Sean is very approachable and creative with his photography. Quality was excellent especially considering the ability to organize lots of folks, get kids' attention and get the job done in little time (as the sun sets fast!). Every email or phone call was met with professionalism and quick results. All questions were answered. We did a separate photo shoot after the event and Sean was able to work with us for our unique request (flying). As we wanted to use our photos for the thank you card, Sean worked quickly to get us the initial shots so that we did not have to delay. Sean was a fantastic photographer. He is professional, quick to respond, professional and a fun, friendly person. All of our guests really liked him and were impressed with how he was everywhere capturing all of the memories. Sean made us a custom package as we had multiple events and his pricing was extremely fair. He went beyond his contract obligations when things ran late. His pictures were beautiful, artistic and captured all of the memories we wanted and those we didn't even know about! Best of all he was super fast - our engagement pictures were provided within 2 days, some of our wedding pictures were posted on facebook the same night of the event and the final wedding shots were provided within a week! I would highly recommend Sean to any couple.

Sean was a great photographer for our engagement and wedding. He was very flexible with the places we wanted to take our engagement photos at. He knew some awesome spots to get great pictures with, which we really enjoyed.
At our wedding he was very attentive to what we wanted, which were shots of all our guests. It was nice to go back and see what people were doing and seeing them having a great time at the ceremony and reception.
Sean also took pictures with both of our large families. It was a bit hard to get everyone settled in, but was accomplished in the end.

Sean originally caught our attention because of the pun in the company, a good sign of cleverness! After we saw his impressive portfolio, we were again impressed when he had such a quick response to our inquiry emails and set up a phone meeting that worked for us (considering the 8-hour time difference). He customised a provision and price that worked perfectly for us and offered friendly and professional advice and support in the run up to the wedding. He met us the day before and gave great suggestions for the ceremony. On the day, he was calm and professional (perfect for a frantic bride), the pictures looked amazing. We were pleasantly surprised by the moments that he capsured and the quick turnaround time for us to see the pictures after the wedding. We would highly recommend Sean as a wedding photographer!

Sean was the first and only photographer my husband and I looked at when planning our wedding. There was no reason to even look anywhere else, his photography was so amazing. His photographs don't only capture moments in time, they actually tell your story for you.
To top it off, we met our wedding coordinator (his wife) at our first meeting, and I've never felt like I could trust someone more. Kate was more like a helpful family member who happens to be in the wedding business!

Although Sean and Kate take the worry out of any occasion and make you feel at ease, they are both still very professional and take their business seriously. They are a perfect combination of business sense and personality!

I am posting this on both Resolusean Photography and Resolusean Events because we were blessed to have both sides of this great duo have a hand in making out wedding "picture perfect" (excuse the pun)

Kate and Sean from Resolusean are amazing. My bride would have been a “basket case” (and I am sure I would have been too) had it not been for Kate's abundant skills in...well everything we saw her do. Though....her incoming ocean wave spotting skill could use some practice, :P. (We still love her and the pictures. And who would have thought that a man with two bulky cameras could be so agile?)

But we totally recommend Kate to anyone that talks about planning an upcoming wedding. Wither they think they need a planner or not (OMG, You do!).

The same praise goes towards Sean and his ability with a camera, my wife and I -love- all of the shots he took, from the engagement session to the last picture of the reception. So far, it is about 3 1/2 months after our wedding and we still haven't ordered prints yet since we have SO many that we love and HAVE to have. But we don’t have the wall space in our home for that many pictures! Even our guest still comment on how great Sean and kate were, how the pictures look amazing and how Kate seemed to be EVERYWHERE (and thats not a bad thing, for those that might read it wrong). How often, months after the event, do you still have people commenting on how fantastic a vendor(s) was?

The great thing is that everyone says they didn’t notice them at the ceremony or the reception, but after everything was over people were able to see that Sean and his camera was always somewhere capturing a memory of the night.

And Kate would pop up if there was something that needed handling or some nudging (Trust me and my bride; this organized, beautiful woman that always seems to have a smile on her face, can flip a switch and become the bull dog that gets things handled when other vendors or ‘Murphy’s Law’ tries to screw with -your- day).

Anyways, I have rambled on so much that my brain keeps bringing more and more terrific things to say about these two, so I'll cut it off here and just say that if you want someone that is all about making sure that YOUR day is perfect, then look no further than Resolusean.

The only way that you could go wrong is by going with someone other than these two.

Sean was fantastic and professional from the first time we met. He returned all of my emails immediately, was very flexible with the location and meeting time for our engagement photos, and on our wedding day he was amazing. We received so many compliments about our photographer on our wedding day. Our guests we so impressed with the length of time we was there, the artistic shots he obtained (at one time he was laying on the dance floor with the camera pointed at everyone dancing) and the cards he left on the tables that had our engagement photo and the website info for guests to view the photos. He made sure to ask our permission first before leaving the cards. Our photos were more then beautiful and were sent to us sooner then the date he estimated they would be ready.
We couldn't be happier with Resolusean and would recommend him to anyone!
