a moment. She's funny and intuitive and made the experience feel natural and easy.

    Also she managed to pull off being everywhere at once and getting angles we're still trying to figure out. She managed to capture the story of us and our day in a way we never could have!

    Robin was absolutely the best photographer we could have asked for to capture the special moments of our 30th Anniversary Vow Renewal Ceremony and Reception. Her sensitive, artistic eye found special moments to bring out the richness and the depth of our marriage and to celebrate the joy of our beloved friends and family. She was never obtrusive or demanding, as some wedding photographers can be. Instead she very quickly became one of our friends - one who simply circulated with a camera. The pictures are breathtaking and bring smiles and tears of joy each time we look at them.

    The pictures were fabulous. They were candid shots that told our story . Robin was able to capture all the little details of the day. She was not obtrusive and she made us feel comfortable when we posed for our pictures. All of our friends and family have enjoyed the pictures and are impressed with the quality. My husband is impressed that each shot looks like something you would see in a magazine.

    We also got the photo booth option and the guest loved all the props. They also liked that they were able to see the pictures the next day on-line.

    From the very first time we met Robin she set our mind at ease and continually impressed us with her professionalism and talent. As someone who hires photographers for a living in an agency setting, the groom was quite impressed with Robin's eye and her ability to capture every important moment, and the bride is still ooh-ing and aah-ing over the amazing shots Robin captured even to this day.

    Robin gave great suggestions throughout the event and was able to direct us with virtually no effort in order to get the shots she knew would blow us away. She patiently listened to our requests and captured what we wanted to be the exciting and vibrant essence of the night.

    We highly recommend Robin to any couple or wedding planner looking for an extremely talented, easy-to-work-with, kind photographer who can get the job done gracefully and exquisitely.

    Robin was excellent to work with extremely friendly and took such beautiful photos during our wedding. When we looked at the pictures it seemed she was everywhere capturing all the moments and family that we had hoped for. I would highly recommend Shotola photography for any event.

    As mother-of-the-bride, we were thrilled with Robin! Our pictures were spectacular, and she caught every moment and expression. She pays such attention to detail and presentation - from elegant paper to the classy website that posts the pictures to the beautiful customer CD labels. And we have SO many pictures to cherish :).     We are so glad we chose Robin to be our wedding photographer! She is a pleasure to work with and has a true gift of capturing perfect and stunning pictures. In addition to the list of poses we wanted, she caught all the details in unique as well as traditional angles. Our guests loved the photo booth – it was open, not a hot enclosed tent. She uploaded the photo booth pictures the next day that we could view online and share the link with our guests. The wedding pictures (1,354 of them!) were posted on a website that we could share. She created a spectacular 14-minute highlights slideshow with music. The gallery of pictures was organized into categories - preparation, ceremony, formals, reception, and engagement. Part of our package was receiving a disk of the original pictures without copyright. This was important to us in selecting a photographer so that we can upload and use the pictures. We could not have been happier with our wedding photographer!

    As the mother of the groom, I conducted the business end with Robin Shotola. She was extremely professional in that regard. Robin Shotola is everything you would want your wedding photographer to be. She captured the spirit of the day perfectly, artfully and completely. Her wedding packages are a tremendous value. There is one thing in particular which sets Robin apart. After the wedding day, everyone is so anxious to see the photographs and relive the joy of the day. For many photographers, clients must wait months to get a glimpse of the portfolio of pictures. Not so with Robin. Two weeks, to the day, the pictures were posted and a link was provided for the bride and groom to share all the pictures with family and friends. Robin came highly recommended from a fellow photographer, who happens to be a family member and chose not to photograph so that she could share the day as a guest. How right she was to steer us to Robin. We couldn't be more pleased.

    Robin was so great to work with! She met with us ahead of time to discuss our wedding plans and what we had in mind for our photography. She had such an eye for great shots and artistic angles, which made it easy to capture all of the little details of our day. Our pictures turned out better than we could have imagined and the compliments continue to pour in from our family and friends. She was especially fast with getting our proofs back to us and we enjoyed every minutes scouring through our gallery when we got home from our honeymoon.
